Black community leader and Marine Corps veteran Jamal Johnson has been camped outside Philadelphia’s City Hall on a hunger strike since January 18th. He is demanding Mayor Jim Kenney implement a City Council resolution calling for emergency action against gun violence.

The resolution, which calls on aggressive use of the criminal justice system against violent criminals, was passed by a large majority. Mayor Kenney, whose city is being sued by Jewish and left-wing activists over preventing anarchists from rioting last summer, has refused to sign the resolution.

If adopted, the City Council’s recommendations would put the Mayor at odds with Jewish District Attorney Larry Krasner, who was installed into the position by hedge fund manager George Soros as a pro-criminal prosecutor in 2017. For Kenney, crossing the elite-endorsed Krasner could provoke unwanted financial and press backlash.

Krasner, an avid supporter of Black Lives Matter, is coming up for re-election this spring.

While Krasner is eager to remind his fans in the mainstream media about his 100% clearance rate against those who commit offenses against transsexuals, non-transsexuals have not fared as well. In 2017, year before Krasner became DA, Philadelphia recorded 313 homicides. Now in 2020, the number of people murdered in the city has risen to 500, the highest in 30 years. Only 42% of homicides led to an arrest last year, while 47% of firearms offenses were dismissed in the same time frame.

Mayor Kenney, who shares some of the same donors as Krasner (75% of which do not live in the state of Pennsylvania), has supported many of the DA’s reforms, such as ending cash bail, lowering penalties for violent crimes and refusing to prosecute a whole slew of offenses. When the population, including blacks, complains about rising crime, Krasner and Kenney distract them with cultural attacks on white people.

Krasner also prioritizes abusing his office to make anti-white political statements over stopping crime that effects all. He famously reduced the charges against a black man who murdered a white man in Rittenhouse Square, while at the same time he aggressively prosecuted a police officer for defending himself from Antifa attackers (the officer was later able to beat his charges).

Krasner’s tenure has led to record resignations in the Philadelphia police department. 2020 numbers were only surpassed in recent history by large numbers of beat cops quitting in 2018, the present DA’s first year. Shootings in 2021 are already on track to surpass last year’s astronomical numbers.

The national media has ignored Johnson’s protest and it isn’t clear how much longer he is willing to hold out. What remains true is that blacks who don’t want violence and murder in their community are not allowed at the table when men like Krasner and Soros use their money and media influence to upend their lives in their race’s name.

  1. The entire criminal justice system in the US and most of the west is a joke. In effect, it protects criminals from their victims and creates a revolving door for them to get supported by the citizenry while in prison only to be released to commit more crimes.

There’s a very small minority of people that commit the vast majority of all crimes. Instead of killing off this scum, the system provides them food, clothing, shelter and medical care while in prison and prevents the victims or relatives of victims the opportunity to seek whatever vengeance they deem appropriate. The state protects criminals and victimizes the citizenry to support them. Criminals get better treatment than working people that fall on hard times and become jobless and homeless.

There are two types of people – predators and prey. The predators, once identified, should be killed on their first offense to guarantee there won’t be a second and subsequent offense. The criminal justice system has convinced people that some disinterested 3rd part, a judge, should set the terms of punishment. This is illogical. The victims should set the terms of punishment and I’d bet a huge number would opt to put a bullet into the thug that robbed them, raped them or murdered their kin. Problem solved.

How about innocent people wrongly identified?

Wrongful convictions are a result of prosecutorial misconduct and jury stupidity. It can only happen if there really is no proof and the jury is persuaded by a prosecutor with a convincing line of bullshit.

This can be remedied by having the prosecutor fulfill the rest of the term imposed on the wrongly convicted person. Once they realize that their ass is on the line, the practice will stop.

There are clear cut cases where physical evidence is overwhelming. For those, the perp should be turned over to the victim or relatives for proper disposition, at their discretion.

For cases not so clearly identified, use the current system of coddling them and releasing them to offend once again and get them on the next case.

The aim is to reduce the population of the violent criminal as quickly as possible and that doesn’t include giving them prison time for clear cut cases of kidnap, robbery, murder, rape, beatings, etc.

OT, but I am noticing a lot of man love on WN twitter for Tom Brady this morning … from many of the same folks who bad mouthed “sportsball cucks” not too long again, lol.

Our ancestors must be shaking their heads in shame at their “male” descendants who idolize another man’s masculinity and prowess. I find it hard to believe that a new movement or nation can be created from this unorganized herd of atomized spectators and consumers.

But the term you would impose is death.

There are clear cut cases and ones not so clear. When in doubt jail them. When there’s no doubt, turn them over to the victim or victim’s family.

If you get some miscreant that shows up twice after once being in jail, treat them as a clear cut case and turn them over to the most recent victim or the previous one. The assumption would be that most victims would extract revenge commensurate with the crime IN THEIR OPINION, not some 3rd party judge. If I or my family were victimized their life would be forfeit, guaranteed.

Conjugal visits as well, so they can replicate.

This dumbass knigg “Jamal” will, without a shred of irony, schitt a proverbial brick if the cops ever do crack down on his “khom-oon-ittuh”. There’s no pleasing these demented idiotic children–the only stupider thing is to try to cater to them, like YT does now.

(((Krassner))), of course, isn’t catering to groids out of stupidity. He wants it this way. Part of the plan.

  11. Exile says:

Related: LA’s new Soros-funded prosecutor was ordered yesterday to stop his subversive derailment of “special circumstances” prosecutions and other related (((shenanigans))).

    https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2021/02/08/judge-rules-against-la-da-george-gascons-drastic-policy-changes/

Jewish/Libtard overreach has its limits even in 2021, especially regarding criminal justice in large cities with awful crime problems. Not all the news is bad.

  12. unit472 says:

The job of prosecutor should never go to a political ideologue left or right. It should really be possible using modern forensic science and surveillance systems to arrest and prosecute serious felons with a very high degree of certainty. If the FBI can do anything right it is process evidence and that might be what they should concentrate on instead of framing people on fake charges.

  13. @unit472

Good observation. Prosecutors should be barred for life from running for any political office at all and the position of AG should never be filled by a former prosecutor or any other attorney ever employed by government. That would never be considered by politicians, mainly because the office of AG at every level seems to have been created as a launch pad for government shysters to gain high political office.

  14. @RoatanBill

    Dunderheaded.

Capital punishment regularly executes innocent people.

And innocent people wrongfully convicted of rape molder in jail.

You don’t seem capable of understanding this.

And anyhow, your solution would not work. It is scientifically proven that capital punishment does not in the least prevent murder or recidivism. Simple inarguable fact.

What would lower the crime rate precipitously, including the murder rate, would be legalizing and institutionalizing all drugs. Free therapy for all addicts and problem users, of course, absolutely must be part of this solution

    Why not both systems?

I’m all for reformative asylums (as in, they are locked away in a genuinely reformative asylum they cannot be released from until they are cured…I can go into more details upon this, but that’s the gist), public flogging (for non-felonies) and death-by-hanging/firing squad/local retribution.

I’m also okay with rewiring brains as an alternative to death. Permanently.

“I’m also okay with rewiring brains as an alternative to death. Permanently.”

Also, “Mini-Lobotomies” effected via cryogenic-probe were popular in us prisons decades-ago.
    I once chauffeured & secured-the-safety of a surgically-lobotomized (TWICE!) heir to a great fortune.
If you must know, the first-letter of that victim’s surname was “K.” Think: Furniture & Pianos.

    Boilerplate lolbertarian position.

The goal here isn’t to lower the “crime rate,” the goal is to make cities physically safer. Legalizing all drugs will not do that.

All users of anything harder than marijuana are “problem users” in terms of risk for criminality and weed smoking has its own issues. Try hanging onto your stuff in a building full of meth heads or heroin shooters.

As for capital punishment, it’s insulting to everyone’s intelligence to claim that killing killers doesn’t reduce the murder rate. It ignores the fact that many criminals are involved in more than one killing in their criminal career. “One-and-dones” are only a slice of the graph. And it also ignores the obvious deterrent effect on at least some people.

Just because punishment isn’t 100% effective doesn’t mean you heel-turn to 100% permissiveness. This kind of light-switch thinking is typical in arguments for lolbertarian “solutions.”

Look at the effectiveness of “drug therapy” and tell me how those numbers are so much better than those for criminal recidivism.

Clearly the solution to blacks shooting each other with handguns is to ban AR15’s. Things such as aggressive quality of life policing & stop-and-frisk would *never* work, and don’t you dare notice that they worked just fine up until May 25th of last year.

  19. @Realist

Criminality in every population being strongly bimodal it makes sense to go beyond
    “three strikes” and remove miscreants with prejudice;
it also means not accepting witness testimony for so much as a parking offense, but that´s just procedural.

  20. @Exile

Every word you write is a lie. Including “the.”

You deliberately go off-topic. As is typical of your cloddish dolt-brained kind. Because you can’t stand the truth. The real topics are:

    A. Capital punishment kills innocent people. Fact. Absolutely. It must. It cannot not. So you advocate murder. The murder of innocent people through capital punishment. Aren’t you a piece of work.

    B. The overwhelming majority of crimes are victimless. You cannot deny it. So you advocate randomly punishing people for things that hurt nobody. You mook.

And C. You idiot. You understand nothing about “therapy for addiction” (not “drug therapy”, you idiot), because you just consult your own thick head for facts instead of seeking them.

“Unfortunately, when relapse occurs many deem treatment a failure. This is not the case: Successful treatment for addiction typically requires continual evaluation and modification as appropriate, similar to the approach taken for other chronic diseases.”

    That’s utterly and darkly hilarious.

Ha ha ha, I completely thought of “Furniture and Mor” instead of what you were alluding too. The Commercials sink deep into the psyche. I’m almost impressed that his father actually cared enough about his problematic mental state to address it, rather than just “letting him be.” Then again, you said he was the heir, so it makes sense that one couldn’t very well have a Ramsay Bolton running wild around the Head Office, shooting arrows at naked secretaries.

I do not like Lobotomies as such, though. One shouldn’t dig into a brain (except to heal it). To remove it is…bordering abomination I think (removing at let living.) I mean, if it needed to be done twice, it’s not an effective soul-therapy.
