RSSDo Russians typically refer to themselves as “white” to differentiate themselves from the non-white groups in Russia? I assume that they usually don’t, I get the impression that a term like “white” has baggage in Russia as an Anglo-American or perhaps Germanic term that Russians would not be inclined to use?
It seems that in the majority of cases an ethnic Russian would just refer to themselves as “Russian”, or maybe even “Slavic” but almost never as “white”. Is that correct?
That's right. "Color" self-identification is meaningless in Russia (where 90% of the population is "white").

I suspect the reason animal welfare isn’t the main driver of the meat-free agenda is because it’s well known that animal welfare in most non-Western, particularly non-white countries is terrible to non-existent and therefore making the issue about animal welfare is considered to be borderline racism by many on the left, especially considering food is often sourced from all over the world any way.
Much easier to just make the agenda about climate change, then they can just continue to blame Western whites for the problem like they always do.
So pro-vegan, anti-meat propaganda is finding its way to Russia as well? I also question whether the CEO of any company that produces and promotes vegan “meat” is really “based”. Sounds like NWO type stuff to me.
Making anti-gay statements in a country that is pathologically anti-gay is not really what I’d call “based”, I’d just call that fitting in with cultural expectations to promote his products to Russians.
