I know the text you are referring to (the Franklin Prophecy it is vulgarly called). It is very clear that it is a plain invention. First it is written in an English style having nothing to do with Franklin's, nor with any kind of 18th century English. The text is full of words and background concepts, like of vampire, that entered current literary usage only in the 19th century in the sway of British romanticism from the time of Mary Shelly onwards, and from Edgar Poe onwards in the New World.

The main point why that text is impossible is that Ben Franklin himself, although it will always remain unclear whether he had Jewish origins or not for real, was one of the most rabid Jewish supremacists ever : he namely promoted, like many other American cult leaders would do, Anglo-israelism as a doctrine, to the effect that true superior Anglo-Saxons owed their superiority as the new masters of the world of the day to the possession of Jewish genes in their blood from some Jewish hidden tribes.

His practical philosophy he sold to the masses, like Poor Richard's Almanach, identifying virtue with what was good for money, is taken by whole swaths from the Talmud. Franklin was also known as an entrepreneur and financier in synagogue building and preserving in Philadelphia. Another sign that his spontaneous morality was clearly more Jewish than Christian is that he published various recipes of medicinal beverages for abortion, which is consistent with the Jewish Torah-perfect belief that soul enters the baby's body together with first breath, but not with any branch of Christianity.

The "Prophecy" you refer to was never known of in the US before 1934 when it was used mostly as an argument to counter FDR's New Deal.

Last but not least Ben Franklin was the founding father best known for his successful entreaties with the then Sephardic Jewish community of the Plantation South to finance the American revolution as well as with Jewish communities in France that were very influential by their role in tax collecting near the Royal Court to sway the latter for supporting the young republic.

He also seems to ignore that Brzezinski not only caused the Afghanistan mess in the 1980s that led to the rise of the Taliban but actually was a leading advocate of the aggressive US strategy in Ukraine that led to the current war.
