I did not talk what Zarif said about General Soleimani. Zarif never understood that Suleimani was working very hard to create assets for the diplomacy group to succeed. He was threaten by
Suleimani, a confident and humble man.

Suleimani wanted Iran to negotiate from the position of strength. He correctly understood that the west do not give a damn about Iran and only was interested to have another Saudi Arabia.

Zarif is not a strong negotiator because he has been in the position of power for too long, but his achievements is little. His weak negotiation technique brought MORE sanctions for Iran where he is trying to blame on General Suleimani to cover up his own weakness.

No one buys these rubbish. Many believe that, Zarif has been taken advantage of by the west, and he was deceived by the western negotiator team. The west does not give a damn about Zarif, why he should trust the west so much?

Why is Russia less cooperative that US? Why does Russia denies Iran its right to enrich?

No country under NPT can afford to rely on another country for fuel to run its xpensive reactor to produce electricity. Especially Iran, a targeted country.
