[We're very pleased to run this provocative new piece by Karel van Wolferen, who has spent decades as one of Holland's most distinguished international journalists.] In a famous exchange between a high official at the court of George W. Bush and journalist Ron Suskind, the official – later acknowledged to have been Karl Rove –...
  • Said well, in no terms better then some others, above mindset analysis is not science, it is base earthiness, to analyse, and analyse well, and peal of the layers of deceit, is trivial to even ‘uneducated’ minds, with sufficient processing power, …energy-wise, psychologically, socially, the effort tends to render the individual a non-person. No career, no job, no friends. The social dilemma: participate in a society that runs itself into the wall, and becoming one of the “beautiful” ones( eat, sleep and groom, no sexual interests), is the dilemma to individual exit, no way out to achievement, social recognizance, self-respect.

No one incorporates the world better, as “for worse” then Chomsky, the exquisite example of holding ambiguous values in an average(as far as intellectuals go) brain. Citing conventional alliances, referring to method and institution, to fellow academics, and then denouncing mere abuse, not the same systemics, institutions, and intelligentsia. His croony-craws are in the waiting, to take his place as a larger then life “Mickey Mouse” character. Mind mentioning Noami Klein, Bill McCibben, Nomi Prins, and miriad of second rate brains, that give a surface polish to deep state policies, the corporations.

Real minds? , within power circles are in hiding, outside one has to cope with the denial(justified by lack of energy and brain power, upon historical precedence, by being indoctrinated by tone and inferior content) of the masses, and the denial by the system out of mere interest not to let in by chance some-one not vetted first, then licensed to pronounce himself in diction and writing, as a zomby, a submissive basket-case of masochism.

Technology is basically neutral, more layers of lies, and anything in the public domain is a lie, by a larger definition of ‘lie’, will cope with quality of ideas, scientific approaches to governance, even the definition of what could be the real namers of our times and their inter-relationship. • If quality of life is a concern, quality humanity and not quantitative humanity should be the goal of an intelligent system. Part of this is vying for the elite individual intelligence, curating it, empower it, genetically flood it over the time and geography lines of the planet.

Fast, “there is a blob of sticky tar at the power top, there is little comprehension to be expected at the bottom. Alternative elites will have to take responsibility or “they” will perish, together with the Darwinian, social Darwinian ‘sludge, who cares(existing power structures do not)’.

Above are not elitist, “fascist” remarks but a well laid crude line of what is expecting us, humanity, indiscriminately at every turn in the now to further on in what is left of linear history. Auto-engineering humanity, our best change to alleviate the burden, our best chance of survival.

Particulate individuals hunting, gene-engineering(genome editing), for the brighter and the limit lies there, and destruction, planned demolition for the literate workforces while being inoculated.

Eugenics in the light above, not by obsolete war, but by interactive ‘at the individual level’ interference to intentionally cancel the white noise of existing humanity is my mono-processor best potent guess as to where gravitate human impact to.

  • To use the following analogy,

Computers live memory, not too different in concept from human memory for the purpose,

Crystallized memory (the hard drive, the usb stick, as a second,

The ability to search large databases instantly (processor power),

Computers having the same kernel (listens to precise exact same coding, how much processing power being of no importance) makes them ideally apt to put into serial set-ups.

The redundancy and thus the solving of fail situations, where serially connected machines have a single machine fail (raid-setups),

…make them masters in group collaboration in the sense of the article above (real-time collaboration, not a single machine doing the work, then repeat on a different machine to get replication and confirmation or correction), but real-time atomic processing of a larger problem.

That is also exactly why humans do not real-time collaborate well (real-time same problem solving), the ‘mono-processor man’ or woman, rarely (never seen in any empirical situation by the commenter), matches by multiplication what a single person can do, the overload of ‘synchronizing’ eating the processing power.

Humans have different kernels, different processing power, different memory allocations, (different IQ as far as the analogy goes), different ‘coding’.

The ability for synchronous functioning diminishes as problem complexity rises, as single processors are no longer up to grasp and build upon the given instance of the process and bail out. …bailing out, and hanging on using more processor power then can be freed for problem solving.

The future: man – machine -man relationships, in that order, man processing, shifting of further processing to the machine , the same or next machine shifting of blocks of the problem to different human(s), and vice-versa could be the closest at hand solution to advance in real-time collaboration.

Above will solve the problem of collaboration in part, and is done right now, (proven in a negative way by the internet in 99+ percent of it’s workings, the proposed solution of one single human is replicated and blindly copied as a building block to myriad others, adding to the problem of bigger impact of a botched solution), …but in single use cases, it can work to the contrary, …when the individual knodes of the network are of higher quality. Intelligent networks (this is not contradictory) requiring intelligent processors at all nodes, or the network dumbs down .

To come to this, where man -machine -man (AI), would work, will ultimately depend on the input by man of the initial algorithm, (what to search for, the grounded ethical foundation, the relevancy, all things quality, … etc.), that is what will make or brake AI, render it dangerous, a tool for further derivatives of a negative order.

Human society as is, now so troublesome, the ‘neutrality of technology’, the uselessness of ‘public intellectuals’, the openness of high quality databases (they are not, but if they were), failure, the failure of the principle of quantity in democracy, it all harks back to ‘common denominator’, in the case of the study: individual IQ.

The importance of individual ‘processing’ power deciding on the group collaborative performance index.

Ultimately genome manipulation, tuning the human processor in a way that leaves them individually more capable, gives them more processing power, whether or not a-synchronous collaboration or even synchronous collaboration (eventually with an in-between machine), would be the best and most timely way to achieve collaboration boosts. This is a coming, on different spots in the globe a doing.

Of course the manipulation will depend on the single individual deciding on the algorithm (probably equal to the common denominators of larger societies) of why, how and what From the feel of where the internet has been going, eye colour will be higher on the priority list then what is behind the eyeballs for some while. Regardless of the difficulties and complexity of the various manipulations.

  • It might boil down to above, the piece analysis is dead right.

The US needs a lucid (as Castro Fidel) Trump, who on purpose, and with insight (his few trusted advisers who know his cognitive limits and weighted his balls), to “parley”, the thing he does best, because he is what he is, a simple guy (making money allows for being cognitively simple, better requires it), to the people, the deplorables, made ever more deplorable by any elites over the last fifty years, and they will stand at the Trump side regardless, will come out when asked, will be a ‘theoretical’ menace, as they are already.

Starting with Flynn, Trump was dead weak, he should back-door him in again, as a real test to a stand-of, if not, the nagging will become worse, and yes, deep-state, corporate global gluttons, will try to get rid of him ultimately.

The easy road, a Trump shutting up on issues, being a “Obama land post”, counting on the argument that the elites have no interest in having the brand “United States” losing face globally, as they are doing now, then why ambition Washington and the Presidency in the first place.

Castro Fidel should be your inspiration Sir Trump, talk to the deplorables using tone (you Sir master that so well, SwartzenEgger was half as good as you in wit to the people), and leave content to your trusted advisers (some have more then a zest for vengeance, but real convictions that hold up to the realm of today). We know you have balls, Obama had none, we know you can talk to the average American, as Obama could for a while. You have within your vicinity a few individuals who can stand up to rational verities, Obama had opportunistic short term-focus rats and none.

Castro kept talking to the people, emotionally bonding, for an inspirational while. No leaks, hard-handed, and a through-sight that made him survive in power many a US president. The Clinton and Bush dynasty are not up to par in political reach, keep your back-office decided, you have only that Sir Trump, then keep getting out there, put on a public face and make complex things look simple to the masses, the importance is tone, you do that well.

  • In all the political drama taking place in the US as a result of the attempted color revolution against Trump, the bigger picture sometimes gets forgotten. And yet, this bigger picture is quite amazing, because if we look at it we will see irrefutable signs that the Empire in engaged in some bizarre slow motion...
  • Great analysis, but not timely, and certainly not daring, and then not appealing to the masses globally. Trump is indeed a jelly-fish, as Obama, as Hillary, say Washington as a whole, a jelly-pudding.

It all has a feel of cheap mass-produced plastic, no esthetics, no content, no vision.

War is obsolete. On their terms, why? Because relative riches melt in the face of planetary toxicity, over-population, climate change, consequently causing migrations, hunger, thirst, health issues, none of which can be solved by any nation states, some of thus which cannot be escaped by privilege.

Genetics, we have ourself a bad batch at the top, a global for profit system endows the cognitive “smarter” and not the cognitive capable. A billion buys more prestige then cognitive abilities, experience.

Hillary is a wacky grandmother, Trump is what seventy year olds are, they need to be of good stock to be competitive. If the US wants a seventy plus person in the whiTe houSe, then why not a legion of a few hundred cognitively favoured, ethical minds (that mostly goes to boot, ethics is a foremost expression of high level opportunism) individuals that roam the earth, ready to “source” them from Russia or Iran.

  • Impressive response, for this suggestive article.

World population measurement would be directly and faster then any other behaviour can, be affected.

“Engineering” for quality, the resulting different humanoids, would incline the masses to the new tang, cognitive means, and cognitive peaks first would bring the elites to impose opportunistic policies in the longer run (say four milliard years, our time left on earth according to solar spects), that would make more sense generationally, and the masses could be engineered for conformity. A better world, it is hard to go against cognitive ability, genetic traits of homogeneity within groups, to obtain any other outcome of quality.

Imagine a few thousand infiltrators in the dumb worlds of our elites, being part of their own, being allowed to tweak God like?, the stupor of today. The elites taking responsibility and the masses slightly more absorptive, thus submissive to better understood quests for quality, not quantity.

Groups that do not participate, waning, no harm done. Biodiversity at the root is guaranteed.

Not terrorism, war-games (primitive Muslim terrorism, structured terrorism on the side of the West)…It is the breeding and non-breeding that is dangerous to “Western values”, the disconnect between Enlightenment, and actual social and political distortions on the Western side (nihilism, abject ego-centrism, consumerism, the holy cow of democracy entwined with capitalism) and low IQ propaganda on the Muslim side, as to conquering the world once over using breeding, as if that would wane the real problems unrecognized, unprioritized by any of the “elites” globally.

Whatever, the masses, the simpletons, the bulk of humanity needs steering, none of ours truly “priviledged”, the “nobility” of human worlds, has the physical courage, the individual potential (IQ, and consequently logical and ethical capacity) to cope with complexity. Neither do we as a group(s), from the White House, Chamber of Lords, Yurga, Nation State X, the pompous UN, and least of all as a group the intellectuals, scientists, academics of our (short) age. No entity, by default Islam being less structured politically, in the Islamic world takes responsibility either for including the complexity exposed by two thousand years more years of living and experimenting since Mohammad was noted to the Koran.

Being non-religious, the Potential structures need to take “God” like responsibility or doom or relief (whatever your psychological mindset) is at the doorsteps of our times. Human nature needs to be “tweaked” not socially, that is proven by ages (that we do not have) too slow due to our biological creep, but by far more abrupt means of genetic biology, artificial intelligence. War and other social and political chess play is obsolete, too slow, blunt as to cope with the rhythm of planetary chaos (human, and nature induced).

Migration, pollution, toxicity, growth economy, population dynamics, etc. as they show up in myriad cause-consequence sequels are not problems to be smothered by social and political engineering, locally, and by high interference of individual careerism and public utility, but hard and sober scientific biddings to be solved by engineering humanity, starting the elites, into distinct critters ready to write algorithms so AI can do it’s sorting. Not google for pushing products, converting individuals into products, preserve short term priveledges but google for insight and decision making by brute force exclusion of flawed concepts.

No muslim wants to hear of genetically favouring the unborn for intelligence, higher capacitation, quality. Oddly so the West has the same taboo prevalence (and the elites are meant), as to it either.

Is is evident that the “God” the religious among us long for, needs to be us, by lack of other tangents. It is evident that systemically made to float elites are not the right kind of nuclei to build and sustain a planet on, let alone to grasp a wider view of the universe, or on the other side grasp the infinitely small.

The “good” thing is, whatever we do, we cannot go wrong!

  • “The internet is primary”

Yes, and yes again: far from a concise body of relevancy. It is simply not up to par yet, as in being rallied to the conditions the TV and printed media are in. A lot of other things can be said, on the corruption of the data streams but this is relevant as to the article.

And yes again, streamlining the masses, does not matter any longer. For at least two reasons: all tricks and techniques are well known, nothing much can be learned there, and secondly a quality message is non-communicable.

The social constructs, the media task of building them, are inadequate seen the time scale and planetary magnitude of any kind of solutions. The urgency of relevant matters.

Human nature itself, needs to be tweaked, locally, later clustered, to have any chance of change steered on the human side. The masses will follow, any social data will confirm the easiness to streamline bulk humanity into simple concepts, then is done as the elites please.

The problem with our de facto elites, including these smart media moguls at the top is a lack of merging ethical, long-term, planetary concepts into their capacity as supreme opportunists, the not smart enough mono-processors. The elites do not know where to head, it is all short term indecision.

The courage to blend responsibility, long-term insights, IA, genetic biology, ex-planetary adventurism, is lacking but by the social in-acceptance of the dynamics of life, and incomprehension by most intellectuals. There is no man as used to be, man will be as can be. Our position at stake is not our numbers, but our intrinsic quality, improving upon it, or perish as a phenomenon, an accident of history.

  • Technical suggestions, the last one and former last one, are correct. They are also fruitless. The masses and steering the masses needs, short bursts, relies on the preposition of technical ignorance of the user, “shouts”.

The cathedral, structured, complex world of ideas, building on ideas, referencing, collaborating, and (importantly and mostly neglected also by our better minds), correcting opinion if needed, and timelines of opinion, be it by encrypting and anonymizing sources, (the tor network is not a decentralized system in essence), (encryption needs nowledge to be applied to b-o-t-h sides, the provider a-n-d the receiving consumer end), requires ever again building reliable networks/systems ever again corrupted when they bloat, ever again resests and restarts.

Add to the problem AI, where individual thought is multiplied by a machine grasp of intent, synthetic DNA and quantum computing somehow merged to any extend and judgement of the individual at the receiving end will come up short anytime.

One of the core issues, the point made here, we live in the world we believe in and act upon the real world then, which translates our individual errors into confirmation of “cultural”, crowd behaviour.

The analogy is not perfect, but since crypto currencies are mentioned, in matters of information, decentralized, anonymous access of garbage information(probably 99,99% of all information is redundant(a very important side effect, as in the analogous “mob” effect), and imprecize to righteous lies by ignorance and/or intent), will linger as just that, having a long shelf-life as garbage.

Intentionally the writing style of this comment is not polished, concise, “simple” in sentencing, this has two sides: complex information does not take to “simple” explanations” that well, and as importantly, crowd information “public” destined information should b-e by matter of design. That makes for an impossible situation.

  • Comprehension of genetic code, editing genetic code, synthesizing genetic code … and machines, based on the von Neuman computer model combined will lead to artificial intelligence.

For now the race of what and who, when on both sides, the writing of algorithms that “think” on one side and the genetic comprehension on the other is the most interesting race of our times. The breakthroughs, according to mine miserable insight of yet, : understanding genetic code will be the major pathway. There is something wrong in brute forcing as is done by machines, eating energy at rat pace, as to “tweak” instinct for pathways of mininmal resistance.

The comment section is eery quit, feels naked. Even the political – social consequence of a combined aproach of both: still further elognating quantity from quality should have all eyeballs on the above.

It is unlikely that, beyond transcription of proteins and maybe a few regulatory functions, we will, anytime soon, understand how DNA works, or how it creates the phenomenon of intelligence and thought.

For one thing, epigenetic factors also play a significant role in development and are just starting to be studied. The structure of the mother's egg is chocked full of information that is transmitted throughout the creation of the organism.

Also, it still leaves the problem of understanding how the mechanism created from the genes and cells (brain) works, which is 100% in the dark at the moment. Neuroscience is a joke, basically a mockery based on watching parts of the brain 'light up' and trying to make up a bunch of nonsense conclusions.

Just as genetics opened a new pathway of study, now epigenetics is doing the same, and, most likely, beyond that we will find that quantum biology adds yet another level of complexity. The rabbit hole is unlikely to ever end.

The plain fact is that consciousness cannot be a function of matter, as we have seen from the many people who have temporarily died. There are many cases of people witnessing things they could not have possibly seen from their bodies. These reports indicate a soul, a consciousness beyond matter.

This spells a great doom for any notion of AI. A simple test to see the completely bleak state of AI is to chat for a moment with an online bot. They are simply dumber than toasters.

That spark of will, of motive, of understanding is not from matter.

Muslims versus Christians, territory and culture versus elite interests, that are necessarily global, are as consequence and cause related. Human numbers carry negative economical value, are a liability, the same algorithms used in theoretical economics tell you so.

The immediate question is who controls what for the long haul. See above.

  • No surprises, the quality of politicians worldwide is embedded in the system. The question asked: how can a meritocracy apply extended family, friend and sex-mates, to the selection system consequently. Another, how can one leverage content in this day and age if there is no thorough knowledge of the tools behind any information system. Put congressmen and women to the test, how many have questions as use of data protocol, firewall, ports, delegated to “specialist”, and loyal(the accent on loyal) collaborators without a notion of what they even delegate. If living in an area of specialization, the notion of minimal knowledge and comprehension might be at least a thorough understanding of man – machine correlations.

Hillarious Hillary neither, did have a notion of any technicalities of tools applied to bid her interests. “Boom”, “Boom”, “oBama”, was using computers to play “drone of doom”.

Politicians dress, groom, prepare and travel to public moments of extroversion, …and that’s it. Very busy critters, highly un-focused beyond anything deeper then egocentric looks and sway of an actor. It works, there is a public, “deplorable”, “gens de rien” ignorance carrying them, complicit media and scientists, sustaining them. The phenomenon will worsen, the glue will thicken into further layers of ignorance. The Moore law? The more complex society, the bigger the ignorance of the elites.

A suggestive test: time employment over years in office would uproot the sterling conclusion that politicians, administrators of public affairs have simply no time and energy left to analyze anything beyond their public person’s direct interests. Systemic, in all branches, our elites are simply not up to par. And that “works”, in occurrence the state of affairs worldwide, in the long term, in depth.

  • Magnum effort, way beyond my first superficial comprehension.

One remark though, a mega one, not specific to the article, as broad-raking as is.

“The differences in IQ between individuals is on a scale major to differences in groups. More complex, dynamic societies as over the last two hundred years, will find value and pertinence first in mining individual IQ talents.

The group differences planetary, will have no longer the same pertinent impact, certainly not on modern timescales, dozens of years, as compared to centuries and dozens of generations.

All other factors will abide by these superior IQ ‘compensations’ as a first.”

This impressive research is probably of historical value only, which is in itself a layer of further comprehension of course, but the results will probably not point into the future consequently. Said otherwise, as a tool for prediction it might fail.

  • Important the notion of quality knowledge. Censuring rewrites history. Another case of “if conventional” most certainly biased, intent to censure. From the middle ages Catholic Doctrine of burning books, till today, censuring is rule.

Could there only be alternative channels of knowledge, ‘people being people'(a nice way of presenting the mean), tend to flock to commercial middle-men in the illusion of getting “more”, “everything is there”, convenience. The chase should be for quality, the few nuggets that kindle the fire of creativity rather. To make at least a single relevant point: formatting has more to do with inspiring knowledge than thought of. The “Microsoft” concept of Amazon, the lube to slippery redirects, are the tools of choice to ignorance. Raw searcheable data, by one’s own algorithms would pearce the fluff most certainly.

Where censuring is utmost efficient is in deadening the singular ones that hidden in the masses might get to good comprehension of systemic society and since left behind might pop up with a vengeance. The search for quality sources of information is guerilla warfare. To add a precious dongle: Universities globally are a prime source of censureship and castrating brighter minds.

Looking again at numbers versus quality: whatever is read by most is of little relevance, what is accessible does, with regard to the quality minds that are sparsly, unconnectedly hidden within the major population. To them, quality christalized knowledge is prime nurture, as opposed to innate processing power.

  • This is next to the markers, the scope of the article.

But then, is above group measuring in any way of importance? Where society, a sophisticated one, should step in is fishing the uppermost talented, at the youngest age possible. A qualitative society, eugenic breeding and genetics, needs before anything else an elite in any field, not just or even “milionaires”, “high-income”. The way economics and war measure “succes” and “talent” is a brute force one, and has been hijacked by an elite not up to par.

Too much may-be, but(again), it is hard to contest that high-talent tasks, and the few, are the ones that make a difference, bulk paints the canvas. Now since human blobs, contrairy to computers (the internet, serially connected processors on and of the motherboard), are not easily chained, macons may multiply outcome by augmenting the participating numbers of workers, but high-level tasks are single individual jobs, and need other high-talented individuals to understand and use the acquired building blocks.

Convention has it wrong, in using education systems to fish out the lucky few that can make a difference, eugenics in breeding and genetic analysis and manipulation, universities that fall back on raw judgement of talent, at the price of being not understood, should be taken for granted.

Even nano technology, and building machine logic interference into and useable by a human brain stands a better chance of stepping up cognitive power of modern societies. All in all, it must be that the advancement of man, should go through this phase of deconstructing radically our concepts of what is progress and where progress is to be made, what lays at the basis of progress.

Qualitative society is not something bigger numbers, of anything, but better brain individuals can achieve, convention, education, war, economics, politics, sociology are stone age tools in achieving a new level op “prosperity”, starting by defining it.

To say it mildly, our elites are not up to par, never were, and will hold us back as a species, to outright destruction. Focus, ignore the few points of ignorance between groups could be of essence.

  • Steve could you be dead wrong, and let us point to the subject: “Is population an issue that is part of anything, from economics, sociological tendencies, resource management, territory issues, race, ethnicity,” … it is.

Does it deserve, needs, to be considered as a prime factoring tool, rather then a self-adjusting variable, it does.

The cable news makes no sense as to the issue, but then, the absurdity and necessity of absurdity catering to the public is always there, as such “The cooking channel”. References to Nazism, eugenics(good and bad), it depends on the definition of. Especially now when non-intrusive methods show up at the horizon.

Is Steve always wrong, certainly not, does Steve need to ajust this major dead angle, definitely. Does the dead angle affects his further viewpoints, most evidently. • Slightly hinted upon in the article, and then indirectly, … the quest for individual talent within all groups, group analysis being secondary, a relative co-relation, should be on. Individual differences are of more importance then group differences in IQ. The testing, the breeding, genetic analysis, and later on genetic manipulation, that is where the difference can be made to acquire brighter elites that can make a stance as to humankind’s future.

This is a timely affair, and the single most argument of importance to get a brighter future out of a smaller world population and a healthy planet.

  • Psychologically daring (being no minstrel to corporatocracy nor irrelevant activism and other “religions” that endorse the current world global system as the overhead), rationally correct, relevant, core definition of the larger geo-world and deeper “ideological” grounding( in the case of capitalism the quite shallow brute forcing of greed as an incentive, as sterile a society as possible), and adhering to longer timelines of reality of planet earth. Perfectly captures the “essence” of the dynamics of our times.

The few come to the authors’ through-sites by many venue-ways, that’s where some of the corporocratic world, by sheer statistics wind up also. Why do they not get the overhand into molding the shallow into anything better in the long haul. No world leader, no intellectual within power circles, even within confined quarters, speaks to the absurdity of the ongoing slugging and maltering of global human?

The elites of now are too dumb to consider the planet exo-human as a limited resource. Immigration, migration, is the de facto path to “normalization” in the terms of the author. Reducing the world population is not “in” the capitalist ideology. A major weakness, or if one prefers the stake that pinches the concept of capitalism: more instead of quality principles.

The game changers, the possible game changers: eugenics and how they play out as to the elites ( understanding the genome and manipulating it), artificial intelligence ( defining it first, not the “Elon Musk” definition), and as a far outlier exo-planetary arguments.

Confront the above with the “unexpected”, the not-human engineered possible events (astroids and the like, secondary effects of human induced toxicity, others), and the chances to get to the author’s “dollar” and what it by then might mean is indeed tiny.

As to the content, one of the utmost relevant articles, it is “art” to condense such broad a world view into a few words, it requires a deep understanding foremost, left to wonder what can be grasped by most reading above. Some-one try the numbers?, “big data” anyone, they might turn out in favor of what the author undoubtedly absorbed as the nucleus of twenty-first thinking, strategy and engineering.

This kind of thinking and “Harvard” conventionality, what a distance.

  • @Malla
Brilliant Article. But this has been going on for nearly a century or more. New York Jewish bankers fund the Bolshevik revolution which gets rid of the Romanov dynasty and many of the revolutionaries are not even Russian. What many people do not know is that many Western companies invested money in Bolshevik Russia as the Bolsheviks were speeding up the modernising of the country. What many do not know is that Feminism, destruction of families and traditional societies, homoerotic art etc.... was forced on the new Soviet population in a shock therapy sort of way. The same process has been implemented in the West by the elites using a much slower 'boiling the frog' method using Cultural Marxism. The aim of the Soviet Union was to spread Communism around the World and hence bring about the One World Government as wished by the globalists. Their national anthem was the 'Internationale'. The globalists were funding revolutionary movements throughout Europe and other parts of the world. One such attempt went extremely wrong and that was in Germany where instead of the Communists coming in power, the National Socialists come in power which was the most dangerous challenge faced by the Zio/globalists/elite gang. The Globalists force a war using false flag events like Pearl Harbour etc... and crushed the powers which challenged their rule i.e. Germany, Japan and Italy. That is why Capitalist USA funded Communist Soviet Union using the land lease program, which on the surface never makes any sense.

However in Soviet Russia, a power struggle leads to Stalin destroying the old Communist order of Lenin Trotsky. Trotsky and his supporters leave the Soviet Union. Many of the present Neo Cons are ex Trotskyites and hence the crazy hatred for Russia even today in American politics. These Neocons do not have any principles, they will use any ideology such as Communism, Islam, twisted Western Conservatism...anything to attain their global goals.

Now with Stalin coming to power, things actually improved and the war with Hitler's Third Reich gave Stalin the chance to purge many old school globalist commies and then the Soviet Union went towards a more nationalist road. Jews slowly started losing their hold on power with Russians and eventually other Soviets gaining more powerful positions. These folks found the ugly modern art culture of the early Soviet period revolting and started a new movement where the messages of Socialism can be delivered with more healthy beautiful art and culture. This process was called 'Social Realism'. So strangely what happened was that the Capitalist Christian West was becoming more and more less traditional with time (Cultural Marxism/Fabien Socialism via media, education, Hollywood) while the Eastern block was slowly moving in an opposite direction. The CIA (which is basically the intelligence agency arm of Wall Street Bankers) was working to stop this 'Social Realism' movement.

These same globalists also funded Mao and pulled the rug under Chiang Kai Shek who they were supporting earlier. Yes, Mao was funded by the Rockerfeller/ Rothschild Cabal. Now, even if the Globalists were not happy with Stalin gaining power in the Soviet Union (they preferred the internationalist Trotskyites), they still found that they could work out with the Soviet Union. That is why during the 2nd World war, the USA supports the USSR with money and material, Stalin gets a facelift as 'friendly Uncle Joe' for the Western audience. Many Cossack families who had escaped the Soviet Union to the West were sent to their deaths after the War to the Soviet Union. Why? Mr. Eden of Britain who could not stand Hitler wanted a New World Order where they could work with the more murderous Soviet Union.

Now we have the cold war. What is not known is that behind the scenes at a higher level, the Americans and the Soviets cooperated with each other exchanging technology, basically the cold war was quite fake. But the Cold war gave the American government (basically the Globalists) to take American Tax payers hard earned money to fund many projects such as Star Wars programme etc... All this was not needed, as a gentleman named Keenan had shown in his book that all the Americans needed to do was to make sure Japan, Germany and Britain did not fall to the Soviets, that’s it. Thus trillions of American tax payer money would be saved. But obviously the Military Industrial Complex did not like that idea. Both the Soviet and the American governments got the excuse spend their people's hard money on weapons research as well as exchanging some of that technology in the back ground. It is during this period that the precursor to the Internet was already developed. Many of the technology we use today was already invented much earlier by government agencies but released to the people later.

Then we have the Vietnam war. Now you must realise that the Globalist government of America uses wars not only to change enemy societies but also the domestic society in the West. So during the Vietnam War, the US government using the alphabet agencies such as the CIA kick start the fake opposition hippie movements. The CIA not only drugged the Vietnamese population using drugs from the Golden Triangle but later released them on the home population in the USA and the West. This was all part of the Cultural Marxist plan to change or social engineer American/ Western society. Many institutes like the Travestock Institute were part of this process. For example one of the main hochos of the Cultural Marxism, a Mr. Aderno was closely related to the Beatles movement.
Several experiments was done on mind control such as MK Ultra, monarch programming, Edward Bernay’s works etc... Their aim was to destroy traditional Western society and the long term goal is a New World Order. Blacks for example were used as weapons against Whites at the same time the black social order was destroyed further via the media etc...

Now, Nixon going to China was to start a long term (long planned) process to bring about Corporate Communism. Yes that is going to be economic system in the coming New World Order. China is the test tube, where the Worst of Communism and the Worst of Crony Capitalism be brought together as an experiment. As the Soviet Union was going in a direction, the globalist was not happy about (it was becoming more nationalist), they worked to bring the Soviet Union down and thus the Soviet experiment ended only to be continued in China.

NATO today is the core military arm of the globalists, a precursor to a One World Military Force. That explains why after the Warsaw pact was dismantled, NATO was not or why NATO would interfere in the Middle East which is far away from the Atlantic Ocean.

The coming Cashless society will finally lead to a moneyless or distribution society, in other words Communism, that is the long term plan.

My point is, many of the geo political events as well as social movements of the last century (feminism for example) were all planned for a long time and are not accidents. The coming technologies like the internet of things, 5G technology, Cashless society, biometric identification everywhere etc… are all designed to help bring about the final aim of the globalists. The final aim is a one world government with Corporate ruled Communism where we, the worker bees will be living in our shitty inner city like ghetto homes eating GM plastic foods and listening to crappy music. That is the future they have planned for us. A inner city ghetto like place under Communism ruled by greedy evil corporates.

“Plasticky” society is my preferred term for designating the aberrance that most (within the elites), the rest who cares (as an historical truth), do not seem to identify as proper cluelessness in the light of longer timelines. The current global ideology, religion of capitalism-democracy is the equivalent of opportunistic naval staring of the elites. They are not aware that suffocation will irreversibly affect oneself. • Might be all next to the question of what defines future society.

Is it group differences, or individual quality assessments.

Does it mean redefining hierarchical priorities to “other” values as IQ, character traits, as floating on top of prepositions in the pool for health, mental and physical, looks, strength and anything else?

Does above need to impact as a first the elites, or is it at all important to consider the masses of humans colonizing a dying planet?

Could it be that a match of a jew and a white women and a “big dick”(as an also) negro, over the span of a few generations and opening up to eugenics in a positive sense, give a future to humanity? Is the clue rather voluntary selection, of dating reading a cheat-sheet of what a person has as a genetic potential for the critical values?

All other selection criteria have after all failed, it can be given as true that jews, and whites, and some Asians have in the short term been doing better then others, but the derivatives of long term negative impacts for any group exceed the short-term progress, what might be called progress by a current definition: more money, more comfort, more power over others, solutions that crumble when opening the context of say ten thousand years.

The psychology, the sociology, the criteria of what constitutes power, are off, now a-n-d then, the only difference is the level of assessment that can be applied now as compared to then. This includes race, “good but not good enough”, rewriting the paradigms is an evident requisite.

As far as muslims, christians, jews, blacks and shapes and flavours of Asians, they all have their “bends”. Different times require humble reconsideration of a large number of variables, probably too many for an individual to convolute into an authoritative diagram. Again the future might be in “quality” human, not based on racial differences but by pooling the best, the genetically superior, the interaction between these and artificial intelligence. To be defined: as far as a level of writing algorithms influenced by current human psychological predispositions, to turn them into somewhat independent running processes, we might even corrupt the promise of artificial intelligence into a multiplication of backwardness.

The point: individuals, pool creation, redefining elites, and drop the mass psychosis of human-global as irrelevant, a survival systemic, urgency a-n-d relevancy?

  • It is usual to distinguish between biological and machine intelligence, and for good reason: organisms have interacted with the world for millennia and survived, machines are a recent human construction, and until recently there was no reason to consider them capable of intelligent behaviour. Computers changed the picture somewhat, but until very recently artificial intelligence...
  • Too many facets, too many venueways, ….to comment on this “first” as for me in the main stream media, correct myself, general public notice, without any malice.

Biggest new of the year, by far.
Humans cannot be easily or not at all cycled in parallel collaboration, machines can.
It still is a matter of energy, ‘god’ and not machines probably have still the greatest output accumulated. Leaving room, space(what a silly tri-dimensionality), to fill in ‘god’ as man plus machine, in less or more sophisticated ways, the more sophisticated one genetic editing ultimately to the capacity to source other minds be it computers and, or humans. Thus being ‘god’ venueway and get religion and science a synonym.
As said before: the big difference between ‘big data’ and cause-consequence, mere correlation, results.
The first to go off-scene: the power circles, predictions will be such that any simplistic sociological theory, political suggestion, making sense in a confined environment will be mocked by AI output within seconds and as a second step translated in the same language of simplistics human politicians use.

If there is a single nomer to history, it is a brute force clash repetitively between high level, limited context philosophies, little theoretical grounding, a bended line to nowhere.

Human nature is at cause, if then one needs to vouch for a dominating corrupter, it is our sorry West, that affects every corner of the earth, the whole of the biosphere, promoting a way of life that is turning mass human, into rats and roaches at wish. Exploited intentionally, and given the opportunity, by setting them up against one another. There is seemingly exponentiality to it.

Again to the author, Western Europe will crack, will morph in scurry ways, but the global driver to ignomy is embedded to all of us. The algorithm of choice is rather an algorith of not able to do better.

Case rested, Serb of any kind, Japanese, there is a large factor of more of the same. More then any time in the past individual initiatives that rely on interrelation with AI, genetic comprehension and manipulation on the individual level are the only way out. There is no future in numbers and associations in groups of any kind. Sociology, economics, war, obsolete behaviourism. That is where neo-liberalism and nationalism come together, not in the way of obtention but in the identical drivers of base individual short-term greed.

Again do not count on any existing group to build alternative homogeneous alternatives to a sustainable future.

  • Migration to the US limits itself to being immigration. That is one-way in, no one wants out. A terrible proposition.

Population, toxicity, climate change, derivatives of any sort, the negatives higher then the benefits, exponentially so, have, if having one at all, only planetary solutions. The instigators, the cognitive able to even comprehend the mere problems, let alone being building blocks to a solution are these “Nobel Prize” level cognitive lucky. They will have a hard time to breeding the concept US to dominance and supremacy other then quantitative and short-term. Count on it that they might not even want to go down that road.

They and they alone though, given enough context, can play as building blocks to intermediate and long term solutions. It is not the white middle class legal councillor, the precinct justice, the mean attributed individual to Congress, the intelligence agencies, Harvard, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, and sorry to say, the out of the limelight “real power” monger who transgresses any field over bridges of make believe.

If big data could be made useful for once for something of relevance, it would be mapping the globe into credit, resources, dynamically positive tendencies, and derivatives to the negative of counting value of any source. To map a block-chain against it, and so getting to a means of exchange, that would allow to interchange, including humans, and build global ideas, systematics to a sustainable future.

One can contain the masses, exploit the masses, sadly since dozens of years it is obviously visible that this proposes the equivalent of exploiting the rest of nature into a make believe bubble. The realm of the average individual is about as large as the distance from his index to a glass square the size of a phone. Behind that glass encasing are only, minute doses of melatonin while the room fills with Co2. Humanity has reached the “best” of what can be begotten out of consuming, the rest is World War One trenching.

To the point, immigration control as proposed by the author, yes, but also no, the timeliness of the measures might come up as too slow, and the problem of proportionate masses to elites, will by the numbers suffocate any form of superior intelligence anyway. Hence the de facto elites, of not only the US, but China, Russia Saudi Arabia, the EU, and on, building on any kind of quantitative theory to contain the global masses and enrich (for what it means in the short-term), the self attributed elites will continue wreaking havoc on their own ultimately.

To map visually, in graphs and images, as we like to feed the masses so much, the cognitive abilities of our elites, the level of “meritocracy” of the ones in power, would be the equivalent of the emperor has no clothes.

Back to the article, underlying it all to the author is the concept of a territorial USA, that in itself is an antiquated concept, his proposition to solutioning is the equivalent of “management”, not conceptual thinking. Sadly the glory of “management sciences” is probably too low on the scale for long term propositions.

Non-fiction?!, then adding another layer to the real would only point to knowingly being complicit. • Globalism, as defined and understood now by more of the many and conceived for the benefit of the few, is dead, globalism as in it’s theoretical meaning, “taking in as the defining context for interaction, the whole of the planet” give or take the biosphere and the universe cherry-picking, will see the remnants of nation states die, in any sense.

A single low to earth example, poisoning on a two-seater park bench in Britain, within the chicken coop, is referred at rightly when accused, by the Russian foreign ministry, as subject to a global organization, the OPCW(Prohibition of Chemical Weapons), of which both Britain and it fiefs of housewives(Johnson, May and the rest of the run), and the “nationalist” Russia are members, consignees. So much for local stardom.

A second example, still very “dog – dog”, the nagging and straining of the US in Syria, with no strategy and tactics of gang war.

In the “what really matters” category: the environment, the global population excess and density, inequality, quality of life, quality of species, technology, AI, spatial endeavours, nuclear agnosticism as to it’s outcomes, none can be even envisioned from within territorial borders, from within class, pertaining preposterous stances that respond to local logic. Another example is the Muslim breeding wars and Western sterile, navel staring, consumerism and having the elites getting away with the short-term benefits.

This century will see a war of ideas that contain the larger context, and larger humanity will be as good as the equilibrium between breeding and biting. Our elites, our pending to the now and here, the individualistic, family, clannish, race confinement, a human instinct of our elite critters globally, and just, since sourced out of a cannibalistic system, only proves itself wrong as history stumps it’s borders. Human nature is a liability where it matters, our ruling “elites”.

To cater to reality in the twenty-first century is “thinking out of the box”, and there are going to be some hard choices, that “democracy” and “individual greed is good for the collective”, a growing economy meaning more and easier consumers, ready exploitation(covert this last one), tolerance for unlimited breeding, propagating the idea that “diversity” means “strength” rather than “blending sweet milk and obesing coca-cola”, and covertly trying to exploit and contain the enormous blob of excess human presence as an advantage to the few, is dead tracking for a while now, enough to see the orange glow of our polluted dawn.

  • Sublime opportunism, entwined inside collective incentives, converges into supreme ethics, moral behaviour.
Sadly, the convergence is beyond the gradients of our elites.
The why of hard-wired human elites as are, cannot transcend to long term survival strategies, and society resembles a chicken coop.

To add another factor randomly, embedded into the above, it does not matter, how intelligence plays out between individuals, because individual opportunity feeds back into a pool of extended family, group, tribe, waves of culture and ad-hocs, lastingly and durably not encased in cognitive ambition, itself a consequence of cognitive genetic effort. Colleges and universities worldwide are a better example of petty games.

The “truth” and other concepts of “honesty” are a psychological, relative variant, depending on context. The agnostic concept of real and it’s pursuit is unknown to our archaic, analogue brain without the preposition of a limited context, opportune in the now.

  • This article once-more is “fishing for leads”, the accent is wrong, the real issues: all parties, in all power struggles that consider somehow the global masses of despicables, are about making sense then anticipating “public’s” outcome.

If this is wrong, if talking over-layers of doing and thinking are to be substituted, we will be back in caves, have lesser impact on the environment and something to breed for.

What is rightly suggested is within the above: “Cambridge Analytica?(does have any sense but to obscure and show a handle)” and other Harry Potter characters, are overrated. Of course it goes to far to have the “investigating” committees analyse the algorithms used, Fecesbook has them in-house, as does any kind of entwined Gooooogle company. They all pulled out their guns, escopettes, beheader swords, and sold out, to at random credulous politicians, and their assistents. The key is at random, but for the highest bidder.

Programming is a game of brute forcing, having original ideas isn’t. Controlling how to apply, and strategise, how to market, since long cannot be very original, hence the state of the world, and the recurrence of the same methodologies and …results all over, but for worse.

  • Randomly, some remarks. The 99,5 percent approximately of identical DNA material(enlighten us if the number has changed, public disinformation is reliably in-congruent as to rational) could be the matter of importance, not the 0.5 percent that reads group divergence.

Consequently and proportionately, IQ does not seem to matter enough thus in comparing de facto elites, and ordinary people.

Since the interests of the elites definitely are distinct from the needs of ordinary people, it is to be asked whether the dumbstruck pursuit of “their” interests(elites), does not betray the 99.5 percent of identical DNA in their bones, rather then anything distinguishing human individuals, groups and races, territorial populations, and indeed, the elites and the ordinary ones.

The elites turn out to be numb, dumb, inadequate as to their own needs, probably by a maximizing factor of their own selection mechanisms, themselves originating in near identical group averages as compared to the commoners as far as “G”.

Conclusively it should turn out to be elite priorities inadequately pursued, for not lack of want or greed but sheer incompetence, building on the same pile of DNA as to the commoners.

Small nitpick--Just remember we're 96% similar to a chimpanzee and 70% to a zebrafish. A lot of the genetic code goes into housekeeping stuff and basic cell machinery, so the 99.5 doesn't mean as much as people think it does. Yes, we all make collagen and myelin and DNA polymerase, but that doesn't mean we're the same. Fairly small differences in genes that control how active other genes are can have huge differences--supposedly one of the reasons our brains got so big is our jaws stopped growing and that left more space. I am sure Razib, if he is still reading this, knows infinitely more about this than me.

Your point about the elites not knowing what they are doing is very well taken, though. (Jews importing Muslims anyone?) Elites being involved in status competitions and taking down the whole society is thought to have taken down Mesoamerica before the Spanish came along, and there's some suggestion it may have been what happened to Easter Island. People are made to play social games to collect wealth and have kids--running the USA so it's still working 200 years down the line is a new thing, evolutionarily speaking, and dynasties tend to collapse every hundred years or so. • A few primate remarks.

Why in the first place rely on intermediates: wikkipedant, fecesbook, tweeter, gaggle, gagglemail, and not systemically divert readers to an ip and serving simple pages? As a two-step, a “real” full text search engine, that scrapes all of these pages, a search engine ruled by free, and open source code. Why not open for review the map of internet hardware on a real time basis for the whole of the internet. All of this without interference of the human intermediate predator-victim-greedmonger.

The short answer, to tango, we need to be two …at least. Meaning the level to which to up understanding of the digital and internet goes beyond human average comprehension, probably because of lack of formal learning, lastly because of lack of cognitive ability(of course, and “intellectuals” mostly included, how can one pose as “harvard” or “jale” when no cognizance of man – machine communication is present). If at that, the one side pushes information, it then needs to be accredited for at the receiving end, too much to ever dream of. Could it be added that if never, the internet and information permeability would become a dead zone for greed, and instead of an asset to the few for “scraping” the bucket of commoners, a dime at a time, would become a liability to them, and an asset for escaping the commoner fairy tale, an asset for outliers and “unacceptable ideas” . What it should be to beat the barrier of “technology neutral”.

As for manually editing, and yoursteevee cancelling of “your channel”, primitive indeed. Little to be learned there, seeing a trap, sticking one’s head in there, do it repeatedly, …and denouncing the trap according to individual preference, is lame. Pi-spool, patron, the Amazons, name them, who prey on “dumbstruck masses”(not our term, not to be at risk of censoring by an unknown anonymous).

Intellectual languor, consumer tales applied to information, the lay of the land.

Again(not a first in denouncing), the 99.5 of universally shared DNA material might be the matter, meaning lack of comprehension of human interests on both, elites’ and commoner’ side. As a prediction, the “problem” will get worse, in an escalating manner, the battle to “control” the internet is won.

The browser becoming a server, of the client in all of his nudity(some people surf the “internet” in underware), just one more example of two way manipulation of proprietary hardware. Share!, share!, share.

  • The joke behind the drama.

Military capitalism, let us coin it, if it is not done, here and now, is the only thing left to continue the game of elite dominance worldwide, the who owns what(including ideas and intentions) is at stake, war is derivatives to the masses, it can only be but beneficial, dead zones and bulk populi weeding, is favourable.

To the advantage(on the scale of rational versus psychological), Russia and China have been on the reactive side of applying the game of military capitalism. Most probably by the jest of times that they and far from the US had still a margin of exploit at a level below military capitalism: trade, exchange currencies, and the vast market of the sitting duck, coveted by all, the European community as exploitable territory, market, population. Call as you might designate. The EU is a joke, exempt from leadership, seriously merKel, maY, macroN, and before goD, Junker?, they just are figureheads of international Jewry being the “smartest”, best organised entity in politics. To our very regret, consider them not smart enough to include long term, transcendental thinking beyond the morrow. Anything, anyone that has any independent thinking capacity, who can float and charismatically toss a rational other then the above is bait indeed. That goes for Putin for one, and beyond persons, any ideas that can be exploited to benefit other then “chaos”, the guideline of the day, imposed by brute force, a stitch at a time.

It is utmost enjoyable in a day where a few drones, cheaply applied, by all and other parties would have pierced the broehaha of “chemical attack”, at the source. Discarding the whole ‘professional wrestling” show of the UN. The world does not need “interpreters”, exempt of physical courage, brain-dead senile, overfed, “waffle-waitresses”, the globe needs the opening up of the elites to eugenics, AI, “globalism” of a different kind, to survive the suffocation of toxicity, bulging world-population, interstellar projects. The current “chaos” theory, the one applied for now, with the clear goal of floating the elites, and getting rid of the commoner by numbers, harnessing the herd into a manageable lot is a pathway to nowhere. It excludes from the equation …our planet, a resourceful beast, that might backfire more specifically as to our species as vice-versa.

War is obsolete, thus applied, makes our elites an historical laughing stock not up to the tools readily available, which rightfully applied would prove any public communication as goes, even to the average person, comprehensible as junk.

Now we can either compare “international corporatism”, to the ultimate dumbstruck breeding wars of Islam, and consider it “smart”.

Then rather consider the “not smart enough”, and certainly as “improvising” with no clear strategy and erroneous tactics, the shape of the exit alley applied by initiating chaos as again a haphazard solution “as we go” to have global “death systemics” live for one more day.

The 99,5 of DNA that equals us all, might be at cause, not Trump, not Russia, not “Jews”, but the morose cognitive capacity of the human race. Playing one another equates to masturbation as a process. Let us use data mining, AI, eugenics, interstellar exploration to protect us from ourselves in general, instead of the “distinct” other. At what matters, at once!, let’s play, there is nothing left to loose.

  • Western elites will get the advantage, if more havoc is created in the Middle East, to the “gens de rien” of Macaron, and the “ordinary dwellers of London” of maY, that translates in even less sharing of the cake, and more sharing of the waste.

It is critically exempt of any thought power that to consider to fall in line with the Western elites is anything but suicidal. The dividing line is not outer borders, West and East, but commoner versus “internationalism” as conceived open-endedly by our despicable elites. Not being able to understand this, even if it certainly was not force-fed, Holliwood-ed, media pre-chewed, politicians of all frays Blaired, it is a masochistic deed.

    Goyim?, goyim!, indeed.

An attack on Syria is likely to bring a Russian response.

More specifically an attack on Russian forces in Syria will certainly bring a Russian response, and going on past experience, it will be a matching response. But how do you match a cruise missile attack on your forces launched from US navy ships?

The only way, seems to be to attack the ships themselves, which would probably mean sinking some of them (which the Russians have warned they will do if necessary).

If the Russians sink some US ships then what would Trump do? Launch an invasion of Syria or declare war on Russia? The whole situation is so hopelessly risky and pointless that the US public HAVE TO ALL get out into the streets in their cities and say NO TO WAR.

If they don't, then they'll deserve what they get.

War is obsolete, the elites know that, East and West, what keeps it standing is the belief system. In the layered societies in the West, and East, the commoner still believes in God, King and Queen, war and peace, and “money”.

If the street would have a good laugh, and have the figureheads crumble with shame, the elites then will realize the gaming must be changed. There is no better “movie” then what goes for real nowadays.

  • I don't think I have a reputation for panicking. But I do think that we are now at probably the most dangerous point in world affairs since Russian and NATO troops faced off at Pristina Airport in 1999, if not since the Cold War. It is now clear that there will almost certainly be strikes...
  • How smart one has to be to understand geopolitics, how smart has one have to be to figurehead in Washington, …about as smart as to shoot some missiles into Syrian core territory.

We live in societies that cater to believe systems that are “holy” surrealistic. Believe systems, rather then due diligence, apes in cages. How smart does one have to be to understand that economical growth, how banks use arithmetic, leads to head collision, …the wall is near, now let’s punch a hole, do not depend on the hole the elites of scrap tend to blow in the soil in Syria. For individuals with some cognitive ease it is now to play the outlier camp, say pull Julian Assange out of oblivion, desert the sitting duck cruiser ships, block parliament gates, have true and tested, outliers comment and direct something that cannot be distorted by intermediate system mongers.

  • There are some fairly good reasons in favor of Russia's decision to intervene in Syria, which is why I have always been modestly if unenthusiastically supportive of it: It is basically a giant and continuous live training exercise for Russian pilots and generals, making it almost "free" in financial terms. The value of the Khmeimim...
  • Impressive analysis quantitatively.

War is obsolete, whether the Western elites realize it, regardless of public stances, will be a trade-of between the psychology of greed and the psychology of fear for their own skin.

Probably, a few more rounds of trade and mining by China and Russia, might balance Western elites into greed rather then fear. “Angst” is a potent driver though!

It is evident, that either the West declines, Western corporate dominance according to “Jewish” models of loyalty and competence, wanes, when somehow “military capitalism” is not engaged as a last resort. There cannot be a status quo, our global economical system is religious, there can only be one single god.

The world has entered a new phase, where the obvious loser now is the global human masses, and confining them, then reducing them by any means, to make sense as to the global quality of life of the remains. There is no way the real problems of our moment in history, as population density and total numbers, resource exhaustion, toxicity, will not lead to crisis after crisis of elite also affecting issues as migrations, waste lands, resource exhaustion, mere breathing space, the control of obsolete “workers”, and waste cycles of consumption.

The obvious choice will be probably wastefull and laughable power games till drop dead, rather then courage to envision the globe in history abject new ways. Thus, although obsolete as war can be, including local of-shore and nuclear, our Western “elites” do they realise that yet, or is it gut feeling that will prevail?

  • We are currently living the most dangerous days in human history. You think that this is hyperbole? Think again. We are risking a nuclear Armageddon The first thing to realize is that this is not, repeat, not about Syria or chemical weapons, not in Salsbury, not in Douma. That kind of nonsense is just “mental...
  • Right into the heart of the matter. Touching the core. A consideration though, how well does your rational stance translate to the ordinary people, and by “enlightening” them, if that ever was possible, how not to create the next pathway to catastrophe.

Islam elites realizing that conquering the world by breeding themselves as a pathway to consumption and Western life patterns, how would that help?

Something got to give, our guess, the elites of the West, Anglo-Zionist indeed, but some having as the only ones, some nerve ends in Moscow and Holy Peter-burg, as compared to the “local only”, contained global masses of waste humanity(production-consumption cycles are now unending loops with little to be creamed and immense derivatives), these Western elites are back against the wall. The some that matter within the elites(do not include figurehead politicians in the West, hardwood academics of Harvard and other, know first-hand that the global economy is religious make believe, and that there can only be one single God, and only a limited group of his representatives on earth. They succeeded fairly well of holding of locally the masses(the average American citizen, the Chinese workhorses, the UK Londoner, but that is a limited feat. Thinking forward, the Western Zionists, the Chinese elites, the ones in command in Moscow, have only two options, power games to the end or cowering down and eating dirt to live another day. The ones hardest squeezed today are the Westerners, since from ruling the “all” they have become a laughing stock, the effect even percolating and risking to disrupt the underworld of commoners. Not even an Albanian peasant, can look at Boris Johnson and not see a bloated bag of potatoes, give or take a fart or two.

To mention the real life alternative of rational new concepts, and assessments of the real global problems as to man-kind, to merely mention them, is of course illusionary. What goes up must come down, there is no sustainability in the current world systemic, the issue of a planetary context is creeping up the backs of our elites. Day to day, the Russians and the Chinese have a few life-cycles left, the West has not.

Disruption(Syria or other is mere pretext) must be, anything in the future, the grind or the blow, but no harmony can be!

I am sure a lot of ideologically driven people will disagree. Let them.
In and of itself, the fact that in the last 70 years or so the US was invariably on the side of the evil does not mean that the USSR/Russia was always on the side of the good. Two evil forces can and will fight for dominance. I’ve read someone’s comment somewhere that in living memory there was no case when the USSR was on the side of the oppressors or when the US was on the side of the oppressed. To the best of my knowledge this is true, but the side of the oppressed is not always the side of the good, even though the side of the oppressors is always the side of the evil. Say, the fact that current government in Kiev, Ukraine, is evil through and through does not mean that the leadership of Donetsk or Lugansk People’s Republic is absolutely good. The US is a global calamity, shameless bandits with mighty weapons. However, Russia stands up to the Empire to defend its own interests, not to defend good in general.
Back to Syria. Any even half-honest person would agree that ISIS and other Islamists, created, armed, and funded by the US and its vassals, are thoroughly evil. But that does not mean that Assad is good. It only means that he is a lesser evil, possibly the best Syria can have today. Most Syrians, including Sunnis, with the experience of living under Islamists, became staunch supporters of Assad: compared to them he looks positively good. But let’s not forget that it’s easy to win in this comparison. There is no doubt that in an honest election today in Syria Assad is likely to win by a large margin, maybe even as large as Putin won in Russian elections. But winners aren’t necessarily good. After all, the US was among the winners in WWII.

    Replies: @FB, @Anon, @m___

Russia and the US, maybe not the right focus, in se.

Putin, and inferiorly Trump must be dethroned, in the eyes of stealthy globalism. Putin this time took a big blow. Trump of course has been a punching bag.

The real question is how stealth globalism, is organized, how well at that, if it has the larger scope of globalism beyond “religious economics” included.

For now, and in this particular case of pot-shots in Syria, it seems that Russia and China are on board, the elites have a global capacity of consensus. Putin was castigated, nationalism was castigated, not globalism.

Secondly, as for stealth, beyond the public eye, this was a conclusive test, it has pissed the complete layer of politicians and media to oblivion. It makes me smile to see, and although his work is genuine, to have some predict “World war”(Saker), and others dig exhaustively into the intricacies of military capabilities(Akarlin).

Some constats, there is a “global collegiate”, it has capacitative stealth, it is daring, and the public, but better still the layer of media, consenting and dissenting was thought a lesson. They, the media and politicians, anything in the public eye deserve their broth, for lack of physical courage, and a calls for action defined as “out of scope”.

Probably the most obvious one: nationalism can’t do, and that is a valuable conclusion, on a rational and theoretical base. After all, how to take on a bulging world population, a derivative of itself, population density, toxicity, climate change, and the goodies, genetic analysis and engineering, AI, interplanetary scope, the quest for our missing particle, who in his right mind can pretend that national entities, or the existing global economics is capable of making timely progress.

  • I have never ruled out the possibility that Russia is responsible for the attack in Salisbury, amongst other possibilities. But I do rule out the possibility that Assad is dropping chemical weapons in Ghouta. In this extraordinary war, where Saudi-funded jihadist head choppers have Israeli air support and US and UK military “advisers”, every time...
  • If one can smell a global “collegiate” of governance, making a renewed effort to stay invisible, infighting, sometimes agreeing, consensus building, experimenting, a capacity of reason, then some of the arguments in the article make sense.

    In the eyes of reason:

The deeper arguments to such a power structure is global think out of necessity, in occurrence, a Trump(his real whisperer Bannon), and worse because highly effective in the short term, a Putin need to be thought a lesson.

While they are at it, global elites united needed to test their stealth capabilities: the inept, obtrusive layer of media must be thought a lesson in staying on message. Assange was silenced, Snowden kept silent. Politicians including May and Macron, Haley, Trump were all on orders and scripted. Merkel was given a break, the poor granny has such political tough times, herding the last concerns, German commoners.

The pot-shots in Syria went scripted. The Russia insiders, as the Chinese, the Washington wing of the collegiate won, on all levels. A “few” days have passed, Putin keeps silent, seems he has learned his lesson, that nationalism as a political tool is for use upon ignorant masses of Russians only, as ignorant as Trumps Americans, alas not to interfere in real world power play.

The media and scribers of blogs and comments(happily partaking in the circus, since when one has no motives, consider it a work-out, there is no grace in partaking as to the general public, but Patreon), were this time completely clueless, call in the second tier politicians, and there was a real measure of stealthy success.

To be built upon, hopefully our invisible “governate” will consent on the real issues of this globe and time, if not there is going to be real trouble and chaos.

On the waiting to explode: population issues(probably the most pressing, the nuclear Islamic breeding wars), resource exhaustion, toxicity, …turns out herding is no longer enough, some serious weeding requiring global timely consent or future humanity is of the charts.

The most pressing: replace the global economics, the dollar or give it it’s global scope on terms with the global elites. After all a Yuang agreed upon by Russia and China, will run against the same wall, trading wars ditto.

Some serious infighting behind tin hat curtains needs to be done, but catering to the real is essential or the elites will go the way of the masses. All the real issues need to be addressed timely, thus covert. The Western elites, are on the shortest terms of urgency, again give up your emotional attachments to history, that much for Western, you and your brethren are done as such. Global or not. Do not even think of the military option to keep your economical and financial systems of make believe afloat, a waste of time, alas you know.

The issue of how the global directorate, is modelled, how they consider the modelling of the commoner, a cage of rats(the Jewish model), or more beehive(Chinese traditional), is for another time if we are let.

Now when in these coming weeks, chaos, real heavy unscripted chaos erupts that concerns the elites, whether it is trade or military chaos, we retract humbly, till then, till “not so soon”.

  • The elephant, and only he, Putin looses face politically. In concert, Chinese, Russian, US, global elites of power, were concerted to put him in place, which he gracefully submitted to. The Western wing of our elites, was most pressed. They have no cycles of credibility and economic gaming left. Contrary to the Chinese and Russians, silkroads, mining and trade in Yuang.

The rest is pot-shots, and public whining as part of herding the crowds.

  • In the whole of the Unz sphere, the only article that makes sense of Syria pot-shots, by adhering to a necessary global scope.

Irrelevant. Trump is a punching bag, that is as much as Obama was a surfboard, these figureheads are actors, better or worse. Putin, Xi, do matter, Putin harnessed a streamlined decision making nucleus out of chaos internally, it again gave meaning to the mention of “Russia”. Xi probably does matter, we do not know, neither of us were able to observe one or the other. What matters is that there is rational coherence in both systems, China and Russia. Because of infighting, the West looks ridiculously bloated, and stumbling.

As to “hamster herding”, include “media herding”, consenting and dissenting alike. The main reasons for the latter are “bread” writing, and real “believes” of ignorance. Seems the layer, includes second tier politicians, “public intellectuals” alike. A case of “garbage in, garbage out” and a secondary condition of individual middle class jockeying.

As to the choice of what can be called “military capitalism” of the US, it has no longer any other options, contrary to Russia and China. Give or take a single percentage point or two, there must be some insiders that fully understand that the global system of economics is now running into the wall, there is no solution to that. Neither is there a venue-way for China, or Russia, economically, outside of global consent. They might have a few cycles more of trade, cleaning the plate, which they choose to do, what looks admirable in the short term to many, but ultimately will equally grind to a standstill.

    Our take,
… globally, there is some consensus about above, in minimal, stealthy cycles, and the situation in Syria today is to be seen as a proverbial napkin sketch of the architect of project global government. Putin was degraded in his status, his error, to propagate nationalistic posing on the world scene, was offensive to the project of world rule. He got away with a warning and loss of face.

There was, and is, to be seen some experimenting with method(stealth outside the public view), timeliness and international consent. That is hopeful, if one can get from a pot-shot, and not firing back, to addressing the real problems of the world, all and every, only solvable by global consent, and in a timely manner, Syria must be seen as a hopeful experiment of “global collegiate” ruling.

If “real” war, not policing, “real” major shifts of riches, from finite, generational elites to abhorrent masses of commoners and ridiculous attitudes middle classes, results, we humbly retract. The crest of the wave will have an undercurrent: even worse conditions applied to the number of human under-classes, even temporarily more wastelands created, …but adhering to collegiate global consent, and sold to the masses as a prime Hollywood style production. That is what the elites seem to strive for.

The important element is they seem to grasp, as only sub-group of humanity, that they are condemned to one another, the “chevalier seul” attitudes are projections to the public.

  • The April 14 missile attacks on Syria were a politically-motivated fireworks display that were largely designed to silence Trump's critics. The attacks-- which were coordinated with Moscow-- did not kill any Russian, Syrian, Iranian or Hezbollah combat troops. They did not kill any Syrian civilians. They did not impede the Syrian Army's ongoing military offensive...
  • Regardless of Trump’s ignorance, who still believes in presidents having real power by status of function alone, Obama never mattered neither, the pot-shots were a worthy experiment on how to apply global rule, by global consensus. Next to it, Gaza comes to mind, even the South African government of “natives” see the potential for Boers containment as inspired by Gaza.

Pot-shots, latter Russia moves, Chinese containment attitudes:

By experimenting, science progresses, the science of governing, the size of experiments, containment, all these goodies that matter and can make for advancements in efficiently, ruling the human mess into survival. Building data, in a few years, resulting into something of predictability in a global context, over longer periods of time. More of this dipping into the chest of tools.

The element to be accented: local experiments, global intent.

    Some thoughts, no bends:

At this time, days after US action, the article contains some irrelevance, a lack of timeliness, incompleteness, a media layer but for herding the public.

A dozen satellite images, whether Russian, Chinese, or US sourced, and some cheap(consumer item grade), drone imagery would spell out the whole factual Syria circus.
See Google is not your independent media friend, they can, and did not provide any imaginary, and probably Unz did not ask for it either.
They do cater to the stealthy elites, consider themselves part of them.
Does that not lead to some serious self doubt on what is going on?

As to the analysis of the Syria question, even some commenters are way ahead of the regular scribes, see the A. Karlin article and comments on Syria.
Including the Cyprus `reinforment works’ is just proof of that: too late, an isolated bit, not databasing all of the knowledge and work in an organized way, as structured, comitted structures should.
A linear journalistic model is public feed, not serious material to cater to like-minded smart individuals.
That at least on the unz.com webpages is suggested.

    On Trump,
Yes, he got some second tier political backfire.
Exposure of a rambling president, Washington infighting, and in the days after, enough second row analysis that seeped to some of the outlier public to further undermine the status of the US.
    And that was not intended?

Putin, initial loss of face politically, locally, recognition in the long term, for his rational decision making and streamlined policy making, his cohesive and efficient front-men.
To balance both, elite rational thinking, and political consent, after all he is, and in the public eye, and the real decision maker, unlike Trump.
Putin will need to take some kind of initiative that exceeds US-UK-France’s pot-shots(hundred looks like a joke, in the aftermath, probably the number was negotiated between parties forehand).
That Won’t be too hard, trade, shoving aside the dollar, has support of Iran, China, and a ream of others. Unlike obsolete war or policing in the case of Syria by the US, this is a real `nuclear’ option.
If the US central bank can no longer do the accounting, then the US dollar is bust.
Do not worry, this issue is on the forefront of elite infighting and will end up in global consent.

The US, has as only alternative to further it’s ambitions within the global cupola but by `military capitalism’ to counter anything Russia and China and to further float it’s elites into relative wealth as compared to elites other.
China will not adhere to anything that advances US interests.
They were humiliated decades long and have a zest for vengeance.
If there is a single thing the elites other and the elites of the West, within contained, agree upon, it is reducing the pressure of the deplorable, by any means.

    Today’s assembly of above,
    Advantage Putin.
    Advantage China.

    Quote:
`It is unwise to troll them for failing to defeat their opponent, though this is now being done by hundreds of pundits and by millions of private persons.’ This statement is to be considered middle class posing. The importance given to `millions of private persons’ is ridiculous. There is no proof of any esteem for the masses of global commoners.

`The story has fallen to pieces. The poisoning of Skripal ended with the old spy in good health; with Boris Johnson being caught lying’

Gaza, another experiment(success as in being long-term tolerated and way more potent). Gaza is the `cage of hungry rats’ Jewish pre-concept of what needs to be done the the global commoner.
Assange silenced(a warning to our middle class, media and press that might have some vigour, organizing capacity and physical courage) a success. Assange got virtually no alternative media cover, it simply does not correspond to middle-class sucking up to power attitudes to be loyal.
Merkel getting a political break, a success.
Macron looking as `a man'(France’s deplorables launched many and serious strikes protesting his local policies), again success.
Theresa May, counting on a fix for insignificance, crawling out of `Scripal’ débâcle, and in the run grasping a cash bonus by way of her husband, another success.
    The global directorate won.
    It’s fiefs got their cookies.

`An interesting bit of data, proving that preparations for the strike were carried out before the alleged attack, has been published by the Cyprus banking community blog. They say the British air base of Akrotiri on Cyprus had its perimeter urgently strengthened (by the British company Agility) on April 5, that is before the alleged Douma gas attack. The second British air base, Dhekelia, carried out similar works on April 12, a week later, before the decision to strike had been adopted by the British government. The Dhekelia works were done with great speed and urgency, and road-constructing equipment had to be taken from the nearby villages of Xylotympou and Ormideia. The payment to the local workers had been routed via HSBC bank in Hong Kong, they say. And indeed these bases (forcibly retained by Britain) were used for the strike on Syria.’
Valuable bit of information, but not timely, it would have been indicative before date though, aligned for completeness with other visible scraps of information. Today it is irrelevant, and only points to lack of conciseness, completeness and relevance of the alternative media set up and workflow.

`Refusal of OPCW to allow Russia to take part in Skripal investigation, despite the clear requirement of its own charter, makes its conclusion doubtful, at best.’
When will the public and the intermediates(media, bloggers), stop pointing fingers to the obvious, and conclude once and for all that the credibility, and ethical concerns of the corporate West of which the political structures are appendices, is nil, and proven nil.
When will the outliers, the ones that have some cognitive ability expand the concept of `ethics is nil’ to the global power holders, not only the West, as a pre-concept as far as it regards the public.

`In my view, the two presidents have made heroic efforts at saving their countries and mankind from destruction; both risked their good names, their positions, their reputatiosn to go that far. Trump minimized the bombing, Putin minimized the response.’
Not even coherent with the author’s own jots.
The only thing relevant to these lines: nothing but the author’s middle class sucking up to global elites, and preserving jealously a misery spot in the eco-sphere of public herding. A making oneself tolerable, a cowardly `Chomsky’ move. A `bras d’honneur’ to the readers.

Pressure points, globally: many, only to be sorted out by global consensus, out of the public and media eye. That is the what matters conclusion.

There is some `global collegiate’, stealthy and timely decision making experiments going on, and that is encouraging. No longer is there only a `deep state’ as in Washington centric, but a `deep state’ that can include any power instance globally.
To understand the world: drones and satellites, big-data, AI, science, and how they inevitably point to planetary consent. Any `real’, as what concerns the elites, problem is global. Local experiments point to global interest plays.
Syria is such a local experiment, indicative of global governing.

`We have entered a new phase of human conscience, when millions of social network users express their opinion. These opinions are often dangerous and our enemies know how to manipulate. Unless there is a serious effort to lower destructive feelings, mankind will perish, and we would have nobody to blame but ourselves.’
As to come full circle in the same article, of course, and of course not.
The public capacity of assuming a stance is nil. Historically even, in times where elite control was base, as compared to today, the public was only capable of temporary chaos, over the short term.
Feel free to come up with examples to contradict the above.

The intermediate layer of alternative journalism is what matters, beyond their own comprehension, they do not `blog’ to the public(some concessions made as to financing themselves).
Some smart, capable, out of the average minds have gravitated into this layer and found a way of networking and recognizing each other. That is the real danger to the elites. These are the dangerous outliers, the left-behind by the `meritocracy’ of the systems, that can potentially start of nuclei of organized and effective opposition to the existing elites.
Not shouts only, but doubling down in a stealthy layer, that takes advantage of the masses potential of chaos is the real danger of allowing these outliers to recognize one another and network, ultimately organize.
They now must be co-opted by the de facto elites, one at a time, or being silenced, hence Assange.
No stealth means no timely and judicious decision making, for our fluid corps of global power.
Our take is that the do-away with a diplomatic layer is in part pointing to the above, these intermediate layers of porosity are dangerous to their commanders, when they start thinking independently, and worse opportunistically. Stealth has a price as to transparency.

The reason for not pushing the `global’ mindset openly by the elites is mostly psychological. It cannot be done, thanks for trying. Hence fashionable but deeply rooted identity politics. A Trump elected. Hence Russian nationalism. Hence Jewish solidarity down deep. Human nature cannot grasp the idea of universal belonging. The elites, some elements in it, are the only sub-group to comprehend and capacitate the global mindset. Then again out of necessity.

On their agenda, the Islamic breeding wars, toxicity, consolidation of control within their ranks, inspired by their original precursor being the Western corporation. Global models envisaged: the `cage of rats'(Jewish international, Gaza inspired), the `beehive'(Chinese traditional), to be on the outlook for.

The journalistic work-flow: no big-data(where are the independent sattelite images, the drone coverage, no financing, thus no tools, no AI(budgeted and co-opted by the elites, mention Google and some etceteras), no individual financial independence, no covert organizing as the elites have done, the disgraceful attitude of sucking up to the de facto power structures, directing competition to their own brethren, a willing lack of oversight, following as sheep the imposed narrative and rhythm of the stealth global governate, thus no relevance, will not do.

I asked Senator Alexey Pushkov, the head of the foreign relations committee, whether he doesn’t think it was a mistake, in hindsight. He justified the policy saying that Russia came to Syria in order to fight jihadi groups, ISIS, Al Qaeda et al, not Israel. Russia is friendly to Israel, Iran and Turkey, and it does not want to sort out local disagreements.

This points to the flaw on the Russian side, where 'realpolitik' appeases as opposed to the facts laid out:

    https://ronaldthomaswest.com/2018/04/15/what-can-be-known-vs-what-will-be-known/

^ Known facts in the public domain concerning East Ghouta in 2013 should accurately inform concerning East Ghouta in 2018, no matter Turkey takes a serious hit in public relations; because if the 2013 facts were brought to bear, bursting the abscess of NATO aligned false flag attacks now, it would seem infinitely preferable to that abscess growing to burst into WWIII of its own accord -

    Replies: @m___

Indeed, the key word is local(`local disagreements’). The undercurrent, the long run, obligatory consent and overview is global, and better understood by Russia and China, since they are to gain within the global power nucleus, the West has got to downgrade it’s ambitions. That hurts, and makes for some desperate slugging.

"He justified the policy saying that Russia came to Syria in order to fight jihadi groups, ISIS, Al Qaeda et al, not Israel."

Bearing in bind that even those who are brain dead know that Putin's friend (Israel's PM and warmonger and war criminal) he is the one training, arming and defending in the "court of the public opinion" those barbarians that Russians are supposedly fighting, this justification isn't one. It's a joke.

Of course there are other minor actors responsible for those barbarians: The USA, Saudi-Arabia, Turkey, France, UK etc...but everyone knows who is the boss.

I was told that there is a Russian proverb that says that one should not talk with clowns but with the director of the circle...Maybe one day Putin will have to have a very serious discussion with the director of the circle.

"Russia is friendly to Israel, Iran and Turkey, and it does not want to sort out local disagreements."

The English say that you can't have your cake and eat it. One day, if Russia/Putin is not controlled opposition, they will have to choose between the devil and true friends. You can' t serve devil and God at the same time, which is was Putin seems to be doing. Or maybe not. Maybe Netanyahu is really his friend. Can a decent man, a real Christian , even diplomatically, be friend with a war criminal ?

"if Russia criticized Israel, it was done very, very quietly."
In other words, it was not done.

"Netanyahu came to Moscow saying that S-300 in Syrian hands will turn all Israel into a no-fly zone; Putin agreed with him, and the Syrians were denied modern SAMs."

Putin did not agree. He obeyed Netanyahu's orders.
The question is: Why did he obey ?

If one knows the answer, one might know why Russia is still in bed with devil: diplomatically, politically, militarily...A very solid relationship indeed .

Is Russian military also completely in bed with the devil ? Another question that if we know the answer may help us to have hope or not.

The undercurrent is global, for all of the elites worldwide, Russian attitudes toward Israel where it counts, might be an indicator of the following: Zionist, US, and Russian power agree, include the Chinese to concurrent policies. The public faces of Putin, and Trump and Netanyahu cannot be considered with regard to deeper policies. The insiders are carving out the future, ideas, population counts, territories, air and water, other resources. Anything problem or solution that matters needs a consenting approach.

Many facets to that. Let’s try a few.

When smart, the slaves would see they themselves are obsolete in the short run. This was coming for thirty years and more.

The elites, way to late, and a fraction only of them, do get that the primary cause for any other problem globally is human numbers.

There is no argument left for sustaining the global world population out of interest. There is no way that a global population, of what it is today adds value. Not as a producer(see, Trump was really retarded, his message could only could stick with the deplorable, imagine leading the US backwards, even the Chinese knew that deploying industry was a temporary cycle, probably in the early years they started to pump trash into Western consumer markets), that was understood a while ago. Neither is there any need for the deplorable as a consumer, derivatives(toxicity, resources) are above any advantage to the elites.

The bickering now advancing above as a given is mostly about how. There are some sparks of light to suggest it is understood that the solution must be global. We invite anyone with “quality of argument” within science or other, any outlier who is not a herding dog for the elites, not a take-out public intellectual, to come up with arguments as to the opposite.

The bickering will focus mostly onto what model to adopt to get rid of most of the world population, the “cage of rats”(Gaza for one), or the “beehive”(Chinese commoner’s fate), something in between? Any ideas are welcome.

  • A fortnight ago, Viktor Orban and his Fidesz Party won enough seats in the Hungarian parliament to rewrite his country's constitution. To progressives across the West, this was disturbing news. For the bete noire of Orban's campaign was uber-globalist George Soros. And Orban's commitments were to halt any further surrenders of Hungarian sovereignty and independence...
  • Globalism’s public face, the part that dangles in the face of the deplorables must be re-tuned, re-tweaked, abetted. Why is it that even concerning the mass pathological psychologies, and primal drifts are not better understood, or are they, then not better implemented “public intellectual” speak is applied to it.

If the term “democracy” is to be preserved and stay use-full to the public, it must be recycled and retooled urgently.

The middle class of bread-writers on the internet bare responsibility, shared by their editors. Instead of sailing into the short-term wind as much as the attention span of their consumers allows, tack to a more rational course, one that expresses itself and can be felt.

Globalism must be, to implement it, it should be highly covertly approached. This is another issue. The public face of globalism sucks, that is probably the main issue now. The whole narrative of greed, hard work, markets, and on sucks, and leads into confusion.

Immigration, another concept never explained to the core, in a way that might be acceptable to the crowds.

Even Islam does better, they have a covert AND overt approach both as bridges to the public. An example, the silence on how consumerism is incompatible with Islam(no overt explanation here but silence). The concept of covertly breeding as a nuclear tool for proportionate take-over of the West. Do Westerners think that the Muslim world does not comprehend what it is doing, or that the hordes of Islam are not whispered into baby booming? No-one ever told them, the incompatibility of consuming and Islam, but the “decadence” of Western society and women especially to be exploited yes. Not terror is the issue, the nuclear strategy of breeding is.

What is the overt dousing of the Westerner into steering this? Why is it “well” to open all gates, is there any advantage, is that so hard to explain to the public of generational genetic Germans, or Americans?

  • On local French strikes, of parts of the workforce

Privatizing or not, the matter is the goal intended. The goal globally?, reinforcing global elites, dumping the masses, playing them out in between each other territoriality, by identity, as suitable. “France”, worse “Macron” must fit the plan. They do, the French local, elites are in.

The plan goes real well, no global strikes, no chance. The deplorables must realize that they fight a global enemy. This is not comprehended, a sense of identity is needed that matches cocooned individual consumerism.

The logic is simple, severe: there is no solution for eight billion people’s quality of life, there is one for five hundred million of them, the timely issue, is who get’s to be part. France will get away with it, the crowds are out, by design, by concept, by potential, by anything but numbers and numbers are no longer an asset but a liability.

Well...I've given this some thought since I left the military, some time ago.

Things can get so complicated that only PhDs with 30 years experience and IQ over 200 can comprehend.............or......things are actually so simple that 8 years old can get in a minute.
    I go with the later.

The system, any system, where the PROFIT is the prime mover is wrong.
    One sentence.
Oh, yes, I know I can get hit by 100 books to prove me wrong. No prob.
Still, in all those books there is no proper solution to the problem.

I, personally, don't think there is a solution. I know how it sounds.
We are what we are. Power and greed are prime human motivators.
Changing the core human nature, well......let's not go there.

The current paradigm shall go on and the result will be either M.A.D. or that dystopian (for 80 %, future). Even if somebody does come with a feasible solution (and I haven't seen it), implementing that.....good luck.
Power corrupts. Who controls the controllers. Etc.

We'll vote people into power who will promise us more, while knowing we'll get that by somebody else being fucked up. Oh, yes, we'll rationalize that, but that't the crux.
Those in power will simply keep doing what we see around us, and each of us will just be hoping that he/she will be able to cling to that. "I'll be one of those 20 %".

All the rest is just blabbing.
    Feels good though.

  • Media, keeping scores, rigged experiments.

False flags, needed, on both sides. In the West that means catching of-handed the media, all media, all alternative media, by infusing lies, firehosing bloat, short attention span snippets to decoy and on, nothing yet invented to the rescue. That seems to work still, since the public still baits the flying dung, a given, and the scribes and editors, the graphically endowed complying.

Military back and forth, “arena” sports, pro-wresling, nothing more, nothing much. The better teams can as well play video games to see who “wins”. War is essentially obsolete, makes the superstructures of the war machines on all sides obsolete. The main reason is environmental toxicity which blows back with a vengeance, war having no impact on population numbers, war having an impact on migration numbers and directions though. The migration effects of local wasteland wars seems to be interpreted by dumb elites globally as desirable(herding and how to herd large numbers of humanoids), a learning experiment. Our guess, in the long term, an unefficient weapon.

The information interchanges, essentially deciding on the rules of the local experiment, of the major players, open up views on how a global elite can function. For now in the early stages, but since global rule is unavoidable, an encouraging phenomenon.

The back country, our “gens de rien”, our “deplorables” yet do not, will never, understand what is driving their sorry asses. The middle class of “shepherd dogs” tow the line of the de facto power, no independent thinking to be expected. The internet is as obfuscating as the printed press and TV ever was. Give or take, seventy percent of it ignorance of writer-editors, thirty percent of incapacitation to see anything but career and individual interests in the short term.

Technology(hard and soft, as they go together) has been wrestled from the hands of independent players, the major example being Asssange, who had an impact on the exact granular outliers, where it matters, and has been put aside silently by the ones, the only ones that should be grateful and could have had an impact on using chaos of the masses, globally, to counter the dummer, short-term policies of the elites, and pressure for faster and cleaner global rule. The middle class as a whole sucks up to power, they have done so always historically.

In all, the world goes well, the Chinese are ahead, the Russians and most independant power nuclei(Iran, Brasil(fell of the wagon), Turkey, most of Asia), now align themselves regarding systemic thinking. Nationalism of course is dead most local elites know this, even in the US, and probably Putin, the overt advertising to the Russians just a decoy. Sunny Islam has no rational stategy, and in the short term, bets everything on breeding.

Consumerism(dead man walking), has truly dumbed down the masses globally, regarless of other factors. It has been the biggest success of capitalism Western style. Again the world goes well …for having global rule act more decisively, where it matters, to step up local experiments into global strategy, in the long term.

The main problem to be addressed, since it affects all other burning issues, as ecological toxicity, and on, by reinforcing these positive tendencies. One single person less, has at least a fifty percent larger impact than any other measure of redress on survival of the human race per individual. The local experiments of global attitudes hopefully are a start to smarter elites behaviour. Our elites have failed for a long time now, anything progress has been a detour to decay and sludge, and timeliness is pressing.

Biologically distinct elites, could do the trick?

A modern, or futuristic, version of "noblesse oblige".

I guess it could, in a very reaching, theory. Providing we'd know what traits to enhance and what to eradicate, there are still problems.Envy is also something we have in abundance. Being ruled by somebody who is really better than us? Doubt it.
In practical sense, I just don't see that happening.

Having a special selection of current, gifted kids and putting them through a special educational program. Sure. Who is doing the selecting? Who is making the curriculum? Etc.

I believe in one thing: FEAR. And up to a point. A very fine point.

We'll continue along this path until faced with extinction. Most likely M.A.D. Then, and only then we will get an opportunity to, perhaps, sit and think hard.

I give that chance around 10 % probability.
    90 % is simply M.A.D. Reset.

Don't you think that people ruling us haven't realized that? It appears they simply enjoy their position as long as they can. A very rational choice if you ask me.

Now, miracles do happen. Hope and such. Should we organize and lead our lives based on that is another matter.
I guess that anyone with brains realized that. Those are the roots, IMHO, of the current paradigm.

  • Universality of ideas, whether religion, “state”, philosophy, science, is achievable? Structured bodies to push ideas, a coherent body of ideas are just impediments and cater to the limited apprehension in the psychology of human individuals.

No universalist oriented idea, Anglo-Zionism, capitalism, any religion including Islam, does not partly rely on suggestions of identity by pointing to the distinct believer, race, ethnicity, territory. History does not help much, since it is the most colourful illustration of the issue. That creates the amazing patchwork layered at infinitude of the world’s frenzy. When not God, then markets, when not Communism then territory. Or a grab in the bag of concepts that are in existence thanks to the psychology of commoner inertia useable as historical values.

There must be universal agreements, concepts, that transgress all cognitive borders, stand by themselves, are rallied by media, politicians, the global middle-layer of interpreters. Amazingly these concepts exist, and do not go against an open minded interpretation of most religions, and broader philosophical ideas. The “handles” the embodiment though is always more important then the rational sense.

All of this is not timely, and only real as in today, not tomorrow. There will not be a serious shift in these matters overtly and knitting a waistcoat on historical strands will not look pretty.

The most universal idea, the deepest believe globally? The believe in consumerism at infinitum, the equivalent of outdated reward in the afterlife. A qualitative concept that should be expanded on, it fits all “Russians” of the globe.

  • Text is a refined type of talking. It involves an extra level of complexity, since reading and writing require some 7 years for a child to master, what with learning alphabets, reading, writing, and the composition of sentences, paragraphs and proper essays. The payoff from this investment is that written messages are compact, efficient, skippable,...
  • The “new” tool was well applied. Your face, and impression of personality is well expressed. Such a snippet of graphics is welcome.

Concerning subjects in depth, more complex fields of cognizance, written text does the best job.

Single spoken snippets, and their transcripts would make identity Thompson more acceptable to most, but would dumb obligatorily the density and level of content. Maybe a once in a while short three dimensional impression, and the main bodies in black and white?

Writing is slower then speaking, but can be read associatively, allows for complex ideas, has a long and revisiteable lifespan and a ream of referencing possibilities.

If there is original content, a data search allows for phishing relevancy and author propriety. A ream of other secondary benefits. The question whether writing as to be viewed digitally or analogically on paper is none. Digital text should be formatted as to be easily reproduced in print. True, almost all formatting tools fail in applying this concept, including the Unz effort in presenting a digital body of which print is hard to extricate, and mining is hard to perform. There is a lot of confusion in the field of consistent formatting, and how to do so, a single example: references used in conjunction with links in digital pages can be very confusing, numbered references, and indexing are analog tools, a simple browser “/somesearchterm” is the way to get at anything in the most significant way.

Reading is certainly faster then listening, and this really matters, even for those who read linearly and do not use the simplest processing of text “scanning”. This does not oppose the slower writing then speaking, since the necessity allows for polish and deep.

All true, but in our fallen world, it seems videos have innately better reach.

All true, in the name of popularization. Does popularization do what exactly, does it extract hidden talented individuals of an otherwise insignificant life, does the impact they then can have on their immediate flat leveled near environment matter? Or is there any hope, that popularized content serves anything else then infusing fire-hose interested concepts on the masses?

The answer to the first, as an initial stage of incentivizing, could be yes. The second concept, bringing general comprehension up some points definitely seems contradicted by far dumber environmental experiments(Syria, Novichok).

As to reaching out to outliers, individuals that for a multitude of reasons, their poor environment, by circumstance poor formal education, time to maturity, other external pressures(earning a living by base employment), anything that was left out by “meritocracy”, testosterone and youth for that matter, would the big hurdle to development not be tearing down the paying firewall between quality content and stoppage to references of conventional sources of knowledge only, both. Your friend Emil O. W. Kirkegaard is an example of stating openly the concept of the latter.

It is pityful to see the association mostly between “public” and “intellectual”. It mostly means the interpreter is not so much pressured by the cognitive capacity of his public then by the pressures to follow and trace the directives of conventionality and de facto power elites.

  • Usinig the military to sustain the dollar and the relative wealth of the US elites, compared to elites from elsewhere, anywhere, is the only option left, all of the past century and the end of the twentieth century this was obvious.

Trade, Central banking the world, global corporations, are as dead as the dollar. The believe system has crashed. The religion of God being the elites of the United States of Amerika, is waisted on the elites of China, Russia, the states of Europe, every entity that has bargaining power is ready to desert US dominance and basking in it’s glory, is no longer interested in being taken by the nose.

Who will suffer most, of course the “street”, the elites that mounted the scheme, will drop their vasals and scramble to anything but the dollar. There is going to be a shift of power for the long run, into the hands of Chinese structured policies, ideas, control, add a dose of Russia.

Along the line M. Hudson is correct, follows through consistently, and the way that his message stays in tune, approaching from different angles in his body of work is proof of his thorough knowledge of matters. He understood the game, and took a typical public intellectual position, make a living without disturbing society’s restive state. Staying out of trouble, not engage in acting. A specialist of finger pointing prudently. What options are there except for starving in academia?

Now the Marx part, the irrelevance of it. Marx is not needed to comprehend what is going on, even historically, globally. Marx has two major despickeable, repugnant facets.

The first is certainly the base opportunism(he was fully conscient about this) of his to peddle an idea that suggested some asset value to the white underclass, the workers, including in the colonies of the Americas. They were a ready prey, being worse of then most of the imported slave negros. That compensated for his universalist approach.

The second, theoretics of economics, that focus as capitalism(as conceived by Marx or other) does on a human-centric view of the planet are fairy-tail, horror-stories for …seven year olds. How myopic a vision is possible? Pulling into the theory of growth outside assets, that leave black holes. A gaming theory of distribution of “riches” not even associated with the third dimension of time.

Re-industrialisation, is a joke for many other obvious reasons, Chinese corrections to the Western scheme will equally grind to a standstill, there are some cycles left there, contrary to the West where there is no margin but military capitalism. If the global elites cannot homogenize their body of interests adjusted for reality, the human theoretics of economics, include all, are just translations into chaos and disruption exponentially.

As a suggestion, any economic theory that does not include a scheme to suppress population numbers, migrations, that does not include as a tool a global currency that stands for a global bottom line of assets, human and natural, that sets not a goal for timely execution, is a further drift into “planet toxic”.

Practically, as proven in reality, capitalism, as much as Chinese capitalism is both, about tuning and correcting “as we go”, a luxury for the elites, a religious believe for the masses, a recipe for a wasteland planet.

More relevant column than on average certainly.

Just a question. Is it even conceiveable that the elites of any fray(Russian, Chinese, Western) could care less about the deplorables? They are concerned about the outliers hidden as spoils within the global masses, outside of “meritocracy”, enslaved middle classes, that could rouse and have impact on their immediate environments, are testosterone level sufficient to add covert as a manner of conduct. That is about the only thing that could hurt where it matters, timely, to organise ignorant masses of left behinds to disrupt the established system in repeated short bursts, at essential, ennoying spots.

Assange is such a case, that came closest to harnessing a strategy that has the overt and covert essential attitude. He is not hated but by the West, he is a thorn into the eye of all of the global elites. Noticed that Snowden does not even come out on his behalf, evidently of his physical location within direct control of Russia. The “public intellectual”, the media, no distinction whatsoever, are the janissaries of the Sultan, if one prefers, from Chomsky(he is the one longest at it, should be given the laurel of longevity) over a Michael Moore, to a Jordan Peterson.

A lesson to be learned from Isis and Al Quaeda, and to no extend subscribing there concepts of goal, but singlely method: be brutal, have a covert and overt organisation.
