The Russian people is not impeccable. But under the ashes of tragic mistakes, retreats and innumerable sufferings the flame of faith and repentance is still glimmering, and God protects it. Black actors “whitening up” has been going on at the English National Theatre for some time now:

If you watch any of the NTLive broadcasts that the National Theatre puts out, you’ll see that they are obsessed with casting as many blacks as they can (not so many “asians”, though). It’s hard to find a NT production that’s free of blacks, even if it’s a Shakespeare history or some other play where blacks are clearly historically inappropriate. I remember watching the NTLive broadcast of one of the Henry IV plays – part II, I think – and the affirmative action was really glaring. One of Hal’s brothers was cast as black, and every time he’d open his mouth one was struck by the decline in the quality of the verse declamation relative to the previous speaker.

The obsession with casting blacks may have something to do with both political pressure and “activism”, a.k.a. whining:

My kids have a “TV” accent. They don’t have the regional dialect here and none of the other kids do either. It’s bizarre.

So when blacks are stopped in the process of committing various unlawful acts, items that they are wearing become magical totems that illustrate the hateful racism of the white man, and provide the impetus for (yet another one-sided) discussion about race. Interesting.

In other words, they will be collected and used to create a kind of 21st-century medicine show whose ultimate purpose is to obtain more gibs-me-dat from YT.
