Dr. Michael Baden had determined that George Floyd died by cop. That, the courageous onlookers who filmed the snuff film could have told him.

The nation’s foremost forensic pathologist was called in to weigh-in scientifically and independently about the demise of the Minneapolis man, whom millions across the world have, by now, watched slowly suffocate to death on camera, May 25.

“Look at him. Get off him now. What is wrong with y’all. Leave him. You’re killing him. Bro, he’s not moving. Check his pulse.” Blood is bubbling out of his mouth. These good Samaritans loudly protested this police porn. There was a trickle on the asphalt, as Floyd likely lost control over bodily functions, near the end.

Dr. Baden, who confirmed mechanical asphyxiation due to pressure on the neck and back, was asked to perform an independent autopsy because the initial, official one was comical, suggesting the cops’ actions were secondary complicating factors.

The Hennepin County medical examiner made it sound like George Floyd should have been able to endure 8 minutes and 46 seconds with a knee on his neck and three Minneapolis police officers pushing down on his diaphragm, subsequently reducing blood flow to the brain. Floyd failed their “fitness” test because he was on drugs, drunk, COVID-positive, and in really bad physical shape.

I’d hate to have my physical fitness and sobriety tested that way.

The reality is that millions around the world witnessed George Floyd expire on camera because he was made to star in his own State-sanctioned snuff film.

Floyd’s death was a case of, “Who are you going to believe, me or your own lyin’ eyes?” Which is the colloquial used when one is staring at an immutable reality, yet choosing to see an alternate universe.

The world saw that Mr. Floyd was not in the throes of death until that knee appeared on his neck and those hands pressed down on his diaphragm. Put it this way: Correlation in not causation, but it was not a complete mystery when 8 minutes and 46 seconds into the boot-and-back treatment the man died.

The non-violent offense Floyd was tackled and terminated for was paying for cigarettes with an alleged counterfeit bill. It’s entirely possible he was guilty of using counterfeit money. It’s also likely he didn’t know the bill was fake. Given how many hands paper money changes, this could happen to anyone.

Uncle Sam—which has its proverbial boot on the American taxpayer’s neck—counterfeits trillions with impunity. America’s central bank (the Federal Reserve Bank) and the banks are forever injecting funny money into credit markets. With government imprimatur, the banking system known as fractional reserve banking is engaged in counterfeiting, when inflating the money supply and issuing paper notes not backed by real assets. The central bank’s phony money creation is counterfeiting by any other name, except that it’s legal, because perpetrated by the State.

Next, they’ll tell us that, just as the State can forge and devalue the coin, so it can also kill us with impunity. That’s what the four brazen cops were broadcasting—that murder under the “Color-of-Law” wasn’t quite murder.

Another of our deformed society’s Big Lies kicked in when, like locusts, rioters and looters descended on America’s cities—from Minneapolis to Miami, from Los Angles to Louisville.

The specter of looting and rioting is another case of, “Who are you going to believe, me or your own lyin’ eyes?

Fake Newsers, Fox News Included, then began energetically, sans evidence—other than some bricks in a trash can—to promote a fake conspiratorial narrative:

Looters were never local, but always mysterious outside agitators; well-organized “Antifa.” The fiction was promoted as enthusiastically by Fox News as it was by CNN and MSNB.

Anything to avoid the reality of crime, while signaling your own virtue.

Even John Robert Lewis, a black civil right leader, got fed up and told MSNBC that looting was local.

Seattle’s Komo New, at one point, divulged that 82 people had been arrested, after the city center was destroyed. All were homeboys.

If rioters everywhere are from somewhere not here, what’s the logic?

If so-called organized, George Soros-activated ANTIFA terrorists intend to ignite the country and operate networks and chapters across it—why would they need to migrate, to lob rocks at a Macy’s in a town away from home? Why not riot in your home town if so organized?

The truth is that conservatives, like liberals, refuse to candidly confront the indisputable realities of race and crime in America, reducing, instead, the reality of crime to a political theory—too much welfare, too little capitalism, not enough Trumpism.

The statistical relationship between race and crime, however, is as strong as the relationship between Officer Derek Chauvin’s knee and the late George Floyd’s neck.

This correlation, writes Unz Review editor Ron Unz, “so substantially exceeds the poverty/crime relationship that much of the latter may simply be a statistical artifact due to most urban blacks being poor.” To discount the immutable reality of race and crime in urban America is to discount “the real-world impact of these grim statistics.”

Never, ever are righteous individuals within a community to be fingered for what the wicked among them do. Still, seekers of truth should be able to talk about trends within communities without fearing a loss of reputation and marginalization. These are the sort of trends social science measures. Or, once measured.

As I put it in the book, “Into the Cannibal’s Pot: Lessons for America from Post-Apartheid South Africa:

Provided they are substantiated by hard evidence, not hunches, generalizations are not incorrect. Science relies on the ability to generalize to the larger population observations drawn from a representative sample. People make prudent decisions in their daily lives based on probabilities and generalities. That one chooses not to live in a particular crime-riddled county or country in no way implies that one considers all individual residents there to be criminals, only that a sensible determination has been made, based on statistically significant data, as to where scarce and precious resources—one’s life and property—are best invested. (pp. 41-42)

Interesting article, Madam, but I am sorry, I disagree with you this time.

The riots are being planned by some groups at the top (Antifa/Soros). For example, they are placing large pallets of bricks brought in by trucks in cities for rioters to use. See this online article and videos of these pallet of bricks in many cities:

    https://www.infowars.com/organised-violence-rioters-are-finding-huge-piles-of-bricks-in-us-cities/

Most of rioters are whites wearing black shirts and black masks, which is Antifa uniform.

Racism has existed in many forms for all of human history, whether it is cultural, religious, skin color or any other differentiator based. Humans appear to be racist by nature.

Which means racism in its many varied forms is never going to disappear. It may hide in a dark corner in polite communications but it will still be there.

As to the police, IMO, people who gravitate to police work are authoritative by nature. They want to be in control at all times and don’t abide by anyone challenging their control. We are not going to change these type of people until we can manipulate their brains. Perhaps a robot cop would do a fairer job but that would depend on their programming and is nowhere near fruition anyway.

Just as very little change has come of the plethora of mass shootings in the USA over the past 20-30 years, all these current protests are not going to lead to any major change in police work or who gets killed. In another few days, the protests will die down, MSM/CNN/MSNBC will find something else to focus on and we will await the next crisis to get worked up about. Such is life in today’s world.

Really? You silly woman, you have obviously forgotten your South African experiences. Every time there is a riot here, for whatever perceived injustice, The, overwhelmingly black mob, trashes and loots someones business and livelihood. Having said that , however, the main articles stolen remain the same in all countries, sneakers, flat screen televisions and alcohol.

  6. Where to start. I don’t doubt the race-crime stats, race and tribal mentality of *some* etc, and I also believe the premise of ‘class’ (if class means the filthy rich being the upper classes versus the rest of folks being the ever-dwindling middle classes and working classes) is the elephant in the room.

Race-baiting is certainly a handy tool of the oligarchs and their well paid operatives in government and its departments. The oligarchy wants perpetual societal division, confusion and chaos not unity, because a divided, troubled, even diseased society is an enfeebled society and easier to control, brainwash, rob and ultimately dispose of.

George Floyd was one more disposable, but a carefully selected one, though we all are in reality (as with 9/11). Private business is also disposable (it has to succumb to corporate and global oligarch supremacy) – even ordinary Jewish-owned business, because that’s part of the oligarchy deception, deflection, discrediting, disinformation, scapegoating etc.

This event had to categorically be about race, because the oligarchs have been playing very dirty for the last 12 years, buying up their own stocks to bolster their wealth, and now the FR is doing it for them because they’ve had no revenues to do so this year. Some oligarchs (like Soros in fact) may have no loyalties to some other oligarchs. Soros dumped his entire Google and Facebook stocks 18 months ago (about $80m) or perhaps he was doing them a favour helping to ‘wipe out billions’ from Zuckerberg’s and Google’s CEO wealth but manipulating a drop in their stocks to influence a mass speculative buy up of cheaper shares so that ordinary people took the brunt of losses when a well expected crash, bigger than the Depression reared its head? Now hidden behind the charade of pandemic, but the economic damage the oligarchs have caused is going to seep out of the cracks sooner rather than later.

We’ve been spoon-fed so many alternative and contrary theories regarding multi-faceted structural problems in society that we are meant to be divided on the reasons and practical solutions. I believe social programmes are set-up to fail, and it’s not because they didn’t work, but because they could or did work. I’ve seen communities rally into new community programmes and then have funding cut, because funds purportedly ran out. They giveth and they taketh away. Money always appears for bank and corporate bailouts, materialised via central bank that taxpayers have to pay back with high interest. Yet central banks are endowed with other less damaging tools to alleviate economic crises.

So we have to be a miles more objective than pointing to specific agitators for the looting and violence. No single ‘group’ of ordinary folks is steering this chaos. (There were opportunistic looters in WW2 after the bombings in London for example, even while bits of people were scattered in rubble, on streets and hanging from trees. Also in the late 20’s, my town wanted to introduce annual carnivals, it managed two of them, as they were cancelled because of of ‘bad elements’ taking advantage of what was meant to be town camaraderie (and we had no blacks here then and even now, they are only about 1% of the populous here, we have more Indians, Pakistanis, Turks and Eastern Europeans than blacks).

Make no mistake, this whole thing was orchestrated to mushroom into riots, looting and violence. It has the same stench as the growing catalogue of false flags used to inflame and maintain societal divisions. Some involve deaths (9/11) some are fake deaths (S.Hook). I believe that we were either viewing a deliberate (‘snuff’) death of a black American or a theatrical (staged) op. Either way, this particular event wasn’t bad ‘cops’ (were they even cops or special agents with fake cop ID’s?), this is about oligarchs orchestrating false flags to incite tensions using agents, programmed actors or stooges to pull it off.

Should there be protests for that – yes, whether or not a life was lost. Our protests should make it less about race, because that is what the oligarchy want, that is how the oligarchy set it up to be because they get more powerful over us all when they divide us. (We see many are in unity, but to them, it’s a race issue, not those with power who propagate and perpetuate racism. We should be wise to the oligarchy ruses to keep us divided by now! We have no hope of addressing or calming racial tensions these conniving demigods inflamed if we don’t get rid of them first.

George Floyd’s death is riddled with anomalies :
    1) No N95 face masks on the 3 cops – REALLY? How come? The Nat Guard and other cops are wearing them. How old is the footage in reality? A few days ago or some time before the pandemic maybe?
    2) the cctv footage and footage of the kneeling cops are both in HD and the faces of characters can be discerned – which cctv and phones have that kind of HD clarity AND also image stabilisation? When stores are robbed etc, cctv from stores and street cams don’t have that kind of clarity to clearly identify faces. Strange this footage does.
    3) The guy ‘pleading’ for George with the camera, appears to be talking clearly without a cumbersome face mask which makes the voice muffled and breathing elevated and louder. Nor does he sound upset or panicky at what he’s seeing happening to George either.
    4) Blurry footage of (we are told) George being ushered into the cop car and supposedly ‘resisting’ though you couldn’t positively and reliably identify any of the characters from that very blurred footage, so could be anybody or even years old footage of a different event.
    5) Three cops kneeling in an orderly line on top of one man, appear to be well POISED and POSING!
    6) None of the cops said stop filming or tried to move along the person with the camera who was also barely a metre away from them? WTF?
    7) The guy with the camera filming George’s last moments didn’t think to save George and gave a running commentary instead of filming? Come on now.
    8) A black male National Guard operative was shot dead in these riots, so how come nobody in the vicinity felt just as physically able to challenge those cops when they were obviously playing dirty? Fear? Oh come on! If a man was expiring right there under disproportionate police actions, ANYONE with right thinking would defend that man’s life rather than FILM his demise, surely? SICK. Makes no sense!
    9) Chauvin had TWO other jobs where he worked with George? Really? As night club security and in a restaurant? They knew each other well enough it seems. All of it stinks of set-up. Will Chauvin do time for the expendable life? Or will he too be an expendable life, suicided or bumped off now he’s of no further use to the oligarch false flag death squad?

No you couldn’t tell that. Dr. Baden is a quack. I’ll go with the official autopsy. He died from being higher than a kite plus heart disease plus hypertension plus old age (40 +) plus resisting arrest.

The cop did the procedure he was trained on by Israel and that was official procedure of the Minneapolis Police Department.

    – 9/11 was an Israeli inside job.
-KKK is a fairly benign organisation which has been excessively demonized by MSM and one musn’t be rude to poor old David Duke.
    – The Holocaust (yes you guessed it) likely never happened.
Even when Unz writes writes something half decent such as his correct analysis of how Ivy Leauge colleges discriminates in their admissions procedures against Asian Americans, he shoots himself in the foot by linking it to some Jewish conspiracy.

I would be curious as to why Michael Baden is the nation’s foremost forensic pathologist. Having worked in New York City, Baden would have overseen a multitude of cases and made numerous contacts, but that would not imply that his work is better than that of anybody else. Thomas Noguchi was perhaps the “foremost” forensic pathologist at one point simply because he presided over so many famous cases and was featured in numerous Johnny Carson monologues. But I doubt that his colleagues regarded him as better than any other forensic pathologist, he just got a lot more television time.

Medicine is more political than most people realize.

Forensic pathology is not particularly difficult. Surgical pathology? That can be mental hell. But autopsies? Not so much. I remember what a hematopathologist told me before my first autopsy: the patient is dead, you’re not going to bring him back, so don’t sweat it.

Also, forensic pathologists have a reputation for being . . . weird. Yes, I know being weird does not mean that you are not good, but seriously, these people tend to be a little off.

A forensic autopsy differs from your typical autopsy in that there is a criminal element. That can require some real specialization, like knowing how to track bullet wounds through the body. I never saw any of that. Just one maggot autopsy (who the hell knows what he died from) and one guy who jumped off a bridge who had so much damage — ruptured pulmonary artery, severed spinal cord, blunt force trauma to the brain — that when it came to putting down the cause of death it was pick your choice.

With most autopsies there is a final common pathway toward heart / respiratory failure. I do not know how a pathologist could determine how much of Floyd’s demise was from the knee and how much was from the cardiorespiratory impact of all the substances in his body (and perhaps pre-existing medical conditions).

When Baden concluded that Jeffery Epstein did not hang himself, he said that the breaks in Epstein’s bones could not have been caused by hanging, only by strangulation. I do not know if that is true, but Baden gave a clear reason that could be refuted. Karl Popper would have approved.

Has Baden given a clear, potentially refutable reason for believing that Floyd was killed by the knee? If so, Ilana Mercer has not provided it. She owes her readers more than just an appeal to authority.

  27. Whatever happened to self pride, woman?

Unz is also the only person who would publish your ‘work’ and as beggars can’t be choosers, blah blah blah, there is obviously no question of what happened to your own.

  28. ruralguy says:

In BOTH medical reports, the exams showed no bruising at all in the neck area. If he was asphyxiated or strangled, there would have been damage and bruising. There wasn’t. The family’s coroner speculates the neck tissue decompressed after he died and believes the video evidence provides proof of their theory. But, this doesn’t explain the lack of bruising if the police officer put all his weight on the neck. It does indicate the police officer didn’t put much weight on that knee. The victim had high levels of methamphetamine and fentanyl in his system, along with THC. Fentanyl is known as a having a high toxicity and very high risk of death for addicts. Just 3 grams can kill a person. An addict risks death every time they take it. Apparently, it’s very common for many dealers put fentanyl into marijuana and other drugs, like meth, to addict them. The defendant also had an atherosclerotic heart with 90% obstruction of one coronary artery, and an enlarged hypertensive heart. Both were classified as severe. The Hennepin County medical examiner said the victim died of cardio-pulmonary arrest, with homicide due to the police officer’s subdual/restraint. Homicide is not murder, though, .. it just means the victim died from another’s act. The report was careful in saying this might not necessarily be a crime though, because any restraint might have had a likelihood of killing the victim due to his intoxication and his severe heart disease. Floyd showed cardio-pulmonary arrest symptoms, while standing (he said he couldn’t breath) and while sitting down against the wall (his mouth was foaming).

People are using emotions, not evidence, to determine his guilt. The prosecutor charged him with 2nd degree murder WITHOUT intent. They are using 3rd degree assault as a predicate for “felony murder” (2nd degree murder). But, 3rd degree assault requires bodily injury, which is not present. They are claiming the restraint was excessive, but the lack of bruising indicates there was no assault, just non-assault restraint, heart disease and drugs that caused the cardio-pulmonary condition. Minnesota statutes permit the restraint and Minneapolis police procedures permit the knee restraint. If people can’t see this legal view of laws and rules of evidence, then they are not thinking — they are using emotion.

  29. ruralguy says:

Whoops, .. 3 milligrams of fentanyl. Also, because he had a severe hypertensive enlarged heart, the covid-19 which attaches to ACE protein on type-2 alveolar cells and on heart, intestine, and kidney cells that have this protein, would likely created ground-glass opacities in the lung and damage in the heart. We know this from past covid-19 victims who have ACE-regulation problems, like hypertension. The covid-19 seems to devastate these cells. He was likely deathly sick from the existing heart disease, drugs, and covid-19 damage to his lungs.

It’s still the definitive. The cowards and haters here hate that this writer did the work nobody was willing or able to do (at considerable cost to myself).

As for South Africa, my birthplace and homeland: The haters here can’t stand that “Into The Cannibal’s Pot” remains the definitive work on the topic, written in 2011, when nobody dared touch the subject and no writer was willing or able to approach the topic as systematically and analytically as this one did.

You are leaving out the part where your rabbi father Ben Isaacson was an anti-apartheid activist against the whites.

Ilana Mercer is a writer, born in South Africa to Rabbi Ben Isaacson and raised in Israel, where the family decided to move after Rabbi Ben Isaacson’s anti-apartheid preaching and activism led to their harassment by South African security forces.

Ms. Mercer is severely lacking in moral authority to be pontificating on topics such as this.

Mercer has a strong propensity to be very partial toward blacks. Anti-apartheid SA, Vick, Arbery and Floyd. Mercer has nothing to say about Justine Damond or Tony Timpa.

Her religious background is really relevant to this article.

Being Jewish, in this context, has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with ethnicity.

    Is the name Kerry Cohen?

  40. (((Mercer))), your chutzpah is unbelievable. The South African Leroys and Lakishas were your best buddies when you lived in South Africa. You and your rabbi father worked with them to get rid of apartheid. They helped gather the kindling to light the fire under the cannibal pot.

The South African soup was a variation of the infamous Eastern European “matzo ball soup.”

Ilana Mercer is right that we are marching down the same path of destruction, as South Africa followed. In the 1970s, when I went to college, the “Intelligentsia” of students on campuses around the world were protesting frequently, to force the Government to oppose the Apartheid government, and to divest from SA. SA and the US caved in to the their demands, to end apartheid and turn over the government to blacks, destroying SA. When whites first settled there, very few blacks inhabited SA. Almost all blacks were economic migrants settling there for jobs. Yet, they turned the government over to them. Mercer is right, Democracy doesn’t work. Just as now, those obnoxious protesters claim moral superiority, but they never looked back a the consequences of what they did.

No, it’s not, but even if it was I’d still be right on this.

You’re right. I Googled it, Mercer was the Prime Minister of South Africa. All the Boer deaths are on her head.

It was Winston Churchill who once said that democracy is not perfect but it is the best system currently available because the alternative is too horrific to contemplate. You say democracy does not work. What system do you advocate then? Communism? Nazism? The kind of authorian regimes we have in Arab countries? Islamism?
If there were no ‘blecks’ when white immigrants arrived in South Africa, where were they? On another planet?
I have read passages from Mercer’s South Africa book, passages which she has provided on her website. She comes across as someone with conflicting emotions. In the bits I have read Mercer correctly describes Apatheid as odious yet the book cover (and other passages in her book) are grotesquely offensive and meant to cause maximum hurt to black South Africans. Thankfully, few of her fellow black countrymen have read the book because the target audience were disgruntled South African expatriates such as herself and who are currently living in the West as well as American white nationalists- the Richard Spencer type hoodlums.
There is a lot to be said against the ANC government in South Africa especially their inability to maintain a semblance of law and order. That said, the black majority government has treated the white minority infinitely better than how the white minority apartheid government treated the blacks when they were in power. Whites in South Africa continue to control most of its wealth and most live privileged lives in secure mansions separated from the rest of the country.

Your dumbass remark shows how little you know or care about the situation in SA.

My comment #36 explains the culpability of the Isaacson family…a liberal, anti-apartheid activist family, that did their part to cause the current horrible situation for Whites in SA. They were force to leave their home in SA do to the political upheaval…in 1995.

In spite of your childish, facetious remarks Mercer has some culpability in the current situation.

    Love the “creative” writing.

Little Georgie overdosed on a mix of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl and was irrationally violent. In an Emergency Room, the staff would have used restraint straps to protect themselves and to keep George from hurting himself. The arresting officer didn’t have such equipment do he restrained George as best he could.

George repeatedly yelled “I can’t breathe” proving he could breathe just fine but leading to the supposition that his distress was just the almost universal street ploy designed to distract the officer and allow the possibility of escape.

George was a 46 year old (middle aged) man with several “comorbidities” that contributed to his fatal heart attack. Druggies die in the street “every day”. Nice video, though. It might have helped if George’s “friends” in the car had warned the police about the drugs so an EMS crew could have been on the scene. Never the less, if George had been smart enough to move his car down the street after he screwed the shop owner with the Texas funny money, there would not have been an arest but George’s heart attack would most likely have followed him.

OD in the gutter. That is how “The Game” ends.
