’m reposting this interview, recorded in March 2016, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the murder of Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi. -KB

Ellen Brown, author of Web of Debt and The Public Bank Solution, discusses her new article Exposing the Libya Agenda: A Closer Look at Hillary’s Emails:

“Critics have long questioned why violent intervention was necessary in Libya. Hillary Clinton’s recently published emails confirm that it was less about protecting the people from a dictator than about money, banking, and preventing African economic sovereignty.”

In other words: It’s the banksters, stupid! (Where have we heard that before?)

We also discuss pestilential (I mean, presidential) candidates; Larry Silverstein’s latest 9/11 confession; David Icke’s theory that the bankster-driven elite is infested with psychopathic lizards from outer space; and the question of whether Ellen is playing with a bathtub rubber duckie during our interview (or that just her squeaky chair?)

Gaddafi was essentially applying National Socialist policies as delineated by Adolf Hitler and it was so successful that it had turned Libya in to the most stable and prosperous country in Africa.
Further, the Libyan Dinar was 100% backed by gold and was due to become to paramount currency throughout Africa. That would have the US dollar in to a bucket of subsidiary currencies along with the Euro, the Ruble and the pound Sterling.
The 40 tonnes of fine gold in Libya’s national bank vaults were stolen, most probably by the Clintons or some US bank…maybe the Fed. The people were denied the highest standard of living of any country in Africa. And Hillary Clinton became a war criminal who should be hung by her neck until dead. But justice no longer exists for despicable cretins like Hillary since we live in a fascist empire run by Mussolini act-a-likes like her, the Bushes and Tony Blair.
Gaddafi’s mistake was to abandon nuclear weapon development. Something that small independent countries like North Korea now fully understand.

  3. I will never forget watching the you tube clip, in which Hillary Clinton and other goons are sitting in a room watching the man being tortured and her lame comment ,trying to put a spin on Julius Caesar, “We saw, we came, he died.” This is a sick and evil person by human standards of decency that democrats claim to have. His death, unleashed the torrent of migration to Europe, that is now causing so much mayhem.

Mostly accurate, even the part about Hillary Clinton’s potentially deserved punishment. LOL

The destruction of Libya and the murder of Qaddafi might have been the most atrocious and insane thing the so-called “neocons” ever did, and that’s saying a lot, since these psychos only did atrocious and insane things. It’s what turned be off forever from any type of American foreign policy and made me stop believing anything they say.

Total destruction of a country, for no reason, the betrayal of a leader who was willing to play ball with them, and the destruction of Europe with millions of migrants (that continue flooding to this day), to complete.

    The horror, the horror.

All the people behind this should go straight to Hell, Hillary first.

Sick and evil Hillary, I agree. Human standards might not apply to her and that “post human” claque she hangs around with.

But Europe took the migrants. No failure in state or nation requires citizens of “failure zones” be taken in by anyone else. Applies to the en route Afghans also.

These failures fall into a pattern, though. Maybe the people who run the global banking regime want an unstoppable horde of humans battering nation after nation till they are all equal. Seems as if.

Empires should be banished, they don’t give a damn about the laws, then why bother making any?

I believe an oversimplification of Islam-West history will not serve our historical perspective and understanding. Western Imperialism, employing Israel as a perpetual war platform, is at the bottom of our troubles in the Middle East. Western intrusions in the Middle East starts with the Crusades meant to defend western civilization’s Christian holy places, the WWI era reorganization of the Levant by Sykes/Picot Agreement that is now undergoing another reorganization today. Remember, Catholic founded Western Civilization was threatened by Islam for over a thousand years. Since the 732 Battle of Tours, El Cid’s expulsion of the Moors from Spain, the 1453 Fall of Constantinople, Pope Pius V ordered 1571 naval Battle of Lepanto that defeated the fleet of the Ottoman Empire, the 1529 failed Siege of Vienna, King John’s victory relieving the 1683 Siege of Vienna, and Prince Eugene’s victory at the 1697 Battle of Zenta. The implications of these several battles certainly impact our perspective on the discovery and control of the Americas, the whole Western Hemisphere today.

What about the oil? I think it’s more likely about the oil. Libya has one of the top 10 oil reserves in the world. Take a look at the top 10 biggest oil reserves in the world by country:

    1. Venezuela
    2. Saudi Arabia
    3. Canada
    4. Iran
    5. Iraq
    6. Russia
    7. Kuwait
    8. UAE
    9. USA
    10. Libya

This explains why CIA is now after the governments of Venezuela, Iran and Russia. They are the only 3 left that are not directly under our control or otherwise have friendly (puppet) regimes.

  14. Weaver says:

So, is Hillary’s war not white supremacy, meaning bad? Hillary wanted to prevent the African Union that Qaddafi dreamed of. I’m not suggesting I think that would have worked, but people talk about “white supremacy,” what do they mean? Do they think 70 year white farmers living in the middle of nowhere are running the world?

What they’re actually against is the empire. That same empire wants mass immigration and hates American whites. But the empire is also run by whites and Jews.

To the extent opposing “white supremacy” makes any sense at all, it makes sense in opposing Hillary and the establishment. It’s like when BLM beats up some white homeless guy: He has no power! The Left talks of opposing itself, but it doesn’t want to admit that it is run by what it opposes.

Similarly, the Right claims to want to defend all these powers which hate the Right. That is a mess.

  15. @BorisMay

You are correct and that is why North Korea wont give up its nukes. Even as relates to conventional weapons – Algeria is building up and buying advanced Russian weapons. Ghaddaffi’s son said their biggest mistake waz trusting the US and France. They neglected even conventional defenses because they figured they didnt need to…
But yeah he died not just for what he did in Libya but what he attempted to do for the entire African continent. France and the US and UK would have lost a lot of influence – so thwy set him up to be killed. Hilary definitely – but France is also a culprit. The unintended consequences for both was that Putin took it personal and so then intervened in Syria.

More bad news: Hillary’s pal, Neera Tanden, elevated by Biden.

Neera Tanden named staff secretary for President Biden

    From WaPo –
“Pelosi: Just a ‘couple’ issues left on social spending bill after White House meeting
Larger storm likely later Sunday into Monday

Neera Tanden was named the next White House staff secretary on Friday morning, putting her in the nerve center of the building charged with overseeing the paper flow for President Biden, according to a White House official briefed on the move.”

  17. @Dr. Charles Fhandrich

Dont let France and NATO off the hook. They were very involved – so the migrant crisis is them reaping what they sowed. Same with Syria and Iraq. I also dont blame Belarus for letting the Afghans pass through to get to NATO territory either.

  18. @Rosette

Actually what happened in Libya (and is happening with Venezuela and Iran) has spurred many countries to lessen usage of the US dollar… It has also spurred them to stop keeping gold in foreign countries too.

Thanks to Mr Barrett for this remembrance article.

As the current “mode du jour” is the corona-demonisation of China, let’s remember some of the few rights Libyans benefited from, under the late President Gaddafi’s populist and benevolent government:

    – A home was considered a basic human right: every couple getting married would get a free house and a lump sum (around $100,000) to start their new married life.
    – Education (including university) and medical treatment were entirely free.
    – Starting a farming business was subsidised: any Libyan wanting to do so would be given a house, farm land, livestock and seeds, all free of charge.
    – A bursary was given to mothers with new-born babies (around $5000).
    – Electrical supply was completely free.
    – Petrol was heavily subsidised (around $0.14 per litre).
    – Gaddafi raised the literacy level of former Italian colony from under 25% to 87%, with a further 25% becoming university-educated.
    – Any Libyan accepted in a Western university was granted a free, non-reimbursable bursary by the Libyan state, equivalent to a full salary, ti study abroad.
    – Libya had its own state bank; Gaddafi did not waste Libya’s money paying interests to predatory international finance.
    – Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project to transform his country and improve the life of his citizens, even in remote places of the Sahara.

Did any people in any Western country benefit of such advantages, even back then, even in tiny prosperous Norway?

Gaddafi’s Libya was a social paradise in comparison to our own countries. But we are so blessed, we are told, to serve the Shylocks ruling over us….

National Socialist? I heard Libya was organised tribally, which would seem very different from Hitler’s centralisation of Germany.

In this world of disinformation, I doubt anyone’s going to bother writing a book to explain this to me.

  21. Weaver says:

Obama supposedly saw the war as Europe’s. He was just going along for “multilateralism” or whatever. Supposedly, Obama regretted Libya. Little better than rumours though.

Putin got rid of Assad’s chemical weapons. Assad was then still blamed for using them, though he had none. Putin should really send more anti-air defences to Syria. I don’t know that Syrians are going to be allowed to live in Syria. The US and Israel are starving them out, war crimes.

It’s not about oil as much as it is about what you use to pay for oil. Almost all of Libya’s oil output went to France, so more than anything it was a French issue (and they’re the ones who drove the destruction of Ghadafi’s regime and Libya). If any oil producing state refuses to sell to the U.S. (or anyone else), it makes no difference; that oil will shift to a different customer, and the displaced oil to whoever lost their source. It’s never happened that anyone just decided to shut down production. But if someone decides to *pay* for oil in something other than U.S. dollars, that does affect the whole equation: there is less demand for dollars held abroad to settle those futures contracts, and those dollars return back to the U.S. and cause domestic inflation.

The proof can be seen in the timing. The U.S. was content to let Saddam Hussein be until he announced a new oil bourse that would accept payment in Euros. Then, within months he was deposed and the country in chaos. Ghaddafi announced that they were planning to stop accepting dollars in payment for oil and would instead only accept gold – within a *week* of that announcement he was dead. The hostility towards Iran is two-fold: first, they are a revolutionary (populist) government, deeply opposed by the reactionary (monarchist) governments in the Middle East and their ally Israel; and second, they announced their own intention to open an oil bourse that would accept Euros alongside dollars in payment for oil during the Obama administration. The anti-Iranian hysteria significantly amped up in volume when that happened, and the Iranian regime abandoned course over the certainty of war if they pursued it.

The West’s hostility towards Russia is for much the same reason. Putin resisted dollarization of Russian natural gas exports to Europe, India, and China, plain and simple. The Jewish oligarchs being deprived of their holdings might get a lot of press in conspiracy circles, but in the end it’s only a few dozen people affected. Selling NG in Euros threatens the entire American enterprise.

The U.S.’s position isn’t unreasonable. Following WWII, there was a lack of liquidity in the West that threatened Europe’s recovery and empowered the Soviet Union. Back then, people still realized that communism was a threat to decency and the “American way of life”. So the U.S. provided their currency to foreigners to use. The U.S. benefited from seignorage (the profit received when someone gives you something of value for a fiat banknote), but it also gave up control of its monetary to protect others. There is no store of value at a sovereign level in the modern period – there was no way for the U.S. government to “save” the value they received from pushing dollars abroad to buy those notes back in the future.

The only way out is to bust the dollar, and it’s on the horizon.

Once that’s accomplished they roll out digital currancy and social credit scores. And it’s over. Suggestion. Interview Dr. Dave Martin.

I did commercial internet radio (GCN, RBN, etc.) for many years and practically worked for free. Jeff Rense thought he was doing me a favor by first offering me an unpaid slot, then later offering to let me pay to broadcast on his network so I could try to sell ads and keep the money. Maybe I’m bad at selling ads, but that model never worked for me. In five or six years of radio I only sold a handful of ads.

Now that I’m non-commercial, my broadcasts are no longer interrupted by annoying ads for guns, gold, and male enhancement products. And thanks to donations and subscriptions I’m surviving though not exactly getting rich.

So…please support non-commercial radio (and writing)! Subscribe at Substack, the last best free speech platform:

  47. @Kevin Barrett

You were very much correct on what happened in Libya… Though I am afraid you are guilty of the same things you accuse others of distorting Islam by distorting the Torah. Context is key. Separate the actions of those who say they are Jews with the tenets of the Torah. Do not even Muslim scholars say the Judaism and Christianity are a sort of building block bu that Muhammed received a greater revelation..??? The actions of those who say they are Israel or Christians shouldnt cause you to take the scriptures out of context. The purging you describe was only in the context of removing the sinful nations that had polluted the holy land. It was never a call for worldwide actions in any way shape or form – though since Emperor Constantine many “Christian nations” have followed that erroneous doctrine.
And Abraham was not sinless… I think that is part of the point… He was afraid of being murdered so pretended he wasnt married. If you are going to lie in a holy boom what you do is to pretend the “hero” has no faults.
But aside from that my question is why are the US aligned Arab nations – with the exception of Qatar seeming to cast Side the Palestinians? What is behind that?
