Possession of any quantity of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, psychedelics or any artificially produced drug such as ecstasy, or fentanyl or any analog, death penalty. Not just sale, possession. That ship has sailed. In a few years, most states will follow the lead of Oregon and decriminalize all drug use so as to keep the drones in a drug induced stupor, when it becomes clear that for many, the sportsball circuses are just not cutting it anymore

When you say “legalized”, you have to define that by removing government oversight and taxation, otherwise, as is currently the case with marijuana, the black market will flourish, because it’s cheaper because it’s untaxed, and there will always be someone looking to take by force what they are unwilling to pay for.

If you look at the video of the incident and the drone footage of the aftermath, the debris dispersal pattern seems to be product of a rpg/rocket type weapon, rather than just a rather simple bomb type weapon, whether dynamite or black powder or similar. Why the rush to tear down the rest? I admit that the drone footage was short, but it seemed to me that other than the capstone, there wasn’t any catastrophic collateral damage to the other vertical stones.
