I was three micrometers away from not voting this past election, but ended up voting for Chumpowitz for one reason – and that reason has precious little to do with Chumpowitz. My vote had to do with a great man named Thomas Jefferson who, in 1807 got the early Congress to pass a law known as The Insurrection Act.

The Insurrection Act is a law which acts as a backstop to The Constitution. It allows for temporary takeover of the government, in the event of an insurrection, “long enough to relieve the insurrection”.

Now, say what you want about all the BS we read these days, but a few facts are undeniable:

1.) Chumpowitz’ gargantuan ego believed, right or wrong, that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

2.) Chumpowitz invoked The Insurrection Act before leaving office – it’s not even POSSIBLE that he didn’t do so.

3.) The Insurrection Act DOES allow the military to take control, but DOES NOT specify that The Military is still obligated to follow the “commander in chief.” (Chumpowitz, in this case) In fact, The Act does not specify ANY “chain of command” at all. The Military is effectively its own boss.

So, given these indisputable facts, we ARE, effectively, under control of The Military at the moment. The so-called “White Hats” are a faction of the military who are leading the effort to restore justice and if the stories published on a site called Real Raw News dot com are true (and I think they are, mostly) then many of the most odious scumbags that have worked from within to destroy US are, in fact “no more” – having been captured by the Marines, shipped off to Gitmo, tried and executed for treason, a capitol offense in the military justice system.
