Low gross agricultural prices mean the destruction of ‘earned income capital’ used to run an economy.

The National Organization for Raw Materials, since the late 1930’s has demonstrated this natural fact that the entire economy suffers when we do not pay the producers of the wealth that keeps clothed, housed and fed, their due, such that they can participate, through purchase, of the work of the manufacturing and service sectors.

Money must be earned into circulation if we are to have a working economy. Underpaying producers of real wealth means that that earned wealth is not saved or spent in the natural fashion that allows for such profits to benefit the rest of society.

The Great Depression was simply a matter of the collapse in Ag prices for underpaying farmers destroyed the largest consumers of capital goods purchasing power….rippling through the entire economy.

Yes but America does still have the Constitution, demanding that Congress determine the value of our money, which is best expressed, and with historical economic success, 1942-52, under the notion of Parity for Agriculture, which is the Law, 7 USC Sec. 602, (1933) upheld by the Supreme Court in 1937 that affirmed that the Farmers must be paid, per Fifth Ammendment.

Parity thus set the value of our dollar such that Farmers are getting the same hundred cent dollar as Capital, Service and Manufacturing sectors of the economy. Incidentally the Base-Period initially used Parity was the years prior to the Federal Reserve, the Golden Age of Agriculture 1910-14, when these sectors of the economy had equal earnings potentials.

With Parity, real prosperity coming from rewarding the labors of those who supply that which keeps us alive, provides “Earned Income” to those producers who then are able to spend that into the economy without Interest being part of the issue.

The Federal Reserve is the bank of the “Interests whose Interest is Interest”, and when raw material producers, get paid properly for their wealth, then there is enough wealth to cycle through the economy, multiplying by a factor of 7 as was discovered in the 1930’s by Carl H. Wilken and the Raw Materials National Council.

When you do not have Parity, then interest must be injected into the economy to keep things going. This gives certain interests power and control by having people in debt. One of the best ways to keep this game going, the interest debt game of control is to have a war. War demands spending which assures that false assets are converted into hard assets that will kill those who oppose the game of the interests makers.

Carl Schmitt was the ‘Crown Jurist” in Germany who ‘justified’ Hitler’s assent to power, arguing that the response to the ‘Reichstag Fire’ required the utilization of “Emergency Powers” hence paving the way to dictatorship.

It was Schmitt who influenced the “NeoCons” many of whom had studied with a philosophy professor Leo Strauss, whom was a devotee of Martin Heidegger, the existentialist philosopher who brought Schmitt into the Nazi Party. Strauss corresponded with Schmitt and was influenced by the example that takes a perversion of philosophy into the real political realm in order to excuse a power grab. It was Strauss who taught that philosophy contained inner secrets of interpretation that was taught only to a chosen elite, where the basis of that secret was that lies were permissible to that elite to serve the power needs of that elite.

Thus 9/11 was the emergency used by, and created by, the Neoconservatives, for the rise to power utilizing ‘Emergency Powers’ for a dictatorship that would wage perpetual war, based on lies, to stay in power.

When considering the New Silk Road/One Belt One Road initiatives of Russia and China one must consider the thinking of its true architects: Lyndon and Helga Zepp-LaRouche– To which one must then consider the idea as more than just a geopolitical flank against the leading bastion of oligarchy, the British Empire (that ‘fictitious capital’ pirate ship) towards a Republican conception of mankind Imago Dei where the role of the nation-state is exemplified by the U.S. Constitution towards the improvement of the general welfare, translated into increase in scientific capabilities and the infrastructures of higher population carrying capacities.
