In addition there are millions of police citizen encounters that result in no shooting deaths or force used, but you just assume that the incidents of force are the only police encounters, therefore most encounters lead to police shooting.
But how many state laws on the use of force, SCOTUS cases, and police policies & procedures have you actually read? You seem to pontificate on something that you never conducted reasonable research on. Are we all suppose to believe that police promote shootings because you said so (is opinion now considered fact). If you considered this seriously, then you would know that different police departments have different rules of engagement, and there is not one universal rule for all police as you have suggested. You are making an extraordinary claim that all the people that police officers shoot are completely innocent of criminal acts and did not engage in deadly physical force. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence to support such claims.

I do agree with you with that it is actually true that police officers may engage in shooting before using other force options. This was as a result of MSM & ACLU (american criminal liberties union) complaining that any act of force used by the police is excessive. The urban police hierarchy and politicians responded by actively discouraging officers from using lower force options in order to control the situation. They did this to avoid bad press, and lawsuits, and they wanted there cops to behave like social workers. As a result some incidents that were not controlled early on with lower force options would escalate to deadly force situations. If the cop was permitted to take control of the situation early on, with lower force options, then maybe it would not have escalated into situation requiring deadly force.

Second is that courts perform a catch and release program with crime (police catch & courts release). Thus instead of containing the most violent criminals away from society, they are at large to continue to roam & prey upon the public. This leaves the onus on the police to control crime that is performed by recidivist violent offenders. As a result it requires more citizen police interaction than would otherwise be necessary if crime was low. Unfortunately the public look to the police as the only solution to crime, and are not really cognizant of the fact that if recidivist violent felons were in prison then they would not be committing as much crime. The public should be demanding proper incarceration rates for criminals who are convicted in courts, so it will require less police intervention in the streets.
Third is the new millennial cops are a product of the society they came from. Millennials (I am going to generalize here but with plenty of personal empirical experience to make this claim) do not have any common sense. When the WW2 generation retired, the ability to handle chaotic situations with grace retired with them, and this skill diminished every generation after that.

Maybe you reside in a rural/suburban community where the cops in your town are too officious or have a tendency to act in what would be considered an abusive manner towards ordinary people. Maybe they take their car stops for minor traffic infractions a little too seriously (Maybe they also resent big city cops and treat them the same way). Or then again maybe not. But if that is the case: what does some cop walking the beat in the ghetto have to do with that (you seem to be assigning collective guilt)?

But we, in white flight land, understand that policing is a full contact event, and that being pro police is not as important as being anti criminal. We also know that confrontations in a urban setting are serious events which usually can end with someone going to the hospital. We do not romanticize police with sanctimonious praise, but we acknowledge that most of them are necessary to containing high crime, and being an urban ghetto cop is a very very difficult job (if you think you can do better try it then). The consequences are very real to us because we all personally know crime victims who have been seriously hurt or killed (this is not the land of make believe!). However we do not personally know of too many incidents where the cop shot someone for no reason.

So realistically we do not fear cops (even if there are some officers who are aggressive egocentrics), because over here we have the real fear of getting killed (or loved ones victimized) by criminal predators. We also recognize that the left has irresponsibly created a situation of racial balkanization, that coupled with a declining economy, is a social powder keg, and the urban ghetto police are the first line of defense. And we also are very keen to a fact that would never be reported in the Guarding newspaper: that afro americans kill more U.S. residents than all other groups; and that includes terrorist, and that includes police officers. And why are not submissive whites complaining about that?

b) The post war sanctions were designed to exterminate Iraqi children not prevent Iraq from reconstituting its military.

Not true. Look at the statistics, 80% of Germany's losses occurred on the eastern front. The Russians had to fight in winter too. On a rifle to rifle or soldier to soldier basis, the Germans were the finest army in the world. However as Stalin has been claimed to have said: "Quantity has a quality all its own" or as was supposedly written by a German officer to his wife about the invasion of Russia (from the documentary "The World At War"): This is like an elephant attacking an army of ants, at each step hundreds are killed, but in the end the elephant is eaten to the bone".

US & UK (would that be the "we"?) did not save SU from Nazi Germany.
SU saved the whole of Europe from the Nazi jackboot: Nazis rolled up the whole of Europe in a matter of months.

"We" did not (really) fight Nazi Germany: SU did.
As has been pointed out numerous times, 80% of Wehrmacht, their best toughest divisions, were destroyed on the Eastern front.

It is an open secret that Churchill was hoping Hitler and Stalin would annihilate each other. That is why US&UK did not land in Europe until 1944, despite Stalin pleadings. SU defeated Nazis all on its own: US helped some, but nothing that made a big difference.

In 1944 the Red Army was almost at the border of Germany, racing towards Berlin. US&UK realized that if they didn't land, the Red Army would race all the way to the Channel.

At Dunkirk, British troops ran like chickens, and were not annihilated only because for some unexplained reasons, Germans stopped short.
At the Battle of the Bulge, depleted German forces, short of everything, routed US troops. Save for the heroic defense of Bastogne, US troops ran. Until the skies opened up, and USAF wiped the Germans out.

The titanic battles in the East - Moscow, Stalingrad, Kursk,..- were fought and won by the Red Army.

Hence in 1941 the long-term fear was that, having overrun Germany with the greatest military counter-offensive the world has ever seen, the Soviets would just keep on going. No other force would have the slightest chance of stopping the power that had routed the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS, and the Red Army would roll over all of Europe - and just possibly Britain too.

So the true justification of the USA's entry into the war in Europe came when American forces met Soviet troops in Germany and Austria. The point was not to beat the Germans - that was already assured - but to stop the Soviets at a given point.

Nazis invaded because they coveted the vast lands inhabited by Slavs for their demented notion of Lebensraum. The Nazi savages invaded another country that had done nothing to Germany in order to exterminate the indigenous Slavs and steal their land.

Your ideas, no doubts, make a lovely song for the Kagans' and such ears. However, you have been trying to divert the readers attention from the main thrust of the present paper, namely, from the facts-supported statement that Russian Federation is not seeking any confrontation with the US/EU and that RF has plenty of land and natural resources to do without other peoples' land (unlike Israel, the manager of the US politics, and the financial plutocracy of the US/UK, which needs wars to postpone the inevitable crash of the US $). You might be indeed very passionate about the history of the 20-th-century Europe, but somehow your posts create an impression of trolling.
