  • The concept the CCP does not understand is malinvestment.
Malinvestment is a term used in Austrian business cycle theory to describe badly allocated investments caused by artificially low interest rates.

China is build on a mountain of debt. The CCP took the saving of the people and used it to build an industrial complex needed to build a housing bubble. Then when everything collapse, the CCP told them that it was their fault (“House is for living” – Xi) and that their savings are lost. This show the superiority of the Chinese democracy.

They still have a problem, unemployment. So now they lend the savings of the people to foreign countries (“China’s full year trade surplus is projected to exceed $1.3 trillion”) so they can postpone the closing of their manufactures. The win-win strategy, we give you the money to buy our products.
And once again, the superiority of the Chinese democracy will show when African countries will default on their debt.

But we should not be to harsh with the Chinese democracy and the CCP. Lately, they took a great leap forward and decided to allow the people to have as much children as they want. We probably need to wait a century before this kind of policy will be apply to the USA.

You could actually insert America and the US Government in each instance. Remember the Savings and Loan Crisis? Or the Subprime Mortgage Crisis. Or the Enron Financial Fraud Crisis? I could go on, but you probably get the picture.

And here's the thing. If you build too many houses, at least someone can potentially live in one. An empty house has an intrinsic economic value. Compare America's 'malinvestment' in Israel or the Ukraine. Once those bombs are exploded, got to build more. And once those poor bastards are dead... well, not much will bring them back.

Actually, if the Communist Party suffers at home, it won't be because of the economics of infrastructure, where they are doing pretty well. Instead, it will be over the fast and loose actions of kids like Yang Lanlan. If her dad is found out to be an official in the Party, especially if he is an important Politburo member, then I wouldn't want to be Xi.

Malinvestment is a term used in Austrian business cycle theory to describe badly allocated investments caused by artificially low interest rates.

Austrian neoliberal economics is disastrous; the anemic economies of the West are proving it. Nevertheless the neoliberals have a point: extremely low interest rates can encourage inadvisable borrowing.

For example, nearly all the largest auto manufacturers in the G7 have enormous debts, which they mostly took on during Greenspan's era of nearly free money. Yes, Toyota, Volkswagen, and General Motors each have debts on the order of $100 billion; just these three companies owe about $300 billion. That was tolerable when interest rates were nearly zero. But with today's interest rates, they are all in deep, deep trouble.

It remains to be seen whether something similar will happen in China. I think it's unlikely: the Communist Party owns the four largest banks in the world, so lending will be closely monitored.

Someone earlier mentioned a carry trade, where people borrow RMB at low interest and invest the funds in US treasury bonds bearing much higher interest. That can't happen if no one will lend you the RMB. Why would Chinese banks encourage you to gamble with US treasuries when China itself is dumping them?

China is build [sic] on a mountain of debt.

But it's internal debt, which means China is not vulnerable to pressure from greedy foreign lenders. It also means that China can take its time to solve the internal debt internally.

The CCP took the saving of the people and used it to build an industrial complex needed to build a housing bubble. Then when everything collapse, the CCP told them that it was their fault (“House is for living” – Xi) and that their savings are lost.

All bubbles pop eventually; the people who "invested" in the housing bubble were gambling. I shed no tears for speculators.

This show the superiority of the Chinese democracy.

Americans consume excessively despite not trusting government. Most Americans spend so recklessly that they don't have enough savings for a $400 emergency. And Congress's approval ratings are regularly down in the teens. So consumption is unrelated to trust in government; the Chinese simply like to save a lot.

You described everything correctly, but the first step was the fratricidal war in Europe from 1914 to 1945. This was followed by a seemingly peaceful phase, during which, however, socialist brainwashing was carried out. ‘Social justice’ is a battle cry that sounds good but means nothing more than ‘free lunch for all’. Unfortunately, there is no such thing: the bill always comes due. The states are becoming impoverished and the officials are enriching themselves.
Then, when the Soviet Union collapsed after 1989, a gold rush atmosphere broke out among the usual suspects. Boris Yeltsin looked on helplessly as his country was plundered, and it was only Vladimir Putin who put an end to it.
Weakening the Heartland has long been the primary goal of those who consider themselves the masters of the world, even though they are neither the best nor the brightest. In order to enslave humanity, certain genetic groups must be eliminated, namely those who defy all adversity with tenacity and ingenuity. The fact that Germany, located in the centre of Europe, was able to take on the whole world twice and could not have been defeated in a fair fight gave the new rulers pause for thought: ‘The white race is the only one that can be dangerous to us, therefore it must be destroyed.’ (Henry Kissinger, a Jew from Fürth, a small town near Nuremberg).
After the Cold War ended and there was no longer an adversary in the East to justify defence spending, the usual beneficiaries of government revenue had to come up with something else.
There are various ways to build up a fortune without doing any hard work yourself. All you need is insider information and a good network.
Real estate, stock market speculation, drugs (the pharmaceutical industry can be included here), pornography, human trafficking (including organ trafficking and the abortion industry), warmongering and arms trafficking (it is astonishing where in the world weapons originally supplied to Ukraine have turned up).
Nevertheless, the top 0.1% are vulnerable. In order to eliminate any threat and prevent an uprising, the Heartland must be Babylonised. Introduce as many different languages and cultures as possible. Destroy all internal cohesion, all traditions, historical consciousness, national pride and, above all, reproduction. Promote Islam, because Islam means submission. All Muslim empires sank into God-willed apathy, without ever a rebellion against their rulers and without the chance of renewal.
In the western hemisphere, a few psychopaths make all the decisions, which are then implemented by compliant politicians who must meet three criteria: ambitious, stupid and unscrupulous. The billionaires of this world could spend £100k a day for the rest of their lives without a care in the world. But that's not enough for them because they know no satisfaction. They are like zombies who eat and eat without ever feeling full because they have no stomach. Such people rule over us and we are at their mercy, no matter which party we vote for.

My comment was about the elimination of the white race. Christianity does indeed play a role in this, because since the Second Vatican Council, the cultural framework that defines the Western world has been systematically undermined and disparaged. One of the main accusations is the abuse of children by Catholic clergy. It is no coincidence that the proportion of homosexual priests has increased significantly since the 1960s, and it is often overlooked that the majority of church personnel are innocent.
The sexual abuse of children and vulnerable persons is unfortunately widespread. Power leads to abuse of power and occurs where respected individuals lack morals. This applies to boarding schools, hospitals, prisons, etc. The muslim world is no exception: pedophilia is widespread, as women are kept under lock and key. I have never seen so many transsexuals as on the streets of Tehran by night.

If you red necks are so worried about this Democratic socialist Muslim, then perhaps you should elect another butt banging cross dresser like Ed Koch . FFS Mamdani is a democratic socialist and not an orthodox Muslim. The whole campaign of demonization and vilification of this bright young man is orchestrated by Judeo-Nazis who fear loss of power to working class citizens of the country and an end to their tyranny in New York.

    What is Democratic socialism?

Is it when 51% of the voters agree to take the money of the rest of the population using armed forces?

  • Isn’t Islam inherently violent? What stopped the Islamic world having an Enlightenment? Why are some Muslims so into head-chopping? And isn’t Hamas the same as Islamic State? A recent conversation with a friend highlighted to me how little most westerners know about Islam, and how they struggle to distinguish between Islam and Islamism. This lack...

This article along with life experiences just reinforces my opinion that all three religions should always be separated. Legally and physically. Whether it be muslims raping girls in Africa and Europe, Zionists having undue influence in the U.S. through their control of Hollywood and the press, or Christian nations spending the last 30 years bombing muslim countries, its obvious that we can't get along. Like the song says, gotta keep 'em separated.

Muslims rape girls and Zionists have influence.

But then, who is doing the ethnic cleansing and genocide?
The good news is that, after the genocide, there will be no more rape.

Zionists like Epstein do not rape girls.
What they like is total domination of defenseless people

Zionists are, it would seem, mostly gay, and seem to enjoy raping men. Have not heard of any IDF trooper raping Palestinian women (though they do like to wear the women's panties--perhaps there is something in Talmudic teaching about this). Israel Defense Forces prefer to shoot Palestinian women, especially those of child-bearing age.

The Crusades were wars of liberation after the author's peace loving people invaded the Levant, murdering, raping and enslaving the peaceful Christians who lived in the area. The Crusades were wars of self defense, perfectly legal and acceptable, the Moslems were the aggressors.

You might want to learn a little bit of History before talking about it.
But I guess racism is enough to make up your mind.

“In 614, Jerusalem fell to an invading Sassanid army. The Persians (Who were NOT Muslims at that time) looted the city, and are said to have massacred its 90,000 Christian inhabitants”
“The Jews, who were persecuted in their Christian-controlled homeland, initially aided the Persian conquerors”

“The Muslim troops besieged the city some time in November 636. Instead of relentless assaults on the city, they decided to press on with the siege until the Byzantines ran short of supplies and a bloodless surrender could be negotiated

“In 1094 (460 years later!), Pope Urban II used spiced-up and exaggerated tales (with a bit of accuracy) of the sufferings of their fellow Christians in the Holy Land”
“Saladin’s triumph was, however, far less violent than that of the medieval knights of the First Crusade (1095-1099 CE), and for this, he has been endlessly romanticized by Muslims and Christians alike.”

    From your link:

Upon Umar's arrival in Jerusalem, a pact was composed, known as the Umar's Assurance or the Umariyya Covenant. It surrendered the city and gave guarantees of civil and religious liberty to Christians and Jews in exchange for the payment of jizya tax. It was signed by Caliph Umar on behalf of the Muslims, and witnessed by Khalid, Amr, Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, and Mu'awiya. Depending on the sources, in either 637 or in 638, Jerusalem was officially surrendered to the caliph.[24]

For the Jewish community this marked the end of nearly 500 years of Roman rule and oppression. Umar permitted the Jews to once again reside within the city of Jerusalem itself.[25][26]

It has been recorded in the Muslim chronicles, that at the time of the Zuhr prayers, Sophronius invited Umar to pray in the rebuilt Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Umar declined, fearing that accepting the invitation might endanger the church's status as a place of Christian worship, and that Muslims might break the treaty and turn the church into a mosque.[27][28] After staying for ten days in Jerusalem, the caliph returned to Medina.[29]

    Key takeaways:

    1. The jizya accorded non-Muslim subjects in dar al-Islam full civil and religious liberty.
    2. Muslims restored rights of Jews to reside and worship in Jerusalem.
    3. Muslims preserved the holiest site in Christendom as a place of worship for Christians due to the Islamic mandate against violation of others' religious liberty.

    Thanks.
