Re:immigrants, the Netherlands has implemented similar reforms recently. Not sure what their effect has been so far, but the media reaction to it has been very negative because the reforms were passed by the bellicose and rightist PVV–whereas the Danish reforms did not seem to draw any attention, although they will probably have much the same results. Re: birth rates, I think that that is a concern more for Scandinavia than the rest of Europe. Fact is QOL would improve in most of those countries with less population. Americans are indeed naive to Latin genetics, but in practice most people are pretty good at identifying the phenotypes anyway and even if they don’t know the terms like “mestizo” they can tell if someone is non-white.
