my assumption is that the number of murders by whites was miniscule.

Being that 95% of suspects were black (blacks having 50% of Richmond's population), and being that (despite what the article says) the Hispanic murder rate generically being about 10 times per capita more than the white rate, we can safely guess that white suspects only account for about 2% of the total.

** it is largely white tax monies that pay for the public schools of blacks. Whites feel uncomfortable (for reason) with their kids in a predominately black school. So they pay AGAIN (about $250,000 for two kids) for their kids to attend a private / parochial school (they also lose out on the liveliness of a white public school, not to mention the kids won't have as much athletic success {blacks are taller and faster, and usually bigger}).

Then, in the process, they many times have to move to a high-priced location, in order to avoid the pressures of miscegenation, and high crime rates, and other pathologies more common amongst blacks (drug use, HIV, theft, rape, murder, etc).

Whites largely pay for the welfare – WIC etc for the high rate of minority births, predominately fatherless. And medicaid, and now ObamaCare (another welfare thing, not to mention the huge affirmative action in it {very different rules for medical schools and nursing schools, blacks have an "easy ticket", as do Hispanics}).

When it comes to public housing, there are several layers of government-minority scamming. Obama is pushing Section 8 into white neighborhoods, for example, which of course gives whites (legitimately) the jitters. The Federal Housing Authority is mega-geared to minorities. The bureaucracy : there is affirmative action, with very high pay. Loans for minorities, geared. The federal housing favoritism of minority owners, minority contractors, the federal housing labor rates, and of course, the tenants.

Apartment living: being the white owners of apartments who would desire to satisfy their potential white tenants with predominately white neighbors (this human right is long federally illegal), this causes whites the option of living in an apartment with the pressures of miscegenation (and the typical pathologies associated moreso with many blacks) or find some very high cost apartment.

Affirmative action in government and private hiring, and quotas, has two effects: a) artificially lift up minorities b) knock a qualified white (or Asian) out of a job.

Housing sales: long federally illegal to have basic contractual covenants in order to protect the neighborhood. This has resulted in more stress on whites, who end up leaving perfectly good affordable housing for a high-priced niche.

As this funding of minorities occurs, their populations explode, and, of course, they vote against typical whites, and vote for the Abortion Party (which ironically kills black babies at a high rate, but they still manage, via high birth rates, largely on welfare, to increase their populations).

Meanwhile, Democrats woo the white females and Muslims, even moreso dividing and conquering whites (US births about 87% in 1950 versus about 49% today).

Black folks need to have their own cops….and pay for them.
Same with welfare…..medical….housing…..schools.

Unfortunately, in grade school education, the deck is stacked against whites, who feel comfortable having their children go to stable schools.
In the 1960s, there were about 50,000 white children in New Orleans public schools. Today: about 2,400. And many of these surely go to "artsy" schools. The point: whites in these "gentrified" areas have no viable public school for their kids. the Solution would be to give EVERY parent the option of an approx. $8,000 voucher ( in lieu of a $13,000 per capita public school "education"). With no govt control over ANYTHING that the alternative schools do.

Now: white taxes still mostly fund the schools. The “black” schools, like DHS, are funded better than the “white” schools, like Dutchtown.

Whites usually are much more at ease in a school that has predominately white students. This is not insane racism. It is rational. So, in order to accommodate a decreasing white US population, and being it is mostly their tax money, you would THINK, in a “fair” nation, that it would be good to allow whites to have their own schools, or at least autonomy.

Being that “integration” was completely racial, why would it be any more racial to give “whites” their fair share of tax dollars to control their destiny?
