From ABC News:

New York governor declares racism ‘public health emergency’ amid new anti-discrimination legislation

The new policies will collect comprehensive data on marginalized populations.

By Kiara Alfonseca
December 30, 2021, 10:02 AM

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has declared racism a “public health crisis,” signing an entire package of legislation Dec. 23 aimed at addressing discrimination and racial injustice in the state.

“For far too long, communities of color in New York have been held back by systemic racism and inequitable treatment,” Hochul said in a statement last week. “I am proud to sign legislation that addresses this crisis head-on, addressing racism, expanding equity, and improving access for all.”

The new slate of laws address the need for comprehensive data collection on victims of violence and specifically Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders communities that have been ravaged by hate crimes throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

Back in the 1990s, the federal Office of Management and Budget used to lump Asian Americans together with Pacific Islanders, but then organizations claiming to represent Pacific Islanders argued, quite reasonably, to the effect that, “We’re mostly big blue collar lugs, not small white collar nerds, so we Pacific Islanders ought to have our own separate category.” The feds agreed and split Asians and Islanders into two separate races on the Census.

But lately I see lots of references once again to AAPIs, lumping the two rather disparate groups back together again. How come?

I think it may have something to do with an old, pre-2000 law setting up AAPI History Month. As you’ll note, the Woke are obsessed with History these days, which in their telling is a litany of white crimes requiring redress unto the 7th generation (or more).

Legislation S.70-A/A.2230 is intended to enact the “hate crimes analysis and review act,” which will create guidelines for the collection and reporting of demographic data concerning hate crime victims and their alleged perpetrators.

Are Samoans being attacked on the streets of New York? Really?

“Our state is meant to be a beacon of diversity, equity, and inclusion, but without the tools to protect our marginalized communities these words carry little truth behind them,” Reyes said in a press release. “The Hate Crimes Analysis and Review Act ensures that we collect accurate demographic data of perpetrators and victims to better protect the communities being targeted. Without data, the plight of many will remain invisible.”

The New York solons haven’t really thought through the perpetrator part of collecting better hate crime stats, have they?

Legislation S.6639-A/A.6896-A will require that the state collect specific demographic information to keep a “more accurate and relevant public record” of Asian-American populations in New York.

Senator Julia Salazar says data collection is important toward acknowledging the needs of certain communities and allowing proper resources to be allocated to them.

“As New York continues to face the devastation caused by the COVID-19 public health crisis, it is essential that the needs of all of our communities be understood and met,” Salazar said in the press release. “For the diverse Asian-American and Pacific Islander communities in New York this cannot be accomplished without detailed data that recognizes and respects the experiences of the numerous groups that make up the AAPI communities.”

What this is about is Shattering the Model Minority Myth by collecting data on each subgroup of Asians so they can show that, say, Cambodians are poorer than whites. Therefore, Cambodians or maybe Asians in general for reasons deserve more affirmative action from whites.

… “Asian-American communities are among the most impoverished in New York,” Niou said.

The ones who are illegal aliens working in sweatshops and restaurants run by their co-nationals from the Old Country, which is the straight white male American’s fault due to America colonizing China and India.

… The long list of new efforts will also cover inclusivity in health care, expanding the list of conditions that newborns are screened for to include conditions found in newborns from the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Because race does not exist. Or does it? Who can keep up?

Yet we know that situation will never change. Low IQ ethnicities will stay that way.

The ranting about “systemic racism” will improve nothing. But it may make things worse, encouraging more riots and demands.

Here in Canada we’re obsessed with natives. They are not necessarily that stupid, but extreme susceptibility to alcohol ensures that they don’t get very far.

The left is whipping them up by carrying on about “stolen land.”

Declaring an "emergency" or ginning up a "crisis" which allows you to suspend normal democratic procedures and rule by decree is a perennial totalitarian favorite. As Rahm said, never let a crisis go to waste [as an opportunity to advance the Leftist agenda]. If there is no crisis, you can always manufacture one or inflate a molehill of problems into a mountain of crisis.

  3. I guess the effects of poverty don’t manifest in whites.

All those rich black people wracked with disease and all those poor whites in the rust belt in such rude health.

Because race does not exist. Or does it? Who can keep up?

More and more the definition of racism seems to have clearly become ‘white ethnocentrism’ and anything that comes even close to it or anything which may benefit whites (Even perfectly innocently like a charity drive for cystic fibrosis) more than others.

SCE is far less likely to kill you and has had treatments for many years. Cystic fibrosis is a truly nasty disease and until very recently had barely any treatments. (There now exist drug treatments which effectively cure it but are monstrously expensive) It’s also the case that CF is found commonly enough in many rich European countries so there’s a big part of your funding difference as well as the fact that SCE has had treatments for a long time.

In this woman’s view if CF affected the same number of people but they weren’t white it’d be money well spent. And she’s (Of course it’s a she, a male white SJW wouldn’t think to write this) a neuroscientist who specialises in pain.

It’s not that ‘race’ doesn’t exist, it’s that white people aren’t seen as having a legitimate collective interest. ‘Race doesn’t exist’ literally means: ‘White people stop treating others as others and treat them like your ingroup’. The additional message: ‘Non-whites, stop practicing ethnocentrism’ is understood to either not exist or be legitimately ignored.

The US Supreme Court ended up with no white protestants in a similar way, WASPs weren’t seen as having a legitimate interest in representation so over many decades none were appointed. It was implied that the majority (Or rather plurality at this point) would take care of itself and that minorities would never step over bounds. But if there is no legitimacy to anyone making that happen why would it?

We all operate pro or con under the assumption and understanding that:

Whites have no collective interests only collective responsibilities.
Non-whites have no collective responsibilities only collective interests.

That is the understanding that both Steve Sailer and Ibram X. Kendi and every ordinary person operates under. That’s what we understand ‘racism’ to mean but few whites have the courage or lack of guilt to openly say otherwise, allowing the likes of Kendi to pretend he really means something else.

About sickle disease it’s dying out. Because both parents have to carry the gene. And there’s only 1/4 25 percent chance just one their children will inherit the gene and might, just might get the disease. Then the sickle cell carrier has to meet and mate with another sickle cell carrier.

So every generation fewer and fewer sickle cell carriers are born. And when they grow up, fewer and fewer sickle carriers able to meet and have children with . So it will be almost gone in about 200 years and its very rare now.

To preserve the disease a matchmaker service for sickle cell carriers would have to be established. But who would want to use it and risk a baby with sickle cell? . It can be very painful as the red blood cells are all distorted and can’t move around the joints properly. Gets worse in high altitudes. It’s not difficult to manage.

Sickle cell, black grievance activists had a good run and lots of funding. But it was always rare.

It's really a mistake to underestimate Asians of small stature, as we found out in Vietnam. What they lack in size they make up for in toughness and cleverness. General Giáp was all of 5 feet tall and 110 lbs. soaking wet but he still ran circles around the French and the Americans.

It's interesting that the African pygmy races appear to have intelligence commensurate with their size (the average IQ of a Mbuti Pygmy is 54 which in white people is found only in the profoundly retarded) but somehow this didn't work that way in Asia. It's probably due to different evolutionary paths to reaching the same point, just as bats and birds both ended up with wings but on completely different routes. If I had to guess, pygmies never evolved from early (dumb) humans while small statured Asians evolved from larger brained people in conditions of limited food availability where the ability to survive on fewer calories was an evolutionary advantage (but shrinking your intelligence was not).

Racism isn’t a public health emergency, black crime is.

You're ignoring the Root Cause of black crime, which is hundreds or possibly thousands of years of white oppression and mistreatment. Since 1619 white have been enslaving blacks and keeping them from flourishing and preventing them from buying houses in areas with clean, low-crime neighborhoods and good schools. and if you look into the black internet you'll find that whites are believed to have stolen key technologies from African blacks and then running away to Europe and hiding. That's why there's an emergency and why whites need to give everything to blacks because whites stole everything they have from blacks and they're so angry about it all they can do is beat up Asians and rob them. They have no choice, you see.

At least get the murderer refused bail and behind bars so he couldn’t harm anyone else.

Better self defense type gun laws are helpful in the big picture. If, and only if potential victims buy become skilled and use them.

The immediate picture here is deny the suspect bail. Next and most helpful step would be the Asians to stop voting democrat and start voting republican. I know Asians. I doubt they would buy and use guns even in a state with the most relaxed gun laws. Even in one of the worst black criminal cities in the country Oakland Ca they vote for the black and radical politicians who allow the blacks to rampage. They aren't under the thumb of the democratic party, they're willing participants in and increasingly leaders of the anti-white "coalition of the fringes" that Steve Sailer has written about for years. The democratic governess of new york, by signing this anti-asian hate crime prevention legislation which is sure to anger and disproportionately criminalize blacks (the majority of whom will have voted for her) is confirming the superior position that chinese will enjoy in the city going forward. Just as the jews did, the chinese are establishing themselves as VIP New Yorkers that the blacks had better think twice about robbing or assaulting or even looking at the wrong way unless they want added hate crime charges attached to their petty crimes. Gentile whites (neo-helots) or fellow poor blacks remain acceptable targets.

    So fuck you still-significant-number-of-black-people-who-get-CF.

I did not know that. That’s great news. I knew a truly lovely girl who died of it.

  23. Off topic racism against Whites.

There’s a new movie adaptation of the Edmond Rostand play Cyrano. There are 5 main men characters. 3 are black. 2, including Cyrano and the villain are White. Play is set in 1620’s 30’s France Louis 13 King of France . What’s now Belgium a Spanish possession intermittent war between France and Spain. 1620 a century before the first Caribbean octoroons arrived in France and England.

Cyrano is White. His new friend Christian who gets the girl is an ugly black actor. The entire point of the Christian character is that he is gorgeously handsome. Cyrano’s life long best friend is black. The villain, a married man who also wants the girl is White of course. At least Roxanne, the girl is White. There’s also the 3rd main male character that’s not in the original play or any of the movie adaptions. That one looks like a basic mug shot.

Savienen Cyrana de Bergerac was a real White French person. So was Roxanne. A real White French person Her name was Madeline Robineau She married a real White French person Baron Christian de Neuvillete He did die in a battle with the Spanish army the siege of Arras Spanish town on on the present Belgium French border . Cyrano’s friend Le Bret was a real White French person a life long friend they met in school. Reaugono the restaurant and bakery owner was a real White French person. So was his wife and all the poets and writers the Reaugnos subdized. The villain de Guiche was a real White French person.

It’s disgusting. Every character in that play was a real living White French person. And 3 of the 5 men characters are black actors. Christian in real life was supposed to be very good looking. The whole point of the play was christian’s looks and Cyrano’s poetry made the ideal man. In real life Roxanne and Cyrano were cousins which is also in the play. It was all real people and real events . And 3 of the main male characters are ugly blacks. And another White woman black man couple of course.

Absolutely sickening. I hope it flops as badly as black lesbian Anne Boleyn and the latest West Side Story.

No, on the playing fields of New Jersey.

  28. And speaking of New York and racism. Check out the NYPD hate crime Twitter.

The immediate pattern will be seen of black people attacking Hasidic Jews and East Asians a lot. Not a lot of Haven Monahan types but there are a few whites. (Although near the top the NYPD have a post of a homeless white man tagging city hall with a swastika, don’t worry though, they tracked the guy down and got him for his felony! They even went after some black teenagers for drawing some in wet cement.) Seems like quite a few of these people had very adverse health effects from these interactions. I wonder if the anxiety and fear of racist attacks from blacks could be construed as a microaggression that undermined people’s mental and physical health? They even have general anti-white incidents, they can’t hide reality.

Reporting on these incidents by the wider media would cause heads to explode in terms of either having to report the largest black perpetrators and or report on why the blacks hate the Hasids and Asians so much seeing them as competition and ethnic displacers themselves. (Seriously, at the rate the Hasidic population is expanding, it’s going to become an increasing elephant in the room in terms of their anti-social interactions with others) And as Spielberg’s new version of West Side Story determines, only whites can engage in gentrification or ethnic displacement.

These attacks are territory marking. They’re meant to drive you away. This is very primal and I suspect if you asked them the attacks wouldn’t really be able to give you a highly reasoned idea why they did it.

And forget about the class element of this ever being discussed, I’m not even sure the current crop of very serious cosmopolitan journalists could even begin to comprehend that part. After all, that’s chiefly what ‘healthcare racism’ really amounts to; poverty. But to blueticks it’s obviously a fact that poor whites must have much better health than wealthy blacks.

All those rich black people wracked with disease and all those poor whites in the rust belt in such rude health.

Because race does not exist. Or does it? Who can keep up?

More and more the definition of racism seems to have clearly become 'white ethnocentrism' and anything that comes even close to it or anything which may benefit whites (Even perfectly innocently like a charity drive for cystic fibrosis) more than others.

    https://twitter.com/KateSadlerPhD/status/1301506413219532801

SCE is far less likely to kill you and has had treatments for many years. Cystic fibrosis is a truly nasty disease and until very recently had barely any treatments. (There now exist drug treatments which effectively cure it but are monstrously expensive) It's also the case that CF is found commonly enough in many rich European countries so there's a big part of your funding difference as well as the fact that SCE has had treatments for a long time.

In this woman's view if CF affected the same number of people but they weren't white it'd be money well spent. And she's (Of course it's a she, a male white SJW wouldn't think to write this) a neuroscientist who specialises in pain.

It's not that 'race' doesn't exist, it's that white people aren't seen as having a legitimate collective interest. 'Race doesn't exist' literally means: 'White people stop treating others as others and treat them like your ingroup'. The additional message: 'Non-whites, stop practicing ethnocentrism' is understood to either not exist or be legitimately ignored.

The US Supreme Court ended up with no white protestants in a similar way, WASPs weren't seen as having a legitimate interest in representation so over many decades none were appointed.

That's what we understand 'racism' to mean but few whites have the courage or lack of guilt to openly say otherwise, allowing the likes of Kendi to pretend he really means something else.

I agree with many, and your main points, Alden. Given the greater genetic testing in today’s world, it does appear that two sickle-cell gene carrying parents would have the appropriate information not to mate. As such, the incidence of a sickle cell babies in the United States will go down dramatically over the next few generations. However, what is your basis for saying that sickle cell disease has received a lot of funding? Based upon what I have read, the opposite is the case.

Sickle cell trait is not dying out. Sickle cell is a recessive disease needing a double dose of the gene.

If two heterozygous Ss carriers have children, those children will on average be 1 in 4 not carriers SS, 2 in 4 heterozygous carriers Ss, 1 in 4 homozygous ss sufferers from the disease.

    Same math with cystic fibrosis.

Even if the afflicted die young, or are aborted, or are pre-implantation tested and discarded, the disease will not vanish unless the unaffected carriers are also unable to have children.

    Replies: @Reg Cæsar

    @Alden

Alden, you don’t have it quite right, I think.

Without selection and given random mating, a two allele gene, like hemoglobin with the normal(H) and sickle cell(h) alleles, will have the same ratios in the parental and offspring generation. If p is the decimal frequency (between 0 and 1) of the normal allele the breakdown of the population’s phenotypes are:

    HH = p^2
    Hh = 2*p*(1-p)
    hh = (1-p)^2

To a good approximation, the fitness of hh is zero. In America, the relative fitness of Hh is probably a bit less than one. For every 100 kids the HH people have, the Hh probably have 98. The sickle cell “trait” is a slight defect.

So, what’s mostly being selected against is (1-p)^2. Let’s call 1-p q, the frequency of the sickle-cell allele. in American blacks, q is something like 0.1. 10% of hemoglobin alleles are sickle cell. But only 1% of the population has the homozygotes defect, so not many sickle alleles are eliminated every generation. It turns out that the fraction of copies of an allele in homozygotes is the frequency of the allele, so only 10% of sickle cell alleles are eliminated in this generation. Ninety percent of the defective alleles are (nearly) invisible to selection.

Then there are even fewer in the next generation. Q gets smaller and selection gets less and less efficient at getting rid of sickle cell alleles. In the infinite population model, the frequency of sickle cell alleles never goes to zero.

The best thing for sickle cell in the short term is for blacks to do something similar to what the Ashkenazi have done with their frequent alleles. Everyone gets genotyped by the charity. When a couple wants to get married, they submit their id #s to the charity and get a yes/no on whether they are at risk for any of the diseases. No one has to know whether or not they’re a carrier. Maybe pairings where both are carriers still happen, but at least people have the option of not rolling the dice.

For blacks, it would not be at marriage, but at choosing to be a baby’s mamma with some dude. Given that every infant born in a hospital gets tested for a panel of common genetic diseases, there is no excuse in the modern world for people not to know if they are carriers for common recessive disorders.

If blacks were a desirable population, it would be worthwhile to do in vitro fertilization and test each embryo. Only implant one that tests negative for even one sickle allele. Y’know, make the problem smaller every generation without someone having the short, horrible lives people with sickle cell have. That’d be worthwhile if their IQ were 25 points higher.

My understanding is that while black relationships are less permanent than peoples’ are, black females do know who the sperm donor of the child is. They are usually not banging random dudes and carrying a resulting fetus to term.

I think a lot of blacks would like to have a 100% chance of their kid not having sickle cell disease, but probably don’t want white people running it and making them feel genetically inferior. If one were a humanitarian, one would try to get the Jewish eugenic charity to set a cadet branch for blacks.

I have to admit, I am fairly racist, but no one deserves sickle cell. A decent society would work harder to prevent sickle dell births in the short term and eliminate the allele faster than natural selection is.

But I can guarantee you two things:

    1. There will be no separate nation carved out of the US or any other countries that will be frozen in time to the way things used to be.

    2. More inaction will bring more of what you do not like.

We got to where we are today by not paying attention and allowing the elite and special interests to get their own way. Even today, with the power of the Internet and its ability to connect people of similar interests so they can organize themselves and advocate for their position, nobody is out there protesting and trying to change most of the things people here do not like. We have tens of millions of average rational people who agree and no influence.

I would say the biggest reason we have had change we do not want for the past 50 years is too many people out there not paying enough attention and unwilling to speak up and do something. Unlike many others here I agree with many of the changes made but not all. It sure kills me how we have been and continue to be railroaded about immigration, for example.

It has to be better to try and fail than never to try at all. On immigration we have never tried.

The purpose of analyzing a problem is to fix it. If you are blocked from fixing it, you just keep repeating your analysis and bemoaning your terminal condition.

    Replies: @PaceLaw, @Elli, @Rob

I agree with many, and your main points, Alden. Given the greater genetic testing in today’s world, it does appear that two sickle-cell gene carrying parents would have the appropriate information not to mate. As such, the incidence of a sickle cell babies in the United States will go down dramatically over the next few generations. However, what is your basis for saying that sickle cell disease has received a lot of funding? Based upon what I have read, the opposite is the case.

    • Replies: @Alden
    @PaceLaw

You must have read the lying MSM weeping and wailing about sickle cell anemia. Sickle Cell is like AIDS. Gazillions for activism not a whole lot for research. Treatment has been known for a long time. It didn’t work that well when Drs prescribed high protein foods. But once commercial iron liquid and pills cane along that problem was solved.

The anemia is caused when the red blood cells get distorted from a round little dish that carries iron to like a paper clip. That’s the major problem. It’s very easily managed with regular doses of iron pills or liquid iron.

The pain in the joints comes and goes and can be managed with pain meds. And it’s not excruciating just pain.

It’s been declining for centuries because every generation fewer people carry the gene.

  49. But lately I see lots of references once again to AAPIs, lumping the two rather disparate groups back together again. How come?

Larger coalition to beat down Whites.

Maybe, but 30 years ago Bill Clinton was elected President on welfare reform that was supposed to limit welfare to 5 years. Which hopefully would prevent more births of more Tyrones. And after 30 years of increasing black crime Americans were ready to crack down on Tyrone.

It went well for about 20 years up to 2010. Then California legalized shoplifting up to $950.00 A Soros foundation began searching for radical lawyers to make district attorneys of our big cities, and the Jewish Organizations and media went right back to love black criminals hate Whites campaign. BLM and anti fa were founded with Jewish money.

First the glorification of vicious useless thug Trayvon Martin then vicious useless thug Mike Brown and finally what the Jews and liberals had hoped for, George Floyd.

As long as there are blacks in this country there will be a high black crime rate and the destruction of public schools public transit public swimming pools parks libraries every public service and amenity.

Sometimes when I see newspaper headlines in the rack next to the ATM I often use I think it’s 1971 all over again. Disadvantaged blacks, poor pathetic pitiful blacks, let them shoplift, don’t ask for bail, close the prisons, let them destroy the public schools, defund the police, blame White racists for black on Asians murders and assaults. Even the Asians blame Whites when blacks murder them.

America will never rid itself of the Black Plague. And it will always be used by some factions against another.
    Puritan manufacturers against southern agriculture,

Jews against the White goyim , communists against everyone else,

suburban real estate developers against the cities, Jewish City real estate companies like Chicago’s Arthur Rubloff seeding black criminals into nice White neighborhoods to drive Whites out to keep the housing market churning.

Brown Vs Topeka sending black savages into White schools and neighborhoods to destroy them. It wasn’t just the schools the blacks destroyed . Especially in cities with public transit they left school, rampaged around the neighborhood and took the city buses home. Where they often assaulted and robbed other passengers.

Into the 1960s Black Muslims black panthers Jewish black weather underground and other organizations further destruction of cities. vast increase in welfare and affirmative action to empower blacks and discriminate against Whites. Out of control black on White crime.

1970s affirmative action zebra killings more and more black on White crime. The zebra killings weren’t limited to the city of San Francisco. California department of justice found there were about 280 killings of Whites by black Muslims in California in the early and mid 1970s. Random killings , not in the course of robbery or rape.

1980s more of the same. Gentrification of cities well on the way. Whites, especially well armed and organized gay men began to reclaim some sections of cities for civilization.

1990 to about 2010 crack down on black criminals more gentrification. more city neighborhoods reclaimed for civilization. School bussing mostly ended but the damage was done. Teachers Union controlled by women who sided with the vicious black savages who assaulted and injured White teachers.

And then, the federal courts ordered states to open the prison doors because of over crowding, parole and probation instead of incarceration. The Jewish media propagandized this 24/7. “ “The prisons are full of harmless innocent blacks who just smoked a little weed. A complete lie. The prisons were full of vicious career criminals with numerous serious felony convictions. “

Mexican immigrants have gentrified far more big city and other neighborhoods than Whites ever did. Los Angeles south of the airport and the notorious East Palo Alto and other neighborhoods and suburbs.

But don’t expect the Hispanics to leave the democrat party. Or vote for law and order district attorneys. They do keep blacks out of their neighborhoods. But they are firmly with the anti White pro crime democrats. Except in Texas and New Mexico.

In the last 70 years since Brown VS Topeka when the Black Plague had already destroyed many city neighborhoods to 1/1/22 there were only 20 years of resistance and. roll back to the Jewish Black Plague to destroy America and the White goyim.

    I’m not hopeful.

It's sort of like "global warming," which can make the winters colder or warmer, can make it rain less or more, can cause there to be more hurricanes or fewer, and can be held up as the culprit for anything. Hmm, does global warming cause racism, or does racism cause global warming?

I guess the effects of poverty don't manifest in whites.

That's what we understand 'racism' to mean but few whites have the courage or lack of guilt to openly say otherwise, allowing the likes of Kendi to pretend he really means something else.

Racism isn’t a public health emergency, black crime is.

You’re ignoring the Root Cause of black crime, which is hundreds or possibly thousands of years of white oppression and mistreatment. Since 1619 white have been enslaving blacks and keeping them from flourishing and preventing them from buying houses in areas with clean, low-crime neighborhoods and good schools. and if you look into the black internet you’ll find that whites are believed to have stolen key technologies from African blacks and then running away to Europe and hiding. That’s why there’s an emergency and why whites need to give everything to blacks because whites stole everything they have from blacks and they’re so angry about it all they can do is beat up Asians and rob them. They have no choice, you see.

    Replies: @PaceLaw, @Elli, @Rob

Sickle cell trait is not dying out. Sickle cell is a recessive disease needing a double dose of the gene.

If two heterozygous Ss carriers have children, those children will on average be 1 in 4 not carriers SS, 2 in 4 heterozygous carriers Ss, 1 in 4 homozygous ss sufferers from the disease.

    Same math with cystic fibrosis.

Even if the afflicted die young, or are aborted, or are pre-implantation tested and discarded, the disease will not vanish unless the unaffected carriers are also unable to have children.

Well, not happening in the way that you conceive it, but it is actually happening. In fact, the "British" Empire, or what might more properly be called the "English-Speaking" Empire, is gradually but steadily re-forming as we speak -- except that this time, Britain itself will be a conquered, marginal province, and the capital will be in say Mumbai or someplace in Indian-dominated Canada rather than London, itself already a conquered city. Indians and their Chinese co-invaders will come to dominate Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and eventually Old Blighty. They're already half-way there. More than half.

The British and Canadian people, and their antipodean co-freres, have apparently lost the will to live, and will gladly and willingly let themselves be steamrollered and eventually enslaved by the subcons. They apparently have no further will to resist.

It’s really a mistake to underestimate Asians of small stature, as we found out in Vietnam. What they lack in size they make up for in toughness and cleverness. General Giáp was all of 5 feet tall and 110 lbs. soaking wet but he still ran circles around the French and the Americans.

It’s interesting that the African pygmy races appear to have intelligence commensurate with their size (the average IQ of a Mbuti Pygmy is 54 which in white people is found only in the profoundly retarded) but somehow this didn’t work that way in Asia. It’s probably due to different evolutionary paths to reaching the same point, just as bats and birds both ended up with wings but on completely different routes. If I had to guess, pygmies never evolved from early (dumb) humans while small statured Asians evolved from larger brained people in conditions of limited food availability where the ability to survive on fewer calories was an evolutionary advantage (but shrinking your intelligence was not).

Then California legalized shoplifting up to \$950.00 A Soros foundation began searching for radical lawyers to make district attorneys of our big cities, and the Jewish Organizations and media went right back to love black criminals hate Whites campaign.

Mario Cuomo was defeated by George Pataki in 1994 because the upstate counties (Erie/Buffalo, Monroe/Rochester, Onondaga/Syracuse, Oneida/Utica) hosting the blue cities flipped with huge vote swings to the Republican. Pataki won all but one county outside of NYC’s five boroughs (counties).

Upstate is treated as the red-headed stepchild by the NYC dominated state.

Another person, who was a school superintendent from Michigan, said that the Maoris were comparable to American blacks but not as advanced.

  106. “Are Samoans being attacked on the streets of New York? Really?”

Maybe the NYC Samoans are more like the pencil-neck Asian nerds.

While in San Francisco, Tom Wolfe noted back in the 70s:

“Why so few people in San Francisco know about the Samoans is a mystery. All you have to do is see a couple of those Polynesian studs walking through the Mission, minding their own business, and you won’t forget it soon. Have you ever by any chance seen professional football players in person, like on the street? The thing you notice is not just that they’re big but that they are so big, it’s weird. Everything about them is gigantic, even their heads. They’ll have a skull the size of a watermelon, with a couple of little squinty eyes and a little mouth and a couple of nose holes stuck in, and no neck at all. From the ears down, the big yoyos are just one solid welded hulk, the size of an oil burner. You get the feeling that football players come from a whole other species of human, they’re so big. Well, that will give you some idea of the Samoans, because they’re bigger. The average Samoan makes Bubba Smith of the Colts look like a shrimp. They start out at about 300 pounds and from there they just get wider. They are big huge giants. Everything about them is wide and smooth. They have big wide faces and smooth features. They’re a dark brown, with a smooth cast.”

    White poverty bureaucrats:

‘They tried to walk in like football players, like they had a keg of beer between their legs. They rounded their shoulders over so it made their necks look bigger. They thickened up their voices and threw a few “mans” and “likes” and “digs” into their conversations. When they sat down, they gave it that Honcho wide-open spread when they crossed their legs, putting the right foot, encased in a cordovan brogue with a sole sticking out like a rock ledge, on the left knee, as if the muscles in their thighs were so big and stud-like that they couldn’t cross their legs all the way if they tried.”

Hmm, sounds like the typical Unz commenter. How about the black poverty pimps?

“To them, by now, being hip was striking poses that were so cool, so languid, they were almost feminine. It was like saying, “We’ve got masculinity to spare.” We’ve been through so much shit, we’re so confident of our manhood, we’re so hip and so suave and wise in the ways of the street, that we can afford to be refined and not sit around here trying to look like a bunch of stud brawlers. So they would not only cross their legs, they’d cross them further than a woman would. They would cross them so far, it looked like one leg was wrapped around the other one three or four times. One leg would seem to wrap around the other one and disappear in the back of the knee socket. And they’d be leaning forward in the chair with their heads cocked to one side and their chins hooked over their collarbones and their shades riding low on their noses, and they’d be peering out over the upper rim of the shades. And they’d have one hand cocked in front of their chins, hanging limp at the wrist with the forefinger sticking out like some kind of curved beak. They would look like one of those supercool secretary birds that stand around on one long A-l racer leg with everything else drawn up into a beautiful supercool little bunch of fluffy feathers at the top.”

Sounds like they could use some instruction in manliness from Unz readers. I’d pay to see that.

Since WW2, counting from Thomas Dewey, NY State has had 11 governors. Since 2007, it's been weird. Politicians are, to some degree, performers, and the true professionals will perform in the way that will get them elected.

The Republicans don't field many talented, charismatic politicians because running and winning as a Republican in New York is not generally a path to power. Talent is drawn to money.

They aren’t under the thumb of the democratic party, they’re willing participants in and increasingly leaders of the anti-white “coalition of the fringes” that Steve Sailer has written about for years.

    Replies: @PaceLaw, @Elli, @Rob

Alden, you don’t have it quite right, I think.

Without selection and given random mating, a two allele gene, like hemoglobin with the normal(H) and sickle cell(h) alleles, will have the same ratios in the parental and offspring generation. If p is the decimal frequency (between 0 and 1) of the normal allele the breakdown of the population’s phenotypes are:

    HH = p^2
    Hh = 2*p*(1-p)
    hh = (1-p)^2

Well, I learned about it in a Stanford university anatomy class. College anatomy & physiology classes are very medical. Because most of the students are nurses pharmacists pre med pre dental nuclear medicine other students preparing for a medical career. So there’s a great deal of medical information. Because it takes 2 parents with the gene to possibly have a sickle cell baby, and those sickle cell babies have to find a partner with the sickle gene. And there’s only a 25 percent chance they will have a sickle cell baby. Sickle cell anemia has been dying out in America for centuries.

And it’s easily managed. Dr discovers a baby has sickle cell and the baby child adult takes iron pills. No anemia. Simple no? Gazillions of people take pills every day. And no one is going to collapse if they don’t take iron pills every day or skip a week once in a while.

It does hurt sometimes. So take an aspirin, Tylenol or Vicodin.

The disease is rare. It’s getting more rare with each generation. It’s easily diagnosed and managed with iron pills and pain meds. Pain is no worse that other joint pain.

Now why don’t you ask Wikipedia what happens when protein food gets into the GI tract and why iron pills cure sickle cell anemia but a high protein diet does not cure sickle cell?

I agree with many, and your main points, Alden. Given the greater genetic testing in today’s world, it does appear that two sickle-cell gene carrying parents would have the appropriate information not to mate. As such, the incidence of a sickle cell babies in the United States will go down dramatically over the next few generations. However, what is your basis for saying that sickle cell disease has received a lot of funding? Based upon what I have read, the opposite is the case.

    Replies: @Alden

  128. Let me guess … not taking the jab is going to be racist. In fact I need to take 2 jabs: one for myself and one for the black person who won’t be “reached”.

  129. I remembered reading something about sickle cell recently and I found it. It is from The New York Times over at Yahoo, so you can read it all for free. It is a sad tale of inaction and ignorance that I frankly do not understand.

An unthinking adherence to bureaucratic rules also plays a role, as does a mystifying absence of black medical workers and families speaking up.

“The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, an independent panel of experts that advises the federal government on screening tests and services to prevent disease, has never considered sickle cell. The chair of the task force until last spring, Dr. Doug Owens, chair of the department of health policy in the Stanford University School of Medicine, explained that it studied only diseases nominated for consideration by a member of the public.

Though screening for sickle cell trait “is a very important topic,” Owens said, it had never been nominated.”

About 15 years ago I had a boss who was a single mother whose youngest child had it. I remember wondering then why she and the guy hadn’t had themselves screened. It is a miserable experience for the kid, it causes a lot of hassles for the family and she was apprehensive about her daughter reaching adolescence because all the kids don’t make it through the transition. Life expectancy in the US is around 50.

The NY State Republican party seems to have collapsed in the last 10 years, the NYC party has imploded. It's an extinction-level event.

Since WW2, counting from Thomas Dewey, NY State has had 11 governors. Since 2007, it's been weird. Spitzer was yanked, his replacement Paterson was yanked, Cuomo was installed & elected, now Hochul. But before that mishigass, we had seven regular governors of which four were Republican (I'm counting Rockefeller's replacement). So it's pretty even.

NYC had Giuliani and Bloomberg as mayors.

So it's not impossible but the party has fallen apart. Curtis Sliwa was the Republican candidate against Adams. I hope his volunteers had fun and at least got to party in a decent bar instead of a dive in Gravesend.

I'm not even looking up who the Republicans ran as candidates for the Senate. It's not worth it. That was the last time I had anything to do with the NY State Republican party. Go ahead and laugh. I have.

Police have been accused of failing the victims of grooming gangs after an investigation found the force at the centre of the Rotherham scandal was still not recording the ethnicities of suspected child abusers.

    My investigation in today's Times.

This document showed officers routinely failed to log the ethnicity of those suspected of sexually abusing minors, with the highest failure rate being in the Rotherham district itself where in 67% of cases it went unrecorded.

This is despite race being a key issue in the original scandal, with the Jay review finding some child protection professionals were reluctant to address the hidden crime pattern “for fear of being thought racist”.

Jay advised that "agencies should acknowledge the suspected model of localised grooming of young
white girls by men of Pakistani heritage, instead of being inhibited by the fear of affecting community relations."

-Bedfordshire police's 2015 report showed it could not agree with councils in the area as to which children were actually at risk.

-A 2015 Cumbria police report found some officers viewed victims “as willing participants”, without properly checking the background of cases.

<blockquote>-Hampshire police’s 2018 profile revealed that child exploitation warning notices, civil orders that ban a suspect from associating with a victim without having to go to trial, often simply led to the abuser approaching another child.

    @Alden

    HH = p^2
    Hh = 2*p*(1-p)
    hh = (1-p)^2

Setting up a cadet branch of the charity is next to useless for a population that is too incompetent to use birth control. You are just going to capture the small subset of affluent Blacks who have access to genetic counseling anyway.

"Are Samoans being attacked on the streets of New York? Really?"

Maybe the NYC Samoans are more like the pencil-neck Asian nerds.

While in San Francisco, Tom Wolfe noted back in the 70s:

"Why so few people in San Francisco know about the Samoans is a mystery. They’re a dark brown, with a smooth cast."

    White poverty bureaucrats:

'They tried to walk in like football players, like they had a keg of beer between their legs. They rounded their shoulders over so it made their necks look bigger. They thickened up their voices and threw a few “mans” and “likes” and “digs” into their conversations. When they sat down, they gave it that Honcho wide-open spread when they crossed their legs, putting the right foot, encased in a cordovan brogue with a sole sticking out like a rock ledge, on the left knee, as if the muscles in their thighs were so big and stud-like that they couldn’t cross their legs all the way if they tried."

Hmm, sounds like the typical Unz commenter. How about the black poverty pimps?

"To them, by now, being hip was striking poses that were so cool, so languid, they were almost feminine. They would look like one of those supercool secretary birds that stand around on one long A-l racer leg with everything else drawn up into a beautiful supercool little bunch of fluffy feathers at the top."

Sounds like they could use some instruction in manliness from Unz readers. I'd pay to see that.

And NY has massive government compared to most states – much of the housing is owned by the government, millions of people ride government transit systems instead of driving their own cars, etc. A large portion of the population draws social welfare benefits. So there is a lot more political patronage to fight over.

NY doesn’t really have a functioning legislature – the legislature functions as a rubber stamp for the decisions made by the majority party leaders (in recent years mostly Democrats who are also from NYC).

The ability of color film (and now digital technology) to accurately capture and differentiate between different shades of brown, whether of humans or chocolate bars or horses, is an actual technical issue and surely, if the majority of Americans had had brown skin, more effort would have been made to solve this problem.

OTOH, if the majority of Americans had had brown skin, we would have never invented color film to begin with.

    Catch-22.

Part of the reason why the clean cut handsome man is no longer the paragon for these men (aside from the fact that they were ugly to begin with and were never going to be handsome no matter how much they groomed themselves) is that this image now reads as "gay" and young heterosexual men don't want to appear or be subject to inferences that they are gay.

And speaking of New York and racism. Check out the NYPD hate crime Twitter.

    https://twitter.com/NYPDHateCrimes

The immediate pattern will be seen of black people attacking Hasidic Jews and East Asians a lot. Not a lot of Haven Monahan types but there are a few whites. (Although near the top the NYPD have a post of a homeless white man tagging city hall with a swastika, don't worry though, they tracked the guy down and got him for his felony! They even went after some black teenagers for drawing some in wet cement.) Seems like quite a few of these people had very adverse health effects from these interactions. I wonder if the anxiety and fear of racist attacks from blacks could be construed as a microaggression that undermined people's mental and physical health? They even have general anti-white incidents, they can't hide reality.

Reporting on these incidents by the wider media would cause heads to explode in terms of either having to report the largest black perpetrators and or report on why the blacks hate the Hasids and Asians so much seeing them as competition and ethnic displacers themselves. (Seriously, at the rate the Hasidic population is expanding, it's going to become an increasing elephant in the room in terms of their anti-social interactions with others) And as Spielberg's new version of West Side Story determines, only whites can engage in gentrification or ethnic displacement.

These attacks are territory marking. They're meant to drive you away. This is very primal and I suspect if you asked them the attacks wouldn't really be able to give you a highly reasoned idea why they did it.

And forget about the class element of this ever being discussed, I'm not even sure the current crop of very serious cosmopolitan journalists could even begin to comprehend that part. After all, that's chiefly what 'healthcare racism' really amounts to; poverty. But to blueticks it's obviously a fact that poor whites must have much better health than wealthy blacks.

The only Jews reproducing enough to have a growing population are the ones with the beards and funny hats, people who mix only with one another; if demographic extrapolations can be trusted – and they are often misleading – the Hasidics will outnumber the secular Jews in Britain within a decade or so.

Now, and for the next 25 years or so, it's going to bouncing on the bottom, while the secular, Boomer Jews die-off, their kids marry out, and whatever their small number of grandkids completely assimilate. Meanwhile, traditional/religious Jews -- now only ~10% of the Tribe -- will be over-producing more of their kind.

In ~50 yrs, the #s will be flipped: 90% of Jews will be T/R.

    @Alden

    HH = p^2
    Hh = 2*p*(1-p)
    hh = (1-p)^2

‘The best thing for sickle cell in the short term is for blacks to do something similar to what the Ashkenazi have done with their frequent alleles. Everyone gets genotyped by the charity. ‘

Either that, or we could just not care about blacks. Do they care about us?

No. Are they cute like my daughter’s cat?

No. Explain to me why we should care. Let blacks care about it.

Did the Chinese even demand the murderer be prosecuted? Demand he not be bailed out awaiting trial. Ask their council critter to lobby the prosecutors office to charge murder rather than manslaughter? That’s the immediate problem.

They honestly, truly do not see the connection between the black and radical politicians they vote for and the black criminals that prey on them. Democrat voters deserve what they get.

Asians like all other non Whites and half the Whites are democrat block voters.

    Favorite joke in San Francisco.

    Q. Why do the blacks attack old Asians?

    A. Because there’s no old Whites left in town for the blacks to attack.

In Britain, secular Jews either partner and marry outside the tribe [exogamy] or fail to reproduce adequately even if they marry inside the tribe [endogamy.]

The only Jews reproducing enough to have a growing population are the ones with the beards and funny hats, people who mix only with one another; if demographic extrapolations can be trusted - and they are often misleading - the Hasidics will outnumber the secular Jews in Britain within a decade or so.

    Replies: @Abolish_public_education

Jewish population has been in a bear market for a while. Now, and for the next 25 years or so, it’s going to bouncing on the bottom, while the secular, Boomer Jews die-off, their kids marry out, and whatever their small number of grandkids completely assimilate. Meanwhile, traditional/religious Jews — now only ~10% of the Tribe — will be over-producing more of their kind.

In ~50 yrs, the #s will be flipped: 90% of Jews will be T/R.

“Racism” is currently the favorite conspiracy theory of the Left in the West. “Patriarchy” and “the Military-Industrial Complex” are a distant second and third. Like any good conspiracy theory, it’s universally applicable.

Are the police arresting Africans-in-America for dealing and possessing drugs? Racism! Are the police leaving them to their own devices and driving past, smiling and waving, while some aspiring nuclear physicist dies of an overdose in the alley? That’s racism too! Racism can do absolutely anything at all.

It’s sort of like “global warming,” which can make the winters colder or warmer, can make it rain less or more, can cause there to be more hurricanes or fewer, and can be held up as the culprit for anything. Hmm, does global warming cause racism, or does racism cause global warming?
