RSSJust because its cold today doesn’t mean global warming isn’t happening. Today’s vulcanos emit far less than humans, 100x less in fact. “Shouldn’t trust scientsits, they were wrong in the past!” can be said about anything, its pure rhetoric. The only correct link established here is that between HIV/AIDS denialism and global warming denialism. A far more plausible conspiracy theory: Shamir is feeding dumb conspiracy theories to the goyim, such that by repeating it they will be seen in the future like HIV/AIDS denialists are today… that or, he just wants to make money by has nothing better to write about, decides to pander to his audience. One of those.

In the world of the mind we are literally fancy-free, with infinite powers, possibilities, and potential. But in the world of tangible reality we are prisoners of fate, where physical causality rules and conservation laws dictate that we cannot have it both ways at once. No wonder we have evolved an anti-correlated brain system for each!

Does this partly explain the current shambles British leaders have got themselves into over Brexit, the equally shambolic American presidency, and the French president's problems? To my way of thinking, it certainly explains the decision taken by a previous British government to promote diesels as “clean”—one that is now thankfully being rescinded and, given the reputation of diesels, was always surprising to anyone with an ability to think mechanistically about them.
A main reason that the disastrous diesel policy was put in place was that it was motivated by climate concerns, which have certainly come to dominate the “ethical decision making” of our leaders, not to mention their “creativity” and “openness to new ideas” where policy is concerned. The trouble with both creativity and new ideas is that they can be at best quirky and at worst lunatic unless they are subjected to a little criticism. But there is an increasingly long list of items which in today’s world cannot be criticized or questioned without inviting DMN-igniting charges of “X denial/phobia”, with anthropogenic global warming being only one Xample (if you will excuse the pun-in-print).
The best we can do is to make the censors overstep their line. Because currently as a normal person you can’t even argue about it. Any discussion will have to end up in you having to list those books and since those happen to be far rightish your optics will suffer. Sure honest people will see past it but the general public will see you as the Nazi guy.
Think about how much money and effort Jews and their henchmen Anglo/Episcopalians have invested in the "Nazi" brand and its "Swastika" logo.Consider the heretical, unthinkably remote possibility that "Nazi" is just as fraudulent as the holocaust.
Sure honest people will see past it but the general public will see you as the Nazi guy.
There is an another possibility in that the guy is false flagging himself for “I’m being persecuted” points. The stories of “huh computer goes off when I start steaming” sound like something a boomer would come up with.
One thing that made unz.com stand out from other websites is how alive the community seemed. 1k comments or so on my frist unz.com article did leave an impresson on me that made me come back. Anyway, I’m a fan of the website and if you think this will make it grow I’m all for it. Maybe a try-out period of the new system should be implemented, with monthly views change being its failure/pass criteria.
> Perhaps the first ten comments every month would be entirely free of charge. After that, users could either start paying $1 per comment,
If that is the case then you have two conflicting goals. You can’t have a low barrier to entry and restrict trolling and shilling. The later will just delete their cookies, reset their IPs etc. In fact this could work against the website, since malicious people will just use techniques that will make their posts free, where as a normal person will just give up.
Also please don’t forget about privacy. If the website database is breached I wouldn’t want my real name to be liked to comments I might make on some more controversial articles here. Maybe cryptocurrency is the solution here.
I was initially with your position Ron but I’ve swifted towards the ‘it’s just a flu’ mode. It appears like the econmic consequences will be far worse than what the virus might have done. Time will verify but I would prefer if my country lifted the quarantine. Young people who aren’t fat won’t die from it anyway, being unemployeed on the other hand..
A few days later now that the facts are comming out your centrist article sure makes you look stupid.
>OUR OWN Twitter, FaceBook, YouTube
Doable
> PayPal
This is where it usually fails apart. It’s just hard to do that. You need to cooporate with banks to pull that off. And those banks will just deny you. Sure we have bitcoin and other crypto but its a uncomfortable interface.
An additional problem with “OUR” Twitter, Facebook is that it will be inherently political. 95% of the YT videos I like to consume are not political! The free speech on those remake platforms will be also abused by vandals to make sure that the front page is swastica’d up.
I think there is some more depth to this. Google was maybe rolling out a beta tier of their new ‘conservative’ deranker and it just bugged out and produced a result we could all see. If this true, this issue will comeback, it just will be harder to notice this time.
>As an example, white voters in heavily immigrant California had supported Trump in 2016 by 20-25 points less than whites in the rest of the country
True but that is not always the case. For instance in the UK it is the more racially diverse states that vote along WN lines(see brexit). What if the white outmigration from California selected for liberal views. I’m not saying that happened, yet it could be a factor. Maybe I am wrong in this specific instance. I just got a bit allergic to this type of argument. I’ve been told the same story about Blacks, about how “regions that actually have black people living in them happen to be less racist” only to discover that it’s mostly untrue and based on cherry picks.
There is a lot of truth on how anti immigration views are a facade for WN. Liberal newspapers love to point it out and the same movements deny it. It’s a hilarious charade. A similar dynamic is found, here in europe in anti islam movements. These ideas are currently mostly proxies for pro european nativism and guess what? – they work! If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here.
I don’t think that the anti immigration strategy for the WN type of conservative movement with the US has failed. Yes, there are some costs but there are also plenty of benefits. WNs have been throwing a lot of stuff at the public and it was the thing that sticked the most, so it can’t be all that bad. However I would also like to see things getting toned down a bit, in favor of the currently most pressing issue – tech censorship, breaking up tech giants. Ideally, this would be the Trump2020 campaign.
Maybe give it some main website prominence? It would be a almost dead feature in a few months otherwise.
Doesn’t feel like the usual american pravada, I like em more chunky. Anyway Qanon donesn’t contain any truth, perhaps it doesn’t contain any falsehoods either. To me it reads like astrology or some similiar non sense. As for the election, of course fraud happened, that or you believe Joe Biden is the most popular candidate in history.
Please refrain from contaminating earnest truth seeking conversation with that careless rhetoric delivering flagrant illogic.

>Even counting “excess deaths from all causes” is somewhat meaningless, since the LOCKDOWNS in of themselves are somewhat dangerous and unpredictable.
That would have been hardly an issue early on but you as you can see, the deaths still spiked.

This link doesn’t work. It says that the page doesn’t exist.
It’s really creepy how these American companies think they get to play moral police. They need to get regulated to hell.
Not vaccinated but I agree with Ron, the mass die was “too good” to be true anyways. The vaccine would truly be a miracle poison, killing you after 5 years and so on. Also the entire anti vaxx movement smells like a major grift, there is no consistency to their story, sometimes the vaccine is causing prions, sometimes cancer, sometimes blood clots, which one is it?
Sometimes the best way to debunk a type of argument is to run with it and use it elsewhere. Lets apply your form of argument in a different context...

>So why haven’t you been corona-vaccinated (as you claim you haven’t) even once?
A few years ago the facts were much more cloudy, probably still wouldn’t get vaccinated since I’m a young fit person and the risk reward ratio just isn’t there for me. But if I was a older I would have gotten it.
There is some truth to the article but it’s missing the fact that ruling government is likely just roleplaying as tough on Ukraine. You might think that military aid is a big deal regardless but the Polish military contributions account for like around 10% of the total aid, most of which is humanitarian.
So we talking here about Poland cutting it’s Ukraine spending by around 10% of what it did, hardly changing anything.
That is a very good point, actually. Poland is going to have elections in a couple of weeks and quite possibly this crisis was orchestrated by the currently ruling party trying to show it can be 'tough on Ukraine', as well as trying to win votes of the farmers.
