From CBS San Francisco:

UPDATE: 3 Charged In Hate Crime Spree Targeting Asian Women Across Bay Area

September 19, 2021 at 11:02 pm

SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) — Three suspects have been charged in a hate crime spree involving dozens of purse snatches and robberies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area targeting Asian women, authorities announced Friday.

San Jose police said 23-year-old Derje Blanks, 24-year-old Anthony Robinson, and 27-year-old Cameron Moody were arrested following a yearlong, multi-jurisdictional investigation.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office said evidence has revealed that the defendants targeted the victims because they assumed the women – who were almost all of Asian descent – carried cash. There are numerous incidents where victims were pulled or wrestled to the ground during the robberies. Some victims were injured.

The crime spree includes more than 40 incidents throughout San Jose, San Pablo, Hayward, East Palo Alto, Newark, San Leandro, Fremont, Campbell, Dublin, and Milpitas, with crimes still being investigated by additional agencies. …

Investigators said that beginning in late 2020, the crime spree included robberies and purse snatches that virtually all followed the same pattern.

According to the DA’s office, evidence showed the suspects targeted Asian women because they believed that Asian women don’t use banks. In some cases, the suspects used ethnic slurs to refer to their victims.

But I was told it was due to Trump.

The whole idea of a separate charge of “hate crime” is anathema to me to begin with. Maybe that black guy over there who’s been going on that shoplifting spree did it because he hates having to get a job.

If you are going to have a hate crime charge or accusation, well, these guys ain’t it. Their motive for picking on the Oriental women is pretty clear and reasonable. Not only are these women more likely to carry lots of cash, but they are on the average more diminutive.

Oh, they used ethnic slurs. Boo hoo. They use ethnic slurs on each other all the time too.

  5. @Achmed E. Newman

Yes you are correct — the “hate crime” category has been absorbed into the reigning Woke religion and become farcical. Anyone who mentions taboo features of reality is a heretic to be cancelled and shunned, so obvious features of reality are ignored and unmentionable in polite company. These men are petty crooks who wanted to steal money easily, and relied on statistical patterns. Noticing any race-related statistical pattern (Asian women are small and carry cash) is a “hate crime” nowadays.

Anyway… I’m surprised they even published the mugshots of these good boys. Hell, I’m surprised they got arrested. This doesn’t serve the White Bad, POC Good narrative that tries to unite blacks and yellows against whites.

  7. These negro assholes attack asians because they can’t fight back. They don’t attack those that might fight back, shoot them or just plain old get their asses kicked. On the exceedingly rare occasions they pick the wrong targets and get what’s coming to them, the target that killed, maimed or otherwise thwarted their mayhem of course are themselves targeted as racist for fighting back. That’s the problem right there.

You wouldn’t hurt a fly and you can’t conceive of people who would do far, far worse.

You attribute the evils that afflict you to accident instead of malice, always offering up a defenseless smile and shake of the head when misfortune visits you, or anyone else like you.

You cannot see the deliberate system that enforces this racial reckoning against us through your rose-coloured, good-guy glasses, you prefer to dust it off to stupidity, or laziness. Or your intelligence.

The world doesn’t work like your childhood, your old man was obviously a brilliant bloke, and you clearly had the best of upbringings but, mate, the world doesn’t work like that. There’s some seriously stone cold heartless people whose brains you cannot even imagine to fathom the depths of their hatred of the likes of you, who have it in for the rest of us.

If I’m having a Pascal like wager over which way to go I’m tending to my defensive side. The stakes are too high, you, your day is done and you don’t have any skin in the game, except a long standing wrong headed easy going attitude.

We allowed the leftists to create troops of volunteer Though police to enforce their twisted ideology and punish all those who dissent. How could anyone possibly have foreseen this?

  24. But I was told it was due to Trump.

Hey, Trump has a surprising number of black fans. Blacks more than most Americans have good reason to support nativism as a political philosophy. They have been getting their asses kicked by immigrants for over 50 years now. No ethnic group, other than Native Americans, has suffered more than blacks from immigration of hard working ambitious Asians and Latinos.

  25. But I was told it was due to Trump.

Politicians need to be very careful about saying things that may stir up racial hatred or animosity.

That doesn’t necessarily exclude the predatory criminal underclass from responsibility for its actions.

It could be that these criminals had the perception that a lot of Asian women work in massage parlors and receive large tips in cash.

Maybe that is true, or maybe it is not true, but criminals are notorious for sharing ideas with each other on how to commit crimes.

But the bottom line is that crime is all about the easy money. Some people used to say that rape was all about power, a hate crime if you like, but it was always about the sex.

  26. Been in a lockdown since June, too scared to go outside in case the police bash me. Do the Chinese fear their government like we do?

Central European leaders have met in Budapest for the Fourth Demographic Summit and signed a declaration stating that mass immigration is not the answer to Europe’s declining birth rate.

The summit, which was hosted by Hungarian PM Viktor Orban, was attended by the leaders of the Czech Republic, Serbia, and Slovenia, plus Mike Pence, the former United States vice-president.

This will go down like a lead balloon in Brussels, particularly as Slovenia holds the rotating presidency of the European Council at the moment. The summit’s resolution is also a direct challenge to the West’s liberal ideals, where family values are traduced as “old-fashioned.”

iSteve content generator Agustin “Fabio” Fuentes seems to be struggling over how to get back in the spotlight after Kathryn Paige Harden’s book.

Harden … takes on her contemporaries, such as Princeton anthropologist Agustin Fuentes.

“A colleague who’s reviewing [Harden’s] book told me she had compared me to Stalin,” laughs Fuentes when we speak. “The good news is she’s not.”

But Fuentes says Harden has misrepresented his position over the question of whether, when and how society should intervene to help individuals with genetic variants that might make life hard(er) for them.

Fuentes says there are people who “invoke genetics to take social intervention off the table” and stressed that he’s not one of them.

For Fuentes, the devil is in the dogged details.

“For society to function effectively, looking at the entirety of human evolution, we know that equity is important in our social success, that’s how humans work, and so we have the moral and ethical obligation to make our societies work as best we can. But not to be egalitarian because humans vary, so understanding how we vary, including genetically, is important,” he says.

    https://www.dw.com/en/genetic-lottery-excuse-to-do-nothing-or-do-everything/a-59260696

    So he’s saying …

    1. Equity is important [meaning equality of outcome?!]

    2. We’re obligated to make society work well.

    3. We’re not obligated to be egalitarian, because people are different, not the same [what happened to equity?]

    4. We should study genetic differences [but not differences between races, which don’t exist?] to model our society and its structure and rules.

    ???

I hope he reviews her book.

By the way, Amazon’s Look inside the Book Search shows that Harden doesn’t mention Steve by name.

Merkel’s Children: Living Legacies Called Angela, Angie and Sometimes Merkel
For some refugee families who traveled to Germany during the migrant crisis of 2015 and 2016, gratitude for Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision to welcome them comes via a namesake.

Chancellor Angela Merkel is stepping down after her replacement is chosen following Germany’s Sept. 26 election. Her decision to welcome more than a million refugees from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere in 2015 and 2016 stands as perhaps the most consequential moment of her 16 years in power.

It changed Europe, changed Germany, and above all changed the lives of those seeking refuge, a debt acknowledged by families who named their newborn children after her in gratitude.

The chancellor has no children of her own. But in different corners of Germany, there are now 5- and 6-year-old girls (and some boys) who carry variations of her name — Angela, Angie, Merkel and even Angela Merkel. How many is impossible to say. The New York Times has identified nine, but social workers suggest there could be far more, each of them now calling Germany home.

Hate crime law is an admission that America has sleepwalked into being a multi-national state which necessitates power sharing which is the state recognising specific groups as integral parts of it and their welfare is important. The problem for whites is they are only recognised as a negative group if at all. Another example would be the setasides on the Supreme Court which is now 100% Catholic or Jewish, a legacy from when the old stock WASPs were still a large proportion of the population and Irish, Italian and Jewish immigrants were the most important outgroups. (At least in the parts of the country that were most influential)

Hate crime laws exist because it is attempting to disincentivise any violence which may prove an ethnic provocation and cause or intensify ethnic conflict. The problem is the state is wary to recognise hate crimes committed against whites.

America is ruled by ethnic power-sharing no differently than Nigeria with it’s alternating Muslim and Christian presidents. Menorah’s at Christmas on public grounds and Kwanzaa stamps are other examples.

In the UK there’s a small but persistent trickle of stories about bad boys targeting Indian homes, or Indian women wearing bangles/necklaces on the street, because Hindu families often have gold on the premises .

The Met, launching a new operation today to target the gold gangs, said London’s Asian community accounted for a disproportionately high 24 per cent of burglaries where jewellery is taken and 16 per cent of repeat burglaries.

Thieves often take advantage of Asian households during religious celebrations such as Eid and Diwali when gold is given as gifts and worn as jewellery.Last month two thieves escaped with a safe containing nearly £5,000 of gold jewellery after breaking into the house of a family who were on holiday.

    https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/masked-burglars-beat-father-and-hold-him-captive-as-they-ransack-family-home-of-ps30k-gold-jewellery-a3695511.html

Market trader Harminder Dhillon, 60, was struck across the legs with a metal bar and punched and kicked as he lay on the floor when four masked men burst through the back door at 9.30pm.

He had been asleep upstairs after his wife and three children left their £500,000 home in Ilford to attend a temple.

I have a vague impression the offenders are from quite varied backgrounds. The usual suspects, white criminals (sometimes travellers), even the odd Asian bad boy.

Calling someone “n!gg3r” in the middle of a fistfight does NOT make it a hate crime, for example. And targeting Asians because the attackers believe them to be more likely to carry cash is likewise NOT a hate crime. There is actually one Protestant on the court – Neil Gorsuch, though he was raised a Catholic.

There are no set asides for Catholics on the Court. Catholics have come to dominate in large part because white Protestants have been wholly unreliable as conservatives. Kennedy, Souter, and O’Connor – I believe all of them were Protestant – were all letdowns, to one degree or another. The Catholics have all been solid.

As for the Jews, well. That has more to do with the fact that they pretty much control the Democratic Party now. Just look at Joe Biden’s cabinet. His Chief of Staff is Jewish, as are four of the five most powerful cabinet secretaries – Justice, Treasury, Homeland Security, and State. It is incredible to me we allow this humiliation and cruelty for people who have been found guilty of nothing. These three mean nothing to me. But mug shot distribution in the age of the internet is evidence of a government that cares nothing for its citizens, that really has no citizens but only subjects, and that wishes the boot upon the face.

Before Gabby Petito became the latest symbol of Missing White Woman Syndrome in the U.S., there was Sarah Everard in London in the U.K. She was found killed, apparently by a white cop, so it exploded in the British media. Non-white and white women are killed all the time in London by men and boys of color, but they get no media attention. Sarah’s killing unleashed a pent-up explosion of concern about how women are unsafe on the streets.

Now there an ethnic Bangladeshi schoolteacher has been killed in London, Sabina Nessa. The media is covering her to atone for their normal lack of dead POC coverage, and also because she was young, attractive, and not really that dark skinned. But I sense trouble may be brewing. The police eventually released a security cam clip. The guy looks Middle Eastern to me, which would be more representative of the problem than the cop/great white defendant in the Sarah Everard case. Ethnics killing ethnics, and occasionally ethnics killing whites.

I notice that the case was called on British television a “gender-based” crime, even before they had any sort of suspect or motive. I suppose if a woman is a victim of a crime, it’s always gender based, because she’s a women? But is a crime against any man gender-based to the media? Nah. I wouldn’t think so.

I think women in diverse cities are sort of fucked. They’re smaller and weaker than men, who commit most violent crime, and for some reason non-whites commit most of the violent crime. Women just have to limit the times and places they go, and not walk around alone, and preferably with a man. Jogging? It’s bad for the knees, so glass half full. It sucks, but it’s a small price to pay to live in a vibrant, diverse city of immigrants.

I’d be amazed if these victims of “systemic racism” and “white supremacy” didn’t have histories of violence and criminality beginning at age 14 or 13 or even 12 if pubescent. And I’d also be amazed if they didn’t all commit dozens and scores of crimes, felonies and misdemeanors, before they were arrested for mugging 40 “Asian” women, and they’re still investigating. And I wonder how many prior arrests they had before this crime “spree,” and how many felony convictions, in their teens and early-mid 20s? 10-30 each, 50-100 combined? And how much time did they serve in jail and prison over this period? A few years in prison at most or only a few months in jail?

They and gangs and legions of other low-IQ brutes and savages and predators should have been buried in prison long ago rather than free to prey on and mug who knows how many “Asian” women and commit who knows how many other crimes for which they weren’t even arresed and indicted and prosecuted.

I wonder how many white teachers and other adult women are or have been in jails and prisons for having love affairs or mere trysts with biological men under statutory age, all or virtually all of them first-offenders convicted of nonviolent and victimless and usually mala prohibita felonies -i.e., crimes that are legal acts in dozens of other nations, including European countries.

And they have to register for life or at least 20-30 years as uniquely deviant and dangerous criminals, with their names, mug-shots, and addresses on the internet and all that that entails in regard to danger and mortification -unlike myriads of low-IQ brutes and savages and predators who’ve committed dozens and scores of crimes but have never been convicted of a sexual offense albeit it’s likely that most of them have committed rapes and gang-rapes of men in jails and prisons and/or women and adolescent girls.

If you have a crime or murder where a middle class woman is killed or abducted by a stranger, then that is always going to make a much more interesting press story than a story of underclass domestic violence or of violent interactions between gang members unless the woman is some kind of celebrity domestic violence victim or related to somebody like Prince Charles or Johnny Depp.

Any kind of mass fight or brawl in a public place, or at a political demonstration is always going to get a lot more attention than a mass fight or brawl inside a prison, unless there are multiple deaths.

The interesting thing about the reporting of the Everard case, the woman who was abducted by an off duty cop and killed, was that there was no mention of her being in breach of curfew and quarantine regulations as it appeared that she had been to visit her boyfriend and was then walking home alone, which would have made her much more vulnerable to a rogue cup stopping her.

  91. Maybe there aren’t many white Protestant judges who want to be nominated? Can you name any obvious candidates who were overlooked?

I suspect that when it comes to nomination Supreme Court judges there are much less willing candidates than one would think.

For a start one would have to relocate to Washington for a significant part of the year, and many judges presumably have roots in other states.

Secondly you would have to be willing to take on a position where there is no retirement, with the expectation that you will die in office, so belief in the afterlife is probably a prerequisite.

Thirdly, after a successful career as a lawyer and a federal judge, you are now going to end up judging a lot of cases that are basically political, and while some judges may want that, I am sure there are a lot who would want to have nothing to do with it.

Fourthly, you are going to be permanently in the public eye and unable to go anywhere in the world without being spied upon by somebody, so you need to be a person who leads an eminently respectable life, preferably as an incel, which probably rules out quite a few lawyers.

Fifthly, you are going to have to undergo considerable background checks and confirmation hearings. You really don’t know if some girl you last saw in 10th grade is going to come forward and say that you groped her behind the bicycle shed in exchange for a cigarette.

You are quite mistaken. White men overwhelmingly held those jobs until late 1980’s and 1990’s de-industrialization when the US-MEX border was formally opened up to bring in millions of lower wage foreign replacement workers on 1-year work permits. Just an example, but the rules for reporting to shareholders (maybe fed) do not allow corporations to charge divisions for the cost of the capital they use. I guarantee that every corporation knows whether a division’s income is x/million or x/billion. To keep track of that well, they have to maintain two sets of books. The real Asian cash isn’t \$200 in a purse in a supermarket parking lot for weekly grocery shopping. It’s \$20,000 hidden behind a false wall in an Asian home. And Asians don’t carry the day’s cash receipts home on foot or on a bus.

If the defendants really were smart and familiar with enriching marvelous asian culture, they’d lie in wait in the alley behind restaurants and convenience stores at closing time and look for 2 or 3 men getting into a car. That’s how they’d get the day’s cash. Or they could spot an asian extortionist. When he’d finish his day’s round of extorting payments from Asian businesses they could grab him and get his day’s receipts. A few times. And then they’d disappear

The reason that Roman Catholics have predominated among Republican presidents’ Supreme Court nominations, in recent decades, is because the Republicans have had a de facto pro-life litmus test for such picks, in the long wake of Roe v. Wade (1973), and (politically conservative) Roman Catholics are the one demographic group among sitting federal judges (or other elite lawyers who might be viewed as suitable picks for the Supreme Court, without their being sitting federal judges) most likely to pass that litmus test. (President Obama chose a Puerto Rican despite her nominal religious affiliation, not because of it.)

Are men “much more likely” or even more likely than women to be the victims of theft and muggings like these “Asian” females?

It’s true that men, especially males in their teens and 20s, are much more likely to be the victims of murders and shootings, and the regnant majority of them are violent and recidivist black criminals who are shot and killed or wounded by violent and recidivist black male criminals who should have been in prison.

Lots of Asians in the Bay Area, like to deal in cash. It’s as simple as they just don’t trust the banks.

More likely that they run cash-rich small businesses like restaurants and salons and don’t want to pass all the revenue through bank accounts because of potential IRS audits. If you can just siphon off and take home \$50 per day from a small business, by the end of the year, that is a pretty useful tax-free sum to have for a rainy day (or a pandemic.)

Cash apps are not much use, because the money cannot be put on the apps without going through a bank account, and the same, I think for bitcoin, but US dollars can easily be carried overseas and are readily exchangeable.

There is a limit on the amount of cash that can be carried overseas, which I believe is \$10,000 per family, but of course while you are overseas you can stash this cash with a family member or deposit it in a local bank and get money from an ATM or use a credit card, and not spend the cash you carry with you.

\$10,000 might not sound like a whole lot of money, but goes much further overseas in lower cost economies and in the Philippines for example you might be able to buy a small modern condo of about 700 sq ft with 2 bedrooms for less than a million pesos (US\$20,000) so that \$10,000 would be useful as a down payment and to furnish the place as an Airbnb or granny flat.

“Southern Baptists or Pentecostals would serve the same purpose just as well.”

The Southern Baptist Convention has barely 14 million members (about a million of whom are Black), down from over 16 and a half million in 2005:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_Baptist_Convention#Membership

According to the previously linked Pew study, only 6% of “Baptists in the Evangelical Tradition” have post-graduate degrees (with another 12% having a college degree, 34% having some college, and 48% having no college education at all). Sixty percent consider themselves politically conservative, while 10% consider themselves politically liberal, with a quarter saying that they are politically moderate, and the rest saying that they “don’t know” what they are politically. While 61% say that they are, or lean, Republican, 26% say that they are, or lean, Democratic. While 65% say that abortion should be illegal in all or most cases, 32% say that it should be legal in all or most cases. At 85% White, 4% Black, 5% Latino, 1% Asian, and 5% other or mixed, Southern Baptists are obviously much whiter than the country at large.

Pentecostals, according to Pew, are 3.6% of the American public, or just under 12 million members. Three-fifths of those are women! Pentecostals are 59% White– so, almost identical to the American population, overall– with 28% Latino, 5% Black, 1% Asian, and 6% other or mixed. Twenty-one percent are immigrants, with another 9% being of immigrant stock. Fifty-one percent earn under \$30,000 per year! Only 7% earn six figures or more per year. Only 3% have post-graduate degrees, with another 9% having a college degree, 35% having some college, and 54% having no college education at all. Only 47% say that the are, or lean, Republican, with a third saying that they are, or lean, Democratic. Fifty-one percent say that they are politically conservative, while 19% say that they are politically liberal, along with a quarter saying that they are politically moderate, and 6% saying that they “don’t know” what they are politically. Sixty-nine percent say that abortion should be illegal in all or most cases, but 28% say that it should be legal in all or most cases.

At 20.8% of the population, according to Pew, there are about 69 million (titular) Roman Catholics in the United States, these days– versus about 26 million Southern Baptists and Pentecostals, combined. Like the Baptists, Catholics are much closer to the sex breakdown of the country as a whole than are the Pentecostals, with Baptists being 52% female, and Catholics being 54% female. Like Pentecostals, Catholics are 59% White. They are 34% Latino, 3% Asian, 3% Black, and the rest other or mixed. They are 28% immigrant, and another 15% immigrant stock. Forty-five percent earn over \$50,000 per year, with 19% earning six figures or more per year. Only 36% earn under \$30,000 per year. Ten percent of Catholics have post-graduate degrees, with another 16% having a college degree, 27% having some college, and 46% having no college education at all. Catholics do lean Democratic over Republican, 44% to 37%, with 19% saying that they do not lean to either party. Thirty-seven percent also say that they are politically conservative, however, versus only 22% who say that they are politically liberal, with 36% saying that they are politically moderate, and 5% saying that they “don’t know” what they are politically. On abortion, Catholics are nearly evenly split, with 48% saying that it should be illegal in all or most cases, 47% saying that it should be legal in all or most cases, and 5% saying that they do not know.

So, based upon those religious affiliations’ respective sizes, party affiliations, political philosophies, opinions on abortion, educational attainments, annual earnings, racial compositions, sex breakdowns, etc., I would expect at least a few times as many Catholics to be among the elite, pro-life, conservative Republicans in the legal profession who might be reasonably considered by a Republican president (if there ever were one again) to be deserving of a Supreme Court nomination than such potential nominees who are either Southern Baptist or Pentecostal. Throw in the recent trend of presidents selecting their Supreme Court nominees almost exclusively from among the graduates of the most elite law schools in the country, and I would expect the Catholic advantage to be even greater still.

Yeah tax evasion has nothing to do with it.

I don’t doubt there is tax evasion going on with those who run all-cash businesses, but what evidence is there that owners of such businesses who are Asian commit tax law transgressions at higher rates than owners of similar businesses who are not Asian?

FBI data seems to indicate that Asian commit crimes at rates far below those of other races in America, including white collar crimes (presumably tax evasion and money laundering fall under the umbrella). The only criminal activity in which Asians exceed the white rate the last year that kind of data was available was… gambling (their prostitution rate was also a tiny bit higher than that of whites, but I don’t think it was statistically significant).

By the way, older* Asian penchance for cash doesn’t have to do anything with tax evasion. The Japanese in Japan, most of who are not cash business operators, like to keep cash at their homes. Indeed, in the aftermath of the last tsunami, millions of dollars of worth of cash from safes at private residences floated through the streets in Japan, which of course were promptly scooped up and reported to the police to be returned to the rightful owners: https://www.amren.com/news/2011/08/honest_japanese/

*This is a cultural phenomenon that dates from the time when East Asian governments had heavy-handed capital controls and money in the bank was not considered safe or liquid. Younger East Asians in Asia who are growing up awash in low interest rate don’t seem to have this proclivity and have taken to the convenience and germaphobia of digital currency with gusto.

The big difference in Catholics vs S baptists and Pentecostals is education. Northern big city and suburban K-8 catholic schools are an excellent preparation for college and law schools. Southern public schools full of blacks not so much. Astonishing fact. Catholic schools, even in big city black & Hispanic neighborhoods still teach correct grammar, something very useful in law school admissions.

Whereas public schools in all 50 states discarded correct grammar because it discriminates against blacks.

One thing marginally related I find somewhat amusing is this. I homeschool my children, and over the years I have taught them early American history. They are always shocked to learn that Maryland Catholics and Virginia Protestants (via proxy Protestant rebels in Maryland) fought a war once during the colonial era, and that the latter defeated the former and ran Maryland for a while, preventing Catholics from holding office and voting. The amusing part is this – overwhelmingly, the largest Christian denomination in Northern Virginia, the richest and the most influential part of Virginia, today is Catholicism. It is indeed the second largest Christian denomination in Virginia overall. And Virginia Catholic parishes (esp. those in the Diocese of Arlington, often considered to be the most conservative in the country!) are much more conservative than Maryland Catholics. Oh, how things change…

My personal knowledge of The Asian Way comes from being a member of an Old San Francisco Family who arrived the same time as the Gold Rush Chinese fleeing the Taipan Rebellion Civil War. Plus 27 years years a San Francisco Probation Officer I learned a lot about White and Asian commercial crime such as fraud money laundering illegal gambling brothel massage salons where the slave prostitutes arrived in shipping containers and are locked in and not allowed to leave the premises and Shylocking as I did about black and Hispanic street crime.

Personal observation of illegal Chinese housing practices and violation of zoning building industrial and business laws.

We tried the suburbs for a few years decided to move back to the city. I was overjoyed at the prospect of a 19th century house built by real tradesmen instead of a uniform building code suburban house. Found a wonderful house in Nib Hill. Close to Grace Cathedral Prep for the boys and just a short cable car ride down The hill to NDV for both girls and boys.

A rowhouse but big. And dream of dreams a longer than usual south facing back garden. 2 stories and full basement 9 rooms, 12 if you count the maid’s room and 2 sunrooms. First floor 100 year old walnut, not oak parquet floors even in the the halls. 16 foot ceilings light fixtures in every ceiling. And moldings galore on ceilings and walls. One of the many flaws in post 1945 residential architecture is lack of ceiling light fixtures.

Living room dining room library and multipurpose room in the back opening to the sunroom It was a perfect play room hobby room tv room. All splendid rooms. Not really a grandiose mansion but perfection. And the
perfect setting for my antique furniture real
    antique furniture.

Upstairs 5 bedrooms all decent size like the smallest 12 by 12 instead of the horrible tiny little bedrooms for the kids. And 100 oak parquet. And a light fixture in every bedroom ceiling. Huge old fashioned bathrooms and 3 huge walk in closets with built in shelves and drawers. My dream house to fill with children and red walnut furniture. And aqua and paprika and hunter green walls instead of prole white.

I could hear the sewing machines whirring away in the illegal sewing factory in the basement. Garden hadn’t been watered in years.

Can you guess why Asians live in older parts of cities? Because the high ceilings can accommodate 3 tier bunk beds.

So, middle aged Chinese woman let me in and showed me around. Either didn’t or refused to speak English. Got really upset when I wanted to see the basement. Because a sewing factory is illegal in a single family home. In America

So living room biggest room on the first floor 6 sets of triple bunks 18 beds. Some with night shift guys sleeping in them. Trash bags of clothes no other furniture. Dining room no table or chairs more triple bunk beds. Library and multipurpose room at the back more bunk beds.

Upstairs the 3 biggest bedrooms had kids toys double beds and bunk beds and dressers obviously for a couple and their kids. The other 2 bedrooms just bunk beds. From the clothes I figured it was just 3 families the rest men living in that house.

I counted 74 beds in that one single family house. In the house . As well as slaves and sewing machines there were bunk beds in the basement as well.

We talked about it. Problems of getting all the inhabitants out. But the house itself and close by NDV and Grace Cathedral prep was such a draw. Problem was we had 4 kids age 5-7 boys were twins. We drive around in weekends no kids and no playgrounds or parks. We knew the kids who went to NDV and Grace Cathedral prep mostly commented from other neighborhoods.
So we bought in Sea Cliff 2 blocks from the playground where the boys perfected their basketball skills 2 beaches the Golden Gate National Forest and plenty of kids with whom to play.

Personal observation of Chinese illegal slaughter houses in residential neighborhoods in the Richmond district adjacent to Sea Cliff. As the Asian invasion progressed their restaurants multiplied. The homes are built on top of garages. Walking and driving around the neighborhood one can see the garage doors open. And in the garages are chicken slaughter houses. Crates of mostly live a few dead chickens. And emaciated middle aged Asian men in T shirts and flip flops in the cold foggy Richmond district squatting in the garage floor killing plucking and cutting up chickens on the filthy floor for the gazillion Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood.

I don’t live in Idaho and I only comment about what I know.

And if you know The Asian Way which you don’t; asian immigrants don’t want hired security guards knowing where they live. Or that they bring the day’s cash receipts home with them. The Asian business owners know what they’re doing is illegal. Even more they don’t trust security guards not to steal their money. It’s The Asian Way And why waste money on security guards or other employees when there are extended family members obligated to work for you?

And they’d never hire off duty cops. Much of the time Asians don’t even report extortion , store robberies and burglaries home invasions because they don’t trust the police.

Asians don’t trust police or any branch of government. That’s the first thing. Second thing is Asians don’t obey regulations and laws in their own countries. So they don’t obey laws and regulations when they immigrate. And slave labor filthy restaurants factories in the garages of single family homes prostitutes locked up in their brothels EBT food card fraud non payment of taxes setting up as a barber or hair dresser without a license illegal gambling usurious loans to the gamblers are The Asian Way.
They know vaguely what they do violates all sorts of American industrial labor and commercial laws. So they fear the American government as much as they feared their home governments.

And they would never let an off duty cop know they were bring home the day’s cash receipts. More for fear the cops and security guards would rob them than report them.

Here’s an example of where Asian restaurants and convenience stores get a lot of their food and cleaning supplies. Food banks for the poor.

There’s a big Methodist church in downtown San Francisco. Every Wednesday it has an enormous food bank operation. Even have traffic directors as people line up for a couple miles. Asians usually the old ones line up to get the food and other stuff. As soon as they get it they dash to a car or truck and give it to the driver. Then get back in line and give the next bag to the driver. Lots of the rice cooking oil vegetables noodles etc sold in Asian restaurants comes from the food banks.
And lots of food sold in Asian grocery stores comes from the Food Banks. Also soap detergent toothpaste paper towels and household supplies comes from the food banks. The blacks of San Francisco are furious that the Asian businesses profit from the food banks.

My Catholic grade school, which had opened the month before I was born, was closed, decades ago, and then razed to the ground. A new public school building, The Gary Lighthouse Charter School, was eventually built behind where my old school had stood, with the old site paved over to expand our original school parking lot from 1956 et seq. Our parish church, next door, was eventually deactivated, several years ago; and, a few years ago, the Diocese of Gary sold the building to some Protestant sect. Likewise, Brunswick Elementary School, a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk down 7th Avenue from our old parish church, and which I had attended for kindergarten, the year that it opened, has been closed, abandoned and derelict, for the last several years, and supposedly is on a long waiting list of old Gary school buildings that are eventually to be demolished. Sigh….

In a July 2018 poll, we specifically tested opinions regarding building a wall, and 77 percent of African Americans opposed it — higher than any other racial or ethnic group. Similarly, we have found African Americans have the highest support for the DREAM Act which provides a pathway to citizenship for people brought to the United States as children. Black voters are also the most opposed to Trump’s policy of separating children and parents at the border.

Anything that is perceived as being good for Whites is opposed by blacks. Pro-black = anti-White.

  176. @Twinkie

FBI data seems to indicate that Asian commit crimes at rates far below those of other races in America, including white collar crimes (presumably tax evasion and money laundering fall under the umbrella)….

Twinkie, when you get away with it, it’s not IN the FBI data. Nobody said this crowd isn’t pretty bright.

BTW, it’s just guessing here, but I would guess the worst offenders are Chinese, not Korean. 177. ATBOTL says:

The media is using black on Asian crime as a distraction from black on white crime. Back before Trump, there was a period of several years, starting after Obama was elected, when conservative media was surprisingly bold in covering black on white crime. That’s when Breitbart was promoting Colin Flaherty. Look at this piece from 2013, they would never publish something like this now:

    https://www.breitbart.com/the-media/2013/11/26/as-knock-out-game-grows-author-was-ahead-of-the-news/

Trump never criticized blacks or made much of an issue of black crime or rioting. After Trump was elected, there was a big shift in conservative media away from any coverage that put blacks in a bad light and towards the new Trump/Bannon/Kushner/GOPe “Blexit” strategy of pandering to blacks with things like letting black criminals out of jail, ignoring black on white crime stories and giving pardons to rappers. Right before the rioting happened last year, Breitbart was full of silly stories about “40% of blacks approve of Trump” and such. Many boomer commenters on these Breitbart pieces really thought blacks were flocking to Trump and that he would get something like a quarter or a third of the black vote and win the election from that.

When the BLM riots hit, Breitbart, Trump, boomers etc. were stunned and paralyzed. They didn’t know how react since they had bet the house on pandering to blacks, making that the main campaign strategy while ignoring immigration. They were all slow to condemn the anti-white tone of the riots and tried to make everything about some kind of impotent “police can do no wrong” or mindless “Law And Order!” mantras. As BLM rioters begin attacking white people eating at restaurants, there was not the same kind of racial backlash among white boomers as there had been in Ferguson riots. Boomers seem to be really, really cucked to blacks now, definitely following Trump’s lead.

Now we have this new narrative to shift attention away from white victims of black crime, who are far more numerous than Asian victims. It’s very similar to how after 2000, conservative media made affirmative action an issue about “anti-Asian discrimination” in college admissions, while ignoring the anti-white discrimination in every area of American life.

when you get away with it, it’s not IN the FBI data.

Lots of blacks get away with homicide (homicide clearance rate is dreadfully low in many urban ghettoes), yet we know that blacks are much more homicidal than other races – we have the data as evidence.

The FBI data, when it was available, was pretty consistent – Asians had lower crime rates than all other racial groups in the U.S. including white collar/financial crimes. As a side note, contrary to the popular perception that white collar crimes were crimes committed mostly by whites, the black white collar crime rate was substantially higher than that of other races. In other words, blacks aren’t simply more violent or homicidal – they are also more likely to break laws in nonviolent ways. The reverse pattern is also persistent with Asians.

I would guess the worst offenders are Chinese, not Korean. The thing is, there are now an overwhelming numbers of Chinese people among the category “Asian” or at least among “Oriental”. I don’t know how much the •Indian crowd evade taxes, but they do run a lot of convenience stores and motels that take cash*, so just sayin…

Between 2000 and 2010, the following population changes were recorded among the various Asian groups (with at least 100,000 people):

    Bangladeshi 203%
    Cambodian 39%
    *Chinese 38%
    *Filipino 39%
    Hmong 44%
    *Indian 70%
    Japanese -1.2%
    *Korean 33%
    Laotian 17%
    Pakistani 133%
    Taiwanese 68%
    Thai 51%
    *Vietnamese 41%

*The top five in population (all with at least 1 million people)

As you can see, setting aside the Taiwanese, the proportions among East Asians didn’t change much (except that, again, the Japanese population declined). Now, I have seen the preliminary data since 2010, and the Korean population is also shrinking. The big demographic change among Asians in America is the dramatic rise of South Asians.

I would speculate that there is possibly greater amount of financial crimes among South Asians than among East Asians in the U.S., largely because 1) East Asians are more assimilated and South Asians are almost entirely recent arrivals and 2) financial crimes are much more common in South Asia than they are in East Asia. On other other hand, South Asian immigrants are highly selected educationally and are financially much better off than other Asian immigrants, and that tends to lower slightly the likelihood of committing crimes.

I should also note that the world capital of financial crimes is not Tokyo or Seoul or Beijing or even New Delhi or Mumbai*. It is… Tel Aviv: https://www.timesofisrael.com/as-israel-based-financial-fraud-soars-police-swoop-on-20-suspects-as-part-of-global-fbi-led-sting/

I’m sorry you are still resident here at Sailer, among a group who have recognized black dysfunction and a few other aspects of HBD but refuse to move any further or truly support their own.

I believe you live in New York state, although I seem to recall you lived elsewhere before, but I don’t remember you ever saying you lived in Texas. I do; been here for over 20 years. My husband was primarily raised here. The people you refer to as Hispanic Americans are heavily Mestizo, of mixed Indio and Spanish ancestry. They are NOT primarily European in their DNA, perhaps barely half. And they are not primarily loyal Americans. There are some Texicans whose families have been here for hundreds of years, but they are more heavily racially mixed with Whites and more representative of those you characterize. But they are a very small percentage of the Mexicans in America.

Simply the fact that you are comfortable using the term Mexican-American indicates an acceptance, on your part, with mixed loyalties and a racially-mixed nation. I categorically reject such a false construction, along with Sailer’s unnatural ‘citizenism’ which has been disproven repeatedly for decades. My husband’s godmother was of Mexican heritage, married to a White man. Her grandchildren – solely 1/4 Mexican, are the standard arrogant anti-White mongrels with no sense of Americanness, far less any loyalty or patriotism. One of my husband’s friends – half Mexican – used to be with the Border Patrol. Genuinely nice guy, but after getting burned romantically he married a full Mexican and has retreated to that ethnic ghetto where he feels more comfortable. The majority of the Border Patrol are full or partial Mexicans. Their loyalty is to one another, not America, and there’s an enormous number of them in bed with Mexican narcos and coyotes. The lure of the money is hard for many to resist.

Your celebration of the Mestizo Border Patrol was that of the non-Texan in love with Texas mythology. Texas is not what it once was. I rarely meet anyone born and raised here any more. Granted, none of the large cities are truly American – Houstin and DFW are the usual mix of everyone from everywhere. Austin has a Juice mayor and standard politics. San Antonio is almost entirely Mestizo. El Paso, which used to have a healthy proportion of Whites back in the 1960s-1970s, is now almost entirely Mexican-born Mestizo. The image of Texas independence and a rebellious spirit that still seems to have a hold on the rest of America is a fantasy – perhaps based on fact back in the earlier decades of the 20th century, but it’s long gone. For God’s sake, man, look at Texas repuke politicians. That is utterly representative of Texas ‘conservatism.’

I abandoned conservatism for the hypocritical failure that it is, just as I abandoned patriotism for a multiracial empire ruled by a foreign elite who want my White sons dead. I have no divided loyalties and no pretty fantasies about who most ‘Americans’ are. And you will continue to comment here, in your standard vein, and I will continue to scorn those who refuse to look harder at the truth about human nature, and consciously choose a side.

There was no dirt on Kavanaugh. There was a crazy psychology professor telling a story about an alleged sexual assault/attempted rape that she hadn’t bothered to tell anyone in 30+ years – not even to her shrink. And she couldn’t remember a single meaningful detail that couldn’t be falsified. She remembered shit she thought in the pool at the country club prior to the alleged party, but she couldn’t remember where the party was, who was there, or how she got home. She couldn’t even pin it down to a particular year.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the allegations against Clarence Thomas were true – behavior which, iirc, amounted to little more than standard office dirty talk that everyone, especially Democrats, indulge in. But the allegations against Kavanaugh clearly amounted to nothing more than character assassination, and every Democratic politician involved knew it was a lie.

Doesn’t the Left already have some genetics arguments blaming whites for black genetics? When they turn they will say evil white racism destroyed black families and ruined black genetics. Blacks will be seen as even more pathetic victims due to the horrible genetic damage evil whites have inflicted on them, even more excused for their bad behavior, and whites even more insidiously evil. Whites will owe blacks reparations in perpetuity.

If you want to see the Asian convenience store and restaurant owners relatives loading food bank bags into their vans cars and trucks, just stand outside Jones Memorial Methodist Church 1975 Post St SF every Saturday morning. Used to be on Wednesday’s but it caused such a traffic mess during the work week the day was changed to Saturday. Check out the vans and trucks parked a few blocks away being filled with bags of food and household supplies. Follow the vans and cars to the Asian restaurants and convenience stores and see the bags being unloaded.

Maybe Asians are less law abiding when they get to America because American criminal justice system is more lenient.

2 blocks away is an Asian barber hair dresser shop. The only license the 7 people who cut hair in the shop is one, just one manicure license. By state law, the business license and the hair dresser barber and manicure license SHALL be displayed in plain sight on the walls of the business.

When I went in there and looked at the one, just one manicure license a woman started yelling at me “ you from the government get out”. So obviously the commercial criminal knew she should not be operating a business without a license and employing unlicensed hair cutters.

If she doesn’t have a business license the IRS night not even know the place exists. Or the state and county sales tax agencies either.

No business license no barber or hair dresser license only one manicure license for the 7 people working in the shop. Which means somebody rented the store and didn’t bother to get a business license or hire licensed hair cutters. Cash only BTW.

The Asian Way conform to the laws outwardly. Constantly violate them if you can get away with it. Impossible to believe anyone who’s lived in Asia doesn’t know that.

I really have no objection to The Asian Way. Except when I fall victim to The Asian Way of consumer fraud. That’s easily avoided by not shopping at asian small businesses or dealing with Asians at all. For instance once we saw that house with 74 beds, we decided to invest only in White suburban real estate to avoid the 20 people and an illegal factory in the garage Asian tenant problem.

You don’t know The Asian Way. Which makes me doubt you’ve ever been in Asia except as a tourist on a luxury trip.

    1) As Steve Sailer has noted, dead bodies don’t lie. One can get an idea of who’s doing the murdering the way he and others have done. You know damn well they likely do 5, 10, maybe 20 times the small crime, as it’s just not reported, as most is not even worth reporting.

These crime stats remind me of “we apprehended 125,000 people at the Mexican border this month.” Does that mean 125,000 people were trying to cross that month? No. Obviously many make it in, or we wouldn’t have 30 million illegal aliens in the country.*

    2) Skipping around, but since it relates to my footnote, there are millions of illegal Chinese people in America. We don’t have exit controls, so there is no way to no how many have stayed after coming in on a tourist or work visa. Almost every Chinese restaurant, and they are about everywhere in the country, even in towns of 2,000 people, has illegal Chinese workers.

    3) I thought you lived in the north somewhere. Haven’t you been to the Chinatowns in NYC? There are 5 now. They don’t take credit cards at many restaurants. It’s blatant – Shanghai Joe’s in the Queens Flushing Chinatown has a sign right there. Again, I’m all for cash. They aren’t paying taxes on all that cash.

Oh, find out about off-the-books Chinese hotels sometime. They rent out apartments of owners that could be in Hong Kong, Peking, who knows?** They pay no local sales/hotel tax, no income tax, and no extra property taxes for rental. You, Twinkie, won’t be able to stay in one of these, even if you wanted to (they are cheap, but pretty nasty). That is, because you don’t speak and read Chinese. Their websites for advertising are in Chinese, and they answer the phone in Chinese. It’s a whole nother gray world.

Another problem is that “hated their victims” is an extremely subjective and unobservable phenomenon to assign to defendants. There is no way to give it real substance, at least in this context. Does the accused person need to state something aloud that defines “hating the victim?” What six year old child has not shouted at their mother that they “hate” her? It means nothing. Do we measure the criminal’s brain chemicals to see if it is “real” hate or just empty chatter? It is so extremely subjective in how it can be applied. I am no lawyer but it seems to go against the spirit of civilized law practices.

My parents were friends with a Chinese couple who operated a restaurant in Oregon and this was the typical set up they had for their kitchen workers, who they had a turn over of a few months. 22 mattresses in a 2 bedroom apartment, with 6-10 people living there at any given time, no furniture, just mattresses. Their apartment & restaurant was basically just another of many stops along the Underground Railroad for Chinese illegals that ran from Vancouver BC, down the PNW to San Francisco, and LA. From there they would be sent to Vegas, NYC, and god knows where else, until their debt to the traffickers was paid off.

This was in the early 90s, so they were getting fake IDs and paperwork from China, they’d put down payments on new cars, drive them for a few months, stop paying the loan and sell the car for a few grand and disappear, then move on to the next place and do the same. Go to casinos and get chips, send them back to China, have them copied, and then go cash them in at casinos in low amounts, or send a few to card dealing school, then turn in the chips at the tables when their relative/friend was working. If they got caught for crimes they would just make bail and go back to China or change their identity and go to a new city/town.

I would be appalled if most reasonably sized corporations did not keep multiple sets of books. Just an example, but the rules for reporting to shareholders (maybe fed) do not allow corporations to charge divisions for the cost of the capital they use. I guarantee that every corporation knows whether a division’s income is x/million or x/billion. To keep track of that well, they have to maintain two sets of books.

You appear to know nothing about accounting or computers (used now for that.)

The concept of “sets of books” has been obsolete for many years.

You can craft financial statements from the individual entries you make for transactions and sometimes, for other purposes (depreciation, estimates, etc.) The statements vary depending on purpose and which entries you include.

The tax return figures are rarely identical to the financial statement figures used for owners/shareholders/etc. They come from the same sources but are organized according to somewhat different rules, at times.

If you are “hiding cash” you are foolish to keep “books” or make accounting entries formally. There are rough and ready ways to tally cash you hide. You would only need a separate set of “books” or accounts if you were also reporting illegal proceeds to someone else, like a mafia crew would, or a cartel drug dealer. Even then, usually there are regular cash counts for “extra” cash.

    Or so I have read.

You are correct, sir. Anecdotal. I visited my brother in SD, CA. Needed oil change, so he recommended Chinese owned shop near Miramar base. All workers were Chinese men. Only the shop owner spoke English. I knew the standard procedure from my experiences with Indian motel owners. Bring em in as employees from the old country, claim as family members, house employees all together,
cheat the taxman, use profits to purchase new biz, transfer ownership to one of them, then they do the same thing. Rinse and repeat.

The same way a hasbara troll will reliably show up on any thread anywhere that discusses Juice, Twinkie will make an appearance anytime anyone discusses Orientals in America. He loves numbers and statistics that theoretically prove his people’s superiority, without ever questioning those numbers’ veracity and always rebutting anyone else’s experience.

It was a regional, east coast bank since merged into a larger entity.

Is that “major” enough for you, or would you rather continue to cast doubt on my story?

This was our first appearance in Chinatown, and local Chinese people literally did line up around the block. They liked what we were offering, and they behaved like typical, retail consumers, particularly Chinese ones.

It was similar to watching Chinese people nowadays line up outside an Apple store to buy the latest thing and ship it to China. (I’ve seen that too.) They must have seen something in it for them. Don’t ask me what it was in our case, maybe the free gifts.

Apparently it doesn’t take much to get a bunch of Chinese people to line up in large numbers. My whole point was, as you must know, that I witnessed the exact opposite of what the other commenter claimed about how Chinese people behave in regard to banks. My best and oldest friend has lived in a small Idaho town for over a quarter of a century. We have known each other since seventh grade. We grew up together in the Rocky Mountains. We were roommates in college. I have visited him in that little town, gone backpacking, camping and mountain climbing there with him and his friends.

He has been a newspaper reporter and photographer there all this time. I have been reading his reports all these years. If you think I am unfamiliar with Idaho or hold negative views of its people, you are wrong.

My choice of Idaho was not for the reasons you think. It came to mind as a place I know that is as far away from this bullshit as I can imagine. I am sorry it came across to you differently.

Clearly you are much harder-core than I am about racial explanations for everything that is happening. Growing up in Colorado, I did indeed know Hispanic people who were simply American. I am sure they still are.

Mostly, I am sad that my fun has now distanced you from me as a fellow commenter. I think I mostly continue to come here because I am addicted. I don’t think I’ve learned anything new here in what now actually amounts to at least a couple of years.

This is a very good point. But on a per capita basis I don’t know who is more victimized by black criminal predation, whites or Asians. I would guess that there is a strong regional variation (e.g. San Francisco vs. rural South, etc.).

But this is not a competition. Both groups are victimized (though blacks themselves are most victimized by other blacks). Nonetheless your point stands that white victimization, whether by black criminality or affirmative action in college admissions, is minimized or hidden by the media.

  237. Twinkie says:
    @Alden

I doubt Twinkie’s ever been in Asia.

Oh, lawd. Not only did I grow up partly in Asia (and served in an Asian military force), I later worked extensively in the region as an American (I’m actually a PNG in PRC).

Maybe Asians are less law abiding when they get to America because American criminal justice system is more lenient.

It’s the opposite. Foreign-born Asians in America often have lower crime rates than the counterparts in their home countries (at least a part of the reason is selection effect, e.g. immigrants from Asia are generally more educated than their general home populations).

Now there is such a phenomenon of the “curse of assimilation” in criminality. All across races, those who are American-born are arrested at higher rates than their foreign-born counterparts, but the multiple is different by ethnicity (with Mexicans it’s about 7x, with Asians 1.5X or 3x depending on ethnicity, etc.). The Migration Policy Institute used to track this data.

Or private banks that aren’t licensed as banks and the government doesn’t know they exist? Lots in in the San Gabriel Valley Chinese suburbs of Los Angeles. Used to be a lot in N California where the illegal weed growers kept their money. They work just as well as licensed banks. As long as the banker doesn’t abscond with the money. But the Chinese can’t do that because they will be tracked down. I never heard of any weed grower banks absconding with the money . But I was never familiar with that milieu .

I don’t have to love or hate* them to not want them here.

I agree, but my comment was not directed at you.

And we already have enough Asians here (like you) telling us how much better our country would be if it were more Asian. The irony is apparently lost.

    What irony is that?

You must be confusing me with someone else, because I am on record as supporting immigration restriction, including that from Asia. I am an assimilationist – I don’t want any more immigration and I want Asians already in America to assimilate, intermarry, and melt into the general (white) population, as already happened to the Japanese and has been happening with Koreans more recently. I abhor multiculturalism and believe that a robust and dominant Anglo-American culture is required to sustain America (as I have known and loved it and wish to bequeath to my children). And that culture (or any culture, really) is like the proverbial soup – a little salt can improve the taste, but a lot of it will ruin the soup. In other words, I subscribe to white majoritarianism.

And you throw the term hate around just like the negroes do, for the high crime of noticing things.

Just because people throw around the term carelessly does not mean there aren’t people who do harbor genuine hatred. Look up other comments from “3g4me” – it’s pretty clear that she hates Asians. Now, I don’t have a problem with her hating Asians. What I do object to is her making things up and expecting other readers and commenters to believe her. An easy example of that is her assertion earlier about supplemental Social Security income and Asians.

  241. Twinkie says:

Do you actually have a reasoned abuttal backed by evidence?

What DA, who doesn’t want to jail one more black, has a fire burning under his rear to go after some Chinese grandma (who furthermore is ripping off largely satisfied customers and pleasantly benighted Christians, and not the taxpayer)?

And, yet, when it was available, the FBI data showed that blacks were arrested at a higher rate per capita for white collar crimes than whites were (and for a casual explanation, see below).

What I find mildly amusing about all this here is that often the same people who think Asians cheat, steal, break laws, etc. will also criticize them for being risk-averse (usually in the manner of patting themselves on the back, e.g. “Whites are more adventurous!”, “Whites take more chances!” etc.).

Crime statistics are heavily inflected racially, but it’s not because of skin color or facial features. They are powerfully expressed by certain traits that vary amongst races such as intelligence, future-orientation, risk-aversion, and social conformity. I am pretty sure you can guess which direction in those variables correlates with low criminality, violent or otherwise.

For every mediocre Asian Dr engineer and coder there are hundreds of slaves in shipping containers working in restaurants and illegal unlicensed food processing and factory plants. As the saying goes, there’s escalating; lies, dam lies and statistics

Here’s another true story about successful entrepreneurial Chinese. 2012 June. I went to a big Kinkos to have 200 flyers made. Sunday afternoon it was crowded. I brought a book with me and had some of Kinkos coffee and cookies.

A Chinese woman I know she was Chinese because of her and her brother’s last names asked me if I were a native English speaker. We few Americans left in California get that all the time. I said yes. She told me she could speak and understand spoken English well but couldn’t read it very well. And could I read a couple hundred pages of her lawsuit to her. I said of course. Do it all the time.

She told me the bank stole her buildings. I started reading. It was such a massive mortgage fraud And even worse with the Trust Company.

Lawsuit was Glendale Federal Savings plaintiff vs the Chinese woman and her brothers. Let’s call them Wendy, Warren and Wilson Wong Chinese men like names like Warren Truman Gordon Wilson etc. Do you know that? Bet you don’t because you don’t know any Chinese.

Glendale Federal Savings lent Warren and Wilson Wong 900 K to buy an apartment house in Glendale Ca. All went well. A few years later GFS lent the Wong brothers 1.3 million to buy another apartment house in Glendale. A year later the Wong brothers stopped paying the bank the mortgage payments. After some delay, GFS foreclosed on the 2 apartment buildings. During this time the brothers transferred title to Wendy. She explained it was a family gift.

By this time I’d read about 40 pages to her All I wanted was to just keep reading and get it over with. Not listen to her tale of woe. And how her lawyers fired her and she couldn’t find another.

And THEN !!!! GFS discovered there were no buildings. Fake addresses on streets along city parks. How could this be???? After all the documents had been certified by a state licensed Title and Trust Company hmmm Next step check out the Title and Trust Company.

The Trust Company was set up and owned by Warren Wilson and Wendy Wong. And in the 8 years it operates it didn’t certify one legitimate transfer of Title. And not one Deed of Trust was issued for a building that actually existed. Not one in 8 years. Not one.

The Title and Trust Company was a massive sophisticated fraud Designed to cheat banks out of tens of millions to pay for non existent real estate.

There was more I finished quickly Wendy gathered her papers. My flyers were finished.

That wasn’t ordinary mortgage fraud. That was setting up a Title and Trust Company to facilitate thousands of mortgage frauds. Bernie Madoff level fraud.

Remembered something else . San Francisco Chinese sweat shop owners have been doing this since un employment insurance began in the 1930s. Armenians Persians Russians and Israeli immigrants do it too.

Add several non existent ghost employees to the payroll. Contribute the quarterly payments to the state un employment fund for them along with DOB SS#. Make sure their non existent salary is high enough to get the highest weekly un employment benefit when the time comes. And keep the ghosts on the payroll long enough to get the highest benefit.

Send wife and brother down to the unemployment office with fake ID and SS card in the names of the ghost employees. When unemployment calls, tell the agency you had to lay them off for lack of work. Six months of the money coming to the company Then 3 more months for the extension.

And of course a month before the fake employees filed for un employment, the companies create more ghost employees that can get maximum un employment benefits in 2 years. There are immigrant entrepreneurs that don’t have any employees, just a corporation a post office box and contributions to the state un employment fund.

When the scam began in the 193os the fraudsters had to send real people with fake IDs to apply for un employment and pick up the checks. Now it’s all online applications and direct deposit checks.

It encompasses many varied peoples and is therefore useless. Peak Stupidity wrote a post on that long ago – Oriental is the term and we’re done talkin’ about it.. I guess we’re not quite done …

How dare anyone think that Asians might break laws? We all know that’s quite impossible–and good on you for taking them to task for that.

Then they dare to presume that Asians might ever be risk-averse? The nerve of these white people. Don’t you just hate them?

I know you are severely intelligence-challenged, but I will make one attempt to explain this to you in very small words.

First, it’s not that Asians don’t commit crimes – it’s that – consistently – Asians commit crimes at lower levels than people of other races in the United States. Unless, of course, every crime statistics ever collected in the U.S. in its history (ever since Asians have been here) are all just dirty lies cooked up by “Asian supremacists.”

Second, East Asians are – on average – more risk-averse than whites. That’s indeed one of the reasons why they commit crimes at lower levels than whites in the U.S. In case you didn’t get my earlier point, risk-aversion is generally mutually exclusive with high criminality (East Asians are also more socially conformist than whites on average, which, again, also lowers their criminality).

I should listen to my (white) wife and stop wasting my time arguing with morons on the internet.

While I am not offended by “Oriental,” “Asian” is far more specific and geographically correct, to boot, than “Eastern.” For some reason, you seem absurdly attached to the term “Oriental.” Is it nostalgia or what?

Asian is fine (just like European) to describe people from that continent. If there is a need for greater specificity, we can use:

    East Asian for Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Taiwanese;
    Southeast Asian for Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian, Thais, Burmese, Filipinos, Indonesians, Malaysians;
    South Asian for Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans;
Central Asian for Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Kirghiz, Tajiks, Turkmen.

We can argue about Mongolians – either East Asian or Central Asian.

We can categorize similarly with Europeans too, for that matter.

Why is it not an anecdote, that is, a short amusing or interesting story about a real incident?

Clearly it is not amusing, so, in order to not be an anecdote according to the above, at least one of the following three things must be true of Steve’s post:

    1. It is not interesting.

    2. It is not about a real incident.

    3. It is not short.

Which is it, and why are “Truth’s” stories anecdotes and not this story?

The better argument here, or one somewhat better argument at least, if one is desired to be made, is that the fact that horrible attacks or crimes are committed by whites in no way diminishes the horror of crimes and attacks committed by blacks, such as those in the article post, nor does it hurt Mr. Sailer’s implied argument that at least a great many of these attacks have nothing whatsoever to do with Trump or “white rage” or any of that nonsense.

I used to read UK landlord forums for interest and profit – they are pretty upfront about who the good tenants are and also the not so good – and there was one story about a lady who owned a two-bedroom flat in Victoria, in the heart of London though not the poshest bit.

She’d let the property out to a nice Chinese lady. When she paid a short-notice visit (which I think you’re not supposed to do) she found six bunks in each bedroom – it turned out the place was being advertised – in China – as a bargain stopover for young Chinese visiting London.

Anecdotally speaking, my experience is that nearly all foreign immigrant groups engage in blatant tax evasion, benefits scamming, and immigration fraud. Asians, Subcons, Africans, Mid Easterners, Hispanics, Eastern Euros.

Tutor “Education Realist” has blogged about the massive cheating creating he has seen among East Asian and Subcon students. Read here.

    https://educationrealist.wordpress.com/2013/10/08/asian-immigrants-and-what-no-one-mentions-aloud/

    More on Chinese cheating.

    https://www.wsj.com/articles/foreign-students-seen-cheating-more-than-domestic-ones-1465140141

In the corporate world, Chinese (and to some extent other East Asians) are infamous for blatant IP theft. Indians are infamous for ethnic nepotism/colonization. You hire an Asian and he transfers your technology back to his homeland, resulting in a lower-cost foreign competitor entering your industry niche. You hire an Indian and (under the guise of “skills shortages”) he imports his entire caste clan.

Much of the Chinese economic miracle is based on blatant IP transfer. Much of the, less impressive, boom in the Indian IT industry is based on outsourcing of American jobs, partly due to lower costs and partly due to ethnic networking.

It is true that East Asian governments are tough on corruption. It’s true that East Asian peoples are submissive to authority and eager to assimilate to local cultural norms. However, there is also a high degree of amorality and a singular focus on wealth acquisition, so corruption often flourishes when given an opportunity.

On the positive side, 3rd+ generation East Asian-Americans aren’t too corrupt. So I guess there is something to be said for assimilation.

Corruption, cheating, and fraud aren’t just limited to non-whites. Southern&Eastern Euros are pretty blatant in their machinations too.

Whites are just weak and Pu**y whipped to be attractive and to be of interest to many white women who like strong and overbearing black men. Once white men wake up and realized that their old ways of obedience and abeyance to their women is causing their ladies to realize that the alternative to have a masculine and strong male is not in whites any more. I came across Christopher Reeve twice in London, in late 1986 and early 1987, when I was six and seven, when he was over there filming Superman IV. His son was apparently my age and our American soccer teams played against each other once that fall. My mom said all the parents were whispering about it and all the moms were staring at Reeve. I was a huge fan of the Superman movies at the time (particularly Superman III, I’m embarrassed now to say), so it was a huge deal. I was a forward and his kid was a goalie, and there was a moment in the play when the ball and all the action were down at my team’s end of the field, so I was pretty much alone next to his son. I felt like I had to say something to him, but I didn’t know what. So I just asked him in wonder, “What’s it like to be Superman’s kid?” And I remember he just kind of shrugged and said “I don’t know.”

Then in the spring my T-ball team played against his kid’s team, and this time I got to actually sort of meet him when I was at bat because he was the first base coach. So I remember being at first base and just staring way up at him, and even though my parents had encouraged me to politely tell him “I really like your movies”, I was just too shy and didn’t say anything before having to run off to second base. I regret that, but it was a cool experience. Seems like he was a very nice man.

But East Asian corruption is relatively predictable and benign. There is little to none of the kind of “grease payments” that make ordinary life and business difficult in Third World countries and instead there are state-to-institution preferences that favor established players. It also builds a core identity around Confucianism-chopstick-violin culture, which at its best is associated with an Ivy League technocratic elite that’s at the same time socially conservative, an identity that SE “Jungle Asians” aim to assimilate to. Its similar to “White” being centered around an Anglo-German protestant core that white ethnics assimilated to.

We can argue about Mongolians – either East Asian or Central Asian.

The Russian word for Chinese is Khitan Кидани (depiction below), a Mongolic-speaking people that founded the Liao dynasty 10-12 CE. Northern Chinese are a mix of repeated assimilation of Altaic/Mongolic peoples with Hans.

The coastal southerners are associated with the “effete” “laundryman” stereotypes of Chinese Americans. But then again Su Bingtian is from there, as well as the Taiping rebels.

As those regions become wealthier (Guangdong has the same GDP as Russia), there should be less outwards emigration to the North America.

But if you meet well-dressed young PRC Chinese speaking (near) perfect English, they are probably from Beijing, Shanghai or some other big city, and their presence will not decrease. They pay full tuition that is an important part of filling the coffers at the universities they attend. And income/property taxes in case they work in finance or tech.

However, if you want to stop it, you might want to look at who is encouraging it, and why. Consider Maxine Waters telling us that stopping Haitians at the border is like slavery, and see her mansion and her millions — do you think those came primarily from black people? Europeans have always meant it as “far eastern”

Not necessarily; “Women of the Orient” (pub. 1877), for instance, purports to describe the Condition of Women in Japan, China, India, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey; that is a pretty unusually expansive sense of “Far East”.

(Unfortunately, all of the women the book is about are dead, so it would probably make a poor dating guide.)

Even today, if you go to the School of Oriental and African Studies, your field covers not only Africa and the “Far East” but also the rest of Asia and the “Middle East”.

Speaking of lenient, did you consider that the teacher was sexting with a middle school kid? Do you think she might hold some culpability for violating not only the law but the trust the child, parents, school, and community?

Look, you spew pervertarian bs I’ll call you a pervert. If you want to avoid being a pervert don’t make excuses for a rapist who groomed her 13 year old victim. You’ll look less creepy. The reason I keep stressing the age of her victim from the time she began her crimes, It’s because you have shamefully neglected to point out her sex crimes started when her victim was in middle school and thirteen.

You select the worst case you can find, as if this was typical rather than atypical of such teacher-student intrigues, probably gleaned from an MRA website, the misogynist lunatics of the soi-disant “men’s movement,” the loudest and craziest voices defining and vilifyng such women as “rapists” and “pedophiles” while joining orthodox leftists in ignoring and suppressing the horrific realities of black male violence and criminality, incluuding the rapes and murders of white females. And is typical of MRAs,I’m sure they distort and exaggerate, or even invent and imagine, the “aggravating factors” of this affair while ignoring and suppressing the mitigating factors.

And what is the name of this women, this “rapist” and “pedophile,” monster and “pervert”.’and in what city and state did she commit her “heinous’ and ghastly and “unspeackable” crimes? Are you referring to Abigail Simon, who (convicted at trial of having sex and exchanging texts and emails with a 6’3″ 220 lb. biological man and football star whom she claimed raped and bullied and terrorized and manipulated her) was sentenced to 8-25 years in prison and a lifetime of electronic parole-monitoring with an ankle-tether she can never remove and public sex offender registration -in a state in which, every year in Detroit alone, low-IQ brutes and savages who belong in prison commit hundreds of rapes and murders and thousands of other serious and mala in se crimes.

Genius you picked the case. And you continue to neglect the age of the victim 13. The middle school kid was her student when she began grooming him with deviant texts. Kind of interesting that she texts him details about rough sex and rape fantasies then her defense is that he threatened and raped her. You know exactly what she groomed her victim for.

I am happy to see any felon punished. I think we should bring back the death penalty for common law felons.

I don’t give a flying fornication if she has to go to prison wear a monitor or register as a sex offender. If you don’t want to be A registered sex offender, don’t start sexting with middle school kids. How about that?

Why is it so hard for you to acknowledge she began this by breaking the law with a 13 year old boy. I don’t care if he was six feet tall or that he played football in high school. Does him being tall have anything to do with what she did?

She’s right where she should be.
