No. It's true there was always tension between Trump and his supporters being regime dissidents while at the same time Trump symbolically holding regime power. But the media would not have spun a Trump victory as vaccine related. Anti-vaxxers certainly would have not done so either. Many older, heavier, or unhealthier Trumpsters were always going to take the vaccine in any case. The increase in "hesitancy" would have been on the Team Blue with no let up on the level of hesitancy on the Trump Train.

Had Trump won he would have pushed hard on the vaccines. Goodwhites would have been confused as to whether getting the vaccine implied support for fascism. Blacks would have been convinced the vaccines were a racist plot, even more so than they do today. The T cells created would be imagined as in the Trump font, floating throughout black bodies. The Media/ Team Blue would have had to bring state level politicians out and highlighted any Trumpster resistance to the vaccines. The message would have been to take the vaccine to spite a Trumpster. These are all obviously weak narratives.

Capitalism has a funny way of winning each and every election. Big Pharma needs Team Blue in power to not only push the first round of vaccines, but more importantly to front the coming rounds of booster shots. Profits blossom by making disease chronic, not in cures. Canada recently purchased from Pfizer 30 million booster shots for 2022 and 2023 and 60 million for 2024. I'm sure Biden will soon be signing similar deals. It is important to get as many people as possible on the vaccine train before it becomes obvious that these vaccines wane in efficacy within four months. Once on the vaccines though, you can never get off. There are trillions of dollars to be had by Big Pharma putting American's immune systems on the cloud and charging them a semi annual booster fee for protection against Covid.

No. Every part of that is wrong. Trump wouldn't have won on vaccine success, he would have won if the election had been legitimate and on his overall policy record. Had he won he would be a non-factor or worse in convincing people to get the shot.
THE ISSUE IS STILL AND ALWAYS THE LYING.
Lying about immigration, lying about the election, lying about hydroxychloroquine plus zinc, and then getting caught about it. Insofar as Trump was even politically visible it was thanks to his calling liars out on their lying.
