Interview with attorney and President of the Center for Constitutional Rights, Michael Ratner. On June 12, 2008, in an historic decision, Boumediene v. Bush, the Supreme Court ruled that the Center’s clients detained at Guantanamo have a constitutional right to file petitions for habeas corpus in U.S. federal court, challenging the lawfulness of their detention.
