This guy held up a Black Lives Matter sign under a White Pride billboard in a town in the Ozarks. The people who lashed out at him look trashy and ugly. They could be just as bitter except the animus is directed at the condescending nicer parts of the country.

White Americans do not constitute a nation by any sociological definition. A nation is a people with a common history, territory, language, religion, culture, etc. White Americans immigrated from different periods and different parts of the world. There are white Americans who do not speak English, even whole neighborhoods like the Poles of Hamtramck, Michigan.

There’s more going on here than meets the eye. The highest-paid employees in the oil industry are white male Boomers. Chevron wants them gone because they’re expensive to pay. Chevron has no intention of ‘hiring minorities in their place.’ That’s just lip service. It’s just that with white males gone, the leftover is going to be, mathematically speaking, slightly more diverse.

Chevron knows something that the general public and the press doesn’t. Oil companies consist of two main parts-STEM graduates doing office work and redneck white guys out in the field doing shale oil extraction and working on platforms in the ocean. Chevron knows bloody well that women and minorities don’t often apply for these jobs. Women and minorities don’t go into STEM, and they don’t want to be out working in the oil sands. Most of the people who will apply after the layoff are going to be young, cheap white males in place of the older, expensive white males. This is the real reason for Chevron’s behavior. Chevron isn’t technically lying, but they’re not telling the truth, either.

Never heard of them before, but I support NFAC. Just read a news report interviewing their founder “Master Jay” and he says he says black people need to split from the US.

OT: About a week ago, I made Yippy my default search engine per someone’s suggestion, here, I think, and have been really happy with its speed and layout. So I did a little experiment searching different kinds of key words from random Steve Sailer articles comparing the results from Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Yippy and came up with this:

Absolutely nothing has changed in the last 150 years (nor will it for the next 150). This is exactly the effect you would see when two races have different group means in intelligence, which leads to very large differences at the tails (and we see the exact same effect in whites vs. Ashkenazi Jews). The other thing that blacks and Jews share is that people are unwilling to accept the obvious statistical explanation for these predetermined outcomes and instead ascribe the differences to magical, immeasurable, imaginary causes – “racism”, “Jewish nepotism”, etc.

I agree, Jack, that blacks feel in ascendency at the moment; I would say they feel invulnerable to punishment and even rebuke, and are taking advantage of the situation. I disagree that blacks are “angry” or embarrassed at their lack of cultural achievement. Regardless of the heroic myths we’re all supposed to bow to every February, blacks in my experience are not very motivated by a consciousness of achievement, but just of “being.” Their homegrown heroes are mostly people with a freakish natural ability (like athletic performance, or musical ability). Whites admire a Michael Jordan for his discipline and work ethic. Most blacks admire him for his display of talent on the court.

My take on the current ructions is that it’s some kind of result of the breakdown of a cherished myth that supported American democracy, especially during the Cold War. That’s the myth of equality. In the 1960s (the high water mark of American optimism) Western societies were transformed into laboratories for affirming the value of universal equality. These experiments have been in effect for 50 years; they have run their course, and a verdict has been rendered regarding the equality hypothesis.

The optimistic hopes were shown to be wrong, (however worthwhile it may have been to hold them and run the societal experiments). This realization is the great impasse of our day, which is dividing Western societies into those who accept the verdict, and those who have no choice but to embrace their faith in the myth with greater fervor. For the latter, the rational explosion of the myth is driving some mad, driving some to violence and apocalypticism, creating an umbrella of denial over public policy. We as a society cannot stand having the question answered—even being reminded that we were dealing with questions, not assertions/truths, to begin with.

Up until the mid-20 century at least, nobody who ever mentioned the subject of race pretended to believe in racial equality. Either they explicitly stated that races were unequal, or they considered inequality so obvious that it didn’t need saying.

Once they occupy that spot, all of the good things that come from being a violinist are thereby possessed by the black person in virtue of having taken up the role. We see this logic being promoted in every space where a white person can excel, viz. just put a black person in that same space and they too will excel. Yet it very rarely actually plays out that way without everyone tacitly agreeing to never mention that the black person isn’t very good at what they are trying to do. Seeing this over and over in my adult life has led me to believe that black people do not see or hear the extra layer of meaning that we see and hear and that they tend to really just be seeing or understanding a fraction of what is happening. In short, just being in a space that was occupied by a white person seems to suffice as success for them. They don’t ever seem to “get it” when it comes to the deeper conversations about what we are actually trying to do. They mimic but don’t think.

I know that sounds awful but the cognitive dissonance of being forced to submit to these morons lately is starting to make me think that we need to more assertively explain what race realism is in mass media so that people understand why some people succeed and others fail in reality. Being more assertive about that topic will of course hurt a lot of young people’s feelings because they have never been exposed to it, which is unfortunate, but we cannot allow ourselves to be governed in this way forever.

The Tigray, like the Amharas are Abyssinians (northern Ethiopians). But Queero had the tactical support to the Amharas because the latter had become embitterd by their fellow Abyssinian Tigray cousins. The Tigray had refused to share power with the Amhara. In fact, the Tigray worked to undermine Amharas.

The Tigray’s, who are only 6% of the population, had managed to stay in power from 1992 to recently using divide and rule by taking advantage of the animosity between Oromos (34%) and Amharas (27%). In fact they encouraged this Oromo hostility with constant propoganda of how Amhara kings had colonized them (true) and humiliated them culturally (true). However, their strategy blew up their face when the unthinkable happened. Amharas and Oromos formed an alliance and overthrow the Tigray govt.

A new prime minister , Abiye Ahmed came to power and he promised a new dawn of Oromo-Amhara reconciliation, a new Ethiopia. Abiye was perfect for the job. His mother is an Amhara Orthodox Christian, his father an Oromo Muslim, and he himself a convert, a Protestant. He preached of love, unity, forgiveness and most of all unity. He released thousands of Oromo and Amhara political prisoners. He made peace with Eritrea, and before you know it Ethiopians and Eritreans in Chicago embraced each other as long lost brother.

Love was in the air.

Amhara and Oromo leaders in exile went back home, including Jawar. OMN opened an office in Addis Ababa. Abiye won the Nobel Peace Prize.

Alas, the honeymoon between Amharas and Oromos did not last. Soon Oromo activists started attacking Amharas about past grievances, and demanded that the statues of the Amhara king that had conquered them come down. The Amharas refused and instead demanded that the Oromo destroy their graphic statue of a hand holding a cut-off breast. This statue commemorates a mass mutilation incident when Amhara conquistadors allegedly cutoff the breasts of conquered Oromo women. Amharas deny any breast cutting happened and reminded Oromo activists of the nasty Cushitic tradition of their warriors who used to cut off the penises of POWs.

A few days ago, someone murdered an important Oromo protest singer (Haccallu) and all hell broke loose in Ethiopia and Minnesota. Jawar started making trouble again and and Abiye had no choice to arrest him and shut down OMN in Addis Ababa. Oromos shut down I-94 in St. Paul and toppled Haile Sellassie’s (an Amhara king) statue in England.

I’d argue that the riots of 2020 are more of a response to preserve the existing status quo established in 1968. With the continued demise of the Boomer Yuppies, issues that were once sacrosanct (abortion, free trade) are now potentially in peril. 2020 might become the Battle of Stalingrad for the cultural revolutionaries and financial elites. That they’ll actually decline in terms of political clout.

1968 seemed like a masterstroke covert operation to destroy the New Deal coalition that provided high paying jobs for both blue collar and white collar workers alike. Elites collaborated with demographic groups like Blacks and Women to destroy the economic gains made under FDR. Both Blacks and Women are entirely dependent on aggressive government programs that provide “protected group” status and thus superior citizenship.

Her speech was rambling but the conclusion was she would rather vote for trump than Hillary, and that got massive cheers from the assembled crowd. This was a crowd of liberals, the people who were shut of of the convention by the massive police barricades. Trump will win in a landslide, again. He doesn’t need to be sitting on his hands right now. He could roll the marines into downtown CHAZ and execute all the anarchist by firing squad and he’d win in an even bigger landslide.
