Multiple European Union states are breaking with post-war liberal conventions and openly imprisoning prominent political opponents and intellectuals for ideological crimes.
The tactic being used by these governments is “rule through law,” as opposed to rule of law. The strategy is commonly deployed in nations like Saudi Arabia against journalists, intellectuals and opposition figures who are targeted for repression first, then selectively prosecuted using often vaguely defined existing laws after.
Greece
Earlier today a judge in Athens condemned almost all of Golden Dawn’s elected officials, including sitting European parliament member Ioannis Lagos, to years in prison.
Nikos Michaloliakos, Golden Dawn’s General Secretary, was given 13 years for a RICO-style charge that alleged his patriotic Greek party, which until recently was the third most popular in the country, is a criminal organization.
Michaloliakos was not tied to any specific crime, but prosecutors used editions of his group’s magazine featuring articles about Germany during World War II from the 1980s and 90s to argue that their political ideas were a form of violence in and of themselves.
In a public statement published to the Golden Dawn website Michaloliakos blamed the court’s ruling on Golden Dawn’s sudden electoral rise in 2013, stating “They say we are a criminal Nazi organization. [If that’s true] why did they wait 30 years to charge us?”
He accurately pointed out that Golden Dawn was never accused of being a criminal organization since its founding in the 1980s. It was only after May 2012, when the party achieved 7% of the vote, that the Greek state decided it was time to arrest them in 2013.
Slovakia
Yesterday another nationalist elected official, Marian Kotleba, was sentenced to four years in prison by the Slovak government for handing out checks for 1,488 Euros to poor families in 2017. State prosecutors accused Kotleba, who leads the politically ascendant People’s Party – Our Slovakia, of using 1488 as a secret code for “white power.”
Kotleba’s party holds 17 seats out of 150 in parliament and has been steadily growing. Its existence has put pressure on conservatives to begin speaking to nationalist issues and against corruption, a factor that has upset the nation’s rulers and contributed to last year’s failed attempt to get the People’s Party outlawed. Kotleba plans to appeal the decision.
If the Supreme Court upholds Kotleba’s conviction, he will be permanently banned from running for office and will be the first Slovak parliament member to be imprisoned since the fall of communism.
France
In France, patriotic intellectual and Yellow Vest activist Hervé Ryssen is now a month into his year and a half jail sentence for “anti-Semitism” that focused on pointing out the scientific impossibilities of the Holocaust narrative.
Ryssen has for years been dragged through the court system by lawyers affiliated with France’s Jewish organizations, such as LICRA. A letter signed by a diverse contingent of French public figures belonging to the nationalist, artistic and Muslim communities expressed outrage at Ryssen becoming a prisoner of conscience.
Veteran Front National leaders Jean Marie Le Pen and Bruno Gollnisch both condemned Ryssen’s incarceration, stating that it revealed that France was becoming a dictatorship where people are viciously punished for crimes of opinion.
Both Gollnisch and Le Pen were expelled from the party by Marine Le Pen, who has now renamed the party National Rally and taken it down a route of social liberalism and Zionism.
Marine Le Pen’s boyfriend and National Rally vice president, Jewish politician Louis Aliot, took to Twitter to attack Ryssen’s defenders, claiming that freedom of speech and “provocation” (hate speech) are not the same. The sentiment was endorsed by Le Pen, who hypocritically defends critics of Islam on free speech grounds.
Spain
The leadership of the Spanish nationalist movement — Pedro Chaparro (National Democracy), Manuel Andrino (Spanish Falange), and Pedro Pablo Peña (National Alliance) — are exhausting their final appeal of a prison sentence handed down to them over counter-protesting left-wing Catalan separatists in 2013.
Prosecutors allege that the three leaders were responsible for a confrontation that occurred between members of Madrid’s “antifa” and Spanish patriots.
Last year, Chaparro, Andrino, Peña and others began mending fractures in the large but deeply sectarian Spanish nationalist movement, putting aside differences to found the electoral bloc “ADN: Spanish Identity.”
Catalan language media is eager to see the men behind bars. If their last appeal fails, they will serve years in prison.

The myriad of “human rights” NGOs that complain when Eastern European countries try to block George Soros from influencing their elections are all lauding this Europe-wide crackdown.
A statement published on the conviction of Golden Dawn’s parliamentary bloc by Amnesty International’s European Director, Nils Muižnieks, hailed the decision as a victory against anti-immigration sentiment, “This verdict sends a clear message to political groups with aggressive anti-migrant and anti-human rights agendas in Greece and across Europe that violent and racist criminal activity – whether perpetrated by individuals on the street or members of parliament, will not go unpunished.
On Kotleba’s conviction, multiple liberal NGOs backed by international finance declared the imprisonment of political opponents a triumph for democracy, “We are glad that extremism in Slovakia is finally being punished and addressed with the appropriate attention” the groups commented.
Various Jewish organizations have also celebrated the embrace of hard power by nervous liberal elites currently enduring a worldwide crisis in them and their failing institutions.
While many European nations have hate speech laws, this is the first time in recent memory that liberal democracies have mustered the nerve to begin sentencing elected officials to long prison sentences for their ideas. In 2014 he appealed to the Strasbourg Court (U.S. Supreme Court equivalent) citing Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights which on paper guarantees freedom of expression. In 2019 judges unanimously ruled otherwise i.e. certain topics are sacrosanct.

What people need to understand is when and how to give up on a lost cause and take up a different, more effective strategy, regardless of whether right or wrong . From my position as observant of politics of many years I am coming to the conclusion that people in politics, regardless of system, through the time become more and more hysterical. This trend is greatly accelerated by increased presence of females in politics. Through this hysteria Democracies are becoming dictatorships of the trends. And democratic dictatorship is a true oxymoron.
It does not look good to me.

Many people are growing skeptical and protesting against lockdowns… And it is across the political spectrum, some left-wing or alternative (no-vaxxers, etc), some right wing, some libertarian.
The interesting thing is that while the “lockdown” and growing censorship and limitations of travel and assembly are based on supposedly “scientific” and not political grounds, they obviously have political implications… But such “scientific” grounds, also give freedom to the protesters, who are not protesting against any particular group or against verboten or divisive topics (immigration, gays, transgenderism, etc), but against authoritarianism and all leaders in general… And so basically anyone who disagrees with the status quo can join in, be he in the left, right or middle. So more and more people are joining, even normies.
It is interesting to see what will happen…. The winter of our discontent, or theirs…

In fact, the famous Skokie, Illinois Neo-Nazi march” in 1978 was a jewish operation. The “Nazi leader” was himself jewish.

I believe he’s received a jail sentence for sharing a funny post that made an allusion to Auschwitz. But it’s not as if he was into revisionism.

“La Vérité si je mens” seems to be a popular expression among Jews from Algeria.
It is short for “La vérité! Si je mens, je vais en enfer” (The truth! If I lie I go to hell).
That film title sounds like an example of Jews themselves joking about their particular approach to truth.
Jewish organizations want to prevent any criticism of the Jews, but they usually sue people like Ryssen over a single sentence found in a book, on a blog, or in a video, as if they didn’t mind criticism of the jews but objected to a particular affirmation which they think is over the top. Any sentence will do the trick. They just pick one at random. In the lawcourt, the judge won’t care what that sentence says. He and the Jewish accusers will focus on the defendant’s personality and ideology, while the defendant will focus his efforts on trying to establish what the accusation is against him.
I believe Ryssen was also sentenced for describing judaism as an “incestuous sect”, and also on account of the cover illustration on one of his books (https://politicalemails.org/messages/245471). He’s been sacked from his teaching job and fined many times in the past. He had to cumulate a two-year jail sentence before he would be incarcerated. Jail sentences shorter than that are no longer applied in France. His next lawsuit is on December 2nd.

But in that kind of lawsuit, courts are reluctant to examine the facts. If you say anything specifically critical of the Jews, I think it’s enough for the judge to tick the box “on account of race or religion”. Any denunciation of antigoyism is usually considered an antisemitic offense. If the defendant argues that his criticism of Jewish activists is justified, that may be used as evidence against him. The judges will play dumb, even though they understand what’s going on. Their job is to keep mass immigration going by silencing the nationalists at the behest of Jewish organizations. No one else but Jews are suing White nationalists. It’s done in collaboration with the judges. They work together.
At the end of a lawsuit against an “antisemite”, the judge must write down the grounds for his decision, and a copy is sent to the defendant. So, the judge simply writes: the accused incited hate on account of the religion of the Jews. Sometimes he elaborates: the accused said “the Jews” (les juifs), when he should have written “some Jews” (des juifs).

National Humanism and Universal Nationalism go together. National Humanism means people should love their nations as humans, not as god-men. People are people. School board to reconsider rehiring principal
Former Boca Raton staff member made controversial comments about the Holocaust

After voting to rehire the Boca Raton principal whose controversial comments about the Holocaust generated national headlines, the Palm Beach County School Board might walk back that decision.
Last week, the School Board voted 4-3 to rehire former Spanish River principal William Latsonafter an administrative law judge ruled in August the school district failed to prove he “engaged in misconduct in office, incompetence, or gross insubordination by a preponderance of the evidence.”
But reinstating him may no longer go according to plan.
Following local outrage from the decision, the School Board now will vote whether to rescind Latson’s rehiring during its meeting this coming Wednesday.Richard Corcoran, the state’s education commissioner, requested the immediate cancellation of Latson’s professional educator certificate.
In a letter he wrote to education leaders, including Palm Beach County Latson School Superintendent Donald Fennoy, Corcoran said Latson took advantage of his position of trust and “jeopardized” the safety of Florida students.
“I am committed to minimizing any potential threats to Florida students,” he wrote in the letter.
The controversy dates to 2018 when, in email conversations with a parent, Latson detailed his efforts to implement the school’s Holocaust curriculum, a state mandate since 1994. He wrote that not every family had been amenable to the lessons.
In 2018, Latson told a parent in an email, “I can’t say the Holocaust is a factual, historical event because I am not in a position to do so as a school district employee.” Superintendent Donald Fennoy didn’t discipline him until it hit the media a year later.
Latson also said that as a school district employee, he couldn’t confirm the Holocaust existed.
“I work to expose students to certain things, but not all parents want their students exposed so they will not be and I can’t force that issue,” Latson wrote.
The School Board fired Latson, who had led Spanish River since 2011, last year for being unavailable after the comments he made infuriated Spanish River parents and alumni, as well as Holocaust survivors and people working to combat anti-Semitism.

I forgot about Amash and you are right about him. He appeared to be just like us but when you get down to the brass tacks he isn’t and harbors that resentment towards whites that I’ve personally found most of them do. He broke with Trump over immigration but his loyalty is with non Europeans interlopers, er, immigrants.
I used to sympathize with the Palestinians, too, but not so much anymore partly because of how their U.S. diaspora votes and behaves. Are they wringing their hands about how whites are treated throughout the West? If whites were living as a small minority among a Palestinian majority the whites would be treated like crap and much like the Israelis treat them.
The persecuted are just as capable of being the persecutors as the Palestinians proved when they showed up as refugees in Lebanon and how Tlaib, Amash and others behave towards the gracious white majority.

– What passes for the “left” isn’t. Ask yourself, does China have open borders? Did the USSR have open borders? Even the once “socialist” Sweden had very restrictive immigration until the globalist shill Olaf Palme took over.
– My point was that the Golden Dawn was opposing government policy, that is why they are under attack. Immigration is an “untouchable” globalist government policy. Its economic impact would be the same, even if the flood of immigrants came from Serbia. The fact that the immigration policy is a race replacement policy, makes it easier to sell to the public as them being “racist”.
