Further, everyone who has gotten the injection knows that it is not close to being excruciating; there is mild discomfort for two seconds.

I would assign a 95% probability that that the military brass would kill American citizens if directed. They are motivated by their pensions. I believe 95% of the support personnel would cooperate. This yields over a 60% probability these people will kill you once directed by President Biden or President Kamala.

So if only 60% of those who can kill you are actively engaged in doing so, you got a reasonable chance of survival. Always focus on the positives!

Switzerland has the right idea. The population at large IS their military and they take their weapons home. I never claimed the non military in the US were guilty of anything besides voting for sociopaths. They are not war criminals. If there were no street cops, the people would arm themselves and become their own police force. Most of the people I’ve known who’ve enlisted did so because they were poor with zero prospects in an economy that’s been looted by the 1%, and hires white men last. Particularly the uneducated.

They’re the ones society shits upon, and blames for everything. So they aren’t going to be waltzing int0 a cushy job at Google as a software engineer. Their lot includes competing with illegal Mexicans and other Third World immigrants for the meager low skill jobs, or joining the military. Not to kill people (aside from the 5% or so of the psychopaths that do join for that reason), but to have a roof over their heads and a meal. Perhaps some opportunity to turn their ‘service’ into a road to a better future.

I know what it’s like to have no prospects. I graduated from high school in 1979, and entered the job market in the Mid West just as the auto plants were closing, and the rust belt was dying. There are two veterans that I’ve brought up often over the years. Pat Tillman and Jessica Lynch. I’ve mentioned them because they’re both (IMHO) decent people, and they were both lied about by the PTB for dishonorable reasons. Tillman is dead, but Lynch was no-doubt offered stardom if she’d only play along with the lie, but she refused.

The man I have the most respect for in the U.S., is Ron Paul, who served as a flight surgeon in the Air Force in the sixties.

On the island, there’s a story about someone I know that warned a thief multiple times that he was flirting with death. One day, the thief died on a boat dock while trying to steal an outboard motor. The owner left the body on the dock and someone eventually called the cops. Long story short, they just buried the thief with no other consequences. That thief is permanently out of the theft business and is as it should be.

Technological progress isn’t a result of a conspiracy and isn’t something foisted upon people against their will, but rather something they willingly accept, work for, and even applaud.

Given that the environmental repercussions of decisions made by tiny elites engineering towards global solutions don’t stay confined to the spheres exclusively occupied by those tiny elites, it’s disingenuous to say that this “isn’t something foisted upon people against their will.”

Basic Darwinism would predict that people always try to work for their own advantage. Even the “altruist” thinks he is getting something, even if it’s only piling up treasure in an imaginary heaven.

But that aside, it’s in the nature of technology to place control in an ever smaller number of hands. Example: In a perfectly egalitarian world everyone would produce his own computer by mining the materials and manufacturing them into the final product himself. Instead, we have specialization; we have experts. Experts constitute a tiny elite, and even among experts, some are more skillful than others, making for a still tinier elite. This isn’t the result of a conspiracy or a plot. It’s just the nature of reality, whether people want it to be this way or not.

As I said, that these technological developments are in the hands of tiny elites is just the nature of reality, whether people like it or not. Want cars? Then you get air pollution and environmental destruction. You also have to accept that tens of thousands of people will be killed each year in car accidents. Does this mean people have had cars foisted upon them against their will? I don’t think so.
