RSSIn the 1990s the New Yorker magazine had an extensive interview with Ken Alibek, leading Soviet biological warfare chief (can’t remember which issue). He detailed the history of biological warfare experiments in the Soviet Union.

The article was in the Annals of Warfare section of the The New Yorker, March 9, 1998 P. 52, entitled The Bioweaponeers by Richard Preston

To those people who continue to spout that the SAR2 virus does not exist, here is the genome, sequenced by Indian Scientists in January 2020.
Yes, the study was withdrawn. The reason given for that is interesting:
One of the writers of that paper . . .
. . . said that their study had correctly identified sections of the genome that are giving this virus its speciality. When asked why they had withdrawn the paper, he said that was withdrawn due to the pressure from the people with vested interests.
. . . also said that this paper was just a section of the different studies that they had conducted and they wanted to include the entire findings in the updated version. But the revised manuscripts were hard-blocked by the publishers. He said that in the revised manuscript, they have provided information on why the virus infection remains asymptomatic and why it infects human beings so easily. But it never was allowed to come out, he said.
Commenting on how a scientific paper is being blocked to favour a particular agenda, he said, “Science is the new medieval church, those who are popes of it censor at their will”.

Dr. Anthony Fauci joins TWiV to discuss SARS-CoV-2 transmission, testing, immunity, pathogenesis, vaccines, and preparedness. – 17 Jul 2020
Dr. Anthony Fauci:
What is now sort of evolving into a bit of a standard, that if you get a cycle threshold of 35 or more, that the chances of it being replication competent are minuscule. . . . You almost never culture virus from a 37 threshold cycle. So if someone does comes in with 37, 38, even 36, you got to say, you know, it’s just dead nucleotides, period.
RUH-Roh!
Gentlemen, it’s game over.
The first 10 seconds says it all…

Pfizer CEO: New COVID-19 vaccine that covers Omicron ‘will be ready in March’
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla joins Yahoo Finance’s Anjalee Khemlani to discuss the development of a new COVID-19 vaccine that will include protection against Omicron, vaccine production, and the outlook for an Omicron-specific booster.
Albert Bourla [speaking about Omicron] At 1 min 28 secs:
. . .and we know that the two doses of the vaccine offer very limited protection, if any.
The three doses with the booster, they offer reasonable protection against hospitalization and deaths, . . [mumbles] . . very good. And less protection against the infection.
Albert Bourla: At 10 mins 4 secs:
The virus is endemic almost all over the world, and also, both the natural infection and vaccinations, they don’t produce lasting immunity against this virus. It’s not that the vaccines . . . it is the virus that has these characteristics.
As I said even the natural infection produces even um . . . smaller, um, even smaller, less durable immune responses, and so the virus will be here for many many years, and we’re likely that we have pills, and vaccines of high, high, high effectiveness, so that we can control it, and go back to normal life, which is the [given?] right now. This is what everybody’s asking, go back to normal life.
There was an interview of Joseph Needham in 1987 where he was specifically asked about allegations of “American” “Bacteriological Warfare” in the Korean War.
You had mentioned this in a Disqus comment in a Blacklisted News reprint of the Zero Hedge article: Chinese Scientists Find Coronavirus Did Not Originate In Wuhan Seafood Market [Published: Feb 23, 2020] with a link that leads to an Imperial War Museum (IWM) page that contains a recoding of the 1987 interview.
British civilian scientist in China, 1942-1946 and investigator of germ warfare allegations during Korean War, 1952 – mp3 audio of Joseph Needham interview on US Bioweapons in Korea War (relevent part starts at min 12:40)
In the Audio recording (starting at 12min 40seconds) – Question by Conrad Wood (of IWM):
Coming on to the the Korean War, could I ask you about your contact with the controversy that there was at that time about the allegations of American use of Bacteriological Warfare in Korea?
Answer by Joseph Needham:
Well, I firmly believe in that.
The discussion on this subject carries on for another 7 minutes or so.
Moderna and Pfizer/Biontec came out with sequences for the initial vaxxes for SARS-Cov-2 withing a couple days, but they are struggling to find sequences weeks after things like Omicron crop up.
According to the CDC Director it was not “a couple of days”.
Question: Is it safe to say that, in terms of an anti-viral approach of vaccine therapeutic diagnostics, there’s never been anything like this?
Answer: Oh for sure. . . . You know, I don’t like the word “Warp Speed” – because it makes it look like you’re carelessly rushing, but, to do things in the way we’ve done right now, is truly remarkable.
It’s remarkable for somebody, unlike me, who’s been doing this now for forty years, and have been involved in the development of vaccines back when we had a – you know – get the pathogen, isolate it, grow it up, then activate it, attenuate yada yada ya.
Here, you know the sequence came out on the database on January 10th. I called a meeting . . . of our people saying, “Hey, let’s go, all hands on deck. We got to start developing a vaccine. The next day we had a meeting by phone with Moderna, put it into the mRNA. Now we’re on the 15th . . . five days have gone by; amazing.
Sixty two days later we were in a phase one trial. And then, five months later, we’re going to start a phase three trial at the end of July. That’s mind-boggling. That’s orders of magnitude more quickly than we were doing a decade ago.
It appears it was 5 days for Moderna.

Don’t you think differentiation between “a couple days” and “five days” is a bit “deckchairs on the Titanic” ?
The “5 days” information posted is to supposed to back up the claim that the sequences for the initial “vaccinations” for “SARS-Cov-2” came out within days of the genetic sequence publication.
My explanation: everything was ready even before the epidemy began. They inserted the PRRA into the spike protein and at the same time worked on the mRNA of that protein to produce their injection stuff. Thus thinking the western countries would be safe, while the rest of the world would fall to pieces. Bioweapon against China and Iran and profits for big-pharma all in one move.
So perhaps it was “within a day.”
Yes, they did. In fact, there are tons of credible evidence that Churchill and FDR plotted ways to get the US to goad the Japanese militarists into war knowing full well that Japan lacked the resources to win. This was easy to see since they couldn't even realistically hold their colony, Manchukuo, against much weaker forces. For more amazing details read the three page "Congressional Report" of December 8, 1942, by Jeanette Rankin entitled, "Some Questions About Pearl Harbor” if you haven't already. As the Japanese secret code had been broken , the American, British and Australian Governments had known of the attack for weeks, if not months.
