And that quotation refers to normal conditions of daily social life anyway, not to emergency situations like a pandemic. In a deadly pandemic (especially the initial, most dangerous stage of it), the whole country (ANY country that’s affected) becomes like a giant hospital or public clinic. You can’t simply go anywhere and do whatever you want in a hospital, using “religious rights” as justification; you have to obey the rules. It’s the same in a country/region under pandemic lockdown rules.

Also, “religious rights” cannot be used as an excuse to avoid observing restrictions mandated by legally-constituted authorities when everyone else has to observe them.
