Jaywalking Laws Disproportionally affect Blacks
Anyone who has lived in the city or has to go to the city knows why this is the case.
You drive downtown and one of these creatures will walk directly out in front of you and then get on their phones/walk as slowly as possible just to be dirtbags. It is a nightmare and Im sure police have to deal with the Brown Parades everyday.

The problem is that people that actually dont live next to these people think that there is a bunch of Einstein’s being held back by White people and their laws when in truth these people are not willing to put in the work to support themselves unless its the easiest path to wealth. If they cant become rappers and or athletes they turn to crime instead of getting a job, raising a family and enjoying life to the best of their ability. I went to a Walmart in a bad part of Allentown Pa and I could not believe what I was seeing.
There were kids running around screaming and throwing things right in front of the store when you walk in. People had rap music playing on their phones loud enough for everyone to hear.
It was dirty as hell. The workers were worthless, talking while people were waiting in line. The bathrooms; Jesus Christ it was disgusting.

I see why these places pull out on these diverse communities.
