If you were a nationalist, as i'm, you would have part of your attention focused on the relations between nations. You would have found that it is obvious that the US is acting more and more agressively with the European Union.

The story is like that:
1) after WW2, every west european sate was a vassal state to the US. That was ok for the european elites, for they needed protection from the Big Bloody Communist Monster.
2) Us pushed at first for the birth of european Union (Jean monnet + CIA, google). They thought it would be more easy for their imperium
3) But after the USSR fall, Europe (german empire) became an economic giant (first before USA),
4) then, since lehman brothers, everybody knows the US$ is fake money. The only reason it is still alive, is that Us will destroy anyone pushing for an alternative money (Dominique Strauss Kahn affair in NYC, khadaffi)
5) Wether $ will be replaced by €, or by SDR, € is needed. If € is destroyed, no alternative of $ is possible, and the $ will survive many, many years, until China can impose the yuan.
6) the US empire cannot survive without going to war with China. It cannot win without help of Europe. Or pushing Europe at war with China, doing all the work until the US came near the end, looting the bounty of the winner (ww2 remake).
7) Of course Europe does not want this play. Did you know that one week before the start of Yellow Vest, Macron publically called Europeans to have a unified military, independent from NATO?
8) European union is a strong enough power to resist US will. Individual european countries are not.

It’s a shame that Donald "Do Nothing" Trump’s Justice Department is asleep at the switch (i.e., “Voted for Trump; got Jeb”). A prosecution of Michael Signer for illegal suppression of free speech is, in principle, in the jurisdiction of the U.S. Justice Department, if it were actually in populist-nationalist hands.

Protip: in-jurisdiction defenders are ipso facto conflicted because they have to practice law for long after you've won or lost your case. That means socializing and cutting deals with the people trying to lock you up. If you want to win your case, bring in someone from out of jurisdiction, who won't give a flying fuck if the prosecution or the judge hate his guts when the trial's over. I assume you are referring to the Hart-Cellar Act. Senator Philip Hart was not Jewish. Congressman Cellar was Jewish. The bill was passed by an overwhelmingly Christian House and Senate and signed into law by a Christian president. The reality is that the Republican party of recent years has offended many white voters as well as non-whites and California has become a largely one party state. As the old saying goes, "As California goes, so goes the nation", eventually anyway.

When he rams into the crowd his car is intact. Only after the horrific collision is his car beaten with bats by guys that obviously were right there - in the very crowd he ran into. Honestly can you blame them?

Around the 55 sec mark in this video one can see empty street behind him as far as can be seen. This is where he was coming from. Where is the army of thugs scaring the poor bastard to try to "escape" through the crowd at 20-30 mph. The only reason he didn't injure or kill many more people is because he hit the cars inside the crowd.

I have no idea what was happening inside his head - if anything moments before he hit the crowd - but this looks really bad for him. Insanity at best.

Public defenders (not the sharpest tacks in the legal box) are usually known for their excessive plea bargaining in order to avoid the extra work that goes along with actual jury trials. This results in many or most public defender having comparatively little or no experience with a trial before an actual jury. Judges go along with this perversion of justice simply because they are usually as lazy as the public defenders and only want to clear out their court docket as quickly as possible. Fields' public defender already hates him simply because of all the extra work this case is causing him.

David Boies, the lead attorney in the case against Jason Kessler, is probably one the most expensive
lawyers on the east coast and will even take up a case if it doesn't pay him his $2000+ hourly fee (like he is rumored to have gotten for successfully arguing the case for gay marriage before the US supreme court). I am willing to bet that Boies is probably also advising the prosecution in the case against Fields.

To my knowledge, none the supposed leadership of the alt-right ever mentioned setting up a defense fund for Fields ( despite a lot of their loud grandstanding ) to pay for ANY private attorney, even a cheap one just out of law school. Any relatively impartial attorney that wasn't also a government employee.

And you touch upon the most egregious factor here: the system as currently constructed is a virtual torture chamber for these unprepared students when they arrive at highly competitive colleges.
