Interview with financial economist and historian, Dr. Michael Hudson. On today’s program we discuss former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan’s legacy. Alan Greenspan has published an autobiography, “The Age of Turbulence”. We look at Alan Greenspan’s role in 1982 as the head of the Commission on Social Security; his eighteen-year role as Chairman of the Federal Reserve; as architect of dollar devaluation; and his role in the 1999 repeal of New Deal Legislation – The Glass-Steagall Act.
