Republican lawmaker Marco Rubio has reintroduced legislation that seeks to suspend the Second Amendment rights of any person who has been investigated for “terrorism” related offenses within 10 years of attempting a gun purchase.

The Senate bill, named the Terror Intelligence Improvement Act, was reentered last week in hopes of exploiting the hysteria surrounding the January 6th Capitol protests. The law intends to violate the civil liberties of American citizens who are not charged or convicted of a crime if somebody is deemed politically dangerous.

If passed, the law will grant the FBI and DNI the authority to draw up lists of US citizens arbitrarily labeled “domestic terrorists” and flag them during background checks. Those placed on the new watch list could be registered based solely on suspicion, even if an investigation fails to find evidence of criminal or “terrorist” wrongdoing. Federal courts that have examined the FBI’s various “terrorist watch lists” uncovered that the Bureau regularly places law-abiding citizens on them because they don’t like who they are or their political views.

While Rubio’s bill does provide optional redress for those targeted to obtain counsel and fight their designation, it would require individuals not charged or convicted of a crime to have to spend enormous amounts of money and time and gamble on getting a judge that upholds the Constitution just so they can exercise their gun rights.

As ongoing challenges to comparatively weaker state red flag law abuses show, challenging such decisions or even figuring out how they’re made is like pulling teeth.

The mixed record attorneys have had in combating the excesses of the Patriot Act since 2001 show that this mitigation option will largely be ignored by judges and those listed. While Muslim victims of federal surveillance and harassment power can sometimes count on the ACLU and others to defend their rights, said groups make it a point to refuse service to ordinary white people who have their civil liberties trampled.

The law’s threshold for being put on the list is low. Under Rubio’s legislation, being “investigated” for “domestic terrorism” — a vaguely interpreted offense mainly defined by partisan journalists and NGOs — which potentially millions of non-leftist Americans could be subjected to today, would nullify your ability to purchase a firearm.

Reporting done by Tucker Carlson Tonight recently revealed that the FBI collected the bank records of hundreds of people who traveled or made purchases in Washington DC on 1/6 without a warrant. A hotel worker who had attended the Trump rally near the Capitol but did not enter the building was investigated by the FBI, even though they had no probable cause to do so. The FBI would have the authority to put the aforementioned on this new list, without any meaningful checks and balances.

Rubio’s brazen attack on the Second Amendment is a testament to the organizational decline of the National Rifle Association. In 2015, Senator Rubio, who at the time had Presidential ambitions, led the fight against Senate Democrats when they tried to pass an almost identical bill.

Today, Rubio somehow maintains an A+ rating on the NRA’s website despite being a leading advocate for federal red flag laws and now. political blacklists that will disproportionately harm his own voters.

Laws like the Terror Intelligence Improvement Act are clogging up the Congressional agenda. Support for a dirty war against millions of red state Americans is bipartisan.

Those seeking to subvert the Second Amendment prefer to attack from the nominally right flank. While Marco the Twink isn’t credible to most of the gun-owning right wing base in America, he’s still not an ebil Commie Demonrat.

    Anti-gun is anti-White.

We can’t afford to lose sight of that in the face of persistent outrage porn and gaslighting.

Beware Republicans talking about “reasonable reforms.” Particularly Rubio. Remember his Gang of Eight bit with immigration – something we should make him own in his attempted heel-turn to multiracial “working man’s populism.”

There’s a “conservative case” for cucking on every issue but Jews.

  2. After reading the 2nd Amendment, I conclude that all laws subsequent to it that even mention weaponry, ammunition, etc are by definition unconstitutional. Even the tax on a gun or ammo is unconstitutional because it infringes my right to purchase by making it more expensive. If you think that’s far fetched, then consider a new “law” that makes the tax on guns and ammo 1000%. If the current tax isn’t unconstitutional, then the 1000% tax isn’t either.

Pick your side and use logic doing it.

  3. Rubio is (as he has always been) just another political grifter. The NRA is an organization that (perhaps…) once was an effective advocate for the rights and responsibilities attendant to gun ownership and use, but long ago was taken over by grifters.

Everything associated with every level of government outside of sewerage (and maybe that as well) is a tool employed against the liberty of the productive citizens of these formerly united states. The race to steal every single thing is on, and they are wining. Forget entirely about right, left, dem, repub, black, white. None of that matters. All that matters is the small group of people using sophisticated propaganda and engineered cultural rot to steal everything. Right now they have us stealing from ourselves, but soon that will end, and a new phase of the sorry escapade will begin.

Look hard. They tell us what is coming next, just like Rubio did. We have just been told to expect 7 years of strenuous effort to “defeat” covid® and smooth the way for a return to “normal” . Well, now you know how long they are planing to take to finish carving up the carcass. You are the carcass.

No it was never intended to be an advocacy organization for gun ownership rights. The NRA has drafted and/or lobbied for every single major gun control act ever passed by Congress, starting with the 1934 National Firearms Act.

The NRA was founded by members of the GAR (look that organization up) during the postwar reign of the New England radicals who controlled the GOP. Funny thing is that this same bunch still controls the GOP and also makes up the ruling majority of the democrat party as well.

So now we’re all guilty until we have enough money to fight an “investigation” charge? With the hostile rhetoric coming from Pelosi, AOC and Waters accusing all Trump voters of being “domestic terrorists”, it can only be assumed that this unconstitutional bill is part of a coordinated effort of the communist-owned politicians to consider all Americans “criminals” while they dump convicted criminals onto the streets, and seek to disarm Americans so we’re all sitting ducks begging this illegitimate regime to remove all our God given rights without any due process so we can feel safe. We all know it was Antifa and BLM that broke into the Capital 1/6/21….yet the accusations and “investigations” continue to be against any Patriot that knows the 2020 election was stolen and 3/4 of the American people disenfranchised.

“The Gun Lobby’s Jewish Enemies List”

The National Rifle Association compiled a list of its enemies and it reads like a Jewish who’s who list. The list, prepared by the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action includes 506 individuals, organizations, media outlets and corporations that “have lent monetary, grassroots or some other type of direct support to anti-gun organizations.”
The groups listed by the NRA as enemies of the gun-rights cause could easily populate a Conference of Presidents meeting room. They include major Jewish national organizations, including the Anti Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, B’nai B’rith, and the Jewish Labor Committee; two major Jewish women organizations: Hadassah and National Council of Jewish Women; and the Central Conference of American Rabbis, which is the Reform movement’s rabbinical arm.
Reform Jews, the list suggests, are among the NRA’s worst adversaries. The list includes not only their national rabbinical group but also names specifically the Union for Reform Judaism’s former president Eric Yoffie and David Saperstein, director of the group’s Religious Action Center, as individuals fighting for gun control laws.

If passed, the law will grant the FBI and DNI the authority to draw up lists of US citizens arbitrarily labeled “domestic terrorists” and flag them during background checks.

It will pass. They’ll make sure of it. The fight against “domestic terrorism” has to be the chosen route to break the 2nd Amendment – and it has that necessary ethical/legal camouflage – same as the 9/11 induced “global war on terror” destroyed countries blocking Israel’s expansion.

Given that white European Americans are the last roadblock to absolute Jewish power in the US, they’ll be violently suppressed, no doubt involving special heavily armed “anti-domestic terrorism” units moving to deal with one “domestic terrorism” incident after another. Eventually the population gets the idea, and hands in their guns, probably even believing the “domestic terrorism” hysteria that the MSM will drum into them 24/7. In fact a long and endless series of Ruby Ridges.

Another aspect would be economic, with the US in bad trouble (blamed of course on the “domestic terrorism” problem). US citizens getting a lot poorer – the dollar losing value, and net immigration turning into net emigration (including whites). A regular white family would probably be better off making a new life somewhere like Chile or Uruguay.

On the positive side, the ROW (Rest Of the World) would see Jewish totalitarianism in motion and greatly fear it – probably producing that long needed counter -revolution (inoculation) in their own societies. Historical examples being for instance the rise of German nationalism (ultimately failed) seeing the horror show of Bolshevik Russia or the rise of British Victorian conservatism seeing the chaos and destruction of the French Revolution.

So….ok, first, kind of draw a bubble around the ‘T’ word, and say that it’s a politically motivated violent act meant to scare Hades out of people and maybe even attack and hurt/kill people, and it wan’t invented yesterday. One thing we see is these Guy Fawkws masks and you read that ‘remember 5th november’ mess, and you realize people have been challenging what they consider to be unlawful and oppressive political regimes for a while, now. Our current regime sems to want to disarm the general public, which is interesting, because they don’t seem to be any great shakes at disarming the urban criminal element. What’s more, they’re opening the southern border, which means the foreign criminal element will have much easier passage to the north across ‘la linea’. But, disarming law-abiding citizens because they MIGHT do something is….par for the course for mumble-mouthed Democrats, some of whom appear to possibly be working for or with foreign criminal elements, or just plain too old and too dense to realize they’re being used and manipulated, which, if you take a good hard look, might be a lot closer to the truth.

I think by and large, govt. has little to fear, honestly, from the larger American public, including the Republican electorate. There might be some shiny-eyed zealots out there, who have no moral reservation about wreaking havoc and causing mayhem, but, every tribe has their ‘braves’. Brave. Stupid. Same-same. and, there’s a different law they were working on talking about psychological evaluation, and this is where it gets fun, because you had one lady with her psych degree up at Yale, trying to remote-diagnose a sitting president, Donald Trump. Turns out, the maximum effective range of that form of ‘telemedicine’ fell short the mark, and from available readings, it seems like the entire field might be fairly subject to subjective interpretation and seems to rely on putting goofballs in people’s mouths to render them compliant. Not saying the entire DSM is birdcage liner, but I was not impressed with what I read.

No, I think the problem here lies within the Democrat tent. And they need to look at their tacit sponsorship of domestic terrorism (BLM, Antifa, et. al.) before giving lectures, making accusations, diagnoses without formal medical basis or substance ,and pointing fingers at Republicans or anyone else. Look for more official sounding quack medicine in the future. And stop reading so much Tom Clancy before bedtime. LOL

  45. “Shall not be infringed” means that if they want to “infringe” by expanding the government’s authority to nullify, limit, license or restrict that they don’t have, they must go through the Article V Amendment process in order to ‘acquire’ the lawful authority to legislate limits, licenses or to nullify your Rights. If they have no authority to pass such a law or ordinance (haven’t complied with the the lawful Amendment process) then the Supreme Court stated in Marbury vs Madison that: “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”

  46. @fnn

Certainly not the 1994 Assault Weapons ban.

That wasn’t a major guncontrol act, it was a was a subsection of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, inserted by Chuck Schumer, Mr. Evil Jew himself. The “jews who run the democrat party” are the same jews who have run the GOP for at least 100 years. The democrats openly merged with the GOP, in terms of policy, during the ’70s. What we are seeing them do now is pretty much what the radical republicans did during their reign after Lincoln’s war.

The republican party was the first collectivist party to gain control of American electoral politics and, with the merger with the democrats, we now obviously have a uniparty. Just my opinion.

  47. @Sir Launcelot Canning

Pretty much agreed, but I strongly suspect that “Truth” is white, as are a few other self identified “black” commenters here..

  48. @KrapKutter

The real shame is that we allow Cubans like Rubio and Cruz to hold any power. No immigrant or child of immigrants should be allowed any political position in the US.

  49. DonRS says:

Sen. Rubio is a VERY STRANGE man. A law that punishes people for being investigated (anyone can be investigated), NOT convicted of “domestic terrorism” is CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL . It is the kind of bill we would expect of a Democrat. Sen. Rubio has a tendency to try to play on ALL SIDES of an ISSUE!

  50. Mcpig says:

Gun grabbers come in many forms. Already many Trump supporters are being painted as “domestic terrorists” not BLM, or ANTIFA, or even dedicated Communists garner that label. This is another death of 1,000 cuts. Sounds like a good plan, but how dangerous it is depends on WHO controls the definitions. I am very disappointed in Rubio if this is a correct report on his Bill.
