You have conflated too many things & it is impossible to address them all. There are real differences re time perspective among various groups, and blacks stick out as the most “time-oblivious” racial groups/species. It is so trivial observation that hardly warrants scientific observation.

Actually you are wrong on this. Blacks exhibit no significant differences re time perspectives compared to white groups SIMILARLY SITUATED as credible scholars show. As the detailed research of conservative author Thomas Sowell shows, similar whites are no “role models” on this score. The case can be made going back for several centuries, but its not only historically. As one recent book notes, northern European groups like the Irish are still unimpressive at punctuality, often starting meetings late for example. Quote:

“The relaxed attitude to time-keeping in Ireland probably comes from most Irish people, even those living in cities, having their roots in the slow pace of life of the countryside where constantly looking at your watch was not a part of daily life.” (The Irish Culture Book 2 By Ian O’Malley 2017).

Likewise yet another Irish businessman notes:

“The Irish tend to be unpunctual. For a typical Irish person this is not so much daily company life, where things have become disciplined, but appointments. You have an appointment at 10 a.m. and it could end up being 10.30 a.m. This, in my opinion, is unforgivable. It wastes time and frustrates people. I never let this pass without reminding not only my employees but also customers and suppliers, that one should as far as possible, keep to interview or appointment times.”

The same lack of punctuality, along with frequent corruption, is frequently mentioned even in some Irish fiction- quote:

Perhaps this is why white people have the highest abortion rates in the world (2 out of 3 white babies are killed by white “role models” in Russia (Loveless and Holman 2007), and why rates of infanticide in Europe and much higher than those in Africa, which historically has the lowest rates (Milner 2000, Hardness of heart).
