When I posted my original comment about securing ones computer and protecting ones privacy on the internet (comment # 112), I didn’t realize that I would be getting quite the response that I did.

Shortly thereafter , two rather revealing (and somewhat panicky) comments came from our resident sayanim, peterAUS (comment # 118) and Anonymous (comment #119). Both tell us in almost identical terms that “there is no privacy on the internet” and then go on to badmouth both the Tor browser and the Electronic Frontier Foundation and its software . Interestingly, these two remarkably similar comments appeared within four minutes of each other which might indicate that Anonymous and peterAUS are either the same person or are working right next to each other.

When you have the two most prominent Israeli trolls on this site saying that Tor browser doesn’t work and there is no privacy on the internet. this is a sure sure that Tor DOES in fact work and so does VPN software. (Tor, by the way, is “open source” which means its code can be relatively easily checked for spyware by a skilled programmer).

Apparently the Tor browser and VPNs make peterAUS and Anonymous very nervous indeed only because it will make their work MUCH more difficult. Be aware of this the next time you post using a non Tor browser.

After reading the many comment here that could be considered anti-Israel, I started wondering just how many posters here are using methods to make themselves truly anonymous online so that they are not susceptible to being traced by the ever diligent supporters of Israel who are active worldwide.

I recently goggled something about prisoners of war and I was linked to an interesting article. How many people realize that 1.3 million German soldiers actually disappeared AFTER they had surrendered to the American forces when the war ended in 1945. They are somehow now listed as “missing in action” even though most had surrendered after actual hostilities had ended. Anybody who has real John Sacks book “An Eye for an Eye” knows what happened. They were deliberately killed. This could only have been done with the active support of Eisenhower who allowed Jewish partisans to take control of the German prisoner concentration camps. These Jewish camp commander then started the wholesale slaughter of their German wards. The worst of the Jewish camp leaders, a man by the name of Simon Morel was then allowed to immigrate to Israel where he died a peaceful death in bed. The character in the Quentin Tarantino movie “Inglourious Basterds” who kills the German prisoner with the club isn’t just a “Jewish wet dream” as critics have said. It actually describes the way Simon Morel personally killed the approximately 1,500 German prisoners by clubbing them to death himself.

But even these missing 1.3 million German soldiers pales in comparison to what was planned under the proposed Morgenthau Plan which would have resulted in the starvation of 30 million Germans if the American hadn’t become leery of Jewish demands for revenge. People don’t realize how seriously organized Jewry campaigned for the implementation of the 1944 Morgenthau Plan to “turn German back into pasture lands.” They fought tooth and nail for it from about 1944 on. Morgenthau’s continuing demand for its implimentation started to even unnerve the normally compliant FDR and Harry Truman.

The reason for Eisenhower’s complicity in this genocide might rest with an interesting fact. Eisenhower had never served in combat in World War One and yet was, oddly enough, promoted over 200 more senior and experienced commanders with combat experience and proven troop leadership skills to lead the war effort in Europe. The only reason that the media started to suddenly begin backing away from their initial campaign to frame the three “white” students that were accused was that one of the accused, Reade Seligmann, was Jewish and the Jewish community arose en mass to protect him. I have heard that that the pressure they brought on both the local and national media and local politicians “for more fairness” was absolutely intense. Even the usual race whores like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton suddenly started backing away because they realized they had entered professionally dangerous territory.

I have also heard that if the three accused Duke students had merely been white gentiles, the usual suspects in these types of “crimes”, the outcome might have been entirely different and the three might still be cooling their heels in prison, especially if their case had gone before a black jury. The decision to charge Seligmann was prosecutor Mike Nifong’s biggest mistake and for which he paid very dearly.

This case reminds me of the well known Leo Frank case of the early part of the 20th century where similar intense pressure was first brought even before his trial began and then successfully brought afterwards to change the jury’s initial death sentence verdict to life imprisonment. I have read the entire Frank trial transcript. Frank was as innocent as O.J. Simpson, the well known participant in yet another famous show trial.

Republicans complain about welfare payments to poor people without considering that the federal government has been engaged in massive middle class welfare programs since the end of World War Two.

That is what defense spending actually is and the reason it didn’t diminish with the fall of the USSR in 1989. Defense spending is now so engrained into the American economy that it cannot be ended without serious economic turmoil. Places like San Diego, Norfolk et. al. would end up having riots on the streets led by middle class shop owners if the huge military bases there were closed. Our massive farm subsidy programs are also just middle class government welfare programs whose major beneficiaries seem to be huge corporate farming interests.

When WW2 ended, politicians were fearful that the economy would quickly slide back into a depression of the type that had started in 1929 and continued on up until war boom (which had initially started first with lend lease spending and then with actual war time funding.)

Government make work programs in the 1930s had been largely proved to be ineffective in improving the economy. FDR’s widely vaunted programs life the WPA and the CCC had had virtually no effect on ending the depression. Just witness the severe economic downturn of 1937, four years after FDR had come to office. The economy of the US had just continued to limp along during despite all these massive government efforts.

War had allowed the government to end almost all unemployment by using the draft to force younger men off the unemployment roles. It had also allowed the government to force the much better paid employees of the various government work make programs into the mandatory but very poorly paid government military conscript labor pool. A CCC employee, for instance, made about $120 plus free food per month. An army private made just $50 plus free food. As a result conscription proved to be a huge money saver for the government when compared with the previous much more expensive government programs which, incidentally both the federal and state governments had to pay for. Wartime spending also allowed the federal government to relieve the state of their required painful contributions to the make work programs. Now the government could simply federalize all the funding by simply printing more money or demanding higher income taxes. War proved to be a win-win situation for all levels of government. Don’t think for a moment that our various levels of government haven’t forgotten this lesson.

Military spending result in disastrous boondoggles like the F35 fighter plane. The Germans, with the help of large scale government funding and cooperation, make Mercedes Benz and BMW cars which are loved the world over. We expend out riches on crap like the F35, F22, or the widow maker Osprey planes which absolutely nobody wants. (or would buy without pressure from the US government.)

The advent of the so called new math starting in the 1960s had an interesting and as yet unmentioned result with far reaching consequences. It made it much more difficult for college educated parents to help their children with their math homework. At the same time it made it almost impossible for parents with lesser educational levels to help their kids.

In effect the new math made the math teachers the only ones with the “secret code” to decipher math exercises. This made these teachers much more powerful arbitrators of children’s math education since most parents, especially those from poorer homes, were no longer involved.

I taught public elementary school for thirteen years before departing for “greener” climes. I found that assigning any sort of homework to children from poorer families was a waste of time since the homes they came from were so beset by noise and general confusion that it made concentrating on homework impossible. It would be difficult for even child with a high IQ to do homework where TVs are perpetually on full volume and both adults and children are constantly trying to heard by shouting over the general noise level. It takes just one visit by an outsider to determine that expecting homework to be completed in such an atmosphere to an exercise in futility. Unlike their more well to do schoolmates, none of these poor children have individual bedroom they could retreat to in order to finish their homework in comparative silence. Instead this work is most likely done in front of the blaring TV with other noisy kids present in what passes for a living room. It is sort of like trying to learn in the Bedlam Asylum. The day after these kids would simply copy their homework from the smartest kid in the classroom before handing it it. This copying would be allowed because the “less motivated” kids would threaten or bribe the brighter kids.

The cheapest cure for all of the educational malaise that fogs our education system is to simply extend the school day to five or six o’clock.Then the poorer children could complete their homework in the comparative silence of study halls overseen by teacher aides who could help them with their assignments.

This extended school day would also lessen other social problems. One of these problems arises directly out of the fact that that when both Hispanic parents work, they don’t supply any sort of child care or supervision for their children after about age six or eight. There are no costly after school ballet, piano or karate classes of the type that more well to do parents assign their kids to to make sure they are supervised. Poor Hispanic and black kids are expected to take care of themselves at a very young age. when parent work. They end up roaming around after school creating all sorts of social problems.
