There needs to be a law criminalising not reporting anyone who even once spoke tangentially about committing a mass shooting. If a family member commits a mass shooting then go after their relatives. They should lose their house as a matter of course (a law to enable the victims to take it in civil courts) and be imprisoned if they gave the shooter access to a gun. Failing to attend a psychiatric referral or take recommended meds should be punished by a permanent ban on having or being given access to a gun.

So, your ridiculous, punitive tariffs are going to HURT the thousands of US companies who happily moved production to China. Nor will US Co’s move home (unless the government acts aggressively) — they’ll move to Vietnam or where ever.
 

What about those US workers who loose their jobs when whole factories are shuttered and the equipment moved to China so that the factory owners could “bring more to the bottom Line?”

Whenever the US Congress approves a new “free trade treaty,” the legislation is always accompanied by a “Trade Adjustment Assistance” provision, which is supposed to provide “retraining” for the newly unemployed workers. You create wealth by taking raw materials and turning them into high value added products that you can export to the world. Flipping hamburgers or working as a cashier at a checkout counter (parts of the new “service economy”) does not produce wealth.
