I'd put it at 5-10 years at the most. It can also happen literally tomorrow. Northern Europe has managed to replenish its workforce during the last 10-15 years with EE immigrants but that card has been played and can't be repeated. Those EE countries also have ageing populations, there is very little youth left there. At the same time masses of NE boomers are going to retire in the next 5-10 years. Who's going to replace them? Arabs, other Muslims and Blacks simply aren't going to be the workers needed to keep the show going.

What is much more likely is that in the next decade there will be another (or several) major crises in Africa and the Middle East which will once again bring millions of migrants on Europe's doorstep. At that point, either someone who is ready and willing to sink every boat trying to reach Europe takes over or Europe collapses.
