Blacks have discovered how to possess highly valuable real estate at literally below replacement cost. Anon is correct. Pay attention to the role of DWL Republicans in this. The story notes that there was an organized, concentrated black community before urban renewal (driven by WASP Republicans like Mitch Daniels) built Indiana University on top of what was their neighborhood. The fact is, those close-in urban districts are valuable land, and will get more valuable as the gas needed to commute miles each day gets more expensive. Destroy the black community for the purpose of connected developers who want their land, and you get black dispersal into formerly white neighborhoods. Since the blacks cannot afford to move there at white prices, crime serves as the spur to get whites to abandon their lands and houses at prices blacks CAN afford.

The WASP Republican mayors in Detroit did the exact same thing in the 1950s, with the goal of uprooting the close-in black neighborhoods centered on "Black Bottom." Their "urban renewal" destroyed the neighborhood while replacing it with some Mies van der Rohe townhouses that are still highly valued today. This sent the blacks into Catholic ethnic neighborhoods of whites, controlling the Democratic political power and making sure that Cavanaugh in the 60s would be the only white Catholic Democrat mayor. The WASP Republicans won their battle with the Catholic White Democrats, and the city of Detroit was destroyed in the ensuing war.

Assuming the 488 Chicago murders were all done by blacks, that means that one in every 2000 blacks in Chicago was murdered (an obvious overstatement, but not by much.) translate the same rate to NYC, and that would have been 1000 dead blacks, 650 more than were overall killed in the city.

NYC had a large Negro population. Still does; about 25% of the city, over 2 million people. Neighborhoods like West Harlem, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, and even Bed-Stuy are either majority white again, or trending that way. The difference is that nYC was run for 24 years (even Dinkins was harsh towards blacks, harsher than the current Sandinista mayor) by mayors who used policies that did not pretend that blacks aren't more violent and more likely to commit gun crime.

The chief beneficiaries of this have been the blacks, who are less likely to be killed here than their fellow blacks in places like Chicago. Strict enforcement of laws against criminal behavior gradually changed the population, and I don't think it will return to the 2200 murders of 1990.

The Jim Crow laws had largely the same effect. Black children in 1960 were more likely to be raised in 2-parent families than white children are today. I suppose that the laws would eventually have been repealed as unneeded, after several generations of pressure against the most violent and irresponsible members of the black population. I have to believe that if black dysfunction in the 1960s reflected that seen in th 1990s that there would have been no civil rights movement.

An urban environment is a relatively new evolutionary development. Europeans, Middle Easterners, and East Asians have had thousands of years of selective pressure to remove from the breeding population those who could not get with the program. Looks like we will need to start over with blacks, but the behavior of them in the 1950s suggests it's not hopeless with the right conditions. Those conditions definitely do NOT include bad criminology creating bad law, and subsidizing the behavior of the worst-behaved blacks (and inviting in hordes of immigrants to undercut the economic underpinnings of black men who DO want to work to support their families).

It is almost inconceivable that someone not wearing a seatbelt could directly harm others, and yet we enforce that "law" in 49 out of 50 states. Under administrative law, means, motive, and opportunity are not needed to prove existence of a crime. Your job as a subject, not a citizen, is to obey.

I don't think you recognize, PK, the implications of your statement about equality. If equality is untrue between races, or rather, if some people are just genetically stupid (and there are plenty of genetically stupid people of all races, just a higher pctg of Africans are that way), then there will be a large percentage of people who will NEVER be able to do jobs requiring high IQ.

If you hold that everyone is equal, then the only thing holding back blacks is either lack of effort ("conservatives") or racism ("progressive"). A few years back, I made a trip to a coffee-growing region, where I toured a few coffee farms. At one farm, the manager told us that she sold "to all the major chains. Peets buys our highest grade of coffee; Starbucks buys our lowest grade of coffee."

The next place was an organic coffee farm where they explained the deal on grades of coffee. You can do a Vienna or City roast on high-grade beans as the volatile oils that give coffee its flavor boil out of the bean at low temperatures. Low-grade beans need an Italian or espresso roast to get the oils out, but this can cause the coffee to be bitter. Making the coffee with an espresso maker can avoid some of the bitterness.

This explains why Starbucks makes lousy coffee in a drip pot. It also explains their business model: buy cheap crap coffee and market the hell out of it, while insulting customers about race. You're MUCH better off at Peet's.

The obvious question is, did the heart he received come from another negro, or a white person or non-negro? You want a white homeland? You could easily buy up enough land in Highland Park to displace enough of the local populace to vote in your own white mayor and city council. For each white family, an investment of maybe 40K and you could create a meaningful role for your young men, a safe community for your women and children, and cut out the squids and their mortgages. You'd have to focus on having NO public sector jobs, no police, no firemen, no schools, and supply those things by the community.

If you think it isn't possible, this is EXACTLY how ultra-Orthodox Jews have reclaimed turf from blacks and Puerto Ricans in Brooklyn. The low land prices allows them to pop out 8 children per woman. Rinse, repeat with the next black neighborhood.

We face a number of problems, and this sign and article point out a solution to them.

First, there are MANY young white men who are unemployed, and perhaps unemployable in the mythically recovered economy. Second, the costs of property are too damn high in safe, white areas. Third, single whites, like Begic in St. Louis, are easy prey for gangs of black youth.

Imagine, however, that an allied group of young white men trained in martial arts, paid for by the community, with that being their sole requirement in return for support. Oh, that, and this: they must be constantly available to escort groups of whites around dangerous neighborhoods that are largely black, and thus cheap. No guns needed, but they don't hurt. Simply a muscular presence to reclaim turf from people who grabbed it with explicit, not implicit, violence.

Take a community like Highland Park, MI, surrounded by Detroit, with average house prices of under 40k. You should be able to buy a house of 2.5 times your income, so an income of 16K should do it, $7.50 an hour at 40 hours a week. Any pay over that level and you can set aside money as a community to buy up more cheap property to convert over to lower class white territory.

Now, the displaced blacks will need a place to live. I would suggest benevolence. Pool resources, and find the DWL-est suburb you can. Buy a house or two there for the people you expel, and in 40 years your children can displace the neighborhood destroyers from that area. Oh, and you WILL be able to afford children when you don't have to pay expensive housing prices to take out big mortgages to pay off the squids.

No violence, no covenants, no control of government needed, just the ability to hang together and plan for the future. whites used to be good at that.

Brownie (heckuva job!) attacked a cop. Wilson didn't throw the first punch, and Wilson didn't draw on him until he was attacked. The situation there means no threat to me, other European Americans, or even most black people, who know HITTING COPS IS NOT ALLOWED AND BRINGS BAD CONSEQUENCES.

Your approach, however, IS a threat to me. "I felt threatened" so I fired first could happen to a 12yo black kid at the hands of a white cop, or a white guy at the hands of a rogue black cop who has been steeped in anti-white hatred. Someone, a while back, pointed out that corn syrup and cheap foods were "sterility in food form." Maybe the problem with EBT isn't it's existence, but that it can be used to buy good food that nourishes.

Actually, it already works in the real world. There is a cooperative community of Irish, called Breezy Point. It completely burned in Hurricane sandy. To buy there, you pretty much have to know someone in there. Given that most of the residents are Irish, this keeps out blacks.

That would seem to be the major feature of the place to people around here, but it's not. The community is lower and middle class white, and prices are NOT out of control, this for oceanfront property in New York City. In other words, these whites have found a way to beat the Banksters, who use fiat credit to make people but houses with high mortgages, money that the house purchasers can easily lose if a neighborhood flips.

Even if you don't have a mortgage you still don't own. Just watch how fast your house will be taken once you stop paying the property taxes.

If you take a look at your Federal Income taxes, property taxes are not always deductible from income, while mortgage interest IS. This gives an indication of what TPTB want to make sure you gamble on. Make no mistake, buying a house with a mortgage is a gamble where you get all of the downside, and limited upside. The people who make out on the deal are the ones writing mortgages, like banks paying .25% on money to the Fed, and lending at 3.5% (a "low" rate!) to us, making a gross 14x markup on money.

Why not buy property in places like Detroit where you can spend less than a new car costs? Oh, black people live there? they're cowards, and back down to massed force. If no single whites are on the street to attack, they'll eventually get frustrated and move on.

What the elite NEVER wants to see is ordinary white people abandoning the myths they've pushed of heroic single actors on the frontier. Atomized, by ourselves, we are susceptible: we use their fiat money that they skim profits off of; we are subject to their Anarcho-tyranny laws that cite us for non-crimes like speeding, seat belt use, .08 BAC, with the bigger penalty collected in mandatory "insurance." As to property taxes, Anon, two thoughts. First, most property tax in my town goes to pay for the skoos. Stop sending your children into the maw of the monster. Cut that expense out, and my property taxes are not much; so long as property taxes pay for LOCAL government, they are manageable. Second, allow me to introduce you to an old Brooklyn tactic: the house church/synagogue. You declare yourself a minister of a church and your house is where you worship. The house cannot be taxed. Jews in Brooklyn used to do this; I think the IRS has clamped down on obvious fraud, but cannot do away with it completely without repealing the first amendment.

Question: what if your church owned a series of buildings and used them to house "the poor" of the community? And what if the poor were members of the church? And what if everyone were poor because he gave all his money to the church?

Now you're thinking. Marlboro man must die; he is a myth to keep non-elite white people from organizing better. You wanna live alone, u gonna die alone.

This makes a great impact on the wealth generation of white people, as I've said before, and I am aware of no economic modeling or statistics that attempt to quantify this phenomenon. How to explain this? Anyone who worries about schools deserves what he gets. You want to be able to afford to live somewhere? Get a bunch of white people to move into a majority black area. You need to observe certain rules: no white is permitted out on the street by himself. No white woman is permitted to walk by herself. EVERY white male is on call to defend the community, armed if permitted, in large, peaceful gangs if arms are forbidden. You need to go somewhere, you do it in packs for safety.

Most of all, you do NOT send your children to public schools. They take BRA's dime, they play its tune. Your children are educated at home by the women (and unemployable men) who no longer need to work to pay for housing whose prices are meant to exclude blacks.

This is all doable, NOW, but requires coordination and cooperation. Whites used to be good at that. You wanna live like some mythical lone wolf, move to the mountains. You want to survive a collapsed economy, you build untaxable social capital, and find a use for all those lower-IQ whites who are shut out in a hyper-technical economy. Large gangs of white men, walking the streets peaceably, can do this, and it will give a mission to our young who lack one.

I don't think the US Constitution is Anglo-Saxon law. Perhaps at the start, with its negative portrayal of government powers (the govt can ONLY do what is in Article 1 Section 8 [there's some irony, eh? section 8 could save us!]), and anything not in there is not permitted.

But more and more the Constitution has become a positive prescription of government responsibilities. That is in line with Dutch-Roman law, and the Code Napoleon, the former introduced to US Law by the Dutch colony on Manhattan, the latter from Louisiana after Napoleon sold it to us.

Anglo-Saxon law is a wondrous thing. Like the 10 Commandments, it tells you in a concise fashion what you may not do, and everything else is permitted. When you look at the Code of Federal Regulations at over 80,000 pages, all of which you must comply with, you recognize that we do NOT live under Anglo-Saxon law.

Now, even if the original Constitution WERe Anglo-Saxon, it has not prevented us from becoming an administrative law hell. As Joe Sobran once wrote: "I don't believe in living under the Constitution, but I agree that it would be a good start."

Well, no. Civilization means living in cities, not living in suburbs. STOP TRYING to scam other people to pay or your kids: that's Negro morality. Live simply, cheaply, and on one income.

There are plenty of young white men who cannot find jobs: make them the menacing gangs who walk the streets of the cheap districts, perhaps with arms, perhaps only with martial arts training, with the idea that the community will support them but only if they defend the community by walking the streets at all hours, threatening the young negroes. Once you have that street presence, you can buy back the areas your ancestors fled from, cheaply, and live without contributing blood and money to BRA. NO OTHER course of action will succeed; the more you work and struggle to try to buy your way out of BRA, the more the system feeds off your efforts through tax dollars and children you couldn't afford to have. Stop feeding it, and walk away.

I think you are the anon who didn't care for my comment on the Maggie Daniels story. It gives me no pleasure to see that I was right, but then I wasn't addressing the comment to Maggie, who is dead and beyond my help.

The comment rather was directed at the living, on the uses of stereotyping. You strike me as a person who rejects BRA. Do you reject all of it? Do you reject Negro sexual mores of multiple partners, premarital sex, fatherless bastard children? You cannot simply oppose the effects of BRA: you must attack it at its root.

Fatherless children with no male investment are FAR more likely to be criminals, even amongst whites. Did you know that "It is only women who have more than one intimate premarital relationship who have an elevated risk of marital disruption", spawning more fatherless children to wreak havoc on society?

You do not have the strength, if a woman, to defeat BRA by force. Do you have the moral fiber to do so? If you did NOT adhere to white morality in your personal life, do you have the strength to speak the truth to others who have not yet made those errors? We cannot alter the past, but we can fight BRA in the future.

It starts, for whites, with making sure our women are worth investing in. A woman who has had even 1 sexual partner who is not her husband has only a 50% chance of remaining married after 5 years, while women who have slept only with their husbands have an 80% chance. The problem with civil rights and other laws is how complicated it makes things. It is much simpler, easier, to just pass a law allowing race-restrictive covenants. You might not like it (if black), but it is clear what areas you are being kept out of. It is simpler, easier, to have signs like "no Irish need apply" so as to screen out undesireables.

All the simple, direct methods requiring a minimum of thought and effort have now been taken away. What remains, of course, are mechanisms that rely not on overt discrimination, but methods requiring skill, cunning, and intelligence. Are there white people on this board complaining about a game that THEY can play, and most blacks cannot?

The first, simple method to keep blacks out is to keep property prices high, using things like exclusionary zoning. Banning noise helps, too. The few who CAN afford million-dollar homes probably want nothing to do with the lower-caste blacks, in any case, and there are not a lot of them. The problem with this method is that it forces whites into having both partners work; you can be sure that much of the post-war suburbanization trend was initiated to turn cheap gas plus cheap land into mortgages for banksters.

But exclusion by money, the DWL-preferred method, is not the only route; in fact, when middle- and lower-class whites try to play this game, they lose as there will always be profit in blockbusting and destroying white neighborhoods and capital. Of course, no one in an area NEEDS to sell to a black family if active blockbusting is going on. The question becomes: do whites have the cohesive social capital to bond together, to ignore the simple profit motive, and build a community where the value lies not in individual houses selling for as much as they will, but the fact that the housing is within a group of like-minded people? For the last 70 years, the answer has been largely NO, except for Italians and Poles; every other group listened to the materialist siren song and fled their ancestral neighborhoods.

The point is, the game CAN be played by poor, smart whites, or even dumb poor whites with good leadership. Highland Park, completely surrounded by Detroit, is small enough that white homesteaders could buy houses there for under 30K; get 6000 united people together, and you can take over the community. You then need to be RUTHLESS as prosecuting petty crimes, like the DWLs in NYC were, gradually harassing away the criminals. Cut off welfare within the city when you have control. Make EVERY man be required to own a gun, and to respond to a call to arms, using a smartphone app.

And keep the city CHEAP enough so that other whites can move in, and not require both parents to work. This is possible, NOW, with enough organization and intelligence. And there's a small, majority-black, cheap city near EVERY major metro where this is possible. NYC lost 100,000 blacks from 2000 to 2010, and the same can happen in other cities. Camden is cheap, and close to Philly. Could whites buy it slowly and take over? Why not?

And so we disagree.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 outlawed discrimination in such areas as voting, public restaurants, employment, and education on the basis of such characteristics as race, color, religion, national origin, and sex.

I do wish the South had not had segregation laws to overturn, inviting the Feds to intrude on an area where they really have no authority (repeal the Commerce Clause to the Constitution, and SO much trouble goes away in the USA). But even so, this law, as stated, would not be a problem, even in a multiracial society.

The probelm is ading in two other Johnson laws, the Great Society, and Immigratin "reform." The Great Society paid for the breeding Negro bastards, with the requirement that fathers not be in the home. Recall that the Negro illegitimacy rate in 1965 was about 25%.

Worse yet was immigration reform, which cut the economic legs out from under those black men who DID want to work and support their children. (I know, I know, but there were quite a few.) I prove this point with another quote from the article:

I'll continue with thoughts in another reply, but Civil Rights, even done Federally, would not have led to the society we have without the other two Johnson-era changes. Civil Rights would not have led to a white minority in the USA; blacks at present ar 16-17% of the population of whites-only in the USA. Could we afford that group, without supporting every other poor person who has immigrated? Sure.

The political leaders who sent Columbus toward a new world made no claim to be concerned about the agony of poverty and deprivation. It didn’t cost Queen Isabella billions of dollars to send her explorers. She didn’t have to take food out of any child’s mouth in order to put Columbus on those leaky old boats.

The black man is correct. Isabella spent her OWN money, one of the benefits of a Monarchy over a democratic republic like the USA, rather than laud the spending of billions of dollars on a moon landing, the solution was MUCH simpler: de-fund the Federal Government. Then it couldn't spend ANY money on moon landings, Section 8, FHA, or any of the other nonsense.

Blacks have not been better off since civil rights, and lower class whites certainly haven't been. The masters of money and power in DC have. Agree with the black man: spending all that dough into outer space was a bad idea, because there were some who were not represented, and did not desire it, Then use that principle against ANY Fed bucks.
