* When infectious virus particles rather than viral RNA are measured, the drop is even more dramatic. If substantiated, this means that after 5 days of hchlor/az therapy, patients are much less contagious. (This is new: to my knowledge, Raoult is the only one routinely performing the cumbersome assay of infectious viruses on clinical samples in a study like this.)

In the last chapter, Richard Lynn extends Cold Winters Theory to explain the racial hierarchy in in psychopathic personality. First, colder climes necessitated stronger male-female pair bonding, to ensure that children remained cared for. Second, they encouraged selection for gratification delayal, due to the necessity of storing food over the cold winter months (whereas in the tropics, plant and insect food sources are available year round, which diminishes the utility of long-term planning). Third, they selected for the ability to maintain cooperative social relations due to the greater emphasis on big game hunting. Fourth, they selected for a reduction of sexual promiscuity, since hunters who are gone for days at a time need some reassurance that the guys who stayed behind aren’t banging their partners back at the base camp. These selective forces acted to different extents on the various races of Man, with Negroids in the tropics less affected than Caucasoids in the temperate regions, who were in turn less affected than Mongoloids in the taiga.

Italy tried Knox three times for participating in Meredith Kercher's (Queen's subject) murder. Twice they convicted her and once acquitted. When the last conviction worked its way to the Italian Supreme Court they dismissed the case against her and her boyfriend Sollecito. Nevertheless the court said the evidence showed Knox present during the murder since cops found Meredith's water diluted blood washed off in the adjacent bathroom mixed with Knox's exfoliated DNA.

The court ruled that if Knox was at the murder scene then so was Sollecito. His pressure DNA was on Meredith's cut off bra clasp. There's so much evidence direct and circumstantial that likely any Crown Court or State's Court would convict. In Texas she'd be on death row since Meredith's murder occurred during the commission of other felonies, bodily and sexual assault. Prosecutors would consider the murder committed under special circumstances, primary torture with knife pricks to cause pain and suffering, crushing Meredith's throat when she screamed for help, and letting her drown in her own blood which took several minutes all the while she knew she was dying.

Courts ruled Meredith had multiple attackers, Guede was one and Knox and Sollecito were the other two. Two knives were involved in the attack, a pocket knife and a kitchen knife. Meredith was a fit young woman and athletic yet she had no defensive wounds on her hands and arms meaning her arms were held. Guede, by himself perhaps could have carried out the rape, but Meredith would certainly have defensive wounds and likely would have survived.

Knox rendered her statement that she was at the murder scene after only a short time being interviewed and after she learned that Sollecito blew her cover story. Anyway, the court disallowed that 'confession' since cops did not read her rights to remain silent. She pointed the guilty finger at a man she worked for at a bar, African, Patrick Lumumba as the one who raped and killed Meredith while she, Knox, was in the kitchen of the little cottage. Cops arrested Lumumba, and Knox, knowing she lied, let him loiter in jail for about two weeks. She has never recanted that lie and Patrick sued and was awarded some fifty thousands of Euros. Knox is a convicted felon as all courts let her conviction stand on knowingly making a false charge in a murder case.

Knox was a pretty girl at the time of the murder but so was Meredith. The latter being one an old boy might considered taking home to mama, the former to a Motel-6.

The last court to convict Knox had the problem of getting her back from the US where she went when the second trial freed her. Since Knox was tied into a drug ring via a drug dealer she was screwing for cocaine, Italians planned to use the drug traffickers section of a treaty signed with the US for cooperation in these matters. Knox's drug dealer served time in an Italian prison for drug offenses. Cops found him via his phone number discovered on Knox's mobile.

He’s a raging homo, as indicated by his frequent comments on male genitalia (which he’s doubtless experienced front and back, if you catch my drift). However, I agree with you that he’s probably right about the CP5. They’re animals who should be removed from civilized society (and it says volumes about the liberals who defend them), but their role in that crime appears to be opportunistic at most.

Initially, I ignored your lies, but you clogged up the thread with such a quantity of lie-filled comments that I became concerned that people unfamiliar with the Jogger Case might be misled by you.

Quasi-religious feelings? That is new to me. He has been chided for his alleged over-reliance on some specific material factors - not for religious feelings.

I must confess that I cannot understand how someone who claims to have read most of his books (some of them repeatedly) could come up with such an uninformed comment on Papuans as this:

Well, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but the opportunity has been provided numerous times to these fellows. The lessons never seem to take.
