On the date the 2nd shots (at end of January) took effect, the sharp rise, beginning early December that started prior to the vaccination program which started early January, has sharply dropped, from 79 deaths on January 25th to 21 on February 12, coinciding with the date that the full vaccination took effect. All the studies show a huge success!
Here is the evidence reported by the NYTimes: “Covid cases fell dramatically and quickly among people who were vaccinated, Israeli studies found. It’s the strongest evidence yet that a robust vaccination program can tame the pandemic……Cases of Covid-19 and hospitalizations dropped dramatically among people who were vaccinated within just a few weeks, according to new studies in Israel, where a rapid vaccine rollout has made it a kind of test laboratory for the world. And early data suggests that the vaccines are working nearly as well in practice as they did in clinical trials….The new Israeli study looked at national health statistics for people 60 years and older, who received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine first because of their high risk. Analyzing data from six weeks into the vaccination campaign, when the majority of people that age had been vaccinated, they found that the number of new Covid-19 cases dropped by 41 percent compared to three weeks earlier.

That group also experienced a 31 percent drop in hospitalizations from the coronavirus, and a drop of 24 percent of those who became critically ill.”

” Maccabi Health Services, one of Israel’s four health maintenance organizations (HMOs), tracked 163,000 Israelis who had received both of the two required doses of the Pfizer vaccine; only 31 of those people tested positive for Covid-19, compared to an unvaccinated sample in which about 6,500 did.

According to data from the Israeli Ministry of Health, 531 of 750,000 fully vaccinated people over 60 years old tested positive for Covid-19 — which is just 0.07 percent. Out of the people who tested positive, only 38 were hospitalized, with symptoms ranging from moderate to critical. Another Israeli HMO, Clalit, found that Covid-19 positivity decreased by 33 percent among 200,000 people 14 days after they’d received just the first Pfizer dose compared to the same number of unvaccinated people.”

Those are the fact overlooked while the explanation for the previous rise (now reversed) has to do with those who have not yet been or are unwilling to be vaccinated, a younger group accouting for most of the new cases.

The recent rise in cases is among the younger and those not yet or unwilling to be vaccinated; among those vaccinated, the results are outstanding.

Fake riot? Tell that to the family of the cop who was killed and to Mike Pence, who along with members of Congress feared for their lives as Trump supporters (how do we know? They were carrying Trump flags.) built a guillotine and then chanted “Hang Mike Pence.”

As for Sanders’ net worth: his first 40 years, he lived in poverty;the next 30, he was the poorest member of Congress, and then in his 70’s he wrote a best-selling book that made him a few million. Yesterday, he sold shirts with his image on them with the mittens and gave the entire proceeds to charity.
