The 2020 election results are disturbing to say the least—but not for the reasons trumpeted by the controlled corporate MSM. As I wrote in today’s article “Trump Didn’t Delegitimize this ‘Election’—We Did“:

“The MSM, which is under orders to never, ever mention the fact that our voting machines fabricate votes rather than counting them, is scratching its collective head over yet another epic polling fail. Even after frantically adjusting their polling methodologies nonstop for 17 years to increasingly favor Republicans, the pollsters keep coming up short. Every year, important elections show an ever-greater ‘red shift’—a gap between the way the polls say people will vote, and the ‘results’ barfed up by black-box voting machines.”

In this interview, conducted on the morning of November 4th, 2020, Jonathan Simon takes a break from crunching the numbers to deliver a powerful jeremiad against the public apathy regarding organized crime’s takeover of American elections via rigged voting machines.

Update from Jonathan Simon, sent 6 pm Wed.:

“Just taking a quick break from crunching (preliminary President and Senate Forensics Tables E2020PollsVotecountsForensicTemplate11-3-20rev-js2 – note that many votecounts are partial, but the patterns are egregious) to weigh in on what’s happening now, which I’m not sure the media has quite cottoned to yet.

“It should be clear what Trump’s game is now: it is to litigate his way past the safe-harbor deadlines and the Electoral College meeting date (12/14 this year) and throw his election to the U.S. House. This was the game from the moment it became clear that the Democrats would fail in their long-odds attempt to gain a majority of House state delegations (some suspect House races as well; harder to get a forensic handle on).

“If/when the election goes to the House, which votes by state, Trump wins – it is as simple as that.

“As you’ve surely noticed, optics is out: they no longer give a rat’s ass what anything looks or smells like. This is pure power grabbing, desperate and existential. It remains to be seen how the judicial circus plays out but – as a once-practicing lawyer – I can tell you that they teach a third-year class in delay. Those seeking delay in court generally have the upper hand.

“Strategically, we should be aware of the game and do whatever possible to urge administrative and judicial processes to move forward at speed. I’m sorry to say the odds are probably against us, but we should at least be playing the right game.”

  1. This was a totally legitimate election.

  2. The voting machines have to be non programmable, e.g. no CPU or programmable logic. It should be based exclusively on disrete logic chips e.g. TTL. It should be cased in an effective RF shield enclosure which is effective also in blocking local electromagnetic fields which are used to switch on any internal count altering circuits which have been added to production units.

The voter selection method should be by simple electromechanical switches.. The audit trail is by paper which the machine issues to the voter who then can see that the right candidate has been selected before depositing in a secure bin. The voting rig is entirely offline with no connection to the internet, no modem as there is no software to be upgraded nor connection to a central server or network.

A random sample taking in accordance with a recognised sampling plan can validate the paper vote with the machine count.

Postal voting banned save for registered disabled as it opens the door to many abuses.

  3. Here is a very entertaining/enlightening summary of how voting proceeds in the Russian Federation, submitted by “Auslander” over at The Vineyard of the Saker” yesterday. Perhaps we could learn a thing or two from those ‘evil, backwards’ Russkies:

“1. It is not up to the election committees to make sure your name is on the voting rosters, it is your responsibility as a citizen, part of your right to vote. Too lazy to take the time to go down to your local voter admin and check in the year before the election? Whose fault is that?

“2. So, you did things properly and you show up to vote at your local precinct. Problem is you chose the wrong one and you are not registered for that location. (Remember, make sure you are registered and registered correctly.) So, you are politely advised to go to the proper location you are registered in because you can’t vote at this one. You do so and arrive at your registered voting location and in you go, past the one lone policeman standing outside and looking bored. Kindly notice all the cameras watching you from ever nook and cranny of the building and actual voting room you go in to….and said cameras are recording everything on archive systems, two of them.

“3. Prepare to have your identification with current picture and address ready. Join the line that is for the first letter of your last name and when at the voting desk your ID is asked for. Said picture ID is checked, your name is found on the voting list and checked off, your ID is photocopied at this desk and the photocopy put with the voting list containing your name. You are then handed a paper ballot. If you don’t have proper ID, you can’t vote. If your ID does not match the registered informations on the voting lists, you can’t vote. If the ID looks ‘altered’ in any way, you can’t vote and you will become instant friends with the bored policeman at the door, who is no longer bored.

“4. So, you have your paper ballot in hand and you politely wait for one of the curtained voting booths to be free. In you go and using the provided pen (never trust them to provide a pen, always bring one ‘just in case’) you mark your choice or choices for the current voting process. You then fold the ballot in half (sigh….yes, the printed section that you just checked off should be on the INSIDE of the fold…usually), exit the little curtained voting booth, advance the the clear plastic, heavily sealed, locked and guarded by two cops actual ballot box sitting in all it’s pristine glory on the floor in the center of the room, insert your folded ballot in to the box under the watchful eyes of the cops, smile at them and exit the precinct.

“5. If you are certified invalid who can not physically come to your voting precinct, precinct will come to you. Special vehicles with two armed guards, two election workers and one clark come to you. In they come to your abode, your picture ID is checked and photocopied, your name is checked off on the voter list, the locked and sealed clear ballot box is brought in to you, you are handed a ballot, you mark said ballot and you personally insert the ballot in the box, said box held for you to accomplish this task. You are thanked for doing your civic duty of voting, the officials, cops and ballot box exit your abode and go to the next abode on the list.

“6. No mail in vote, period. No ‘absentee’ votes. Period. Current picture and address ID only is allowed in voting process. If you are out of country, you go to your local embassy and vote there, same security and ID system is in Embassy. If you for whatever reason can not make it to precinct or embassy, that is not Government’s problem, it is your problem. If you can not exercise your right to vote by following the rules, that is your problem, not Government’s problem and Voting Officialdom have done everything the law requires for you to vote.”

  4. I listened to the podcast. No honest person will object to implementing an election system that minimizes fraud. The root problem is that this is not normative with people in the West today. Jonathan emotes about hacked voting machines but by far the most effective means is hacked minds i.e. control of the media. If you are truly interested in democracy, in honesty, then you will be ever vigilant about both. If not you are deluding yourself about love of honesty and are just one of the educated herd.

Your elections are a crock of shit. All you’ve got is human rights review in treaty bodies and charter bodies – like on Sunday. You can watch it live Sunday on webtv. You could go. You could have your say through various NGOs. But the Mockingbird media will be trying as hard as they can to drown it out.

But on the other side of the equation, I have no doubt that polling is done for the sole purpose of manufacturing consent. And the way they manufacture consent is to falsify the polls in order to convince us all that the winner they want will be the winner and the larger margin the better. And if that doesn’t happen then they scream fraud.

I doubt there has been a verifiable election since the nineties. And who knows, maybe never. I don’t think we have ever been interested in having verifiable elections.

The Mandate of Heaven (Tianming), also known as Heaven’s Mandate, was the divine source of authority and the right to rule of China’s early kings and emperors. The ancient god or divine force known as Heaven or Sky had selected this particular individual to rule on its behalf on earth. An important element of the mandate was that although the ruler had been given great power he also had a moral obligation to use it for the good of his people, if he did not then his state would suffer terrible disasters and he would lose the right to govern.

    https://www.ancient.eu/Mandate_of_Heaven/

This recalls the opening of the Pyramid Texts when the Sky declares that the King is Her son and also the gospels when the voice from the sky declares the same thing. Living myth drawn from the same spiritual archetype.

All federal elections are completely fake. The Electoral College was designed to make fakery easy, and it has always served beautifully. Without the EC, politicians would have to appeal broadly to a large number of people in all areas. The result only matters to the parties. Nothing will change outside the parties.

  19. @Dago Shoes

The issue of why election software should contain floating point variables rather than long interger is not especially relevant to the issue I raised because the whole point is to remove the most likely attack points for hacking i.e. the counting machine proposed above is designed to eliminate custom software and firmware so the points of entry are eliminated.

The counters can be recorded and witnessed by representatives of the candidates involved. The chain of vote collation is similarly open to the same level of inspection.

Simple spreadsheets rather than custom software is all that is needed and brings the maximum of transparency to the proceeding because each party is in effect paralleling, if they choose, the government chain of collation.

I remenber from c. 1970’s when a Soviet pilot defected with plane to the West. Initial reports ridiculed the “primitive” technology because the front end contained tubes rather than semiconductors but an electronic engineer pointed out that it was encased in a Faraday cage and rather than being primitive in concept the tube design was deliberately chosen because they were expected to survive the EMP of an atomic bomb whereas any semiconductor based design would be destroyed.

The point is that software and CPU based electoral counting systems are not inherently secure and more basic “primitive” methods with human oversight seem preferable.

As an aside I guess some electronics engineers started to take an interest in restoring old AM tube radios from their grandparents lofts because of the Soviet plane mentioned above (hoping no doubt it would never be needed in practice).

How do you know that? We never had a week long election day before with one candidate winning on election day, but as the days roll by, the other candidate slowly but surely surpassing him. If Biden had another month’s election day, he would probably get more votes than the people living in the United States. In New York, a Republican President this year got more votes than any other year in the last 50 years, but in Georgia, which hasn’t elected a Democrat for thirty years, Biden wins?

And how do you find out if there is fraud when everyone who saw something and comments on twitter and puts their videos up to show everyone what they say, gets their comments and videos IMMEDIATELY expunged.

  23. @Jack McArthur

“Jonathan emotes about hacked voting machines but by far the most effective means is hacked minds i.e. control of the media.” That is an excellent point. In this election, MSM was hacked for Biden, while the machines were hacked for Trump.

  24. @VinnyVette

Actually Biden almost certainly got even more votes than the polls predicted, and won a much greater landslide than pollsters expected. But the machines robbed him of more than 10 million votes. Background: There have been ever-growing “red shifts” over the past 17 years. With every election the pollsters rig their polls even more to favor Republicans to match the fake “results” of the last election, ad nauseum. The key fact is that polling is relatively transparent, while the voting machines are completely opaque, easily programmable by insiders, and apparently controlled by organized crime with ties to Republicans.

I have no use for the Democrats, and certainly didn’t vote for Biden. But I am interested in empirical reality first, and my own prejudices second. The empirical reality is that demographic change has created an ever-growing tsunami of Democratic voters, mostly favoring the left wing of the party. That process has been hidden, and held in check, by Republican-rigged black box voting machines since they were introduced in 2003. I assume that is why they were introduced.

This guy is a sociopath. He can lie while looking you straight in the face and tell you something that will get you killed without it bothering him at all. The election has massive fraud in favor of the Democrats and the corrupt mainstream media is going to crown Biden the winner if no one stops them.

Rather than examining the probable bias in the polling organizations which strongly favor Democrats and consistently claim Biden has more support while the Republican candidate Trump gets tens of thousands of adoring fans at every rally he holds, holding 2, 3 or more rallies a day all across the country and Biden consistently gets “rallies” of less than 50 people, this sociopath would have you believe the fault lies with the polling machines and not the pollsters. If you are Trump supporter and you publicly admit it, you could be setting yourself up for big trouble and everyone knows that. That is why Trump supporters will sometimes whisper in your ear that they support Trump. These same people are certain to be careful as to what they will tell a pollster over the phone.

Hey. You have hit the nail on the head. The election was totally legitimate, but we are talking about the election results, not the election itself, which was constitutionally mandated to take place. The issue no one wants to talk about, is that the elections are completely within the hands of the states, constitutionally speaking. How the states decide who is the President is going to win, not the voters.

There is no programmable computer in the counting machine described above. A dumb machine like that is not subject to human error or fraud by the polling station staff e.g. miscounting or wrong allocation i.e. it eliminates both sources of possible frauds. The case is also important. For reasons which I have no intention of publically describing, it is not possible to guarantee detection of covert production change which can load or reset the counters but it is possible to prevent them being engaged during the count by shielding.

  29. @Jack McArthur

You can come to Oregon and take my mail ballot away after you manage to get the gun out of my hand. Good luck.

I listened twice to this podcast and really could hear that impassioned appeal of Jonathan Simon. He’s absolutely right, so many Americans seem more concerned about getting the minutiae of football games than they do about the electoral process. Bread and circuses, redux? Mostly the circuses part for now, but maybe with time as hunger sets in, the bread crumbs will play a bigger role.

This was a very illuminating podcast and although I wouldn’t agree with all of it, like some of the exaggerations (e.g. it’s not a dictatorship, not yet anyway, but it is certainly a plutocracy), I generally agree with the assessment. There is a looming danger as well that the polarization between the 2 sides will lead to ever more fracture until things truly get out of hand. I never heard talk of “civil war” a decade ago or even maybe 5 years ago, yet now it seems to be a part of the discussion and even an accepted possibility.

If the next president–and the general leadership collectively–can’t do some healing of the nation, the US is in for some very rough times.

  31. @Kevin Barrett

“Actually Biden almost certainly got even more votes than the polls predicted, and won a much greater landslide than pollsters expected.”

I find this hard to believe, especially without any hard evidence. Biden offered nothing apart from not being Trump. The difference in turnout for the rallies would seem to bear this out.

There is some truth to what you say, on a logical basis. But it was abysmally bad candidate A with the onset of dementia versus abysmally bad candidate B with a malignant narcissism problem and potential insanity to boot (who had the incredible insight to call himself a “stable genius”).

Maybe it was enough to just not be Trump this time. It wasn’t for Hillary because Trump talked the talk but hadn’t been tested yet, and even she won the popular vote by 3 million or so. Trump betrayed his base too, many of them just don’t know it and continue to be conned, or maybe some of them just can’t stand their alternative either.

Besides, his “handling” of Covid couldn’t have helped. I’m pretty sure if that were not a factor, he would have won this election anyway on the argument that the economy was doing so well, only that 1. it wasn’t and 2. much of what was “successful” about it was inherited from the Obama years anyway (something his base will never admit), but Trump could have pulled that scam off.

The whole system that produces 2 such awful candidates needs a complete revamp. I wish I could be optimistic of the chances for that.

  33. That Biden won in popular vote isn’t surprising given that California goes ‘blue’ in a big way.

Also, he might have won legit in tight races in swing states. Still, a lot of fishy stuff going on with so many votes showing up late.

It would be so nice if we could have one day elections once again. I could understand moving it from Tuesday to Sunday as people work on Tuesday, which inconveniences them. But month long voting and other contrivances?

All these early voting and mail-in voting shenanigans made the whole process so confusing, chaotic, and labyrinthine. It’s demockery than democracy.

Anyway, Trump had it cut out for him. From day one, Russia Collusion Conspiracy. GOP working with Deep State against him. Hostile media, unprecedented in history. Harvard study showed over 90% of news stories have been hostile to him. Jew Coup with Ukraine nonsense. Bogus impeachment. Leakers all over the place. If you think Nixon had it bad, sheesh. Then Covid nonsense cooked up by the media and deep state. They were even willing to sacrifice the economy to be rid of Trump. And Jews and deep state even unleashed BLM riots with media. Democratic politicians ought to be locked up and executed for encouraging mobs to burn down cities, loot, attack, and murder. But they are ‘made men’. And then fake polls and more fake polls. And despite all the things Trump did for Wall Street with tax cuts, Wall Street went against him. And of course, there’s more.

But then, there is karma in all this. Trump became Scump when he had Soleimani killed. Now, there was a true hero. Trump murdered him to appease vicious evil Zionist supremacists. So, how did the Jews pay him back? They f***ed him in the ass. Trump chose to be hitman for Jewish gangsters, but they whacked him just the same.

Soleimani RIP. There’s a real hero and martyr, not that shi*bag George Floyd.

Yes it has to be non-programmable to begin with. All the addition and input circuits should be burned in, rather than having it being able to be reprogrammed as a normal CPU. That is how it is done in India where the machines have to cater for many possible candidates in each constituency. PLDs or FPGAs are the way to go. India has 1.3 billion people and they can handle the stress of voting with dispatch. Yet the US supposedly so advanced is mired in what even Third World countries are laughing at. Perhaps it was all done deliberately with a view. I mean the voting machines should have the integrity of modern ATMs, anything less cannot be relied on.

Perhaps I did not make myself clear. Unless voters are certified as being eligible to vote and the votes they cast are verifiable, all elections are fake.
Having said that, a purely republican form of government is the elite backed by a military. Since the Constitution concerns itself with a well regulated militia, and not a standing army, it would appear that it was not their intent to have a purely republican form of government. Their genius, however, was vesting the power to designate their Electors to the Electoral College to the Legislature of the State, in the manner the state chooses. Any of the state legislatures could decide the vote was inconsequential and assign the Electors they want. The Judicial Branch can do nothing about it.

If the Dem’s controlled the results, they would have been a lot better than they were. You don’t partially steal an election. The Dems lost seats in the House and gained only one in the Senate, which they were expected to flip. Why didn’t the Dems fix the Senate and House races while they were at it? Why didn’t they also arrange to win “battle ground states” they were ahead in in the polls? Why did they keep the margins so razor thin, only .15 in Georgia and .50 in Pennsylvania? Why is it each time the Republicans have gone to court and asked to produce evidence to support their claims they had nothing to show the judge? That is why they have had their cases tossed. Trump claimed that the Wisconsin primary was stolen from him as well. He asserted before a single vote was cast in the election that unless he won, it was rigged against him.He is a pathological narcissist who cannot cope with rejection. He has no choice but to fabricate. Without the shield of the presidency, Trump will be forced to face criminal and civil charges that are going to absorb his retirement years. The American nightmare is over. Praise Jesus, the pussy grabber is history.

I’m seeing other articles saying there are computers programmed to cheat and award the loser Biden as the winner. That I do believe is possible.

    Kevin,
Please look in to the whistleblower named Dennis Montgomery exposing NSA technology called The HAMMER and SCORECARD that can hack elections. Snowden docs are said to confirm the existence of this technology.

There are claims that Obama privatized or stole this technology in 2009.

Was a computer “glitch” in Michigan actually due to the use of this technology?

Don’t forget that Schumer told Trump that the intel community has six ways from Sunday to get back at you.

I do not worship Trump. I am a Green who is for electoral integrity. Also, Trump was better on resisting the covid scam than even the Green candidate. (The Green candidate isn’t really Green, but that is a whole long nother story.) But I certainly want the most popular candidate to win and I want Americans to demand that the most popular candidate win.

  51. Trump may or may not have been marginally better on COVID, but he was definitely better, at least in terms of his Tweets etc., on internet censorship.

As for whether and how the election may have been rigged, I don’t have a firm conclusion at this point. My first impression jibed with Jonathan Simon’s. Now I’m not so sure.

As I just told prof. Michael Brenner, I’m not yet sure what caused the 2020 polls vs. black box voting machine numbers gap, which always (since 2004) favors Republicans, not just Trump, and is always biggest in swing states and hotly contested important federal elections. Maybe this time they didn’t rig the machines but the shy Trumpsters produced the same effect as if they had. Look at the work of Jonathan Simon, Mark Crispin Miller, etc. on the post-2004 “red shift” associated with black box machines owned by Republican organized crime figures.

The election could have been rigged and then counter-rigged: https://www.veteranstoday.com/2020/11/05/trump-proof/

Or it could be the Democrats stole it in the manner alleged by Trumpsters, as the machine-riggers deliberately neglected to do their job. In any case, the bottom line is, we need to destroy all “voting machines” and move immediately to 100% publicly-hand-counted paper ballots, while developing a better way of guarding against mail-in ballot fraud. If this train-wreck election wasn’t a wake-up call, whatever could be?

LOL. There’s been fraud for ages in the American elections. But this time it was just too obvious. Biden, the most voted president of all times? Biden?? Not to mention other stuff.

As it is easy to see, the fraud with mail votes is the easiest thing to do. But there are many other ways to cheat. No one wants to fix it because – well, being able to fraud votes is part of the game, is what “democracy” is all about. Democracy is a sham, always was. All those commie states calling themselves “Democratic Republic of” had the right idea. Modern Democracy is fake and closer to Communism than any kind of real freedom.

I agree. Kevin has done great work for many years. But on this subject, he appears to be out of touch with reality.

  56. Strategically, we should be aware of the game and do whatever possible to urge administrative and judicial processes to move forward at speed.

Unless it is election night and your guy is down a couple hundred thousand votes in key states; then it is OK to delay long enough to figure out how many more ballots you need to “find.”

  57. @Dumbo

the fraud with mail votes is the easiest thing to do. But there are many other ways to cheat.

What makes this election different is that the cheating was sloppy and obvious–and in many states (not just the states getting the headlines).

One example–New Hampshire. Biden improved on Hillary’s margin of victory by seven percentage points.

    OK–unlikely but somewhat possible, right.

But–get this. The Republican turnout was so great that they threw out the Democratic majority in the state house and state senate.

The fraudsters just bothered to fill out the President line and obviously left the lesser ballot items blank.

This is in your face fraud.

They could easily have filled out the whole Democratic ticket and nobody would have been the wiser.

  58. I am not sure I buy the intent. But I did appreciate the article. A lot of

“don’t let the right hand know what the left hand is doing.”

  59. But I am unclear how the republicans alone rig machines. You want to dissect the election ballot by ballot machine by machine

    fine by me.

Without the EC, politicians would have to appeal broadly to a large number of people in all areas. With the EC, politicians only need to worry about a few hundred people in a few states, who are easy to locate and influence precisely.

That’s a pretty inexact take on the EC. The EC prevents the office of president from being subject to control by a few centers of population. The office of president was never intended to be be subject to a plurality of voters.

The EC is subject to vote totals, though, and is not easily controlled by “a few hundred people in a few states, who are easy to locate and influence precisely”, as you claim. The government of the US is not designed to be a democracy. Those who want it to be are ill-informed about the nature of the government prescribed by the founding documents, and about the nature of democracy as well.

  61. @EliteCommInc.

If there was any evidence that the republicans had inroad into the tech environment I might consider this a possibility. But the tech estate is largely in the pockets of the democrats and liberals and that has far more credibility for potential vote rigging than a similar claim against the republican party.

This argument sounds similar to the reverse juxtapositions of burden used by liberals. The argument is the polls were right and the votes were wrong — which is that bizarre comment made by the Fox statistician —- the votes ought reflect the polls and adjustments were bound to made to reflect that —

    Which of course is backwards.

The reality is that the actual ballot tally not the subjective counts made via interview questions.

    ————————–

If there was a record of republican s covering up windows, late night tallies in which no observers are present, machines miscounts (regardless of why) and that very troublesome Iowa count — involving of all things a computer.

The weight here is that some error, some manipulation occurred involving the actual vote count and that weight suggests it was on the democratic tallies.

Don’t worry…“The Senate can vote to remove a president from office and the House doesn’t get to vote on that.”

Why wouldn’t want, the Republican Senate, to remove the election cheaters…the vindictive bunch tried to removed elected president for four years just because he was Republican.
