RSS"Wait, the left is advancing a surreptitious initiative to alter this country's demography?!?!?"
Haven't the demographics of this country already been altered?
Everyone on here always talks about demographic change as if it is something that will happen, when in reality it already happened. Look at the demographic breakdown of people 18 and younger in this country. It already happened.
Plus, the last big amnesty was passed by Ronald Reagan.
The defeat of the Dream Act is no big accomplishment since there is already a defacto amnesty taking place. An illegal immigrant has nothing to worry about (such as getting deported) unless he/she commits a serious crime.
I get this idea from the immigration restrictionist crowd that it is either all or nothing.
That is, either we kick out every illegal or else they will accept nothing.
The problem with that approach is you often get left with nothing.
Graphs aren't found in popular books, probably because they distrupt the flow of reading too much.
I think the easiest thing to read are short, concise paragraphs with large print.
If you have to use a graph to get your point accross, then the idea is probably too complicated for the unwashed masses to read for pleasure.
Graphs = technical presentations.
The problem with the word "anti-semitism" is it has been overused to the point of making it meaningless.
Today, "anti-semitism" just means saying something about Jews (true or not) that offends a Jew.
Why is it that comments by idiots like Whiskey always get through, but Steve plays Gestapo with everyone else?
Man, I hope Whiskey is donating big money to Steve, or else Steve just has a soft spot for deranged Jews like Whiskey.
I think there should be a "bachelor tax" added to any single male/female who files taxes and is older than 30. We need to discourage more "Roissys" from popping up.
You want to be single and not have children? Fine. But you should pay a heavy fine for doing so.
The Dream Act isn't so bad. Jeez, people. An illegal would either have to go to college or join the military.
Plus, it is not even a sure thing it will pass. There would have to be a lot arm twisting still to get it through the Senate.
The DREAM ACT isn't that bad. I get the idea that Steve's blog trends toward WN these days.
Shame.
