What you are missing is that intelligence is a function of worldview, which is a function of things including geography and heredity. Because the European worldview has globalized and is dominant at the moment, it is portrayed by people as the ‘human’ worldview’, but as the pendulum shifts, Europeans will slowly watch the dominant worldview change to one in which they are defective.

You may be referring to a specific ‘libertarian type’ group philosophy, but the underlying origin of libertarianism is a non partisan belief system that is developmental and precedes organized political systems. If a dogmatic partisan lives long enough he or she will eventually be libertarian, same thousands of years ago.

Opportunistic Libertine e.g. Ayn Rand is what happens when you try to teach Libertarianism as an academic partisan philosophy. Very different from libertarian.

Conflicts are always between the ethnic cores of countries even if it seems like something else.

Melting pots are servants of their ethnic cores.

Poor uneducated whites commit murders at 3x the rate of educated wealthy blacks, and vice versa.

Most of the public, including the author of this article, get MKUltra wrong.

Most papers related to the real MKUltra were destroyed just as the trivial documents were released in 1973 in order to keep the public from figuring out the truth.

Analytical psychology provided the ideal tool to allow elite rulers to control the masses. In the 1940s various countries and groups assimilated some Nazi scientists who were developing new techniques using the so called ‘jewish psychology’ or ‘freudian psychology’.

The British then created a massive program, the real MKUltra, to try and restrict knowledge of analytical psychology and its precursors to the elite including them.

The first step used an Australian named Cade to promote the notion that element #3 on the periodic table, lithium, was a ‘drug’ rather than a mineral.

The next steps involved sabotaging the development of groups which propagated analytical type psychology. On and on.

The ‘Jewish’ worldview was able to expand for many centuries, even before the word ‘weltanschauungskrieg’ existed, for the simple reason that Jewish disciplines work.

When we, i.e., Jews, helped Romans pacify tribes, by creating Christianity, the resulting blob of ‘religious Christians’ did not practice these useful disciplines and hence were easily pacified.

Later Islam was created with more of the original discipline and those Muslims who practice are more effective than comparable Christians so Islam has had an advantage since it began, over Christianity.

Now the missing part.

When Christianity was created by the Romans, with assistance, the world then had one expanding melting pot based on the ‘Judeo’ worldview and favoring one tribe.

For example when Spain expelled the Jews in 1492 those expelled had the full authority even of those from where they had been expelled.

But, once the ‘new world’ was populated with Europeans it became like the original areas of conquest thousands of years ago.

In other words if the conquerors had utterly eliminated 100% of the indigenous population in the new world then they would have consolidated power, eventually.

But if they had succeeded in that then they would have had to then start consuming tribes westward, a sort of ridiculous ouroboros that would not end well.

Now, modern day, this whole Judeo centric worldview has finished expanding simply because it tried to create a unipolar melting pot i.e., a tribe, in an area that did not have definitive borders.

Sun Tzu’s ‘the Art of War’ reflects very old facts which are starting to become relevant again as the world is again becoming a finite geographical space with competing groups.
