  • Asians overwhelmingly benefit from Affirmative Action or more to the point the white-hating racism that drives Affirmative Action, starting with benefit of being allowed to colonize this country. The standard isn't the performance of asians, it's their population numbers. If they were really victims of AA they would be restricted to something close to their numbers, because AA isn't about performance or equal opportunity it's about equal results, isn't it? (Actually it's just about robbing and destroying whitey, but let's just pretend it isn't for a moment.) And asians have shown you what they really think of the whole racial spoils system, and whether or not it really hurts them, with this last vote (only the benefits they get are more like 95-5 rather than 70-30). Crying about the minimal impact racist correctness has on asians smacks of self-loathing. It's also no more likely to sway asians, who understand the vast profits they get from the system of white-hating racism, than it has blacks or hispanics. Voting to rob whitey is a rational choice for these groups, it's how they earn a collective living. Whether it's moral is another question, but again they have given you their opinion on that score.

“Leftist” is now a sad joke word.

So is "social justice". Originating as ensuring that the essential elements of society are preserved by being treated fairly, in approximate proportion to their contribution to society, it's now become a fairly thin disguise for hatred, and it's killed a very large number of people.

Why would this happen? Well, each person either believes his group to be essential to society or believes the society to be "unjust" because his group is not essential to society. Moreover, each group also has one of the two beliefs (and will talk about it endlessly).

So what happens when a group is essential to society? Ordinarily, it tries to get its work done, enjoy itself after work, and hear something about how wonderful it is.

And if a group is not essential to society? Endless talk about how it really is essential to society, how society is unjust, and continuous assault, using any means available and relatively safe, from bombs to walking in circles holding up cardboard, against existing society.

Now, this can sort of work if it's possible for kids to cycle out of one group and into another. That's what got the Irish etc. into American society, sort of.

But what is the solution if you have a group with mean IQ of 85 or so (or 87 for that matter) and about half to a third can't perform useful work in an industrial society and is restricted to unskilled labor on the order of bicycle food delivery, or selling drugs?

At that point, nobody seems to have a good solution. What we actually have is the essential groups being forced into slavery (in that they aren't left with enough to raise a family, it's one step down from serfdom or peonage) and the groups that can't do useful work being used as an excuse by an elite to tax and control the slaves. The elite is both Right and Left, working together for Social Justice and making casualties by the nationful.

So: Don't want to be a slave? Can't blame you. Don't want to enslave others? Got to agree with you there. Want do do something different? Nothing available in that department just now. Nobody knows how.

  • @unit472
Seems like someone has made a substantial advance in back pack rocketry to achieve 3000 feet in altitude and have enough fuel left to get back down. NASA's big solid rocket boosters only burn for a couple of minutes before they exhaust their fuel and they are 130 feet long and weigh many tons.

To achieve 3000 feet altitude would require at least 15 seconds with a climb rate of 200 feet per second. That would be a vertical climb rate of more than 120 mph. Going from zero to 120+mph in a couple of seconds would be jarring to say the least. A controlled powered descent would take even longer and require even more fuel than achieving the initial altitude.

Unless this 'mission' ended with a parachute descent I'm skeptical a man could carry enough fuel to get to 3000 feet and not just plummet back down to the earth.

  • @Carlton Meyer
Like most people who care to research, I've stumbled across dozens of facts that don't fit the official story. Here is one from my blog:

    Jul 1, 2017 - Another 9-11 Error

The standard tactic to dismiss anyone who questions the official 9-11 story is to demand answers: "Okay, you tell me what happened that day!" Of course lowly citizens have no idea since they are not briefed on ultra-secret operations. But anyone can perform simple Internet research when issues arise.

For example, reliable sources agree that the maximum speed a B-767-200 commercial airliner can reach at 700 feet above sea level is 360 knots. It can fly faster at high altitudes where the air is one-third as dense. It can fly faster in a steep dive if crashing. But when flying level at 700 feet, 360 knots is the fastest it can fly with installed engine power because of drag limitations. The aircraft that hit the second tower on 9-11 flew in level at 510 knots, as noted in official reports based on radar tracking. https://web.archive.org/web/20071219230238/http://911myths.com/images/c/c1/Radar_Data_Impact_Speed_Study--AA11,_UA175.pdf

This proves that a B-767 did not hit the second tower! There are many articles and youtube videos that detail this, (the links have since disappeared)

including some by airline pilots, and experts such as this retired NASA expert:

"Based on analysis of radar data, the National Transportation and Safety Board reported the groundspeed just before impact as 510 knots. This is well beyond the maximum operating velocity of 360 knots, and maximum dive velocity of 410 knots."

    (the link has since disappeared)

I read comments at websites and watched youtube to see what CIA funded floggers say to debunk this fact. Some claim the B-767 can fly faster but is safety restricted to protect the airframe, known as "never to exceed speed." This is true, but that precaution is to warn of potential damage in cases where a steep high-speed dive may be performed. This is not a problem at level flight because B-767 engines cannot push the aircraft near that limit. Pilots sometimes fly their aircraft at full throttle so they know how fast it can fly. Commercial aircraft are designed with efficiency in mind. They do not have extra big engines to produce extra power that it will never use.

If you google "767 maximum speed sea level" this odd unsigned webpage linked to a dead website appears first. (link has since disappeared) It is full of lies, yet appears first in the world's most used search engine, provided by a CIA affiliated corporation--Google. The rambling explanation states that a B-767 can perform the high-speed maneuvers as radar showed on 9-11 and falsely claims that pilots agree, with no mention that it lacks of engine power to reach 510 knots, .

Since this airspeed issue is impossible to explain (unless it was a B-767 modified with different engines) protectors of the 9-11 fable resort to personally attacking those who raise this issue, or diverting the discussion to other topics. Why would the plotters make this mistake? First, in any operation there are hundreds of elements to consider. They may have confirmed that a B-767 can fly that fast, overlooking the required altitude of 35,000 feet.
    ______________________

Note that thousands who saw aircraft hit the towers did not. Very, very few people happened to be looking way up at the top of the towers that moment and the speed of the aircraft means the noise from its engines would reach them when the explosion occurred. And an aircraft at that speed would be a blur from below. They heard an explosion, looked up, and saw one had occurred. They watched TV an hour later and saw images of aircraft hitting the towers, so merged that into their memory.

The video evidence is easily debunked, but that's another story best remembered by images of Wile E. Coyote.

    Replies: @R., @GMC, @MGB

“maximum dive speed” isn’t maximum dive speed, it’s just the maximum safe speed for which the plane is certified. Obviously, planes aren’t constructed in a way that if you exceed that speed it falls apart immediately, but there’s possibly stress damage.

A long shallow dive on full throttle is just the way to work up a very high speed.

    510 Vs 460 isn’t va big difference.
