If the problem with africa is largely genetic how do you explain some of the ancient kingdoms of africa that were stable, according to arab historians wealthy, and lasted for hundreds of years, and in the case of ancient Ghana almost a thousand years. If their problems were simply “largely genetic” wouldn’t that be the case for many thousands of years? instead of just being “wartorn for decades”?

Maybe that is part of the problem, they are trying to adapt in a number of decades to a way of life foreign to the way they have lived and developed for thousands of years. Again, as you pointed out “Africans are genetically different from other groups” if this is the case shouldn’t they have big problems adapting and assimilating to a “genetically different” group?

I agree with sliggy, africans were following their own path and are now way off that path with no chance of returning to it. western ways don’t suit there culture. Borders left by colonialists with no sensitivity with regard to lumping many different groups together who don’t like each other into one country did not help things at all.

Ever watch star trek, “The Prime Directive” (policy of non-interferance with alien cultures) would have been a kindness to africa. Your logic of their problems being largely genetic is flawed.

The level of sophistication is unimportant, why do they need a great wall or a Taj Mahal?

I thought this was a discussion about the poor state or africa and why it is so. If their problems are largely genetic it would have always been that way, but history does not support that.

Implying that they have never shown that they were on a level with nation states and cultures on other continents is also not the point.

The point is there ways of developing culture and communities were working for them! Whatever there level of “sophistication” there way of governing there groups back then was more stable and had better results than they do at present

If u don’t know anything about Sub-saharan kingdoms and cultures there are many sources that are not afrocentric, try Basil Davidson a British Historian who has written many books on africa past and present. If u have not done the legwork how can make such a sweeping generalization?

Who was equating west african kingdoms with nation states on other continents?? I certainly was not, and they should not be, let them stand for what they were, which is ways of living and governing themselves that worked for them.

Again, I think we are missing the point. Their own naturally developed kingdoms and empires worked for them for hundreds of years in several cases. Which seems to me to be something they cannot do effectively right now. Goverments they are so unstable they are swept away there every other year it seems. Adaptation to western ways of govt has not worked there.

If science proves they are a less intelligent group then the high IQ people got it wrong by try ing to have them live and govern themselves in way that a population of there IQ level could not reach naturally or maintain.

From the MSM down to the smallest regional rags, from San Diego to St. John’s, the same propaganda machine rules and blacks out all such enlightened opposition. They won’t let you speak to your fellow citizens, won’t let you into the public forum. None will print a dissident opinion in their “letters” pages. You have to go to the alternate media on line, (Unz Review, Saker, etc) the reporters, commentators and bloggers just to find out the truth. That’s where we are in the 21st century.

Yes Mr Lawrence, Germany should be leading the moral battle against Israeli/Jewish barabarism that has long exceeded the Nazis. Why aren’t they? A few possibilities you didn’t mention: First, Germany was a cohesive and highly sophisticated tribe with it’s own sense of place, its own language and an illustrious history in arts, technology and domestic government, (before 1914 there was unemployment insurance and pensions in Germany). Major tribal obedience comes naturally with such cohesiveness.
When the leaders decided to go to war, of course the nation followed in 1914. The victors write the history and get to blame the vanguished, so Germany was seriously hobbled by the Versailles Treaty. Yes, we know all this but it was national/tribal obedience that once again made the rise of Nazism/National Socialism easier. In 3 yrs the economy turned around but the Nazis still strutted in military garb, demanded and got national obedience again. In a twinkling everyone was making the salute and complying, because everyone had to.
You may have liked the Germany-for-Germans of national socialism but to survive you had to outwardly obey and salute too. I’ll wager many millions of Germans were too sophisticated to comply heart and soul, but they obeyed as Germans do.
After 1945, Germany and Germans were demonized again and as Mr Lawrence points out, they have been occupied ever since. East Germany was the flagship of repressive Stalinist Europe. When the wall came down the east now became part of the west and Yankee occupation was complete. From the Kaiser, to the Nazis to the Stasi, to the Yankee occupation, this sophisticated culture so capable of a high quality democracy never actually had anything like it after 1919.
They had to settle for Tribal/National obedience again and again. No wonder they are a cowed people.
Second, we must call a horse a horse and recognize the role of big Jewish money. The nazi economy took power from the Jews and set Germany on its feet, so naturally the Jews, the big money international Jews that is, declared war on Germany and when they finally won the punishment came at the Nuremburg show trials. And this time it was worse than 1919.
This time, Germany itself was evil through and through. Germans themselves were evil. Their only redemption was to accept total scapegoat status for WWII, for a questionable “Holocaust,” for a racist/genocidal national agenda, (that, as I said, may not have been the way all Germans felt at all.)
Contrast this with modern Israel where it appears almost everyone is genocidal and proud of it. They don’t call themselves Zionists, (a polite term used by timid virtue-signallers) they call themselves Jews and they call those human animals who they love to slaughter, not Palestinians or muslims, but Arabs. The Nazis weren’t as bad as the Zionazis are today. (When this Gaza massacre is finally over will we have to go back to hearing about Holocausts again?)
Now, if you’re still awake, we must recognize the pervasive power of Jewish money. It shouldn’t surprise anyone why all the western democracies are giving Josualand a pass. Big Jewish money can get you or your opponent elected if and when it wishes, therefore all democratic politicians are “on the take.” All western democracies are really “mock” democracies.
The politicians are owned as the Yankee congress is owned. In each mock democracy, the schools/academia are owned, publishing and media are owned, the infortainment industry is owned. Money can buy just about everything and it does. Big international Jewish money has one thing in common with Israel/Josualand/Herzlstan. They’re both Jewish.
In fact, since Ben-Gurion marched into Jerusalem with the British army in 1917, Rothschildia, the Jewish/Zionist colonial project, call it what you want, has been bankrolled all the way. All those German mock democratic politicians are owned by big Jewish moneymen and rather than liberate and democratize Germany and Germans, they are constrained to terrorize them with threats of anti-semite, neo-nazi, never again nonsense in the Reichstag, the media and the schools.
This problem won’t improve in Germany or in Canada or in Yankeeland until an enlightened electorate emerges from a schooling that teaches self-reliance, a media that teaches freedom of speech and a true democracy that has no fear of real debate. This will never happen so long as big international Jewish money owns almost everything and everybody. Otherwise, we are all headed down into another Weimar Republic of sorts.

As a Canadian familiar with the CBC, (the Canadian Bromiding Corporation), consider that it is supposed to be our National Public Broadcaster. Yet since Oct 7, the CBC has a clear pro-Israeli/pro-Jewish bias in what it reports about the “Israeli-Hamas War,” what it leaves out and the hasbara language it uses. Though it’s our National Broadcaster supported by our Taxes, the CBC has many Jews the closer you get to the top. However it doesn’t have to be owned by Jews. Like our government it favors Jewish interests where required. It walks and talks in lockstep with the MSM in the US which behaves very similarly. The reporting on student sit-ins for divestment by their universities from Jewish/Israeli interests similarly demonizes the students and overlooks the hard core Zionist goons who literally wrap themselves in the flag while they assault and provoke and the cops do nothing except when they step in to harass the students. Sound familiar? All media doesn’t have to Jews, in fact none need be Jews. If they dictate to the government, they can easily control and direct a
“Crown Corporation” such as the CBC.
