The image is from 3500 years ago. Now what was the disposition of Britons or Gauls or Germans back then? They certainly didn't have the wheel. They were a collection of hunter-gatherer barbarian tribes, not nearly as advanced as the black people in the image.

As to the wheel itself, it was not independently developed all over the world like the bow and arrow. Only those that were exposed to the technology were able to adopt it. What that means is that if present day England or Germany were never exposed to the wheel, they likely wouldn't have it even today.

The long and short of it is that your ancestors didn't invent the wheel either.

Does slinging the "R" word have to be your first reach? There are no jobs for these men. Even those who have some kind of an infrastructure of skills, for example knowing how to use hand tools, knowing a little math, and so on, can't get jobs. It's called structural unemployment. That means, unemployment designed int0 the system.

When I see people saying, take away the welfare and make people work, I think, what, how is taking away what little economic lifeline people have suddenly going make the people the system already doesn't want into desirable employees? Do they think that unemployable men and women are going to wake up the next day knowing some special tap dance that will make the company that didn't want them the day before suddenly see them as a valued worker even when they have no transportation, no clothing appropriate for work, maybe not even lunch money and a true permanent residence.

You can attribute all of this to systemic racism and historic racism if you want, but no one cares. When you speak of the specifics that stand in people's way, maybe you'll get a little sympathy. Work isn't an abstraction. You have to have to it. You have to be there. You have to be able to do it.

Joking - I was close to China and was scheduled to go in early February 2020. Yep that exact week. Flight was canceled so I just went to the Philipinnes instead, where the poop is open air and doesn't leave the immediate ground.

I'm sure China looks awesome next to the 3rd world shitholes surrounding it.

But those poop fumes are a huge reason that diseases spread. I have no idea if what we had was what they had, probably not (we may have just had a tweaked flu or just a bad flu who fucking knows). Yes poop fumes go through their buildings and yes poop fumes transmit disease. I'm sorry you don't agree but too fucking bad fuck you.

China has real problems. I've worked in building maintenance, an Asian style building (to our standards) with all-Asian tenants except for token Africans and Dune Coons. Being Canadian I'm surrounded by Chinese people virtually all the time. I can't fling a dead cat without hitting five Chinamen.

China doesn't have a code requirement for vented toilets, which is why they stink. Lots of European countries don't either. It's not a stupid statement.
