In both fields, Europe was way ahead of China.
Even with printing and the compass, China could not have achieved what Europe achieved, because there are other, more important, more fundamental technologies involved, which Europe has always had, and China has always lacked.

    Let’s start with navigation.
Look at this European map from the early 1300s:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portolan_chart#/media/File:Mediterranean_chart_fourteenth_century2.jpg
It’s very precise, already as early as that era.
This one is a bit later, from 1492.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portolan_chart#/media/File:Jorge_Aguiar_1492_MR.jpg

The Chinese did not have precise maps.
The Chinese would never have been able to make one, because they were so backwards, they didn’t know that the world was round.
THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT THE WORLD WAS ROUND.
Without the spherical model of the world, which Europeans have had since the Greeks, you cannot have the concepts of “latitude” and “longitude”, which Europeans also have had since the Greeks. Therefore you cannot develop a precise method to determine latitude using an astrolabe. Which is more important than the compass, since we can find the north by the north star.
Therefore the Chinese could not have had an Age of Sail.

As for books, the Chinese were set back by the lack of another key technology, which even today they still lack.
    Namely, THE ALPHABET.

The alphabet was necessary for two reasons. The main reason is that, without the alphabet, there is not much advantage to movable type printing. The alphabet, combined with movable printing, enabled Europeans to print very efficiently.

The second reason is that, without the alphabet, the bulk of the population will find it difficult to master literacy. Now, it’s hard to obtain a reliable estimate of historical literacy rates in either China or Europe. But the main problem is that you can’t draw direct comparisons, because the gigantic number of Chinese characters means there is no clear definition of what it means to be “literate”. A person may be able to read some basic words, but not enough to read the Chinese classics. In contrast, a Westerner who learns how to read will be able to read anything in his language. This amplifies the usefulness of the printing press.

The superiority of the alphabet has been recognized even in China:

    https://www.zhihu.com/question/36621372/answer/125962850

In addition, a key element of the Gutenberg press was the screw. The printing press comes from the screw press. Europeans have had screws since the Greek, but the Chinese DID NOT HAVE SCREWS until we taught them about screws. They did not have screws of any kind. Therefore they could not have invented a proper printing press.

You are fabricating history by mixing and matching selective events and fabricated stories in the order that fits your dark medieval age toxic caste narrative, as well as claiming credits where credits are not due.

You claimed superiority because some items in the West were better than the items in China, but those items in China were the foundation of the items you claimed better to be built and developed on. Without the Chinese items as the foundation, the West could never have developed better items. For thousands of years, the West had no paper and printing is the proof of that historical fact. The West bad-mouthing the giant who lent his shoulders for the West to be civilized and advance is shameful and disgusting. It proves the West is the negative, destructive, and cancerous element in humanity, and detrimental to the progress of civilization.

is primitive and dogmatic in governance. Chinese learnt from history that the principle of establishing a prosperous and harmonious society is 亂世用重典;盛世施仁政,重教導,防患於未然。

When China was a victim of the wicked Western colonial imperialists’ barbarism, it was in chaos, the social fabric had broken down, and morality was in decline. It had to use 亂世用重典 to stop the decaying tide caused by the West, reverse China’s society back to normalcy, and then 施仁政 embark on rebuilding China back to an independent, strong, prosperous, and harmonious civilization.

The culprit of many executions in China was the West. As long as the world does not address and criticize the war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against peace committed by the West and their accomplices. The world is still living under the Legacy of the Western ‘God-fearing’ morally defunct evil ‘Puritan’ cult dominance.

In China, a large outdoor space does not have the same social or recreational meaning as in Europe. So large large outdoor gathering space would typically be used mostly for ceremonial purposes.

Public squares are not about "recreational meaning" but fulfill the important function as a venue for temporary markets and of promoting social interaction, exchanging, debating and reinforcing ideas. Authoritarian regimes, which prefer to keep the population in an insular state, do not like public squares. This relationship was in evidence at Tiananmen Square – the only truly large square you provided a picture of – in June 1989. For recreational functions, such as spiritual relaxation and harmony with nature, many Europeans cities maintained gardens that were often elaborate, including also with artificial ponds or small lakes.

I noticed that none of the urban images you presented show a clock anywhere, a topic I have written about in a few comments above. Nowadays the absence of clocks is common in casinos and most stores, where people are supposed to lose a sense of time.

It is verified that DeepSeek does some amount "piggybacking." But there is controversy over exactly how many, and whom, they've distilled. I'll provide evidence that they've done a lot of "piggybacking". (I'll focus on the "piggyback" part specifically since the budget part is something that is not controversial)

The process of "piggybacking" on other models is technically called "knowledge distillation." It's not unheard of for academics to do this with Open-Source AIs (https://www.ft.com/content/a0dfedd1-5255-4fa9-8ccc-1fe01de87ea6).

It is fact that Deepseek distills at least some models, because they've admitted and released them. DeepSeek has released distilled models of Meta's Open-Source Llama AI, which anybody can download here: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/machine-learning/deploy-deepseek-r1-distilled-llama-models-with-amazon-bedrock-custom-model-import/

I believe that distillation of Llama might have been against its terms, but maybe not. But Llama is also open-source, so everybody knows that there is no way to enforce a rule against distillation. Nobody will fight for such a rule, because of this. It's against the spirit of open-source, anyways. Any person can just download Llama.

But such things are against the terms of OpenAI, which is not open-source.

There is excellent evidence that DeepSeek is largely distilling OpenAI.

    1. The first is from this article. Some random guy asked DeepSeek "Are you smarter than Gemini" and DeepSeek responded by calling itself ChatGPT!!!!. It's almost inconcievable that DeepSeek would have thought of itself as being ChatGPT unless it was distilling answers or text from ChatGPT output. The screenshot evidence is in this article: https://www.techradar.com/computing/artificial-intelligence/deepseek-just-insisted-its-chatgpt-and-i-think-thats-all-the-proof-i-need

A little while after these things were found, DeepSeek's stopped calling itself ChatGPT. It's likely that the develoers put in a hasty fix to stop outputting such text.

    2. The second bit of evidence come from cybersecurity folks, which I won't go into detail, but it has to do with data flows from certain accounts that seemed to be engaging in distillation. This behavior was noticed and investigated last year, before this DeepSeek news even hit the public; the investigators strongly believe that the accounts that were doing this were from DeepSeek. It's mentioned in this article: https://www.ft.com/content/a0dfedd1-5255-4fa9-8ccc-1fe01de87ea6

    3. The third bit of evidence is actually an investigation from a different AI: Originality AI! Yes, indeed! Some smart guy actually used an AI to investigate the controversy of whether DeepSeek copied ChatGPT! Originality is an AI that measures other AIs! In particular, it tries to find if different AIs are .... you guessed it, original. It can also predict if a response likely came from an AI or from a human.

This AI found that it could predict DeepSeek responses with uncanny accuracy. They have great experience looking at each new AI as they hit the public, and in the past, when they see a new AI, they have a large drop in predictive power of the AI's responses. The fact that they could predict DeepSeek so well indicates, to them, that it is probably a distillation of other AIs that they've already seen. They set up the AI to predict based on ChatGPT knowledge, specifically, and they believe that they have shown decent proof of this. The report is here: https://originality.ai/blog/is-deepseek-detectable

A little explanation of how Originality did it is explained to normal folk like us in this article, which linked me to the Originality AI website: https://bgr.com/tech/ai-that-can-identify-chatgpt-generated-text-suggests-deepseek-might-be-a-copy/

I think that, just based on evidence 1), the argument that DeepSeek has copied ChatGPT is overwhelming.

Anon[387]’s comment is a typical CIA, NED, Western NGOs and MSM style thru the thin air allegation, full of suggestions, implication, hearsay and fabrications with no proofs.

Evidence 1. is a fabrication. The blur screenshots showed no proof they were from DeepSeek. The allegation was a false flag op conducted by the poster via story telling. Anon[387] should verify the allegation himself on DeepSeek and OpenAI, and post the verification result here to be scrutinized for its credibility. Anon[387] uses a lie to support his false allegation is shameful double fallacy act.

Evidence 2. OpenAI claimed DeepSeek distill from it. By AI Distill definition, DeepSeek is a student model or a subset of OpenAI, at best a student model only can reach 80% of the capability and quality of Open AI. If DeepSeek’s security risk exits it inherits from OpenAI. Why is OpenAI’s security risk not a security risk, but only one of its student models is a risk. OpenAI and Anon[387] commit a double standard fallacy, hence their credibility is not trustworthy.

If DeepSeek distills from OpenAI, please show proof that DeepSeek and Open AI process the same security risk. Besides this allegation was a hearsay story spread by Financial Time (a fake news MSM). Evidence 2 is another treating lie as fact allegation.

Evidence 3. Originality AI investigation is a Rube Goldberg machine operation to misled the public and hide OpenAI incompetence and unscrupulous activities. DeepSeek published its source code openly for everybody to see. OpenAI needs to published its source code openly for everyone to see and compare. Let the evidence to tell whether DeepSeek copies and/or distills OpenAI.

DeepSeek is not afraid to be checked by posting its codes online, why can’t the Americans like Anon[387] be as honest as DeepSeek? What are the Americans afraid of? Why do the Americans resort to dubious and multi-layer implications to form their allegations? Because the Americans are cheaters and thieves, so they have to use lies aggressively to hide their tracks?

  • @Anon
    @Anon

FTR he is a different Anon.

But, @Anon[382], you seem to miss the critical portion of the problem.

The problem is that, if ChatGPT builds models iteratively (a.k.a. building its models off of previous versions of its own models) over the course of [say] 10 years of company history, at the end of the day, the world looks at their newest model, and says, "it required you 10 years and xxx billion dollars to get that model." Because, the world is keeping a cumulative tally on how much time and money OpenAI has sunk into all of its work.

But if DeepSeek comes along and does knowledge distillation on a ChatGPT that is the cumulative effort of 10 years of development, and it becomes almost as good in 6 months, the world looks and says, "OMG you guys did it so much faster and cheaper!"

When the reality is that they are accumulating the effort of another company - which FWIW is a company that makes knowledge distillation to be against its terms of service. I'll repeat - it is not legal for a company to do this knowledge distillation on another company's product.

Basically, it's like any other Intellectual Property. The hard part is getting it right the first time. Once a thing is made, one can copy it far more easily. So IP law exists to allow the originators to profit from the long, hard work they did.

    Replies: @Joe Wong

You are make false allegation. All human “inventions” are remixes of other people’s remixes with a twist. It is no exception for ChatGPT too. Its models are remixes of other people’s inventions/remixes.

ChatGPT has built a patent moat. DeepSeek is open source. America is a zero-sum, beggar-thy-neighbor, the dog-in-the-manger, greedy, and monopoly culture. By default, ChatGPT and all other American companies will sue DeepSeek until it ceases to exist if GeepSeek violates ChatGPT patents in any possible way. ChatGDP took no legal action proving you are making an allegation thru thin air.

If your story stands, why aren’t there any Americans who can do what DeepSeek did? Are you saying Americans are stupid or swindlers?

In fact, IP law does not protect originators anymore, IP law is a tool for the tech giants to bully originators into submission, deter invention, and protect their monopoly to rip off users. That’s why the US is falling behind in inventions because the invention is hard work while lawfare can make tons of money sitting in fancy offices. DeepSeek is just an example to prove the corruption and decline of the US tech field.

Your glossing over US Tech giants with fake news is a sad statement that the US decline is irreversible due to their citizen’s blinding hubris, always blaming somebody else fault, not their failure.

I kind of agree with that sentiment. But still, I don't think you really understand what is being debated or what is at stake. Two points are being debated: 1 is whether DeepSeek shows promise of being far more skilled, and thus, far more likely to get investor funding. 2 is whether DeepSeek actually is as efficient as they claim, which also affects whether they will get investor money.

If DeepSeek is distilling ChatGPT, they can never be as good as ChatGPT, and in addition, they might not have a particularly great amount of skill in building "real" AIs that can learn from original sources. Lastly, they might not be as efficient as other companies, which could also produce the same distilled AIs at low cost if they also chose to rip off of the top-performer's data. There's also a quick point to make about the actual energy/computing efficiency of DeepSeek, which is being tested independently currently and these tests seem to show that it might not be as efficient as they have claimed.

ChatGDP took no legal action proving you are making an allegation thru thin air.

Firstly, this isn't "thin air." I've put a great deal of time to post a lot of links with quite a lot of evidence, including some hilarious screenshots of DeepSeek calling itself ChatGPT (why can none of my interlocutors provide an explanation for that besides the obvious one?).

I'm not sure about the main idea that OpenAI must take legal action, since we don't know exactly how they might actually take that legal action and win. After all, DeepSeek is in a different country, and this is a big deal with a lot of money at stake. Whose court would arbitrate? This is a company in a foreign country that has bad relations with the USA. This confrontation might be a serious problem. And, lastly, if OpenAI believes that it can weather the storm of this DeepSeek news, it might just be not worth it to go through the trouble of fighting this court case, because this court case is going to be incredibly expensive and long. It would be a huge distraction from the fast-paced work of building the actual AI.

America is a zero-sum, beggar-thy-neighbor, the dog-in-the-manger, greedy, and monopoly culture.

I don't really like to insult countries, but since you started it, I will. If the USA is greedy, I don't know what to call China. Did you know China is the least charitable country in the world?

If your story stands, why aren’t there any Americans who can do what DeepSeek did?

Because it is massively dishonest, and violates IP law. And, it's possible DeepSeek actually exfiltrated the data to achieve this, with security evidence of exfiltration in 2024 existing, which would require an even higher and harder level of dishonesty. It might be genuinely hard to do this - maybe it was done by Chinese ethnic employees of OpenAI who were loyalistic to China and wanted to steal company secrets to make the fatherland defeat the USA.

My assumption is that Americans have no desire to do this. After all, we don't steal IP that often. We aren't the kinds of people who do that - I guess you could ridicule "honor culture" or the Christian obsession with "integrity" or something. We did not even cheat in school in the past, before mass immigration of Chinese and Indians brought us a cohort of extremely smart and domestic students who grew up alongside us and who use cheating in school constantly to feather their nest perfectly.

To make one more argument - if an American wants to win at AI, they just try to get a job at Google and OpenAI.

As I said in a previous comment, Xinjiang terrorism is comparable in scope to the terrorism we experienced here in Italy in the 70s.

I'm not a fan of those terrorists.

But if in Italy we had resorted to the same methods (arbitrary detention on a massive scale), it would have been considered an act of tyranny. Because, you see, here in the West we believe that people have rights, unlike in China. Fortunately we didn't have to resort to those methods. Turns out you can crush terrorism without having to put people in concentration camps without charge. In fact, one of the reasons that in recent years we haven't had the Islamic terrorism problems that countries such as France have had, or China, is thanks to the previous experience of our police in rooting out terrorism. Maybe the Chinese should ask our police how it's done.

But my main point is that China is tyrannical. If they treat Muslims like that, they can treat Christians like that, whenever they decide. China is tyrannical. For example, everybody knows that there is heavy censorship over there. The Unz Review could not exist over there. Another example: no Western country would accept a one child policy. We would regard it as despotic. The Chinese have gotten rid of that policy, not because they've become more freedom loving, but because right now they don't need it. When they need it again, they'll go back to outlawing babies. If you're a loyal subject of Xi, you're free to believe that this stuff is awesome. But I'm speaking to Westerners here. Matteo Ricci was not a robot; he stayed in China so long that he would not let anything that could help Europe progress pass and did nothing about it.

Besides, Europeans stayed ignorant and barbaric for tens of thousands of years, they even destroyed the only civilization, the Romans, they had. By logic, the Europeans could not self-boot themselves into the Renaissance; there had to be external guidance or force that led the Europeans into the Renaissance.

Just like Columbus, he could not convince the Spanish to give him a huge sum of money for his venture without showing some evidence he could hit big and bring handsome returns for the Spanish. That evidence was a world map of Zheng He’s ocean venture record that was stolen and sent to the Vatican as a treasure contribution.

“…The reason he fails to do so is because he is far too exclusively concerned with literary sources and with literary information. He says expressly that he is concerned only with “published information.”

This view easily leads to neglect of the real influences of Asia on Europe, since these arose from artifacts and technology, often received without any European awareness of their origin (as European men over recent centuries came to wear trousers without knowledge of their Asiatic steppe origin.)

In his introduction Lach makes the astounding assertion that “knowledge of Asia before 1500 effected no fundamental alterations in Europe’s own artistic, technological, or religious premises.” In view of the fact that Europe’s technology and religious premises until 1500 were almost entirely Asiatic in origin, this statement indicates a very serious deficiency based on the author’s almost exclusively literary bias.

While we cannot judge the extent of this deficiency until we get volume II, the first chapter of the present volume dealing with “Antiquity and the Middle Ages” indicates that this weakness could be very serious. In good, old mid-Victorian fashion, Lach starts with a reference to Homer and, on the same first page, begins his subject about 600 B.C. This omits the whole Asiatic foundation of European culture including food (fowl, swine, cattle, grain), technology (the plow, arch, wheel, weapons, etc.), and basic culture (writing, alphabet, units of measurement, basic religious and cognitive attitudes) from the archaic period (before 600 B.C.).

But even more serious is the fact that Lach’s discussion of the medieval period also omits the same kind of Asiatic influences (such as Europe’s basic religious outlook, including the heresies, and much technological innovation which, over the last thousand years, has embraced such items as horseshoes, stirrups, effective harnessing of horses so they could be used for heavy work, windmills, the compass and rudder, fore-and-aft sails, an efficient number system, gunpowder, printing and paper, steel-making, a variety of crops of vital significance to Western agriculture, among them those two indispensable legumes, alfalfa and soybeans, many food products, and much else).

Lach ignores most of this because be is not concerned, as he says, with the “impact” of Asia on Europe but is really concerned only with Europe’s awareness of Asia (that is why he wants to restrict his attention to published information), and he is concerned with “awareness” because his attention is still anchored in the area where it began, the use of Asia by men like Montesquieu, Leibnitz, or Voltaire as a weapon to criticize European culture during the Enlightenment….”

“…Even in Parkinson’s day under the great Queen Victoria every school boy knew Ex Oriente Lux.

Europe’s peoples and languages came from the east as did the very basic attributes of European life:
its food (wheat, beef, lamb, swine, fowls), its textiles (wool, linen, cotton, silk), its systems of measures (12 eggs in a dozen, 12 inches in a foot, 12 hours in the day and in the night, 60 minutes in the hour), its basic technology (writing, the wheel, paper, printing type, gun powder, the plow, the number system), and those three major targets of Parkinson’s antipathy, governmental bureaucracy, taxation, and state regulation of economic life. Even today, a London economic consultant wears trousers and a jacket slashed in the rear so that the sides will hang straight as he sits on his horse, attire derived from a Turkic cultural predecessor in the central Asian grasslands of two millennia ago…”

  • @deejay
    According to the guest:

China refers to its system officially as socialism with Chinese characteristics and as a socialist market economy.

This sounds like a fairly accurate description. China, after centuries of being bullied by the West, studied Western economic theory and adopted it with Chinese characteristics. Having successfully implemented what the West itself first theorized, the economy of China is now surpassing its former rivals.

The theory was that all advanced capitalist societies would go in one of two directions. The economy could go fully towards finance, as did America, or it would become a social capitalist economy, which China did and as Norton describes in the present interview. This involves nationalizing certain input costs, like electricity, to reduce the cost of production and to keep exports competitive on the world market.

China is currently struggling to recover from a real estate bubble, and articles on this platform have said that it remains to be seen which direction China's economy would go. If they bailout the banks, like America did, then China will embrace finance capitalism. Maybe it's too early to say, but it sure sounds like they are in the social capitalist camp.

    Replies: @Brian Damage, @Joe Wong

China has been dealing with economics and financing systematically for thousands of years. The Treasury was always one of the top departments in any dynasty, at least from the Zhou dynasty. Fiat currency appeared in China at least two thousand years ago. While the West was in slavery, serfdom tribal society. Most Europeans could not read and/or write, economics, financing, and accounting were simply beyond their imagination.

Chinese knew the pros and cons of centralized and decentralized economic and financial systems, disaster will strike when two of them are unbalanced. Prosperity, order, and harmony will be achieved when the two of them are in balance.

The burst of the real estate bubble in China was a controlled demolition. It happened before. China’s Central government makes sure real estate is for living, not to serve speculative financial parasites that will wreak havoc on a nation like those in the West. Controlled demolition is one of the tools to keep a sufficient housing supply at an affordable level.

China’s ever-new high exports, foreign reserves, and economic growth make the West’s non-stop fake news about China’s struggling economy simply silly and desperate signs of jealousy, resentment, and fear of China’s achievements and rise while they are slumping into stagnation if not recession.

You will not get China right if you follow the West’s faulty economics and ideology.

The period of the Renaissance is a flux depending on the agenda of the person who answers, the same person can give you multiple answers like Trump. Most of the Western intellects said it began at the beginning of 14th century and ended at the end of 17th century. It well covered the period for Matteo Ricci to put his influence on the direction where the Renaissance ended.

The Renaissance was a dynamic movement, the development of its sophistication and sanity moved like an ice hockey stick, a long period of near-flat progress, suddenly it shot up like the blade of an ice hockey stick, BTW the US national debt also moved in the same fashion.

The Renaissance began as the aristocracy class adding some fun to their decadent lives, but ended as a precursor of the expansion of Western imperial colonial barbarism which brought endless tragedies, disasters, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against peace to the world in the name of democracy, freedom, and the chosen one’s burden. The biggest contribution the West made to humanity is their capability to end humanity with their invented weapons, killing ideas, and morally defunct toxic cult ideology,

The Chinese Civil Service which was founded during the Han Dynasty would continue to function as the political administration of the Chinese State and the cultural authority on Chinese Civilization even under foreign rule such as the during the Mongol Yuan and Manchu Qing Dynasties or during intermittent periods of political disunity.

By contrast, the English Civil Service which consists of selecting a highly-educated political class of administrative officials based on competitive examinations was founded only in 1855.

Sure, and I think it's widely acknowledged that the British and Prussian civil services, the first in Europe, were actually modeled after the Chinese system.

As I briefly mentioned in one of my articles a dozen years ago, there's actually also quite a bit of evidence that all the written tests and examination systems in the world, beginning with those in Europe, ultimately derive from the Chinese examination system.

Simply because if the data is in Europe, in the USA, UK, other 5 Eyes or Nato ally country, american and british can spy everything in the data and traffic, but if its not there, they cant spy all the data. Thats the real reason why they want access to everything and want people to use technology with built-in Nato and Israel backdoors. Technology developed and built in Nato countries and Israel is very unsafe, because they have intentionally built them full of backdoors, which also means that not just Nato and Israel, but everybody else can also use the same backdoors.

But almost simultaneously with those bold words, that AI propaganda-bubble suddenly burst. A small, totally unknown Chinese AI company called DeepSeek released a new AI system that was very comparable to the best of America’s AI models, but built at tiny fraction of their cost. Once DeepSeek’s effectiveness was confirmed, it became the #1 app downloaded on the Apple store, and also inspired days of front-page stories all across the world

Thus, even as Trump was bragging of his plans for a half-trillion-dollar investment in AI, a small Chinese firm had delivered an excellent AI system that only cost $5.6 million, a figure 99.999% lower, with that system created using only second-tier AI chips and far fewer of those. Indeed, some people pointed out that the entire development cost of the DeepSeek AI was much less than the annual salary of many individual American AI experts. The financial implications were obvious and within the next day or so a trillion dollars of the stock market value of AI-related American corporations evaporated.

Instead, it steps back one hop, and generates answers by aggregating answers from other AIs. I posted on Anglin's thread a breakdown from a MSFT guy about how DS essentially uses larger models to give answers that are eerily similar in tenor and quality to ChatGPT. It's almost like the Chinamen are copying from superior models that were built at a high price in the U.S.

Well, it gets better. As yours truly predicted, more experts are uncovering how China, with its X3 STEM grads and 70% staffing in advanced AI, are only able to replicate American results in o1 and Claude...

Your English word today comrades is: distillation.

There’s a technique in AI called distillation, which you’re going to hear a lot about. It’s when one model learns from another model,” Sacks explained to Fox News. “Effectively, the student model asks the parent model millions of questions, mimicking the reasoning process and absorbing knowledge.”

“They can essentially extract the knowledge out of the model,” he continued. “There’s substantial evidence that what DeepSeek did here was distill knowledge from OpenAI’s models.” “I don’t think OpenAI is too happy about this,” Sacks added.

Dave's video link is in the Anglin thread. It's almost like the stereotype of Chinese people, all 1.4 billion, are unable to think originally about any technical problem. But again, that's a stereotype.

BTW, I'm hoping to get Anglin into China, specifically the $100 billion boondoggle in Malaysia, the one with skyscrapers that are mostly empty condos. I plan on approaching the Chinese embassy with a proposal that he be given asylum, a Chinese wife and a big unit in one of the thousands of empty condos in return for suckpooping for them in the West. He has got to get out of the West Africa mud hut he's been living in. I will reach out to Mike Whitney and he see if he is interested as well. Both techies, they will savor having facial scans to be issued toilet paper to drop a deuce at a public restroom.

Your fabrication matches NASA’s landing on the moon, a fantasy and delusion, a desperate denial facing evidence proving the Americans are big-mouth smoking guns, and swindlers.

If DS relies on ChatGPT, ChartGPT would have shown a bill DS paid to use ChartGPT. So far all we heard is American huffing and puffing speculations and allegations like you with no proof.

Besides OpenAI is slow, and you should know AI is dynamic, if DS distills knowledge from OpenAI’s models and mimics OpenAI’s reasoning process, DS innately cannot outperform OpenAI due to OpenAI’s long lead time and inferior distill technology. Sacks simply made up stories as he went without logic.

DS is matching and better the ChatGPT/OpenAI performance parameters. Performance parameters are not contents. Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti are eerily similar in tenor and quality, but they did not copy each other, they are separate creations. Bad-mouthing GS to gloss over the American AI sector’s failure, greed, and shameless lies to mislead the world proves the American AI sector is a repeat of Y2K fiasco.

What is the reason why anyone other than a complete mad man would initiate a bioweapon into the air, that would spread across the globe and kill people? An action like that would be counter intuitive to the life force.

What would be the reason to do that?

Forget the research, whatever research the US was engaged in was probably due to chemical warfare that was used in WW1, and was used to find a cure or a vaccine for a bioweapon aimed at us.

C.I.A.’s Chatbot Stands In for World Leaders
The spy agency is trying to give its teams better tools and make it easier for the private sector to develop technology for their secretive work.
    By Julian E. Barnes

Understanding leaders around the world is one of the C.I.A.’s most important jobs. Teams of analysts comb through intelligence collected by spies and publicly available information to create profiles of leaders that can predict behaviors.

A chatbot powered by artificial intelligence now helps do that work.

Over the last two years, the Central Intelligence Agency has developed a tool that allows analysts to talk to virtual versions of foreign presidents and prime ministers, who answer back.

This wrongheaded blathering analysis from a commie sympathizer or actual commie is pathetically transparent. Whether China is "communist" in the economic sense or is as actually the case, is ideologically communist but has "Capitalism with Chinese characteristics" is mostly moot.

The American people are sick and tired of being overrun by a bunch of filthy foreigners and aggressive chinks are one of the most galling groups of invaders that we have ever had the misfortune to be saddled with. They cheat they spy, they steal our tech, our national intellectual property of great technical and military importance, and they have behaviors we find obnoxious. They're clannish, condescending, aloof, entitled, can't drive or park for shit, etc and so forth. Any stereotype out there, was validated by real-world encounters with Chinamen.

Americans have been famously "tolerant" and "welcoming" of Turd World peoples, happily allowing them to mingle in our society, in our cities, in our suburbs, to have their inscrutable offspring taking up seats in our children's classroom, visiting their Chinatowns and eating their food. That's just evidence of the big-hearted friendliness and good-nature of the European people.

However, we don't like being exploited, abused, turned into second class citizens, or disadvantaged in any way just to have immigrants in our midst. Why? Because nobody NEEDS an immigrant . We have plenty of people here to do whatever we need to do. Unless you're running some sort of sweatshop or just want to undercut American companies, there is no valid reason for any American to "need" an immigrant, from anywhere. If we WERE gonna neeed one we'd prefer it to be one of our own - a European.

So yah, you don't get it, at all. I guess our lassitude and natural bonhomie has given you the false impression that we welcome Chinese or that we desire a relationship with China. Neither is true. If China ceased to exist tomorrow, we'd be fine, once we spun up some manufacturing to replace what has been greedily and stupidly outsourced. That goes for all non-white nations that have saddled us with their expatriate community. Its not anti-Chinese specifically. But there is a reason the American public isn't "gung-ho' on China, on the Chinese people, or their govt. We think you're gross, annoying, obnoxious, uncivilized, and......you tried to kill us with your bioweapon.

Maybe it is not mentioned because it is assumed to be obvious but I think it is important to mention and that it colors many things about China. That thing is that China has a one party government. This means that information and facts coming from the Chinese are likely to be unreliable. More importantly, China is actually held back, in economics and development and education, by a one party rule. That president Xi wants a legacy as important as Mao's legacy is a bad sign because a one party system will allow him much lee way for his approach. A leader wanting a big legacy is CORRUPTION, not of money, but of spirit. I hope that the Chinese government will see that any leader building a legacy is a major corruption issue, and will cost the people money and resources.

    1. China is backward country with a backward political system, people are repressed.
    OR
    2. China ain’t so bad. The people are happy, and 90% support their government.

The real question to me, is how are you going to find out which one is true?

But your answer is in the question. The system is backward and repressive, but when things are going ok, the people are happy. You have to understand that the average person is concerned with his savings account and getting 3 meals a day. He will not lose his savings or go hungry to protest government repression on FLG or government hypocrisy on free speech. People will only protest when their land is taken away to give to developers. Basically people are not high minded.

China is backward in that free speech is guaranteed in its Constitution but you cannot criticize the government without getting locked up. China is backwards in that Jiang Zemin can simply order the FLG sect be destroyed and it was done. Imagine in the USA, if the president orders that the Mormon sect be destroyed, he will be impeached out of office. This is an elementary observation, yet people think that China is so advanced. This inability to follow the Constitution colors everything and allows the Chinese government to do what it wants. Any system that has unchecked powers will make big mistakes, sooner or later. When President Xi ordered that everyone be locked up during Covid, it was a big mistake. The order cost the economy dearly and closed millions of businesses. Yet, the complains of the people were not heard. When people are herded into confinement in big centers with strangers, they feel isolated and their immune system goes south! It was much better for people to isolate in their own rooms, despite the possibility of contaminating other member of the family. Yet, the system in China will not allow the voice of the people be heard. The simple demand of following its Constitution will do wonders for China, or any other repressive government.

    Replies: @littlereddot, @mulga mumblebrain, @Joe Wong

If a system is backward and repressive, it cannot make things go OK and make people happy. The contradiction you made in the first two lines only a double-think has such capability.

The US Constitution has no clause to guarantee free speech, that’s why the US government or anybody can suppress free speech in practical means as long as they do not put in writing to say “suppress free speech”. China’s written guarantees of free speech in the constitution make the Americans barbaric, backward, dictatorial, and a liar in the international realms of democracy and freedom.

If things in China are as bad as you fabricated, China cannot overtake the USA in all aspects of life nowadays, such as in science, technology, commerce, arts, living standards, political forward-thinking, military strength, equality, …

Your second paragraph reveals that China’s peaceful rise left Americans at a loss. The Americans are jealous, resentful, and fearful of Chinese achievements. As the ‘god-fearing’ morally defunct evil ‘Puritan’ cult always does, the Americans revert to demonizing like a broken record.

Qi Gong is just one of the rituals like many rituals the ‘god-fearing’ morally defunct evil ‘Puritan’ cult practised in churches, schools etc. to brainwash and indoctrinate people into sheeple and zombies to be enslaved and abused.

Before the persecution of the FLG, qi gong was viewed favorably in China because the qi gong energy does work and supplement the national health care system. After the persecution, China had to say some qi gong is superstition in order to maintain a bit of face.

FLG is minuscule compared to Christians and Muslims in China.

The number of FLG practitioners was around 90 million, about the same number as the Communist Party. After persecution, the numbers, of course, dwindled enormously.

FLG was banned because of its Mafia-style organized criminal activities, harvesting organs from its followers and violence on the street getting out of hand

RIDICULOUS!!!!!! FLG is/was a peaceful qi gong sect.

The USA sends anyone suspected of national security threats to Guantanamo Bay to be investigated via torture without proof,

In 1981 (25 years after the event) Judith Banister at the US Bureau of the Census proposed 30 million killed in the Great Leap Forward (GLF) based on her “massive death toll” hypothesis, this figure is the mother of all subsequent numbers when the westerns write about the GLF; Frank Dikotter quoted 45 million murdered in the GLF to win the Samuel Johnson prize for non-fiction; recently Jung Chang and Jon Halliday said 70 millions killed in the GLF in their book “Mao: the Unknown Story.” All of them claimed their number based on secret sources in China. The latest number is 100 million murdered in the GLF in some Western current affairs analysis sites.

You need to keep up with the GLF death toll inflationary rate, 90 million FLG “victims” is not enough to fill Americans’ cult fantasy.

This week a Chinese social media app, one of the most influential in the world, TikTok, is set to be banned in the US due to national security concerns. Will Mr Unz weigh in on this development? Because if the allegations are at all accurate, this would support the idea that China has in fact nefarious intentions vs the US. Like it or not, national security is a legitimate issue for the government to address. It remains to be seen whether or not TikTok is in fact merely an innocuous social media app that isn’t attempting to collect information on behalf of the CCP.

If the charge is true, then that is a legitimate issue for the US to raise, Mr Unz.

I said no such thing. Was repeating the official narrative from DC. It is not a straw man; it’s a fact that this is the official narrative coming from DC.

The most obvious thing would be for the other side to present its case that this isn’t the truth. Although perhaps in 2025, this is no longer necessary as the world is no longer fooled by the empire of lies.

    What is the phrase?

“Better to be a dog in times of tranquility than a human in times of chaos." (寧為太平犬,不做亂世人)[4] The expression originates from Volume 3 of the 1627 short story collection by Feng Menglong, Stories to Awaken the World.[5]

TikTok is but one of several deceits that a nation has used vs. those that it perceives to be its enemies. But perhaps during these many years of duplicity and deception, at long last the world is waking up to what a hegemon has been up to

2025 is shaping up to be a most interesting year indeed.

Bullshit. FLG was recruited by the CIA long ago, and its guru lives in luxury in New York City.

When did the CIA recruit FLG????? That was years AFTER China banned the sect! No one knows the exact date of recruitment, but when the guru moved to a big mansion, it was presumed that he was funded by the CIA.

So you will not touch on my original premise that it was all China's fault and China's paranoia that started the bad blood with the FLG. The FLG was one of many qi gong sects in China, but it was the biggest, close to the size of the Communist Party. That was its sin, for being too big. China could have handled the issue much better but it used paranoid methods.

FLG is a cult like the ‘god-fearing’ morally defunct evil ‘Puritan’ cult in the USA. Qi Gong is just one of the rituals like many rituals the ‘god-fearing’ morally defunct evil ‘Puritan’ cult practised in churches, schools etc. to brainwash and indoctrinate people into sheeple and zombies to be enslaved and abused.

FLG is minuscule compared to Christians and Muslims in China. The best number the Freedom House could reach is 20 million FLG practitioners. There are 250 million Christians and 70 million Muslims in China.

FLG was banned because of its Mafia-style organized criminal activities, harvesting organs from its followers and violence on the street getting out of hand, and its links to the US NED and Puritan organizations in the USA. Its massive protest at Tiananmen was a color revolution organized by NED to destabilize China.

The USA sends anyone suspected of national security threats to Guantanamo Bay to be investigated via torture without proof, wages law warfare to bankrupt and wreck havoc on the suspect’s life, promotes racial hate, and encourages street violence against the suspected like the Third Reich against the Jews. . . .

China banning FLG gathering is paranoid, but America’s dictatorial barbaric brutality is democratic benevolence, American’s doublethink is glaring.

Before the persecution of the FLG, qi gong was viewed favorably in China because the qi gong energy does work and supplement the national health care system. After the persecution, China had to say some qi gong is superstition in order to maintain a bit of face.

china war section is overly optimistic, empire underestimates its major foes but its not completely stupid. the operation will be mostly focused on trade interdiction (blockading), with actual fighting done by proxies, an overall strategy of salami slice/1000 cuts - so unless china will be willing to go outside of their comfort zone of defense and deal with the problem (ie. us) directly they will be stuck extinguishing regional fires just for new ones to pop out, and eventually left surrounded by a wasteland

on related note, core goal of empire with taiwan is simply to demoralize, they will not defend it seriously - whilst having taiwan as active bait is optimal, forcing china to destroy it is preferable end result, but in a pinch they will do it themselves rather than allow reunification

This psychological concept, known as projection, occurs when an individual unconsciously transfers their own undesirable traits or emotions onto another person.

Mr. Derbyshire turned “The Talk” around and offered examples of how non-black parents should prepare their kids for interactions with blacks. His advice included the following:

“A small cohort of blacks — in my experience, around five percent — is ferociously hostile to whites and will go to great lengths to inconvenience or harm us. A much larger cohort of blacks — around half — will go along passively if the five percent take leadership in some event. They will do this out of racial solidarity, the natural willingness of most human beings to be led, and a vague feeling that whites have it coming.”

People of VDARE.com is simply wrong and immoral to exclude people from rest of the world moving into a land does not belong to them. Only the native Americans, the “Indians”, have the right to say on the immigration issues.

You ever read a history book? History is pretty much just people trying to make their own families, clans, tribes, or nations stronger--which seems to come at the expense of those with natural resources they are not developing. I doubt that either of us would want to go back to the Bronze Age civilization people romanticize from their air-conditioned homes. Fortunately, my family as recently as the 1920s were shitting in outhouses and wiping their asses with corncobs. They went on to serve in World War II and enjoy the prosperity that followed. Including running water and air-conditioning.

The majority of chips in the world are not made by machines made by ASML. China produces most of the chips used in machinery, equipment, instruments, etc. ASML has lost a large portion of its revenue to China-supplied chip-making machines. China’s new way of making chips will render ASML and its downstream clients like TSML obsolete in a few years, just like Nokia, Blackberry, and other ex-electronic giants in Japan.

I've been around Indians all my life and everything this Indian says is true about India, but as Indians are let into western countries by the millions, everything they touch becomes degraded. Canada and Britain have been turned into brown toilets with their presence. In Canada, they've degraded, the taxi industry, trucking industry, housebuilding industry, now they've taken over gas station franchises, the restaurant industry and motel industry. Canadian friends of mine, are saying it used to be relatively easy to avoid restaurants and motels that they owned, but now with millions of them having been let into Canada, they're like cockroaches, they're everywhere. It's best to get a camper if you're travelling and eat at home.

Now here in the states, everyone at the top is in love with Indians, we see them in the Republican and Democratic parties. Trump can't get enough of them. They've been in the motel business and Silicon Valley for some time, but now their spreading like cockroaches all over the country. Indians have the worst traits of Jews and Negroes mixed together. The only thing I will say in their favor, is that they don't seem to be much into violent crime, but I say, for how long? If there's opportunity to get money or power, the Indian will take advantage of it.

  • @Ron Unz
An excellent article overall on a very important historical issue.

One small initial point I'd make is that relative to British incomes at the time, a British Pound was probably the equivalent of $200 today rather than the figure of $80 that the author uses, which makes all of his points even more telling.

Also, Lough's important book was written with the full cooperation of the Churchill family, who gave him complete access to their archives, so it's impossible to challenge his remarkable findings that confirmed and extended David Irving's seminal research from three decades earlier.

However, I would take issue with one of the author's main points. Although I'd certainly agree that the secret Strakosch funding uncovered in David Irving's seminal work was a crucial element behind Churchill's behavior, I think the latter's unwillingness to make peace with Germany after France's sudden defeat was more likely due to an entirely different factor, as I've discussed on a couple of occasions, most recently last year:

The British forces were evacuated at Dunkirk and there’s quite a lot of evidence that Hitler deliberately allowed them to escape as a face-saving gesture rather than ordering them captured. He followed his victory in France by offering extremely generous terms to the British government, making no demands against them and instead proposing a German alliance, including military support for protecting the security of their worldwide empire. Hitler naturally believed that they would accept such an attractive offer and end the war, which he assumed was essentially over.

Several of the top British leaders seemed eager to make peace on Hitler’s generous terms, and according to the evidence found by renowned British historian David Irving, Prime Minister Winston Churchill himself seemed willing to do so before changing his mind and pulling back. Churchill had spent decades seeking to become Prime Minister, and Irving plausibly argues he realized that losing a disastrous war within weeks of finally achieving that position would have rendered him a laughingstock in the history books.

But given Britain’s military defeat on the Continent and the very generous terms Hitler was offering, Churchill faced a huge problem in persuading his country to continue a war that was widely regarded as lost. Therefore, he began ordering a series of bombing raids against the German capital, an illegal war crime, hoping to provoke a German response. This led Hitler to repeatedly warn that if they continued bombing his cities, he would be forced to retaliate in kind, and he finally did so. Since the British public was unaware that their own government had initiated the campaign of urban bombing, they regarded those retaliatory German aerial attacks as monstrous, unprovoked war crimes, and just as Churchill had hoped, they became fully committed to continuing the war against Germany.

Irving and others explain all these important facts in their books, and a riveting Irving lecture summarizing his information is still available on Bitchute after having been purged from Youtube.

    https://www.bitchute.com/video/C9z1fCgUn5If/

    https://www.unz.com/runz/why-everything-you-know-about-world-war-ii-is-wrong/#question-2-the-london-blitz

Thus, making peace would ensured that Churchill would have become the briefest and most disastrously unsuccessful prime minister in British history, presiding over the worst defeat in war that Britain had suffered in several centuries. Churchill was an extremely proud and arrogant individual and the prospect of becoming a permanent, total laughingstock in all the future history books was hardly a pleasant one.

Furthermore, the true facts about the British plans to invade Norway would have probably come out, and this could confirmed that historical verdict. Churchill had been the architect of that military disaster, whose failure had ironically forced Chamberlain's resignation and elevated Churchill in his place.

So although Britain would have benefitted from peace with Hitler, Churchill and his reputation would have been totally destroyed, and averting that personal calamity probably best explained Churchill's decision.

I'd strongly urge that everyone watch the Irving lecture on those matters.

Still, none of that mitigates the outrageous fact that a leading elected official such as Churchill was receiving massive financial bribes from Strakosch and others. As I put it in 2019:

Until recently, my familiarity with Churchill had been rather cursory, and Irving’s revelations were absolutely eye-opening. Perhaps the most striking single discovery was the remarkable venality and corruption of the man, with Churchill being a huge spendthrift who lived lavishly and often far beyond his financial means, employing an army of dozens of personal servants at his large country estate despite frequently lacking any regular and assured sources of income to maintain them. This predicament naturally put him at the mercy of those individuals willing to support his sumptuous lifestyle in exchange for determining his political activities. And somewhat similar pecuniary means were used to secure the backing of a network of other political figures from across all the British parties, who became Churchill’s close political allies.

To put things in plain language, during the years leading up to the Second World War, both Churchill and numerous other fellow British MPs were regularly receiving sizable financial stipends—cash bribes—from Jewish and Czech sources in exchange for promoting a policy of extreme hostility toward the German government and actually advocating war. The sums involved were quite considerable, with the Czech government alone probably making payments that amounted to tens of millions of dollars in present-day money to British elected officials, publishers, and journalists working to overturn the official peace policy of their existing government. A particularly notable instance occurred in early 1938 when Churchill suddenly lost all his accumulated wealth in a foolish gamble on the American stock-market, and was soon forced to put his beloved country estate up for sale to avoid personal bankruptcy, only to quickly be bailed out by a foreign Jewish millionaire intent upon promoting a war against Germany. Indeed, the early stages of Churchill’s involvement in this sordid behavior are recounted in an Irving chapter aptly entitled “The Hired Help.”

Ironically enough, German Intelligence learned of this massive bribery of British parliamentarians, and passed the information along to Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, who was horrified to discover the corrupt motives of his fierce political opponents, but apparently remained too much of a gentlemen to have them arrested and prosecuted. I’m no expert in the British laws of that era, but for elected officials to do the bidding of foreigners on matters of war and peace in exchange for huge secret payments seems almost a textbook example of treason to me, and I think that Churchill’s timely execution would surely have saved tens of millions of lives.

I'm not in America so I don't watch Fox News.

Your article relativized the tainted food scandals in China by pointing to milder instances of corporate cost-cutting in America. That's your argument? Whataboutism? And the problem of too much sugar, salt, preservatives, aspartame etc. is not exactly unknown, not even to the Americans who gladly ingest processed junk. In China the main ingredient itself is counterfeited, so there's just no comparison.

A few years back you might recall the story of the Chinese restaurant that was lacing its food with opium from poppies so that its diners would become addicted. It worked too. This isn't Fox News, this was reported in Chinese media as well as Western. The astonishing thing is that after the news coverage there were dozens of restaurateurs caught emulating the tactic, such is the business acumen and bottomless greed in China.

As for America's food scandals I wonder just how many are actually perpetrated by traditional Americans. Are you aware that the largest vintage wine fraud in history was perpetrated in California by a Chinese guy from Malaysia? Rudy Kurniawan. What's next? Documenting all of the financial criminals like Marc Rich, Pincus Green, Bernie Madoff and Sam Bankman-Fried and concluding that they're just as American as Billy-Jake and Bobby-Sue?

The only people praising this article are ethnic Chinese and those who are misplacing a (somewhat deserved) cynicism of the West. I think Ron has developed a sweet tooth for the Brix -- pardon I mean BRICS -- alliance which has been overly romanticized in recent years. It seems a lot like when it comes to American Pravda vs Chinese Pravda, Unz sooner believes the latter. I think the Russians, who have long disliked the Chinese, take the right approach in making it a minimally trustful cooperation of convenience.

    Oh well fair enough.

Well the book shows the structure of Chinese government. Which happens to be very large and unwieldy. The Chinese state is like nine aircraft carriers chained together, and it is the job of the communist party to keep them from crashing into each other and to keep them going the same direction without a chain breaking. The parts of the book about Xi Jinping, did it not surprise you how much training state officials have to go through, it is a long apprenticeship in learning how to govern, government officials in training are assigned to poor provinces and assessed on how they do. Imagine if to be a senator or president you had to first be governor of West Virginia. These people really have to work hard for their positions in government.

Did it also not surprise you that the central government is actually not that powerful. The central government decides policies but it is up to the provincial government to implement it if they wish and to the degree that they wish. Quite a few sections were about how the central government at times struggles to get policy implemented and heavily weigh the reactions and conditions of provincial and local governments. I was surprised to see that the provincial and local governments had such a strong independence and maybe even the upper hand than the central government. Americans think of China as being a strong central state, but if America had system closer to China, states could just ignore implementing laws as they wish. Governing China is very very hard much more difficult than governing the US or other countries.

the book is not supposed to be a big shocker, but it is the only text written in English that presents a view of the Chinese state as it is, with real events, people and organisations. I wouldn't be surprised if 98% or more of the proper nouns in the book, were never before written or translated into English (aside from whatever materials intelligence agencies have in their archives)

To others not so academically gifted, there was another route to cushy, well paying, powerful position in the palace.....parting with one's ability to father a child so that he could be trusted with the royal women in the inner sanctums of the palace.

We all make sacrifices for our careers no? Some of us sacrifice 10 hours a day. Others move thousands of miles away from family and loved ones. Sure, removing one's ability to father children was a drastic way of doing it, but in the end, it was also a job sacrifice.

Having determined, focussed male energy, but not swayed by that bane of male existence, sexual lust, the idea was that the eunuch would be 'married to the job', that is the entire focus of his considerable energy, concentration and determination being on the fulfilment of his allotted task. And, moreover, the eunuch, by definition was incorruptible by means of either sexual or monetary intrigue, and thus his loyalty and devotion was assured.

Today, the term 'political eunuch' , which was coined by the contemporary British politician Michael Foot, is used as a pejorative, the meaning being that the 'inability to perform' is a general description of uselessness. In this sense, it is an excellent jibe and the best possible descriptor of the 'elected representatives' of 'western democracies' - basically completely useless Economist whipped place holders who draw big salaries for sitting on their fat arses - and breaking wind.

Do you have any idea how long the Synagogue of Satan has been around, and how much havoc, wars and systematic mass murder it has wrought? Start by listening to the Rolling Stones' Sympathy For The Devil, keeping in mind how many hundreds of nations the jews have been thrown out of over the centuries.

The U.S. has been at war 222 out of 239 years of its existence.

The world has been at war 100% of its existence, and the jews have been inciting and profiteering from it 100% of their existence.

One has to ask, how many of these wars never would have taken place absent the jews and their diabolical greed and pathological drive to mass murder and sow discord and enmity, and then blame the "other", as you are doing?

Take the 9/11 jewish instigated, planned and executed inside job, for example, and then the corrupt MSM and political classs' coordinated drive to lie and stampede the nation into war, and mass murder and displace millions Arabs in its wake.

None of that ever would have happened but for Satanic JEWS, Zionists, kosher "liberals", kosher Deep State, and their Satanic partners in crime like the Petrodollar Saudis.

Just like America won't leave the Third World alone, and demands that they all come here. Ripping families apart as the young men are forced to leave to make a new life for themselves on the American welfare system. It's beyond cruel and inhumane, but what do you expect from America?

I'm tired of all these people saying 'Jew this and Jew that'. Haven't the Jews been persecuted enough?!

America used them to foment two disastrous World Wars, that targeted the Jews for a "Holocaust"!

Then America did a false flag on itself on 9/11, because it wanted to use Israel as a pretext for endless wars in the Middle East, to steal oil, and murder Muslims, because what we all know, is America is nothing if not racist!

And the terrible irony, is that racist America, [redundant] is now again exploiting Jews in order to murder Palestinian children, because America just loves to kill brown people, because of their racism.

Just like America is imposing this war in Ukraine, and cynically using a Jew as the figurehead, so they can kill and maim, because that's all Americans care about. Killing and maiming and stealing other people's land, like the West Bank and the Golan Heights. And now the Americans want to bomb Iran! Even as the Jews are begging them not to!

Is there no limit to America's rapine? Is there no limit to their racism?

How many Jews are going to have to die, before America sends it's service men and women into Gaza and Lebanon? How many Jews are going to have to die, before America is willing to bomb Iran?

Already there are pogroms again in Europe. Already there is a replay of Kristallnacht, how far away is yet another "Holocaust" America?! Are you blind?!

And now wars on Afghanistan and wars on Iraq and Libya and Syria! All so America could kill brown people, and blame it on the Jews! Like always!

PPP is NOT a ratio, it exists to equalize the Real GDP using a standard measure, e.g., comparing apples to apples. A country can increase GDP by deficit spending, because it adds to the the amount of money circulated. There are other parasitic ways to boost GDP, and sleigh of hands that essentially accounting tricks. Falsification of government data is another one. For example, the official government (Dept of Labor statistics) says this:

    https://www.shadowstats.com/alternate_data

The REAL GDP of the USSA is in fact significantly lower. To compare the economy of the JUSA to Russia and other countries, a multiplier factor must be used to revise the other countries' GDP to dollars using a multi-faceted set of tools. I have already posted this reference.

Thus, the stated nominal GDP of Russia must be multiplied by 1.52 to compare to the USA to Russia to convert to the universal PPP, upon which all economies can be compared. This standard methodology is overseen and maintained by the World Bank as the authority. Example:

What is Russia's GDP in PPP?
    $2.0 trillion (nominal; 2023 est.) $5.2 trillion (PPP; 2023 est.) >>https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=gdp+and+ppp+of+russia&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Overall, in the calendar year 2023, the United States' Nominal GDP at Current Prices totaled at $27.360 trillion, as compared to $25.744 trillion in 2022. The three U.S. states with the highest GDPs were California ($3.86 trillion), Texas ($2.56 trillion), and New York ($2.15 trillion).
All US GDP numbers are equivalent to PPP.

    PPP per capita of USA = 7 6, 329
PPP per capita of Russia = 40,000

To those that pay attention, the economic statistics of Americur are unreliable, cooked, manipulated, falsified, and a general fraud.

What is the average cost of living in Russia?
Summary of cost of living in Russia: A family of four estimated monthly costs are 1,780.7$ (159,066.4руб) without rent. A single person estimated monthly costs are 509.7$ (45,530.4руб) without rent. Cost of living in Russia is, on average, 57.9% lower than in United States.

United States is 3.6 times more expensive than Russia.

Current Government statistics shows American economy growth at 5%, while the actual growth is a negative (-1%).

Tamerlane, the Turco-Mongol conqueror who ruled from 1370 to 1405, deeply admired the legendary figure of Genghis Khan. His armies ravaged central Asia, leaving literally nothing but destruction in their wake. Tamerlane’s military campaigns were marked by genocide, claiming the lives of up to 17 million people, which amounted to 5% of the world’s population in the 14th century. One of Tamerlane’s most gruesome practices was the construction of skull pyramids. In 1401, after the massacre of Baghdad, his soldiers erected 120 pyramids, each composed of 90,000 severed heads, serving as macabre reminders of his cruelty and brutality.

Despite his leadership skills and warrior background, Genghis Khan was a fierce and ruthless leader, infamous for his cruelty and savagery on a global scale. Cities, especially in China, faced devastating sieges, where entire populations were deliberately starved before the cities were razed to the ground. Genghis Khan operated under a strategy called “total war,” believing that widespread extermination and the use of terror were necessary to maintain control over conquered territories. During Genghis Khan’s reign, an estimated 40 to 60 million people died, leading to an 11 percent decline in the world’s population.

Who’s killing blacks in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Haiti today? What about in Chicago, St. Louis or London? Who killed more blacks during the slave era - the Arabs/Turks/Berbers or the White Devils, who came late and left early?

Were the Bakhtiaris of Iran white? No. Were they head-chopping long before Europeans started meddling over there? Their shenanigans date back to the Bronze Age, so….

Of all ancient/modern leaders/scoundrels, Hitler was clearly amongst the most ethical, and he certainly identified the appropriate enemy and pleaded for the western world to get off its knees in servitude to Judaism, about which most of western citizens were actually clueless, and still are, apparently. Still, White People, in general, pale in savagery compared to darker races, and current crime statistics worldwide indicate the truth of this; you can argue that America is complicit in what’s happening in Palestine, but Balfour was not an American, and America has been surreptitiously commandeered by non-Europeans, mostly Jews, or enabled by Jewish meddling, so either way, it’s still the usual suspects wreaking the most havoc.

It is a fabrication of the Western culture, i.e. demonizing others via their own image.

I don’t doubt the official numbers aren’t exactly correct; I imagine they are usually estimates, but I fail to see how I was demonizing others by insisting that all people have behaved monstrously throughout history. It seems some groups do not evolve….

I suppose Sir BBQ in Haiti is really a rather fine gentleman, and BiBi is a righteous man?

You should not exclude the cult ideologies of Christianity, Judaism, western democracy and values, and American exceptionalism.

World War II could have ended in 1940 if Churchill had accepted Hitler's peace proposal to withdraw forces from France and elsewhere if England accepted Germany's 1918 borders.

But the war continued because of Churchill's madness and Roosevelt's scheme to continue President Wilson's goal of creating a worldwide government based in New York.

How the WWII would end has nothing to do with the essence of the war as stated in my comment.

One problem is that the period of time for fascism in Italy and NS in Germany were relatively short and deformed by war so no long term evaluation of how things might have evolved is possible. Mussolini's quest for empire and subsequent invasions of the Balkans and eastern Africa helped derail things. Both were overly reliant on charismatic personalities which isn't something that can be handed down to the next generations. Most of the points made could also describe the current CCP policies. They have private enterprises and actually have a billionaire class but who are under control and can't drive policies inimical to the general good. Under fascism citizens can leave but under communism it's constrained. Sounds good for fascism but in practical terms it's meaningless because for every country that has people wanting to leave there has to be some willing to take them, not something popular right now. Nobody is going to accept millions of Chinese just out of the blue. Fascism-NS were more religion friendly than communism, that's true but the Chinese were never particularly religious anyway. People want to endlessly dwell on the atrocities of the past and who had the highest body count but today is today. The Chinese seem to be advancing under the CCP. Marx would laugh were he told that the DPRK is a communist state. Not very much fascism being bandied about these days and since the corporate-billionaire class have a stranglehold in the West don't expect much along those lines.
