Antifa, multicultural groups, and the Southern Poverty Law Center don’t worry me. Woke Capital does. It funds left-wing activists and cuts off nationalists, conservatives, and Christians from basic services. While the government may occasionally push companies in certain directions, Amazon, Chase, Twitter, and other companies censor and punish those with opposing views.

Many of us can’t have Twitter accounts, but this guy gets a blue check mark.

Dick Costolo was Twitter’s CEO between 2010 and 2015. Current CEO Jack Dorsey just donated $10 million to Ibram Kendi.

What prompted Mr. Costolo’s wrath? Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong wrote a blog called “Coinbase is a mission focused company.” He argued that his company should avoid social activism: “The reason is that while I think these efforts are well intentioned, they have the potential to destroy a lot of value at most companies, both by being a distraction, and by creating internal division.” [Bold in original.] He offered severance pay to anyone who wanted to leave. Here is how some people reacted:

Nandini Jammi runs Sleeping Giants and founded Check My Ads. Both work to eliminate “hate speech and fake news” online.

David Zhou’s profile says he is engineering manager at Mailchimp. Mailchimp cut off American Renaissance after the Unite The Rally in 2017, even though AR had nothing to do with it.

Of course, Coinbase is not apolitical.

  • In April 2018, it reportedly banned Wikileaks
  • In January 2019, it reportedly banned Gab’s business account and founder Andrew Torba’s personal account.
  • In May 2019, it banned Milo Yiannopoulos’s personal account.
  • And, of course, Coinbase has banned us.

Major outlets are writing about Coinbase:

The title of the last article is revealing. Not taking political issues is “hardline.” Can Coinbase hold out? I doubt it.

Activists and media are also attacking Facebook for not doing enough to restrict speech. Needless to say, Facebook has already banned American Renaissance and many other groups, but that’s not enough.

Politico recently published an article claiming right-wing groups have a “massive advantage” on Facebook. Many leftists agree. More than 1,000 companies recently suspended advertising on Facebook because of demands from the ADL, the NAACP, and other leftist groups. Until the election, a coalition of “civil rights” groups will host a weekly conference to discuss “the most urgent issues including voter suppression, election security and misinformation.”

Of course, Facebook is already manipulating information. It’s even censoring President Trump’s campaign. In June, it banned one of its ads for violating an “organized hate” policy. Yesterday, Facebook removed a Trump ad that connected refugees to the coronavirus, saying, “We don’t allow claims that people’s safety, health, or survival is threatened by people on the basis of their national origin or immigration status.”

Facebook already scans even private groups to see if they violate “community standards.” Spreading “misinformation” is grounds for removal. Activists also want any event listing banned if it calls for people to bring guns, even if they are to be carried legally.

Who else is under fire? The ADL doesn’t like QAnon, Three Percenters, and Neo-Confederates. Color of Change complained about an Ann Coulter column that defended Kyle Rittenhouse. Facebook removed it.

It’s hard to tell what line can’t be crossed. This could be by design; it gives Facebook more power and allows double standards.

If President Trump’s ads, Ann Coulter’s columns, and harmless QAnon pages must be censored, who decides what is “misinformation” and what isn’t? Left-wing activists do, and they can even censor the president of the United States in an election year.

If this is our system, we could save a lot of trouble by skipping polls, debates, and elections. Just hand over power to activist groups. It will clarify things. The most harmful “misinformation” I can think of is the the idea that we still live in a free country.

  1. Hood’s on a roll lately, cranking out material almost faster than I can read it. Good stuff too.

  2. Well, are you going to read Rod Dreher’s book thst came out this week???

    It’s clear that people like Jammi simply want to make disagreeing with them illegal.

    This is a naked power-grab that everyone in America who cares about the future, Left, Right, White or non-White, should resist.

    Jammi’s views don’t even represent all of the overt anti-Whites out there, much less the tens of millions of White people who are being targeted with race-based violence, incitement to violence, calls for legalized oppression and disenfranchisement.

    This is Bolshevism, a new Red Terror with a racial twist – you’re either with their “revolution” or an enemy. There is no center, no moderation.

    And all of Woke Capital and both major political parties have already chosen the anti-White, anti-American, anti-constitutional side.

    Anyone who cares about preserving anything American worth saving had better start lining up against Jammi and her co-conspirators.

    @Sir Launcelot Canning

    Dreher’s looking to run, not fight back. He’s admitted this for years.

    I fully support Whites forming physical communities for self-defense, political clout and social activism, but we’re looking for those who want to engage this madness and defeat these people, not those who want to retreat to a lonely monastery and await the Second Coming.

    We’re rallying, regrouping and providing Whites with safe, sane communities to engage in activism – lawful and normal activism, not LARP’y secession or some militia ooga-booga, totally compatible with traditional American values. Those values don’t include the kind of gas-lighting and carpet-bagged kumbaya that Faceberg & Jammi are pushing. We already know “who we are ” and Jammi’s not part of that.

    Dreher’s “Benedict Option” will be free-riding on the courage of normal White Americans like us who want to do more than run, hide and pray.

    Dreher’s “option” is a fraud like bitcoin. Every time someone actually tries to DO the option in real life, Dreher violently berates them for not getting it right. He moves the goalposts all the time, just as governors and mayors move the goalposts for the “virus”.

    Absolutely.

    The whole ‘woke’ thing is obviously being driven by big money interests. Consider the implications of the phrase ‘Get woke, go broke’. When the bottom line is being sacrificed in order to push a particular narrative it is clear that this stuff is coming from the top and by that I mean the bankers. What we are seeing is social engineering by the uber capitalists in order to advance their plans for the world. Anyone who imagines that we are dealing with grass roots organisations is being hopelessly naive. The idea that a collection of shrill and evidently disturbed activists on Twitter could bully a company into policies that lose them money is absurd on its very face, it is nothing more than a lame cover story. If they are losing money then it is obvious that the majority don’t want it, the truth is being turned on its head.

  7. Corporate America is just another head of the anti-white Hydra. Big Tech is the worst, but most Fortune 500 companies are almost as bad. Sure, many of the CEOs and board members (themselves often CEOS also) are left-wing ideologues and Jews, but don’t think for a second that none of them haven’t been bought by government graft or are being blackmailed by spooks. Corporate America has worse skeletons in the closet than just pollution, exploitation and unfair practices. Prominent executives of Berkshire Hathaway, ConAgra Brands and Union Pacific Railroad had connections to the Franklin scandal and cover-up in Omaha, NE that involved prostituting and murdering children. Now the divorced wife of Jeff Bezos – one of the richest women in the world – is funding BLM terrorism. The major ad agencies and networks are promoting black social supremacy. Whites are on our own in the USA.

  8. We need regulation to prohibit financial discrimination on the basis of political beliefs. And we need to break up the banks and re-impose Glass-Steagal.

    Good summary.
    Does anyone have any easily formulated idea about the motivation behind all of this?
    Either this is a system that is on a malignant autopilot, some sort of “Entropy Monster” info virus, or there is some central plan behind this.
    If it’s the latter–what would that be?
    Why would Woke Capital be determined to crush Western democracy and replace Western whites with other populations?
    Just to get a more easily controlled mass of consumers? Am I missing something?
    Or even if this is a major step in world dominance (first you take the West and then the rest), why? Are these CEOs really all secret Napoleons? Or rather grey cardinals?
    Or are they just morons who are no longer constrained by political and social boundaries, because those have been deconstructed?
    What would the end game be?

    @Rahan

    Your questions are good.

    I don’t have answers, but my impression is that most of these people — even at high levels — in corporate and other American institutions are sufficiently motivated by nothing beyond the thought of losing their jobs, or at least damaging their futures. It takes guts at a meeting, especially one today where people are made even more isolated and insecure via “Zoom,” to question proposals like “eliminating hate on our platform.” How many aspire to be the next James Damore, who apparently naively thought these topics could even be candidly discussed?

    Beyond the economic sanctions, people have a general fear of ostracism, of being on the outside and looking in. C. S. Lewis (“The Inner Ring”) wrote the best primer as a commencement address to young men about to be exposed to the additional pressures in their working lives, but he illustrated his points with hobbyists, too. Vaclav Havel’s (“The Power of the Powerless”) greengrocer exemplified the man who would resist, like the one guy at the famous photographed rally in Germany or the Jehovah’s Witness schoolkid who refused to pledge allegiance. Rare birds.

    What part of “normal White American” do you disagree with?

    If you think that your brand of colorblind lolbertarian individualism is normal or American, why has it always been a fringe element in American politics and culture, whereas race-realism and racial separatism was the norm for centuries?

    Progress? Are people now just better and smarter, rather than socially coerced and indoctrinated?

    Why should anybody trust American Renaissance, when they prominently feature essays by the anti-white John Engelman, who’s latest offering is this:

    “Why I Am Voting for Joe Biden”

  15. Corvinus says:
    @Exile

    “What part of “normal White American” do you disagree with?”

    It really depends how you define it. So, how do you define it?

    “If you think that your brand of colorblind lolbertarian individualism is normal or American…”

    That would be a mischaracterization on your part. But, that is what you do–anyone who disagrees with you, label them in this fashion.

    “whereas race-realism and racial separatism was the norm for centuries?

    Except for the fact that the Frisians, Romans, Celts, Angles, Saxons, Britons, and Jutes all came together as one.

    “Progress? Are people now just better and smarter, rather than socially coerced and indoctrinated?”

    So are you saying that who does not think exactly as you do must be “socially coerced and indoctrinated”??? If yes, that would be other than normal.

  16. Mr. Anon says:

    @Corvinus

    What part of “normal White American” do you disagree with?

    Probably the “normal” part. I don’t imagine he even knows what it means.
