[We're very pleased to run this provocative new piece by Karel van Wolferen, who has spent decades as one of Holland's most distinguished international journalists.] In a famous exchange between a high official at the court of George W. Bush and journalist Ron Suskind, the official – later acknowledged to have been Karl Rove –...
  • Blowback is a b***h.

Rove and the thoroughly co-opted Anglophone media have effectively exposed their complicity in fraud.

They reckoned without the internet, perhaps assuming its users did nothing but watch p**n.

Belated attempts to deploy the net as a weapon (disinfo like Bellingcat) have essentially compounded the initial error.

The net has made anyone who wishes to become an intelligence operative.

The further effect has been to expose and largely discredit the operations of intelligence agencies – those that are nakedly political at any rate.

The best example is the recent dossier on Trump – it was a matter of days before it was exposed as the work of an ex- British operative who hadn’t out his foot in Russia for years. The hacking claims were likewise discredited as they were made by a NATO employee, could not be verify or attributed with any confidence, and such information as was available, pointed to open/ source malware of Ukrainian origin.

It will be interesting to see how long the net eludes full control – certainly censorship crackdowns are underway.

My view is much of what has been dismissed as ‘tinfoil hattery’ is now at least entertained as in the realm of possibility.

Probably the biggest change in public opinion has been much wider acceptance of false-flags: it is no longer a fringe concept.

And that in turn had led to a dawning recognition that the terrorism unleashed in the Middle East is nowhere near as ‘spontaneous’ as hitherto believed.

As an Anglo, and more or less Zionist, I just want to say that if actual Anglos & Zionists had been united to destroy Syria, and create another stateless zone, it would have happened. I know "AngloZionist" means little more than "People I don't like", but presenting the agreement as a humiliation for AngloZionists is just going to get peoples' backs up. You need to consider why the USA agreed to it, after all. Many in Israel don't want radical Wahabbis controlling Syria. According to Seymour Hersh, the US Defense Department passed intelligence to Israel knowing Israel would pass it to Assad, to aid his defence against the CIA/Saudi backed Wahabbi rebels. Likewise most of the British & Anglo-American public support Assad, despite the constant torrent of lies from the liberal & neocon media - but they support Israel, too.

There's a large anti-Israel Left in the UK; a smaller anti-Israel Left in the USA, and very small anti-Israel Right in both countries. But most people are broadly favourably disposed to both. Ten years seems to me a bit pessimistic. Being able to edit the genome is necessary, but not sufficient, to implementing any kind of eugenic program; it's also necessary to understand what genes actually exist and how they are expressed, and that is a much more complex and difficult problem. Having spent a year working for (though not among) bioinformaticians at the vanguard of the field, and thus had opportunity to observe closely at first hand the extent to which knowledge of the human genome has been developed, I would be surprised to see effective eugenics by direct genome editing become possible within my lifetime, and I am yet a fairly young man.

I checked out the link you provided. It was very informative. Thanks. I also found on the site and checked out another piece by thierry dealing with the shooting down of the Russian bomber by the Turks. http://www.voltairenet.org/article189474.html In his view, the whole war in Syria is connected to a plan to turn the Kurdish sector in northeastern Syria (previously vastly expanded as the result of Syria's decision (Assad the father) to allow 2 million Kurdish refugees fleeing the Turkish war against the Kurds in the 80's and 90's) into a separate state of Syrian Kurdistan and move 10 million Kurds from Turkey to Syria. Russia's intervention obviously threw a monkey wrench into the works. But the last paragraph is very interesting:

"From these elements, we may conclude that NATO was aware of the preparation of the Turkish attack and allowed it to happen. It looks as though Washington, which might support the project for a Kurdistan in Turkey, but is opposed to the invention of a pseudo-Kurdistan in Syria, is readying itself, with Russia, to oppose the Franco-Israelo-British project, just as the two major powers once opposed the colonisation of the Suez Canal (1956)."

Thus, in his view, the U.S. is not on board with the plan, but the plan is solely a concoction between the U.K., France, Turkey and Israel, sort of like the old days in 1956 when Ike said "no" to the British, French and Israeli takeover of the Suez Canal. Very interesting, since it was Cameron of the U.K. and Sarkozy of France who were pushing Obama to overthrow Qaddafi in Libya. Once Qaddafi was overthrown, both arms and fighting men went sent from Libya to Syria to fight Assad. Unfortunately, at a very dangerous moment for us and the world, we don't have Ike as President but Obama.

  • Chances are they will try to use the Turkish air-base at Incirlik to launch a false-flag attack on the Kurds.

Very few Americans realise there are several Kurd nationalities – Turkish, Iraqi and Syrian. That’s before going into tribal/ideological factions. Most of the official political representatives don’t even speak Kurdish, speaking instead the language of their respective nations or Arabic.

They have nevertheless been loosely marketed as a homogeneous group of nationalist ‘freedom fighters.’ This is useful to the CIA and other Intel groups (Mossad, French, British, Saudi) to cloak their real purpose in the region: securing control over energy (mainly oil) on behalf of the cartels. They could give a rat’s ass about the Kurds in any variation, much less their nationalist aspirations or those of the political groups anyway.)

They therefore make ideal ‘victims’ in the event of needful escalation in Syria.

The attack on Kurd-sympathetic rallies like the Ankara one several days ago is a useful way to mobilize hostility to Erdogan as well as offering a political – and military – shoulder to cry on.

Many of them will instead be reduced to supplying ‘security’ for the oil cartels – with poverty accelerating for most.

Again, thank you for the response.

Unfortunately, it continues to fail as explanation for the lack of distinctive Judaic *civilizational* tropes which all the main world religions/continental cultures, particularly in the areas of architecture/art have generated. I am curious to know why this enormous lacuna exist. I wonder if displacement is a factor in this failure to generate a recognizable aesthetic?

I would also question the intelligence (in the information sense) of people who predicate notions of supremacy in the absence of such: a little humility would actually be a more ‘intelligent’ response. I personally am in awe of the diverse creative genius of the many peoples on this earth, which precludes notions of population ‘supremacy’ entirely .

Pts I place my estimation of creative genius in actual *manifestations* – not academic measures of postulated neuro/cognitive correlates. The drawings of children will tell me rather more about their artistic ability than their IQ measures, particularly their facility for representation.

pps Einstein was, by his own admission, ‘slow.’ One might deduce from that (given his subsequent achievement) that depth-thinking has a transcendental (innovative) dimension speed-thinking does not. The difference is qualitative, the process a-linguistic (including the language of calculus..)

I accept that you are making an interesting point worthy of more consideration about the absence of the distinctive marks of many civilisations from Hebrew-Judaic-Jewish history. Not only the loading of Jewish cognitive abilities in the mathematical and linguistic areas would demand a first look but so would the geographical instability suffered by Jews who, nonetheless, mostly by their emphasis on books and their business networks, maintained their identity as a people.

It's important that "civilisation" is not accidentally or merely verbally associated with "civis" and "civitas". Basically, no cities, no civilisation (which is why it makes me sneer when PC people talk about Australian Aborigines' "civilisation"). Jews had to live in other people's towns and cities so they had no distinctive civilisation in the sense that you are, I think, writing about.

As to the lawyer's creativity, as I would see it, I think your attempt to deny it goes too far. The lawyer is no more and no less likely to come up with something no one else sees as an artist is likely to combine and recombine the visual furniture of his brain based on earlier artists' work, and nature, in a way no one else does. I remember looking at a Jean-Francois Millet painting in Philadelphia and saying how much it reminded me if Picasso's "Peasants Sleeping" in NY's MOMA. "Picasso owned that painting" my curator guide told me. And I had similar experiences looking at a Cézanne which seemed to prefigure the Cubists - and that's just a sample from a pretty Philistine observer.

Your view of creativity could appear to be one which insists on creation ex nihilo, out of the starless void, instead of being - I would boldly suggest always - a recombination of what is in the creator's brain. That the deep personal sources of creativity don't leap to mind even for the creator may be because they are often struck by a memorable event which has excited the creative brain. As in "then suddenly the sun shone from behind the clouds and this extraordinary chieroscope of colour flooded the whole rocky landscape where once I remembered my father and his fellow adventurers walking into the distance".

I wonder if only children tend to be more creative because less dragooned than members of large families? Of course some in large families might be prompted to be dreamers because of their position in the middle of a large tribe.

  • @Wizard of Oz

There's nothing new in noting that high Ashkenazi scores are on the verbal and mathematical, not on the visuo-spatial. You might care to extend your observations and analysis to the comparative emphasis amomgst Ashkenazi artists on the abstract; Rothko being a prime example. Some might say, of course, that Jewish artists would be quickest and smartest to pick up on the latest trends in the art market.

I like to tease my Jewish friends with the point that they are the best people to tell you what visual art is worth rather than create it. Names like Duveen and Berenson spring to mind.

Clearly rich people have always patronised artists and bought works of art, even treated it as an obligation. I wonder if any study has been made of systematic differences, if any, between the art collections of the Jewish and non-Jewish rich. It would be interesting. One can imagine curiosities of fashion and personal idiosyncrasy turning up such as, from pure imagination, Romanian Jews who were latecomers avoiding the older families collecting of Byzantine icons and going for the florid depiction of Wagnerian themes by young contemporaries!

BTW does anyone know when and where Jewish musical talent developed and whether it has any special characteristics? I remember finding an Orthodox site where there was s link to the sound of the Shofar (ram's horn originally used in battle). It made me laugh and yearn for the bagpipes.

    @WizOZ

Thank you for your attempt to answer my query.

Forgive me if I find an ‘explanation’ that squeezes my millennial-plus civilizational ‘laundry list’ (and a pretty short one at that) through the frame of modern I.Q. tests pretty lame.

The manifestations I refer to do not depend on visual-spatial competency anyway. Music is strongly correlated with mathematical ability for example. So is architecture. Yet, as stated, Judaism has failed to generate architecturally significant tropes, unlike Islam, Christianity or Buddhism. Even the pagan Romans are noted for their architectural and engineering achievements, and the ‘pagan’ Africans in both North Africa – the Pyramids – and South – the ziggurats of Zimbabwe.

Incidentally , I.Q. tests were devised by Alfred Binet only to identify children who were not ‘educable’ in the French education system: lack of technology meant such tests were the only means of identifying potentially-retarding brain-damage. From this devolved the misguided – though still in vogue with determinist materialists – notion of a fixed ‘quotient.’

As a dyslexic, Einstein would have done quite badly on such tests, and even compensation on the ‘performance’ section would only have brought him, at most, one SD above the mean. And that’s being generous. His teachers considered him a dud, and the Binet tests at that point would not have raised their estimation much.

More contemporary thinking (more so than the stuff I read on the UNZ comments section anyway) recognises there are a range of ‘intelligences’ – perhaps as many as eleven, and their ‘worth’ is referenced to social and emotional competencies essential to human survival/thriving.

At any rate, the ‘G’ factor is as elusive as ever. (If you don’t rate Gould on the subject, try Lewontin – though others (particularly Russian Soviets, world class on verbal/mathematical analysis, and highly critical of the various stat devices and their mystical assumptions so beloved of Anglo-American bean-counters ) have covered the topic in-depth too: The Bell curve as distribution ‘law’ does not cancel the validity question, as a perfectly ‘sound’ argument can be predicated on an entirely false premise. Ever hear a shyster lawyer in action?

At any rate, no test can measure creativity or detect future genius: you might be able to identify a potential Yehudi Menuhin (though it would not cancel the effects of a ‘tin ear’ or poor motor coordination – essential for musicians) , but not the next Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Tchaikovsky, Shostokovitch, Chopin, Liszt, Schubert, Debussy, Rachmaninov…

    or even John Lennon.

    • Replies: @Wizard of Oz
    @sure thing

Oh how right you are about nothing predicting future genius. But that doesn't mean that whatever technically good and validated IQ tests measure (summarised as g) isn't the most valuable single measure of the likely achievements of any large more or less randomly interbreeding group you may be considering (either for marriage to Mr Darcy or as immigrants). For example, as I sometimes put it, if you knew that, in the same city, the 25 top executives of Bank A had measured IQs averaging 130 and those of Bank B 120 wouldn't you expect Bank A to outperform Bank B. (You know nothing else about the banks).

If you don't agree with that then I think we would need to start a conversation about intelligence a long way back. I'm not much more impressed by Lewontin than Gould by the way. As for Kamin...! Marxism doesn't help though I can easily imagine Marx embracing IQ testing.

As for multiple intelligences, the last time an academic psychologist tried that on me as a quick answer she was honest enough to quickly admit that measures of them all correlate positively with g.

Not conclusive of anything of course as consideration of "on the spectrum" extremes can easily make one understand. And not in the least helping to predict who will display what we might agree to be genius. But it helps I think to treat IQ as a pretty good threshold measure (even if I can't really understand why those fair approximations to the Culture Fair, the Raven's Progressive Matrices, are capable if measuring g so well). For example, would you not be surprised to learn of some full professor of Physics who had not scored above 125 on an IQ test? Or a junior army officer below 108 say?

Although the work of Cochran, Harpending and Hardy on some of the curious neurological disease related features of high IQ brains could complicate the picture it seems clear that high IQ scores are causally related to good short term memory and mental speed in useful forms. It seems to me that creativity may emerge out of enormous persistence in trying things out but also from the speed at which a large amount of material can be swapped in and out of consciousness (or whatever it is in the brain which allows processing) and held there and processed in rapidly altered forms. That seems to be g stuff.

Incidentally, I have personally seen how that mental celerity can, superficially, seem like the opposite of creativity because it can be used, for example to destroy other slower people's ideas and, for a related example, a suggested draft law or amendment. One of my favourite examples relates to an absurd arty person's idea to persuade, sucessfully, the Arts Minister to ape the French by legislating for a Resale Rights Royalty for the Visual Arts. It didn't take 10 minutes for a not specially arty person with a high IQ tax lawyer's mind to come up with (a) two ways round the non-alienation provision designed as paternalistic protection for Aboriginal artists, (b) sale of the works intended to incur a 5 per cent royalty at an auction house linked to a foreign jurisdiction where the sale was legally taking place; (c) sale, not of the royalty prone work but of an option to purchase it in Hong Kong.... for starters.

That's a creative mind at work I'm sure you would agree and its most likely a high SAT score, high IQ mind. Of course all the other good such a mind might be capable of could be undermined by - to take only the simplest cases - nothing about emotional or any other if the Howard Gardner intelligences - mental stamina affected by alcohol, sex addiction, even gambling addiction or chronic displacement activity and procrastination.

Lots of interesting correlations with high g could be explored. Does high g predispose artists to want to find new methods and materials? Or maybe to refine existing ones? Probably the connections are too faint to be distingiished from the noise amongst other factors like showing off to the patron's wife by inventing a new colour just for her....

Late addition. Creative people nirnallt need a lot if stuff in their minds to work on - a lot ofcit old stuff.

  • oh, and forgot the ‘pagan’ cultures of sub-Saharan Africa – the many tribes of the region produced a distinctive art with the natural materials available, particularly in the area of abstract design..even the continent of largely uninhabited Australia threw up the instantly recognizable (and highly-coveted by Westerners) aboriginal art, noted for its use of organic materials and intuitive grasp of the abstract – somethin western artists have to learn but never manage to master..

    well, you get my drift.

Supremacists are, like all with such attitudes, boring and insecure.

Put some of that energy into creating instead of merely asserting and then they get to boast.

But then, they won’t need to – art speaks for itself.

  • Don’t know where my earlier comment went..but briefly:

Why hasn’t all this ability produced a significant art of any kind?

Think of Islamic architecture – like the Alhambra (Spain) or the Taj Mahal (India.)

Think of Christian architecture – medieval gothic (Germany, France, Britain) or Roman Catholic (St Peters, Sistine chapel, numerous basilicas, churches..)

Art – Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Rubens ..,so many Christian artists..

The Islamic prohibition on reproducing human images did not prevent them from producing exquisite miniatures and distinctive geometric mathematically-perfect designs, often used to decorate everything from walls to rugs..to metal,.Syria and Morocco being especially well-known.

Music..classical European is heavily represented by German (Beethoven, Bach) and other European continental composers, all from the Christian tradition… opera

Asia – look al the Buddhist and Confucius traditions in China, Korea and Japan and the distinctive architecture and art of those regions and cultures

Don’t forget the Indian temples of the Hindus and the ornate stone carvings and painting that covers every surface..

In short, this perception of supremacy – for those Jews vthat have it – smacks a good deal more of civilizational insecurity than any real hubris.

A few years ago I completed a master's degree at a prestigious engineering school. Many of the professors had substituted directing teaching with group-related projects. The students were set free to do research and write a group paper. Although the course content was allegedly about IT, the course sessions focused on group dynamics. The entire team was evaluated and graded on the quality of the paper without any reference to individual effort or contribution. The rationale was that THIS is the environment one finds in corporations.

So ..., one student showed up for the first session; he was assigned to our team. Then, he disappeared for the remainder of the course, showing back up at the last two sessions. His excuse was that he got married and had been busy. The team paper was turned in and graded. We got a B; the absentee student got a B. The professor had not even noticed that the absentee student did not attend the course sessions.

Soon after, the engineering school appointed a radical feminist as its President with an agenda to get more women into STEM. Somehow the two -- the group interactions in place of course content and the new President -- seemed related. They perhaps represented the underlying feminized culture of the institution, emphasizing social group interactions in place of content ... AT AN ENGINEERING SCHOOL.

The LGBT agenda is a top-down social, cultural and political manipulations designed to advance the normalizing of Assisted Reproductive Technology or A.R.T. The agenda is even being implemented in the education system, in the guise of ‘sex-education’ aimed – not at teenagers – but elementary schoolchildren. That the Human Rights Campaign only narrowly voted against membership being extended to NAMBLA should tell you something about their ‘welfare’ concerns..

The re-definition of marriage was considered to be the central plank of the agenda – as well as the rising inequality globally, which is essential to establishing a female underclass to exploit for their eggs/wombs. It is in full swing in California, birthplace of the eugenics movement (bankrolled by Rockfeller among others: the ubermensch rich have always been obsessed with ‘breeding’.)

There is serious money behind this agenda. The same political Big Money donors are financing the promotion of LGBT via foreign policy as they offer the perfect platform for the complete dissociation of sexual relationships from procreation – the objective being the wealth-class ‘owning’ motherhood.

As they are also globalists, with financial transnational interests, it is imperative their A.R.T. offspring have an unassailable international legal framework to keep assets within hereditary dynasties. It’s no accident that SCOTUS were not just instructed to re-define marriage, but to demand *international* recognition for it too.

Always follow the money. Without the support of the 1%, LGBT groups (more than half now instantly ‘created’. not grass-roots) would have remained a relatively marginal lobby: much of the ‘activism’ – particularly in foreign countries – is of the Sorosian variety, as the Russians well know.
The majority of gays- particularly gay men – do not experience significant differences in income, housing or any other civil metric. In fact, gay men have a high proportion of great wealth, as even a cursory glance at the entertainment industry would show. They are also major donors/actors in genetic research, much of it unethical.

The irony of homofascism – the promotion of eugenics – paralleling the ‘untermensch’ colonialism of Israeli Jews has yet to fully surface in te States. But the French have fully understood the significance, despite gay marriage being passed by the despised Hollande government (funded by Rockfeller via oil interests in Quatar.)

But perhaps the recent outcry over the obscene behaviour at the world’s largest Pride march in Brazil will act as a wake-up call: no, the lobby is not remotely about family values – quite the reverse.

The state of Israel – in reality, a perpetually expansionist colony – is virtually owned (80% of land) by the Rotschild clan. Check out British historian Simon Schama – himself part Jewish – on the subject.

The transfer from ownership of British Palestine to the Jewish people (and nevermind the indigenous, rightful inhabitants, the Palestinians themselves) was bogus and a con right from the start, as the British had no right under natural justice to ‘own’ Palestine in the first place.

It is additionally bogus since the same clan (who effectively control the Bank of England) financed the war, using and actively promoting the Zionist cult/false flag anti-Jewish attacks to prompt frightened/radicalized Jews to move to the violently acquired lands of Palestine.

The Liberty would likely have revealed significant evidence of mass-killings of Palestinian civilians, so undermining claims of legitimacy, much less moral authority. It had to be stopped – and was.

Netanyahu is but a stooge for the clan and it’s ambitions, along with allied wealthy clans to control the Leviathan gas field: they aim to dominate the European market from the Middle East . That was why the Ukraine as a reliable conduit for cheap Russian gas into Europe was deliberately destabilized.

The recognition of the Palestinian state – now gaining serious traction – will seriously challenge hegemony over gas-wealth in the region. Hence the ‘planting’ of takfiri (ISIL) terrorist cells in Hamas controlled territory and the launching of rocket attacks into ‘Israel’ as happened recently : such ‘threats’ must of course be ‘countered’ – and Palestine remains under siege.

  • Vanity Fair (the Jenner makeover), politically correct gender terminology from the BBC, plaudits for Judith Butler,
Mr Wurst..all art of the agenda to blur the sex binary of human reproductive difference and conflate gestation and childbirth with insemmination.

Presenting a guy with a beard, yet sporting hormonally induced secondary female characteristics is designed to get the impressionable generation used to the idea of the unisex or third sex human. Refusal to accept Mr Wurst as a woman uses the ‘shame’ method, where cultural parasitism piggy-backs on real historical social injustice:wealthy white gay men using the black civil rights movement to advance the redefinition of marriage is the most recent example.

The Nazi project aimed to get control over reproduction in order to improve ‘racial hygiene’ using the Leni Riefenstahl ‘ or ‘inspiration’ method.’ Germans internalized the ‘aryan’ ideal and many German women were willing to produce ‘kinder’ through artificial insemination for the glory of the fatherland.

Mr Wurst is the AngloZionist update of the project, wherein the female is culturally appropriated by mass media, so that a biological male can self-present – and even legally claim in some jurisdictions – as a woman.

Claiming that there are no ‘essential’ differences is not enough to hijack the one thing that sets women apart from men: their bio-determined capacity for gestation and birth. If mass media can convince a generation through ‘soft power’like the ill-defined Mr Wurst that there are no essential sex difference between male and females, then the way is paved for appropriation of motherhood: a Canadian gay male claimed recently that his sperm donation -which took a couple minutes and involved no medical intervention was no different to the eggs-extraction (via chemically-induced hyperovulation which has led to death in some cases, as well as thrombosis) from one or more women, subsequent implanting into the womb of another for nine months gestation and subsequent childbirth. These outrageous equivocations will become more and more common.

Yes, the next stage of the sexual revolution is to put the Wursts centre-stage to eliminate naturally-occuring sex-differences and by extension motherhood, and the natural rights that accrue to it. That way A.R.T. (Artificially Reproductive Technology) becomes socially acceptable and the 1% get to pick and choose their offspring by outsourcing the labour.

    It’s already happening.

  • The Japanese are a poor ‘polarity’ to the Christian ethos since their ‘atheism’ is a default descriptor by outsiders – not an intellectual/philosophic position.

Culturally, their moral sense is one of honour, derived from shinto – so-called ‘ancestor worship’. Bringing shame to the family name acts as brake on atavisms that lead to violence and social disruption.

The Christian belief in emulating ‘what Jesus would do’ is essentially a form of displaced ancestor worship. The sacrifice of the Roman Catholic Mass is a ritualized form in which the faithful are reminded of the Scapegoat on the Cross. Setting aside reports of American mercenaries, clandestine weapons delivery (Javelin anti-tank missiles), the massacre in Odessa (altogether uninvestigated by the Ukraine authorities) and not least MH 17, the most interesting event to now might be the Maidan massacre.

All is not well in Oz and I would propose the Maidan incident is the tip of the iceberg. As well, it cannot hurt to note that early on in the armed (military) phase of the conflict, on two occasions Kiev had stood down offensives upon American public pronouncements of support for the initial European ceasefire proposals; and in each case a high American official (John Brennan, Joe Biden respectively) had IMMEDIATELY hot-footed their way to Kiev and we saw the offensives resume.

The obvious message to Kiev had been a short lesson in geopolitical lies for world stage purposes, i.e. don't listen to our lip-service to peace in the Donbass region ... a lesson well taken by Kiev it would seem; as only the other day while in Moscow, Kerry in interview, had instructed Poroshenko not to attempt to re-take the Dontesk airport in violation of the Minsk accord. And last night a Kiev offensive has appeared to have been initiated to do just that:

I agree that there will be no war because of the nuclear deterrent but disagree with everything else.

Germany had most of continental Europe working for its war effort. And besides that there were Hungarians and Romanians fighting for it at Stalingrad, Spaniards at Leningrad, etc. It didn't fight the USSR alone.

NATO has a much bigger population than Russia, but also a much smaller proportion of the population that would perform well in a conventional war. HBD isn't all about IQ. Different populations are capable of different levels of bravery and self-sacrifice. Russians are especially high on altruism in emergencies. I have no idea why they were selected for this particular trait so much more than most peoples, but the fact is that they were.

And Russia has no desire to attack the West while the neocons want regime change in Moscow. If nuclear weapons magically disappear tomorrow and all-out conventional world wars become possible again, the neocons would attack first. GIs from West Virginia would look at this as an adventure, while Russians would be defending the motherland. There's little doubt in my mind about how that would turn out.

It amazesme that the only two acceptable positions on sodomite marriage are:

    1) Every state must recognize two men/two women can marry if one state does

    and

    2) Each state should have the choice of deciding to recognize whether or not two men/two women can marry and whether or not to recognize such marriages solemnized by another state.

Amazingly, not a single prominent person is willing to stand up and say words like marriage and have real and steady meanings and cannot be redefined by either the court or the legislator. The truly traditional position would be for the Supreme Court to strike down all sodomite marriage laws as being a sign of insanity.

If a word like marriage can be redefined by the legislatures and courts, then other words like father, mother, sibling, parent, grandparent, family, and so on can also be redefined.

“Objecting to gay marriage makes life that much

who actually care about that state, and does

Objecting to undefining marriage on behalf of (currently) gays has made life extremely difficult for many. I haven’t seen any gay business people being dragged through the courts/ fined/losing their jobs for objecting to heterosexual marriage – ie traditional. Quite the reverse. I am sure Andrew Sullivan among others was amply rewarded.

If they cared about the state, they would have not attacked its administration of a cultural institution. If they cared about the state, they would have promoted civil union/monogamy among gays. Instead, this highly-politicized, billionaire-funded set about destroying the both function of marriage – to legitimize the offspring of one man and one woman – and it’s form – the active promotion of infidelity: Sullivan, among other high-profile media gays considers monogamy entirely optional. It’s hard to see what’s left of marriage, after these cultural gauleiters have reduced it to functional rubble.

Forming pair units is easy enough. If you’re talking about money, property etc, mechanisms already exist, without even forming civil union.

Gay pairs will never form families together. That is a biological fact. They all have to use A.R.T. or acquire other peoples children through adoption.

Gay men need a female underclass who will both donate their eggs and their wombs. That is why it is relatively difficult, and why so many go abroad km third world countries. Easier for lesbians, who purchase sperm from anonymous donors. How do children manufactured in a lab, inserted into an anonymous woman’s womb, then delivered to their buyers via brokers feel about being brought into the world in such a fashion? How many of their siblings didn’t make it, because these cattle-women were instructed to abort? Any attempts to make their voices heard have been shot down. The army of SSM trolls don’t care.

  • Marriage has ALWAYS historically/globally been an institution which functions to legitimatize the offspring of men and women. The form maybe polygamous or monogamous, but the FUNCTION is the same.
Civil union simply legitimatizes the relationship between individuals – not the relationship of parents to offspring.

Same sex union, like masturbation cannot generate offspring. That’s why it never became institutionalized.
So yes, same-sex marriage has undefined marriage since it removes the primary function of marriage.

    Gene Su says:
“Prepares them…for feeding from the public trough..?”

This is laughable. Actually white people are supreme experts at feeding from the public trough. Let's take the white Irish for example. Time and time again they have manipulated public levers to benefit themselves from the public purse- even discriminating against other whites. As far back as the 1800s for example- one study shows:

"In the city's building trades such as plumbers and the masons, Irish-dominated unions adopted nepotistic membership requirements that kept out new arrivals... Similarly the Irish used their political connections to entrench themselves in both skilled and unskilled city government jobs for policemen, firefighters, rapid transit workers and school teachers, even before these workers had their unions recognized."

"nepotistic membership requirements that kept out new arrivals... Similarly the Irish used their political connections to entrench themselves in both skilled and unskilled city government jobs for policemen, firefighters, rapid transit workers and school teachers, even before these workers had their unions recognized."

"As early as 1855 Irish men were the largest group of the cartmen of New York, including those that specialized in doing city work on sanitation, landfill road projects and the like. To be a private cartman one required a license; to work for the municipal government in particular one needed good connections. Even before the massive influx of the feminine Irish in 1843, the Democrat-dominated Common Council gave a large number of market licenses to Irish men, much to the chagrin of native American entrepreneurs."
--FROM: Bayor and Meagher 1996, The New York Irish, 96-97

"As a consequence, the public sector employed a full one-third of first, second and third-generation Irish Americans in 1930 compared with just 6 percent in 1900. This patronage helped produce a heavy concentration of Irish in jobs on the fire and police departments and in municipally owned subways, streetcars, waterworks and port facilities. Many of the city's Irish middle class worked on the public payroll, especially in the public schools, and thousands of others labored in construction jobs tied to city expenditures. For second-generation Irish-American women, jobs as schoolteachers were the most sought-after career. Such patronage policies would help to bind the Irish working class and much of the middle class Tammany Hall for another generation."
--Bayor and Meagher 1996. The New York Irish, p. 313

Then there are the corrupt urban political machines - spread across America- from Daley in Chicago, to Frank Hague in Jersey City, and numerous places in between. Let's look at Hague. Hague has a widely known reputation for corruption and bossism and has been called "the grandaddy of Jersey bosses."[1] By the time he left office in 1947, he enjoyed palatial homes, European vacations, and a private suite at the Plaza Hotel.[2] His wealth has been estimated to have been over $10 million at the time of his death, although his City salary never exceeded $8,500 per year and he had no other legitimate source of income.[2]

During the height of his power Hague's political machine, known as "the organization," was one of the most powerful in the United States controlling politics on local, county, and state levels.[6] Hague's personal influence extended to the national level, influencing federal patronage [7] and Presidential campaigns.[8]

White politicians like Hague caused massive tax burdens to be laid on hard-working white people, from Boston to Jersey. Indeed some of these taxes bankrupted certain businesses. Other notorious white public feeders - some of the worse leaders in America- include Chicago's "Big Bill" Thompson, and James Curley of Boston. But not to worry. In their footsteps followed people like RIchard Daley and Governor Rod Blagojevich, now doing 14 years in prison. See book- Gerald Leinwand 2004. Mackerels in the Moonlight: Four Corrupt American Mayors.

In short, white people are no paragons of virtue as regards feeding from the public trough, and in fact as detailed studies show above, fully one-third of Irish Americans were in various decades employed by the government. That levels has gone down some but it still remains high. Similar patterns show among white southerners.

But some may say- are white people the only feeders? What about Asians? Well Asians are themselves trough feeders par excellence- on fact they pioneered several aspects of heavy handed and oppressive government bureaucracy. It was Asians that pioneered one of the world's first comprehensive, massive bureaucratic systems- notably the Confucianist flavored civil service system in China. And today Asians continue that tradition with the most massive parasitical bureaucracy in the world- numbering in the tens of millions. It is called the Chinese Communist Party.

What about other Asians? Let's take India- a land known for its massive parasitical bureaucracy. Indians themselves are critical of it.. As one Indian study says: " India's massive bureaucracy is maintained at a huge cost to the country's taxpayer, whose average income is among the lowest in the world." A biased Western view you say? Not at all. Indians themselves are critical- quote:" [the public perception' is that they are 'burdensome low performers' heading a highly bloated bureaucracy that is often perceived to be corrupt and inefficient.. lack of professionalism and poor capacity building, inefficient incentive systems that do not appreciate upright and outstanding civil servants but reward the corrupt and the incompetent.."
(Sabharwa 2013, Public Administration in South Asia)

    That’s true.

Neo-Liberalism has degenerated into chaos, and is only held together by the paid troll army online: there is no ideological passion for the State of Israel at grassroots level.

Plus, the Holocaust is on longer the ‘get out of jail free’ card it used to be. Different perspectives, novel information, de-classified documentation is push
ing a drive to revision. The young do not trust the Baby Boomers to tell the truth about anything – they are searching for alternatives. That, coupled with increasingly draconian enforcing of liberal orthodoxies is giving rise to a New Cynicism.

The historically-unprecedented opportunity to see narratives manufactured by the MSM (Ukraine) through the alternative info available on the WWW is also a huge threat to political control.

I found it interesting that Orthodox Jews demonstrate recently against Israeli nationalism in general, Netanyahu in particular. This gives rise to a revision of Jewish identity: one that only permits religious observance/practise as a legitimate identifier.

I have noted an increasing use of Jewish Mafia to distinguish wealthy secularists of Jewish ancestry, who are perceived as leading members of the Zionist cult. Since most are dual, even triple citizens, they are distrusted by Orthodox Jews, even if their donations are accepted. Perhaps figures like Ukraine’s notorious Kolomoisky are a ‘tolerance too far’, and a movement to ‘purify’ congress is afoot?

The logical outcome will be to separate Kosher Nostra from Orthodox Jews, in exactly the same way as Cosa Nostra is distinct – donations apart – from Roman Catholics.

  • A more interesting question is: ‘ Techocracy v Democracy?’

The latter – if functionally operative – should give rise to varied strengths/talents that are not measurable by IQ tests. Creativity, empathy, intuition, imagination, singularity, wisdom are not subject to narrow metrics, yet these are essential features of a ‘utopian’ society.

STEM bias will not develop the arts/literature, the other side of any civilization considered ‘meritorious.’

STEM bias, if allowed to progress to a singular conclusion, would produce a population of technicians, but no artists. In a way, that’s exactly what’s happened in Hollywood: as technical proficiency has increased, content has become progressively debased. The ultimate expression is technically-impressive torture-porn.

Literacy – which should include fluency in at least one other language – gives rise to creative doubt and uncertainty. It needs to be promoted just as vigorously as numeracy.

Otherwise, society becomes dominated by a race of ‘what’ rather than ‘why’ people. This leads to the death of Critical Analysis and Moral Restraint. The ultimate success of such is The Clone, the one God permissible Narcissus. At that point, Society is entirely replaced by Technocracy. We are in fact, not far from this Brave New World.

I watched a Hitchcock movie played entirely in one scene about some guys trying to cover up a murder they committed. Jimmy Stewart was questioning them about this mutual acquaintance. Like most billionaires, they are obsessed with founding dynasties. Gay marriage got the top-down funding/greenlight because it is now possible to use a female underclass for IVF: with egg-extraction/surrogacy technically feasible – if expensive and messy – now rich guys can dispense with pesky wives and their legal entitlements.

Still, can’t make it to obviously exploitative. That’s where gay ‘marriage’ comes in – wrapped in a cuddly bundles of ‘human rights.’ Historically, human rights were ‘truth to power’. Co-opting the struggle for black emancipation from socio-economic marginalization, rich white guys – really, or apparently gay (not a choice for sex/race-based discrimination) – get to posture as victims. Thus ‘ equality’ legislation is gayjacked to copperfasten wealth/class- based advantage.

The ban on foreign nationals using Russian women as breeders is in no small part responsible for the virulent Putinphobia launched on behalf of gay ‘rights ‘ activists through British media. There was no mention of the notorious gay Dad case which saw a young boy obtained for 8000 dollars through a Russian surrogate used by his purchasers in a child-porn ring. The case is notorious in Russia.

As surrogacy is banned in most countries, bar the most unequal ( India ) or corrupt (Ukraine) , the ‘soft power’ of human rights becomes the vehicle of advantage-control instead. Austerity measures increases the impoverishment /contraction of the middle,-class, so seeding conditions for rent-a-womb economics in hitherto ‘barren’ countries.

  • @rustbeltreader
This is a story about how your humble narrator attempted to act honorably. It is also the story of what happened as a result. Unfortunately, this letter won't be able to address all of the points I'd like to make. With all of the dishonest elisions, bombastic flourishes, and pompous posturing, I can't possibly tackle all of Iran's testy roorbacks in a single go. To put it another way, we'll be covering 190-proof Iran here. You don't drink it; you sip it. Let's begin our investigation with the observation that Iran is a savage widdiful. I'm being super-extra nice when I say that. If I weren't so polite I instead would have stated that one of the bewildering paradoxes of our time is the extent to which Iran is willing to squeeze every last drop of blood from our overworked, overtaxed bodies, especially given that it itself would be affected by such actions.

Iran is a bear of very little brain, and long words bother it. There are different ways of reconciling oneself to this unpleasant, yet undoubtedly crabby, fact. Some people see nothing at all, or rather, want to see nothing. Others are perfectly well aware of the antisocial consequences which this plague must and will some day induce, but only shrug their shoulders, convinced that nothing can be done, so the only thing to do is to leave things alone. It wasn't so long ago that people like you and me were free to create bridges between marginalized people and then extensions outward to broader constituencies. Recently, that's become a lot harder to do. What happened that changed things so much? To put it briefly, Iran happened. By using threats of fiscal harm to coerce caustic sciolists into engulfing the world in a dense miasma of favoritism, Iran has managed to bowdlerize all unfavorable descriptions of its polemics.

You should never forget the three most important facets of Iran's ravings, namely their jackbooted origins, their internal contradictions, and their tendentious nature. As I mentioned before, a critical reevaluation of some of Iran's escapades would unmistakably be beneficial. But let me add that it keeps stating over and over again that might makes right. This drumbeat refrain is clearly not consistent with the facts on the ground—facts such as that if I had to choose between chopping onions and helping Iran trick our children into adopting unconventional, disapproved-of opinions and ways of life, I'd be in the kitchen in an instant. Although both alternatives make me cry, the deciding factor for me is that Iran avows that the kids on the playground are happy to surrender to the school bully. This is complete—or at least, incomplete—baloney. For instance, Iran fails to mention that many of the people I've talked to have said that Iran and its sycophants should all be put up against a wall and given traitors' justice. Without commenting on that specifically I'd merely like to point out that the law is not just a moral stance. It is the consensus of society on our minimum standards of behavior.

I believe I have found my calling. My calling is to treat the disease, not the symptoms. And just let it try and stop me. To be totally candid, Iran likes thinking thoughts that aren't burdensome and that feel good. That's why I love hearing the claims of a furacious ruffian who doesn't realize that it's a furacious ruffian. As a case in point, consider Iran's claim that the poor, innocent, kitten-loving members of its terrorist organization are persecuted by people like you and me. Such claims always make me laugh because, as we all know, Iran intends to put its sleazy, aggressive phalanx of mean-spirited weirdos in charge of strapping us down with a network of rules and regulations. We should not stand for that, with that, or by that. Rather, we should make it clear that Iran keeps talking about the importance of its cause. As far as I can tell, its “cause” is to irritate an incredible number of people. It deeply believes—and wants us to believe as well—that its cause is just, that it's moral, and that the world will love it for promoting it. In reality, by dissolving the bonds that join individuals to their natural communities, Iran is telegraphing its intentions to rouse the agitated petite bourgeoisie to chauvinistic fervor and hoodwink them into opening new avenues for the expression of hate.

Iran predicted long ago that it'd go straight to Heaven after it dies. I see a different, warmer eternity for it, especially when you consider that it wants to control every aspect of our lives. Iran wants us to rise, fall asleep, work, and live at the beat of a drum. Then, once we're molded into a uniform mass, we'll be incapable of seeing that Iran has been hastening society's quiescence to moral pluralism and epistemological uncertainty.

Declaring independence from Israel will require de-coupling the hyphenated god:
    Judeo - Christianity was a post-WWII construct.

It has not served Christianity well.

Israel is doing pretty well by hyphenating itself to Christianity, as commenter arlobigdog in the link below observed:

I'm not giving God a pass but we're still here. In fact, we have gotten our act together and built a state that is the envy of the world.

Several ostensibly Christian writers on "prophecy" -- Mike Evans and Joel Rosenberg come to mind-- have garnered large Christian audiences who buy their books, attend their sports-venue events, donate funds to build settlements in Israel, and travel with sponsored groups to Israel.

Daniel Silva converted to Judaism when he married reporter Jamie Gangel (of 9/11 fame). Silva now enjoys a fiction franchise centered on Mossad hit-man slash restorer of Italian masters. Silva's plots are loaded with tales of bringing the children of German collaborators to repent of their -- what, repent that they were born? A recent Silva product had the pope apologizing to the Jewish community in Rome. Don't hold your breathe waiting for Silva to script an apology for the Allied destruction of Monte Cassino,or of innumerable cathedrals in Germany as well as France.

That hyphen has functioned as hypodermic needle to inject themes from Hebrew scripture that are of primary importance to Jewish people and liturgy into mainstream Christian thinking.

Some of those themes have been secularized and (perhaps) distorted to the extent that they are relied upon and enacted to normalize genocide, assassination, and dispossession. AIPAC schedules its bash in Washington DC to coincide with Purim, and several times Netanyahu has used the occasion to state that "the Persians tried to kill Jews then and they want to kill Jews now."
Neither Netanyahu nor any participant in the AIPAC hate-fests has mentioned that in the Esther story, no Jews were killed but 75,000 Persians, plus the Persian king's foreign minister, plus his ten sons, were slaughtered by Jews.

The Exodus story has roughly the same equation: no Jews were killed (by Egyptians) but the first born of the Egyptian people were hunted down and killed, as were Egyptian leaders.

These events, Purim and Passover, are major celebrations in the zionist calendar. They celebrate killing.

    WWJD?
Are these the values that Christians share with Jews, or that Americans share with Israel?
If these values have, indeed, become part of the Christian and American value set, are they based in the teachings of Jesus or of George Washington?

Or has that hyphen served as a conduit to the strategy of the former head of the Israeli Defense Forces’ (IDF) Legal Department and his colleague who participate in "the concerted effort to rewrite international law to permit actions that it traditionally prohibited, in effect enshrining the principle that might makes right."

Hebrew scripture themes that celebrate, or at least normalize, killing on a mass scale appear to be part of the every-day thinking of rank-and-file participants on Jewish blogs. Check out this recent Israeli newspapers comments section, for example:

    Sure Thing --

The Wolfowitz doctrine is based on a Moses doctrine, as Michael Ledeen, counselor to the neocons, explained here:

[Machiavelli] reminds you of all these basic things that we’ve forgotten, like Moses killing all those Jews at Mt Sinai.

And almost universally people would say, What are you talking about? Because this is [what] . . . most people have forgotten, having seen the movie instead of reading the book.* [laughter]

This is an extremely important laugh line: Most Americans know with certainty that Charlton Heston parted the Red Sea, Paul Newman claimed Israel as his homeland; they can hum along with Pat Boone: "this land is mine." They know that the holocaust happened because Steven Spielberg made movies about it. My own holocaust awakening occurred after I purchased a DVD titled Imaginary Witness: Hollywood and the Holocaust. One detail nagged: a snip of movie produced in 1939 was shown. The segment showed young Jews at home with family, discussing events in Germany. "They're gassing us," one young man says."

    Were Jews gassed in 1939?

Not according to Jewish Virtual Library:

The systematic murdering of humans through gas during the Nazi rule was introduced for the first time from January 1940 on in the area of the "Euthanasia," the extermination of the "lives not worthy to live" of the handicapped, mental patients and the terminally ill, and from fall 1941 on was continued to a much larger extent by the pogroms of the operation groups of the security police and the SD in the seized eastern areas with the help of mobile gas vans.
Beginning December of 1941 one proceeded in the camp Kulmhof (Polish Chelmno) to use stationary gas vans for the killing of Jews, and from the beginning of 1942 in different camps fixed gas chambers were built, or already existing buildings were restructured for this purpose.

As the DVD title says, Hollywood produces imaginary witnesses, not reality. In the case of the 1939 movie, the "imaginary witness" witnessed the gassing of Jews two or three years before it is alleged to have actually occurred!
The imaginary witness phenomenon, aka fictionalization, applies to holocaustism as well as to major stories from the Old Testament.

    Back to Ledeen:

This is the scene, the golden calf — Most people [*who have seen the movie but not read the book] think this is what happens: Moses comes down from Sinai, he’s got the tablets, this idolatry is going on, he throws a snit, smashes the tablet, they calm him down and after some period of time when he calms down he goes up and gets a new set of tablets and then they move on.

    Which is not what happens.

What happens is he throws the snit, smashes the tablets and then says Kill them all. And the Levites , and I pay attention to this being one, and y’know I’m proud of this particular passage, the Levites come and kill them all! All those people who were worshiping the golden calf. Except Aaron who somehow escaped . . .

So-- and this scene of Moses killing Jews recurs several times in the Old Testament and . . . Anybody looking carefully at Moses has to admit that in order to create a new state and a new religion had to kill countless people.” And he insists on this, that in order to create anything truly meaningful destruction is required because people are not inclined to go for that.

Try to wrap your head around that concept: you have to kill people -- an entire generation of people, as in, an entire generation of Iraqis, or Palestinians, or Germans (as Ledeen explain further on) in order to "liberate" them and to establish "self-rule"; you have to kill them because "people are not inclined to go for that."

Back to Ledeen, willing Levitic servant to a psychopathic god:

I mean, Consider the Exodus, that’s topnotch leadership, Moses and god, hard to imagine better leadership than that, plus proven results every step of the way: plagues, parting of the red sea, lights at night across the desert, manna from the skies when you’re hungry. Everything possible.
And what’s the reaction from the Jews? Always, at the first opportunity they’re ready to go back to Egypt. That happens repeatedly.
when they get, finally, to the boundaries of the promised land — and I like to remind people of this because it’s the model of today: Everybody is very annoyed today that these formerly Communist countries, are taking so— they don’t seem to get it, about capitalism and democracy. why can’t they understand freedom? well that’s what exodus is all about . . .

What happens - they get to the boundaries of the promised land, they organize an espionage operation, Joshua and Caleb and 38 other people go in and snoop around and come back and report good news and bad news: The good news: it’s even better than god said, milk and honey all around, …fabulous, a dream …. Bad news, these people are bigger than we are, superbly well defended and there is no way that we’re going to beat these people.

And they riot and there’s the usual insurrection against Moses and they demand proper leadership people who will take them back to egypt — back to egypt at this point god says to Moses, Well, I can’t take this anymore, I’m going to kill them all. I’ll take you and joshua and couple of the other guys who seem to be all right and we’ll start all over again. because with these people it’s hopeless, y’know they’re worse than the Serbs. [laughter]
And Moses talks god out of it as usual and god says Ok, BUT, but not one of these people is going to set foot in the promised land . We’re going to wait for them all to die

In other words, according to Michael Ledeen, and the Scriptural teaching and example of Moses in the book of Exodus, JEWS KILLED JEWS, or arranged for their death. And that was the appropriate thing to do and should be done again.

    --

    Don't look at me.

    I didn't write the book.
    I didn't deliver the talk.
I didn't express pride in my Levite heritage and the act of slaughtering thousands.

That person who did that was Michael Ledeen.

I am an anonymous keyboard warrior.
    An antisemite.
    A holocaustism rejecter.
    Nobody hears what I say.

But Michael Ledeen has been given hours and hours on C Span and elsewhere to convince the American people that killing masses of people is for their own good and that Iranians should be killed -- they are in need of creative Destruction.

Making ‘anti-semitism’ an exclusively Jewish problem complete nonsense.

One could much more plausibly argue that the invasion of Palestine post WW11 and the subsequent incursions – still ongoing, coupled with the colonising of the land by people of overwhelmingly EUROPEAN descent was the greatest act of historical anti-semitism ever.

It’s as if the Scots invaded Ireland – both descended from ancient Celts – then accused them and anyone else who objected to the invasion of ‘anti-celticism.’

For the record, I support the two-nation state solution, as history cannot be undone.

But Zionism is a persistent and deadly cult – just ask the people of Donbass. Zionists operate as if the history of OTHER people doesn’t matter.

Your persistent conflations of anti-Zionism with anti-semitism is a standard Zionist troll tactic: one can never reason with such.

I post merely to point out that such tactics are better employed at the British Guardian – you’ll find a warm welcome there.

Ok, you do have a point that I simplified the XV century history. But then you broaden the subject to Bomber Harris and finally the Holocaust. My point was simply that you cannot live with them and you cannot live without them. There are no more creative people, but also there are no more selfish people in this world who invented nepotism. Throughout long history, they have been hated by almost everyone they lived near or with, not only in Spain, then almost every country of Europe dreamed of, expelled and even mass-killed the Jews. The US has joined the club quite recently. Yet, the Jews created more than any other religious group. Some Jews wrapped themselves around money and one would have to get rid of the money if one wanted to get rid of the Jews (I know that Mr Giraldi would say that he only wants to get rid of AIPAC and its overwhelming influence, not all Jews). Some Jews accumulated huge wealth and are using it to make things always go their way, especially in the US but also globally. Being hyper-organized, the Jewish madmen and madwomen create hyper-powerful groups such as the neocons with their influence tools such as the AIPAC. It is impossible to get rid of AIPAC, Mr Giraldi, many have tried throughout history, even the Popes themselves. They tried getting rid of the Jewish political and financial influence, but ended up trying to get rid of the Jews.

There is now a threat of a nuclear war and total annihilation thanks to the nuclear weapons which some Jews invented and other Jews may soon apply to end humanity. I would suggest that avoiding the end of life on Earth is a little more important than getting rid of AIPAC.

  • Here is a neat precis of AIPAC’s motives re Iran:

Agree. The end game is to seize Iran’s Pars gas field, which is one half of the same field in Qatar and combined is the largest gas field in the world, objective being to supplant Russia as Europe’s principal suppliers, undermine Russia’s economy, and with US puppets like Qatar as suppliers, the final act in Europe’s complete colonisation via TTIP becomes a cake walk. The Euros have been reluctant to sign on to TTIP considering that a massive alternative and far more lucrative Eurasian economic deal consisting of a French-German-Russia-China trade block is already on the table, and a block that will effectively reduce the US to a regional trade power. This is the reason for US desperation and dangerous recklessness in both the ME (to clear a route for the Pars field pipeline to Europe), and in Ukraine, to cleave a wedge between Russia and Europe and prevent any trade pacts by making the two become enemies.

Promises to investors have to be followed with political manoeuvres in the not-so-dark..

Dear Mohamed, Spain discovered the American continent by financing a Genoan (Italian) explorer Christopher Columbus. But, the same year 1492 when the Americas were discovered by the Europeans, something else very important happened. In 1492, the Spanish king and queen who financed Columbus' exploration, Ferdinand and Isabella, issued an edict of expulsion of all 200,000 Jews from Spain. The royals also confiscated all Jewish gold and properties they could lay their hands on. Thus, one could say that the Jews of Spain, the Sephardis, indirectly paid for the discovery of the Americas and today's US. But, after the expulsion of the Jews, most of the financial knowledge in Spain was gone. The Spanish financial "industry" of the time collapsed. This was not felt much during Ferdinand and Isabella's lives, because there was much loot, but later the Spanish empire declined financially until it lost everything out to the newcomer British empire and its US.

I am not Jewish, I am strongly anti-neocon and anti-zionist, but you need to understand my point that getting rid of AIPAC is a crack cocaine dream. Smoking it is a personal choice.

As I wrote many times before, Israel is like the only person you need to read to understand Russia. As usual, I do not agree with him 100% on his statements here, but this is only a difference in shade, not in principle.

Where I disagree is that I do think that Nemtsov may have been killed by the Chechens/Ingus. They are not the "usual suspects" as both the Western MSM and Israel claim, they are the usual (cheapest) contract killers in Russia. It is a totally different thing who paid. As I stated on many occasions before, Putin would be one of the last suspects on the list. But I loved this paragraph about Putin:
"...he is a non-confrontational bloke whose great ambition is to live in peace and harmony with the West while defending Russia’s vital interests, and supporting the interests of Russia’s wealthiest and worthies...". In this sentence, Israel delivers two biggest weaknesses of Putin, according to the perceptions of Russians themselves:
    1) Putin suffers from the Gorbachev Syndrome Light (wanting to be respected by the West), and this is, for example, why the US necons managed to cook him a revolution in Ukraine under his nose whilst he was focused on Sochi Olympic Games, and
    2) He is widely seen in Russia as a protector of the rich oligarchs.

This just shows how dumb the Western attacks on Putin are - it just makes you wonder how CIA idiots can be getting the good government salaries and pensions when they cannot even develop a good anti-Putin strategy. Unless, of course as many Russians think, they do not want to succeed - because Putin is a Western puppet who plays a given role, and Putin Bashing (TM) is Putin's very effective cover for being a Western agent. Highly unlikely but an interesting conspiracy theory (of Russian Communists)!

    re: "What is “Holocaust propaganda”

from Columbia Univ. pres. Lee Bollinger's introduction of Ahmadinejad, Sept. 2007:

    THE DENIAL OF THE HOLOCAUST
In a December 2005 state television broadcast, you described the Holocaust as a “fabricated” “legend.” One year later, you held a two-day conference of Holocaust deniers.

For the illiterate and ignorant, this is dangerous propaganda. When you come to a place like this, this makes you, quite simply, ridiculous. You are either brazenly provocative or astonishingly uneducated.

You should know that Columbia is a world center of Jewish studies and now, in partnership with the YIVO Institute, of Holocaust studies. Since the 1930s, we’ve provided an intellectual home for countless Holocaust refugees and survivors and their children and grandchildren. The truth is that the Holocaust is the most documented event in human history. Because of this, and for many other reasons, your absurd comments about the “debate” over the Holocaust both defy historical truth and make all of us who continue to fear humanity’s capacity for evil shudder at this closure of memory, which is always virtue’s first line of defense.

    Will you cease this outrage?

about "all those documents" -- How many of them represent the other side of the story?

For many years William Shirer's "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" was the major source for knowledge about WWII. Its introductory paragraphs explain that, unique in all history, an enormous cache of official documents of the NSDAP was captured by the Allies/Americans and stored in a warehouse in northern Virginia. The American Historical Society photocopied the documents before returning them to Germany. Did they return everything? Did they copy everything?

Much of the "documentation" Bollinger refers to is ludicrously false. In a book published in 2014, author Peter Moreira narrates that in 1942 Rabbi Stephen Wise told Treasury secretary Henry Morgenthau, Jr. that "Nazis were making lampshades and soap out of Jewish flesh."

Further, how many books have been published from the German, or Russian, or Japanese side of the story?

Those few authors who have had the temerity to investigate German sources, such as David Irving,
have been harassed, denounced, fined, imprisoned, attacked and been the subject of systematic and relentless attempts to silence them.

re: "is it the kind [of holocaust propaganda] promoted by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?"

    One could only hope.

Here is Ahmadinejad's statement at the 2005 World Without Zionism conference in Tehran:

    "

They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above God, religions and the prophets. The West has given more significance to the myth of the genocide of . . . the Jews, even more significant than God, religion, and the prophets, (it) deals very severely with those who deny this myth but does not do anything to those who deny God, religion, and the prophet. If you have burned the Jews, why don't you give a piece of Europe, the United States, Canada or Alaska to Israel? Our question is, if you have committed this huge crime, why should the innocent nation of Palestine pay for this crime?

And here is how Ahmadinejad responded to Bollinger's uncivil taunt:

Right now, as president of Iran, I still continue teaching graduate and Ph.D.-level courses on a weekly basis. My students are working with me in scientific fields. I believe that I am an academic, myself. So I speak with you from an academic point of view, and I raised two questions.

But, instead of a response, I got a wave of insults and allegations against me. And regretfully, they came mostly from groups who claimed most to believe in the freedom of speech and the freedom of information. You know quite well that Palestine is an old wound, as old as 60 years. For 60 years, these people are displaced.

For 60 years, these people are being killed. For 60 years, on a daily basis, there's conflict and terror. For 60 years, innocent women and children are destroyed and killed by helicopters and airplanes that break the house over their heads. For 60 years, children and kindergartens, in schools, in high schools, are in prison being tortured. For 60 years, security in the Middle East has been endangered. For 60 years, the slogan of expansionism from the Nile to the Euphrates is being chanted by certain groups in that part of the world. [listen to Miko Peled' describe the status of Palestinians, at the event where Phil Giraldi gave the speech recounted in this article --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYXOsBMktWI&feature=youtu.be ]

And as an academic, I asked two questions; the same two questions that I will ask here again. And you judge, for yourselves, whether the response to these questions should be the insults, the allegations, and all the words and the negative propaganda or should we really try and face these two questions and respond to them?

Like you, like any academic, I, too, will keep -- not yet become silent until I get the answer. So I'm awaiting logical answers instead of insults.

My first question was if -- given that the Holocaust is a present reality of our time, a history that occurred, why is there not sufficient research that can approach the topic from different perspectives?

Our friend referred to 1930 as the point of departure for this development. However, I believe the Holocaust from what we've read happened during World War II, after 1930, in the 1940s. So, you know, we have to really be able to trace the event.

My question was simple: There are researchers who want to approach the topic from a different perspective. Why are they put into prison? Right now, there are a number of European academics who have been sent to prison because they attempted to write about the Holocaust or research it from a different perspective, questioning certain aspects of it.

My question is: Why isn't it open to all forms of research?

I have been told that there's been enough research on the topic. And I ask, well, when it comes to topics such as freedom, topics such as democracy, concepts and norms such as God, religion, physics even, or chemistry, there's been a lot of research, but we still continue more research on those topics. We encourage it.

But, then, why don't we encourage more research on a historical event that has become the root, the cause of many heavy catastrophes in the region in this time and age?

Why shouldn't there be more research about the root causes? That was my first question.

And my second question, well, given this historical event, if it is a reality, we need to still question whether the Palestinian people should be paying for it or not. After all, it happened in Europe. The Palestinian people had no role to play in it. So why is it that the Palestinian people are paying the price of an event they had nothing to do with?

The Palestinian people didn't commit any crime. They had no role to play in World War II. They were living with the Jewish communities and the Christian communities in peace at the time. They didn't have any problems.

And today, too, Jews, Christians and Muslims live in brotherhood all over the world in many parts of the world. They don't have any serious problems.

But why is it that the Palestinians should pay a price, innocent Palestinians, for 5 million people to remain displaced or refugees abroad for 60 years. Is this not a crime? Is asking about these crimes a crime by itself?

Why should an academic myself face insults when asking questions like this? Is this what you call freedom and upholding the freedom of thought?

I will ignore the qualification of "delusional narrative", but I did accept before that there is no hard proof regarding Wilson in either direction, that it was or was not self defense. Of course, if Wilson is lying (and I strongly suspect he is lying like most crooked police do), he would lie that it was self-defense. But, obviously, the white-race defenders here on unz do not need any proof.

As I stated, the crooked court decision is the last thing I would accept as closure (Holder has been protecting all the biggest corporate crooks in the US). I realize that I became a lightning rod for the US race relations. Yet, I do believe that I can have a fairly neutral stance since I do not live in the US (I did spend enough time in the US to understand it a bit), I am of white race and I am definitely not a bleeding heart lefty liberal with a built-in protect-minority reflex.

It is sad that I got attacked here not because I claimed that the US people have a problem with the US regime, then because other commentators here believe that I am defending black against white.
