In Massachusetts, from 2015-2022, daily deaths average ~170/day.

What is one to make of an entire state government apparatus licking boots of “the wealthiest and most powerful university in the world”?

Either Kennedy believes in the US Constitution or he does not. [Table 1 reports anti-SARS-CoV-2 RBD antibody detection according to the time of sample collection in Italy. In the first 2 months, September–October 2019, 23/162 (14.2%) patients in September and 27/166 (16.3%) in October displayed IgG or IgM antibodies, or both. The first positive sample (IgM-positive) was recorded on September 3 in the Veneto region, followed by a case in Emilia Romagna (September 4), a case in Liguria (September 5), two cases in Lombardy (Milano Province; September 9), and one in Lazio (Roma; September 11). By the end of September, 13 of the 23 (56.5%) positive samples were recorded in Lombardy, three in Veneto, two in Piedmont, and one each in Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Lazio, Campania, and Friuli. Given the temporal delay between infection and antibody synthesis, these results indicate that the virus circulated in Italy well before the detection of the declared index patient in February 2020. In addition, most of the first antibody-positive individuals lived in regions where the pandemic started.”

“To our knowledge, there are no published data on antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 in the prepandemic period in any countries in the world. Our study was carried out in a sample of asymptomatic individuals originating from all Italian regions.,” they said.

Since there is now apparent strong, new, medical evidence: that blood samples showing SARS-CoV-2 — from at least far back as September 2019 in France and Italy — means the Unz theory has to be called into question; and at least revamped in a manifold direction.

The USMC Major Joseph Murphy thesis has been: an Eco-Health/Peter Dsazack $14M NIAID/Fauci granted project resulted in a live, unattenuated, Bat Vaccine — that escaped in August 2019; and its spike protein resulted in most of the harm–as this bat vaccine, so-called SARSd-CoV-WIV.

This live, unattenuated bat vaccines Ecohealth/Daszack had aerosolized; and the plans according to documents in possession of Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, included testing these aerozolized bat vaccines at bat caves in Wisconsin, California and China.

Ron’s research and doggedness is commendable.

The lack of any specific information — on how this was actually, physically, transmitted, etc. –, since OldMicroBiologist put the idea in his head, circa spring 2020, is among the theory’s greatest weakness at this time. I would like to see some meet on that bone, after 22 months of theorizing it was Pompeo and Bolton, and they didn’t tell Trump, and it was a bio weapon. His concern, in Aug. 2021 letter: that with Biden and SecDef Austin wanting to mandate vaccinating the troops — he wanted military inspector general to know the shots — the spike protein: injures and maims and kills the elderly; and that the spike protein in the covid vax — via spike protein — would do great damage to the health of the men and women in the armed services, and wanted the vax mandated to be halted; it went ahead.

I do not have adequate information to know one way or another if Murphy is more or less on point, and ditto Unz.

They both add much needed information to this . . . this volcano of accountability that may erupt sooner or later.

Murphy states: The purpose of the EcoHealth program. . . was to inoculate bats in the Yunnan, China caves. . . .The intent was to perform this task against humanized mice and then ‘batified’ mice. Instead, it was done with the world’s population. SARSr-CoV-WIV [sars cov-2]; vax is not meant to kill the bats, but to immunize them. This nature may explain its general harmlessness to most people, and its harmfulness to the old and comorbid, who are in general more susceptible to vaccine reactions.

He claims the live bat vaccine “escaped” August 2019; and that this Dazak program was not “shut down” until April 2020. He said it was known that Ivermetin and the cholorquines were known cures. In fact, this has been known for years, related to SARS and COVs.

Another point of great interest that has also not gotten needed explication is this anomaly, as it were:
Prior to spring 2020, by and large, SARS CoV-2 — or what Murphy calls SARSr-CoV-WIV — Influenza Like Virus, ILI, was how the symptoms were being described.

ILI data is collected by the CDC; this data includes the ILI out-patient visits and total out-patient visits as well.

Comparing total outpatient visits:
40 weeks, March to Dec 2021 = 73.4 million
with
40 weeks, March to Dec 2018 = 39.6 million

Difference = 33.8 million.

In addition, this historical CDC data indicates:
1] all visits plummeted March 2020 when pandemic declared — right when, supposedly, care would be most needed — this data I think is quite interesting, for many reasons on this fact.

2] we may be in the longest “influenza season” in history, since July 2021 — since, from July 2021: ILI out-patient visits were in excess of most other years, during traditional flu season that is November through March, more or less.

3] by March 20, 2021, 80million in USA had been vaxxed; and doctor visits increased to all time high, of more then 2 million per week by year’s end.

According to an exchange during congressional hearing, March 11, 2020 —between Robert Ray Redfield Jr. a virologist and then-Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Rep. US District Court Judge Allison D. Burroughs’ decision said that although Harvard’s policy is not perfect, they have done the right thing by refining their policy on an ongoing basis, for the stated goal of creating a diverse student body.

“Amherst [College] welcomes and applauds the decision in the Harvard University admissions lawsuit, which affirms the importance and constitutionality of race-conscious admissions as part of a holistic review of applicants to our colleges and universities,” Martin said in a statement posted on the school’s website.

On Amherst’s Facebook page, she added: “Our society depends for its well being on the identification and development of talent wherever it exists. It exists in every community and group.”

Burroughs’ 130 page opinion is mostly a review of the myriad evidence presented, including statistical data analyses.

Her three-page conclusion refers to the late Toni Morrisson.

“The wise and esteemed author Toni Morrison observed, ‘Race is the least reliable information you can have about someone. It’s real information, but it tells you next to nothing,’” Burroughs’ decision states.

Morrison was the Robert F. Goheen Chair in the Humanities at Princeton University until her retirement in 2006 — along with being a novelist whose works included “Tar Baby,” “God Help the Child,” and “The Bluest Eye,” she was an essayist and editor.

The lawsuit, filed in 2014 by Students for Fair Admission, Inc., alleged in their complaint that: “Today it is used to hide intentional discrimination against Asian Americans.”

The plaintiffs also alleged in their complaint that Harvard’s admissions policy, at one time in the past, “was created for the specific purpose of discriminating against Jewish applicants.”

This statement assumes there has been a clear and rational methodology, which this essay elsewhere suggests has not been the case and is part of the problem.

The obviously obvious answer is US colleges and university must not discriminate, otherwise they are barred from our tax dollars. There is nothing complicated about this.

The program and activity at issue is the admissions programs themselves, and the discriminatory activity by human beings employed at the institution, to perpetuate institutional racism, period.

Social engineering activities by the institution itself, to obfuscate its institutional racism has been a great success. Whether or not the Supreme Court will see fit to correct errors of lower courts, that merrily legitimize this obfuscation, remain to be seen.

From March to June 2020, when Sars CoV2 first came to USA, infecting thousands, outpatient care visits plummeted.

A pandemic is declared in March 2020; tens of thousands become infected; outpatient care services steeply decline, when medical care is most needed.

Below is weekly CDC data showing weekly outpatient visits summed for all ages groups, Oct. 2019 to July 2020; and observe March 2020 and next several weeks. [There was no plan for outpatient care during this critical 90 days. There was no treatments recommended. And if a person got so sick needed hospital care, then and only then, when in many instances it was too late. This data demonstrates this horrible response.]
