Kyle Rittenhouse now stands as a folk hero to many Americans, particularly conservatives. Any person with a functioning brain is astounded by how much of a farce the whole case is. The prosecution is essentially arguing that you have no right to defend yourself against a violent mob and you must allow them to beat or even shoot you. The right to self-defense apparently doesn’t apply in this situation.

While the case against Rittenhouse collapses, mainstream conservatives now feel more emboldened to defend him, but some of them are using terrible arguments in the process. Many claim that Rittenhouse is an idiot and not a hero. That’s a matter of opinion, but he’s still not guilty. Others compare him positively to the white men who shot black “jogger” Ahmaud Arbery. Conservative writer Stephen Miller — not to be confused with former Trump adviser Stephen Miller — wrote an article for The Spectator complaining that the Left doesn’t truly care about Arbery. Liberals are too fixated on Rittenhouse, even though there is no “racial justice” element in the case. The teen shot three individuals who would count as white in the Census. Miller insists that if the Left truly cared about racial justice, they would focus more on the Arbery case:

Across the country in Glynn County, Georgia, however, three white men are standing trial for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery. Arbery was chased while jogging and gunned down in the middle of the street. The three men accused claim they thought he was a burglar fleeing the scene of a crime. Once again, based on video at the scene, and one of the defendant’s own racially charged statements, there appears to be more evidence that Arbery’s targeting and subsequent killing was racially motivated. Yet the coverage in the media has been mostly muted, save for trial updates and recaps.

So why is the national press attempting to draw race into a trial where race played no part in the fates of Rittenhouse or his victims, yet all but ignoring the implications out of Georgia that very well might see justice for a young African American shot dead in the street? Why is racism a factor when the victim and killer are white, yet not when the victim is black? . . .

In the end, to a large part of the American media, justice for Arbery does not matter, because his death is not a blunt instrument with which they can bludgeon their political adversaries. Welcome to America in 2021.

The argument, at best, is a bad faith attempt to shame liberals to give up on hating Rittenhouse. At worst, it’s a complete capitulation to the Left’s value system. By accepting this argument, we believe “racial justice” — whatever that means — is good and we must strive to achieve it. If Rittenhouse had shot black people, it would be warranted for conservatives to condemn him. But since he shot non-persons of color, it’s okay to defend him.

Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael, and William “Roddie” Bryan stand charged with Arbery’s murder. Travis McMichael pulled the trigger on the shot that killed Arbery, Gregory McMichael drove the truck that caught up to the “jogger,” and Bryan simply followed the pair and recorded the incident on video. The trio tracked down Arbery after he was seen rummaging around a home under construction in the neighborhood. There had been several break-ins in the Georgia neighborhood prior to the fatal incident. Arbery was a career criminal who had been caught snooping around the neighborhood multiple times. Video camera once caught him wandering into the house under construction one winter night without a shirt on. Travis McMichael had previously encountered the black man in a break-in, and he believed the criminal was armed. He retreated in that encounter, but police advised him to be armed the next time he saw the intruder — which is what he and his dad did.

The actual facts of the case are similar to the Rittenhouse story. The teen went to Kenosha, Wisconsin, armed to protect businesses threatened by a violent Black Lives Matter/Antifa mob. He only used his gun to protect himself after he was attacked. He is charged with the crime of protecting himself and his community from dangerous criminals. (All three of his “victims” had lengthy rap sheets, one of them being a pedophile.) The same applies to the McMichaels. The difference is that Arbery is black and the three men charged with his death look like stereotypical rednecks. Rittenhouse, on the other hand, looks like a kid, and his victims were definitely not black. So it’s okay for conservatives to defend Rittenhouse; they don’t have to worry about being called racists if they do.

Both Rittenhouse and the McMichaels were put into a self-defense situation. Several members of a violent mob attacked Rittenhouse before he fired his weapon. Arbery assaulted Travis McMichael and grabbed his gun during their encounter. These white men were left with only one choice: pull the trigger. Now they face several years behind bars for the crime of self-defense while white.

There is no real reason to differentiate the two cases unless you want to be a cuck. Liberals aren’t going to suddenly become convinced that Rittenhouse is sympathetic just because he didn’t shoot blacks (however, it does help Rittenhouse’s chances of getting off).Liberals also didn’t ignore the Arbery case. It was a prelude to the hysteria over George Floyd, and it briefly knocked COVID coverage off as the top story in America in April of 2020. The case still gets plenty of coverage for a local murder story — just not as much as Rittenhouse’s. But that will probably change once the Rittenhouse case is resolved.

Regardless, none of these are arguments suggest that Arbery’s case is a reason to back “racial justice.” It’s just another case of what happens when whites try to be good citizens and are punished for it.

Conservatives have been terrible about the Arbery case ever since video of the shooting went viral. Prominent commentators called it a modern-day lynching. Even rather sensible conservatives such as Matt Walsh condemned the McMichaels. Walsh and others likewise defended Arbery’s frequent intrusion into houses as just a thing guys do. The black man merely wanted to gawk at a house under construction, like any other red-blooded American! They even believed the silly notion that Arbery was jogging — in long cargo shorts and high-top shoes in a neighborhood miles from his home. Like any hoodrat enjoys jogging . . .

In their bid to make their defense of Rittenhouse appear respectable, conservatives indulge their desire to cuck. There are no brownie points for differentiating Rittenhouse from the McMichaels. They’re one and the same. All of them represent the plight of white Americans who stand up for themselves against criminality in their communities. They did what Americans have done for generations, and took matters into their own hands. The evil regime hates that and never wants another white to follow their example. That’s why they are being made scapegoats, and that’s why we must defend Rittenhouse and the McMichaels. There’s no need to sacrifice one to make the defense of the other more respectable.

Arabs can’t defend themselves from Zionist encroachment and terror, and whites better just take it like sheep from Jewish-backed violence.

Sadly, even white patriots cuck to Zion.

  2. The two highest profile cases from last summer of riots were: The Rittenhouse case, and the couple in St. Louis who defended their home (on their own property) with firearms.

Those are the people whom our government, the people you elected, the people who are supposed to serve you, have decided you are the people who need criminal prosecution.

  3. Sure, jump into a bear cage wearing a meat suit and then claim the bears gave you no choice but to shoot them in self-defense. I don’t see nickel’s worth of difference between the creepy little girlyman and the idiot African pussyboys who think blasting away with a handgun they don’t even know how to aim makes them real men. As if the measure of a man was a mindless eagerness to engage in murderous brutality.

  4. He retreated in that encounter, but police advised him to be armed the next time he saw the intruder — which is what he and his dad did.

I thought that alleged police advice notable, and was surprised it would be included in a pravda article. Looked for it, and didn’t see it (leaving house shortly, so skimmed). Anyone see in the linked article something related to “but police advised him to be armed”?

  5. As I’m currently sick at home, it gave me time to watch much of the Rittenhouse witch hunt (er, trial). It seems like an open and shut case which should never have been brought by the state. The prosecutors actions were deplorable and borderline illegal. The judge had cause for a directed verdict, but chose to pass the buck to the jury.

My major concern now is that the jury couldn’t reach a verdict on the first day of deliberations. Does that indicate the mostly white jury (11 whites, 1 black, and seven are women) are concerned for the safety of their families if they acquit Kyle? It certainly had to be a factor in the conviction of Officer Chauvin. Could this be another sacrifice of a white man to the Mob? And, why, for their own safety, wasn’t the jury sequestered before deliberations started? Surely they hear the mob outside the courthouse. The longer the deliberations go on could spell bad news for Kyle, as well as for the Justice System, if he’s found guilty.

Hampton’s argument that the Arbury case is the same as Kyle’s is weak. Matt Walsh, IMO, is a straight shooter. If you read his series of tweets, it’s easy to conclude that the cases have nothing in common. The accused in that case hunted a black man down who was no threat to them, even if he was a crook. They should have let the cops handle it. That wasn’t an option for Kyle.

  6. Arbery was responsible for his own death.

The video shows Travis McMichael holding a shotgun level with the ground, but it doesn’t fire until Arbery grabs the barrel and pulls it towards himself. Travis McMichael would have instinctively tightened his grip. It only takes about 6 lbs of pressure to activate a shotgun trigger.

This is a vitally important fact. The media would have you believe by omission that Abery was shot in the back while running away.

  9. This Rittenhouse stuff is Michael Brown joke all over again, a case even more obvious than the George Zimmerman fiasco.

After endless investigation, it turned out the white cop shot the big negro kid in self defense.

Still, the brown family got rich and was showered with accolades(even though it raised a shit kid) while the cop will never work again.

But the likes of Victoria Nuland can recruit quasi-nazis and trigger a violent coup. Deep state goons fan fund ISIS and destroy a nation.

This is US under Jewish supremacism.

Unless Jewish Power is outed as the source of this, nothing will change. Why should Jewish Supremacists change their ways when they know THEY are one group who will never be outed.

Conzos will just go on blaming ‘leftists’, ‘communists’, ‘antifa’, and etc.

But who gave the go-ahead and who provide legal cover? Who controls the media?

If Rittenhouse did anything wrong, it was to risk his own life to protect a blue city that doesn’t deserve the protection.
One of the silver linings of 2020 was that blue cities got hit worst by black mobs. I say BURN BABY BURN. I don’t weep for places like Minneapolis. I say ROTFL.

Kyle is in deep trouble. It is the women on the jury that are his problem. They will cave in and find him guilty of serious felonies. Most women are not stable enough to be on juries. I can only hope they have been watching Tucker Carlson’s coverage of the trial, or their husbands might make them see common sense. The repulsive obese and effeminate prosecutors should be disbarred for Brady violations.

Arbery was casing out houses to rob. The photo of him in his prom suit is a fraud. He was a ghetto jit who would not stay away from residential construction sites to pilfer expensive supplies.

Get robbed a few times and see how patience and calm deliberation leaves the room. Remember, they were also in Georgia, home of the entitled feral blacks who run the show.

Ya, maybe he should have never put himself in that situation but that train left the station long ago. Whoever trained him or educated him in fire arms – did a good job. It s now a doggie eat doggie world out there and you could be faced with the same split second decision, as the Kid was. look it’s not complex. here’s a kid who made a choice to o confront protestors. he did so with a weapon in hand. i hate to admit it, but clearly, any number of them seeing this man with a weapon in tow could legitimately make the same claim — they saw him as a threat and moved o protect themselves and others.

Relax, TKK (and follyofwar). These jurors know very well the momentousness of their decision. A fast verdict of complete acquittal is not gonna happen (and never was), and that’s good, as a quick decision to exonerate would ultimately be counter-productive nationally as it very likely would be characterized in the MSM as a ‘sham trial’ with a pre-ordained ‘white supremacist’ outcome, and we all know where that leads: BLM/Antifa rioting, etc.

But a verdict that takes some time indicates to most people some serious deliberations have gone on, which they most definitely should. It will help deflect at least some of the criticism that, no matter what they vote for, this jury is going to be hit with following verdict. Because whatever they decide, the poor schmuck jurors will catch myriad shit from every hot-head loudmouth who was in any way disappointed with the outcome. I sure as hell wouldn’t want to sit on that jury. Talk about a truly thankless (and risky) job.

But then again, as a long-retired name partner in a law firm where I was in charge of all civil litigation, there is no chance in hell I could ever be seated on a jury, civil or criminal, so that’s not something I (nor you as a fellow trial lawyer) ever need fret over…….

The Jew infested media is focused on only one thing and that is the killing of a Jew by the then seventeen year old; the death of the negro is irrelevant to their ultimate goal and therefore, acquittal of those three white men is of no great importance but the Jew killer must not go free at any cost, hence all the attention!

Maybe, but Rosenbaum sounds typically Jewish more than German. I saw an interview with his cousin stating that the extended family are not practicing Jews, but they may have some older Jewish ancestry, or mixed Jewish and German. I think this is very likely.

Schwarzenegger is not a typical Jewish surname. Rosenbaum, Appelbaum (or Apfelbaum), Goldberg, Goldman, are. Usually, Jewish surnames are either names of trees/plants, or professions related to gold, diamond, trading, etc. Schwarzenegger just means “black nigger”, LOL.

So when Rittenhouse defended himself by fighting back, and he must be made an example. If the establishment can’t protect their thug goons, the thugs might not do the work. Also Rittenhouse with the courtroom cameras is a gift that still gives to the media goon squad optics to provide support for the establishmen’s thug goon squad. On the other hand Arbery is a mere random thug doing his criminal thug thing. The media goon squad milked all they desired to get out of Arbery’s death, since the jogger just wasn’t sanctioned by the rulers. The actual facts of the case are similar to the Rittenhouse story

    No, saliently, they are not.

Kyle was present at a riot. Though as anything but a rioter or even protester of whatever stripe. He was targeted for death or serious bodily injury by (at least) four men. I believe that any investigation after the trial is over would reveal it was a coordinated, agreed to attack by Antifa/BLM (filth).

Self defense cases are highly facts dependent. Needless too add, the applicable law varies by jurisdiction.

Though in both (all) cases in which the defendant(s) claim a right of self-defense the prosecution bears the burden of overcoming the claim beyond a reasonable doubt. Defendants cannot rely on the benefit of hindsight that the decedent (injured party) turned out to be a bad guy. Even Kyle, with his seemingly unassailable well-documented defense against imminent death or bodily injury, cannot.

The defendants in the Arbury case initiated the confrontation. Whatever you think of him, and learned after this incident, Arbury had no duty to trust that the defendants, one of whom was armed, meant him no harm.

The two cases would be saliently similar if Arbury had won, rather than lost, the struggle over the gun, and was being tried for the death or serious bodily injury to one or more of the now defendants.

As to your alligator analogy, you’re suggesting that the mob is blameless in their actions. That’s simply not the case. People rioting, burning, looting and hurting other people are not blameless. They are the ones that decided to initiate the violence. People that react to that violence have a right of self protection that includes their property that no law can legitimately cancel even though that’s precisely what the law is doing contrary to the 2nd Amendment.

The insane legal system created the underlying problem. People should be able to use deadly force to protect themselves and property without fearing a reprisal from the major criminals – the gov’t.

On the face of it, and on a stand alone basis, your comment is valid. However, you have to live among or near to blacks to get a flavour of the mentality.

Wash your clothes and hang them to dry and they are stolen. Leave your bikes on the lawn and they get ripped off. Leave you car unlocked and your worn out coat gets pinched. Wear a KMart \$50 gold coloured chain and it gets ripped from your neck. Door mats that are worn out and worth nothing disappear. Among these people vigilance must be eternal. Everything must be locked up, locked down, locked away. Guards, barbed wire, electric fences, security systems and barred metal doors and windows are essential. The tragedy is that these petty crimes place the criminal in no position of financial stability. Hours after the robbery the Negro is broke again.

One day, after many, many such incidents, which you have borne patiently, you look out your window and see a black man stealing your kids toys. You shoot him dead ! There is an outcry. After all, how can you do this to a fellow robbing a plastic three wheeler worth shit ? The answer is that was the straw that broke the camels back.

When I lived in the Third World, in a predominantly black country, a fellow building his house, had endless problems with this sort of petty theft. It got to the point where he had the contractors tell him exactly what they needed and he delivered this when and as required. Yet, even when there was miscellaneous stuff left over it would vanish. A box of tiles, a few cement blocks, nails and miscellaneous lumber and plumbing items. He took to sleeping at the site and finally in the house when it was closed in. One night, unable to sleep, he was siting at a second storey window when two hands appeared over the sill. Since this was machete country, he severed the fingers of one and the thief let go and ran away. There were no more late night visits to the construction site by the criminal element.

Being the Third World, no one gave a shit, not him, not the Police and not any of the many people he told the story to. How could he do this ! How cruel ! Not at all, he had endured enough. Oh, and did I mention the property owner was BLACK ?

So the same in the Arbery case. People can only take so much before they explode more so in the US when the criminal justice system has become a joke. Its always the little seemingly inconsequential things that set people off but one has to look at all that went before to understand the violence that followed.

Dumb. Where is the evidence that Rittenhouse threatened the vile pedophile dwarf Rosenbaum? Rittenhouse was trying to escape the situation by running away from the vile dwarf when he was cornered, and acted in self defense. Next, he was trying to surrender when he was actively chased by a mob, and no one in that mob was under threat by the kid. Again he acted in self defense only.

This is US under Jewish supremacism.

Jewish control of American government has been going on a lot longer than I realized. I recently found this online:

“Established as Washington’s first Jewish congregation in 1852, the Washington Hebrew Congregation has been a member of its surrounding community in Washington, D.C., for over 160 years, with President Harry S. Truman laying the cornerstone for its current building and President Dwight D. Eisenhower dedicating the building in 1955.”

Can you image the chutzpah of asking the President of the United States to lay the cornerstone for your church?
    ——————————————————————————————————————————–

In other interesting news, Matt Gaetz expressed an interest in having Rittenhouse as an intern. This after he called out the ADL as “racist” and went on record with believing in the Great Replacement. I hope he isn’t found dead with a “suicide note” in somebody else’s handwriting next to him. As useless as voting has become, I will vote for him in the primary election.

This is a valid point. The groups you’ve described are the modern day so called ‘progressive’s’ spearhead.

Not only that, Kyle and crew were actively putting out their arson fires. In fact, I believe there’s a video showing Rosenbaum hard at work setting a dumpster fire where (it looks to be) Rittenhouse appears almost immediately and puts it out with a fire extinguisher.

That, as much as anything, may have been what was immediately causing certain members of the mob that night to want to kill him. Though I didn’t watch the trial, I doubt the prosecutors could have come out and simply said that.

That the modern day progressives, with no doubt the honorable exception here and there, have sunk so low as to use such groups to front for them, without corporately denouncing them, demonstrates that by and large as a group they have become thoroughly and utterly corrupt and debased.

The racial angle came in only after the fight where the son kept control of the shotgun and shot Arbery in self defense. It is said that the son screamed “nigger’ or something to that effect in anger after the incident.

When you attempt to take a man’s firearm you are no longer unarmed, so Arbery was not unarmed as the Jewish media falsely claims. Arbery can be seen on video bull rushing the son and attempting to wrest the shotgun away from him.

There was a fellow I knew whose assigned weapon was the shotgun. Problem was he liked to play with the trigger and was always being punished for safety infractions. One day, crossing a bush fence, he was climbing over, played with the trigger, there was a tremendous explosion and his left foot and boot was reduced to cranberry sauce.

A shot gun is a dreadful weapon in close. It was sheer stupidity of Arbery to tackle the man. Well trained or knowing what he is about, the shooter with both hands on the weapon in ready to fire mode, has the advantage of leverage. He just needs to wait for the barrel to line up with any body part and the baby party is over. A hand or a wrist will vanish from the shot.

Viewers looking at the Kyle to Grosskreuz shot were surprised at the damage to the arm. If it were a shotgun, Mr Grosskreuz would be measuring up for a prosthetic.

Arbery should have surrendered or run away. He had ample opportunity to do so. Instead, he thought he was Wesley Snipes and ended up in a bad place. In seems to me that Blacks these days believe that whites once hesitant to defend themselves will continue to be so. It also seems to me that those days are slowly passing.

The question that lurks in the dark recesses of my mind is when this state of affairs is going to come to a violent climax either with the BLM/ Antifa group or individual criminals who these days are mostly black. I rather suspect as I have said before, it will be a minor and seemingly silly and inconsequential incident that sets the match to the powder keg.

It’s the very same hubris, and barely concealed utter contempt towards both other people and the laws that they may disagree with, that Fauci, Biden, the FBI leadership, DOJ, Press secretary Psaki, etc., have. This contempt knows no bounds, and it doesn’t matter to them who might see it, whether your a large part of the US population you are supposed to be serving, or, the very trial judge of the case you are now trying.

They know, consciously or unconsciously, that with Biden’s theft of the election/coup, that (for the moment at least) they, the so called ‘progressive woke’, have achieved nearly total power for themselves, and, that others and their viewpoints are only allowed to be expressed at their sufferance, whether these ‘others’, who are in a very dangerous position now, know it or not.

  77. @follyofwar

Adding to yesterday’s comment, we’re now in the third day of deliberations. Yesterday, the defense made a motion for a mistrial WITHOUT prejudice. That must mean that they are getting worried. Several TV talking head lawyers said that, the longer deliberations go on, the greater chance of a guilty verdict.

Obviously, the jurors are afraid for their lives. Maybe there will be a hung jury, but that can only happen after days of deliberation. If the judge grants it, that means they can wash their hands of responsibility. Sounds like a good maneuver. Then they’ll have to do this farce all over again. How long can Kyle hold up under the madness?

The fact that Morgentaler was really complaining about payment is missed by most of those making him a hero. His abortion clinics were legal, payment for the procedure was not covered because it was not performed in a hospital. Many done in hospitals were “disguised” as dilation and curettage – a procedure done by gynecologists for heavy bleeding. As a comparison, wisdom teeth removed in a hospital were covered by provincial health coverage, but wisdom teeth removed in a dentist’s office was not. It was always about the Benjamins, and nothing to do with access.

  80. c matt says:

But the decision to confront the protest is separate from the decision to defend yourself. He had every right (at least as much right as the protesters themselves) to be there. If the alligators (or the pedophiles) do not attack you, shooting them is not self defense. If they do, despite your knowledge of their nature and choice to be in their proximity, you do have the right to defend yourself. That is why it is called self-defense, not hunting. There is no, absolutely NO evidence that Kyle was the aggressor – he was running AWAY for crying out loud. All the evidence is to the contrary. In a just world, this case would never have been brought. At best, I think he gets a hung jury given the undue influence of the media fueled lynch mob outside. Maybe the judge grants a post-verdict mistrial with prejudice if he’s feeling particularly brave.

Also in a sane country, that mob would be jailed as would anyone even hinting juror intimidation.

True which is why the FBI always destroys evidence to protect themselves or VIPs under FBI protection like Joe and Hunter Biden. Regarding the McMichael’s, their neighbor thought the video evidence would work in their favor but instead the state is trying to use it against them.

It’s easy for me to say since I wasn’t there and am armchair quarterbacking but they should have simply told the responding officers that they were attacked and that the younger McMichael was forced to defend himself. They could then advise the cops that all other questions would be addressed by their attorneys.

You never volunteer that you shot somebody or at least that’s what some gun self defense instructors advise you.

At any rate the McMichaels were cleared by two separate and honest DA’s but once the media and professional negroes got involved and raised Cain it was all over and they were subjected to Soviet style proceedings with an outcome not likely to be favorable to them.

These kinds of comments from the BLM/ Antifa gangsters tend to stick in people’s minds. In a fight, when anything goes, one cannot expect the other side to approach the situation in a chivalrous manner.

You see, its always a lot of fun when one is playing the game alone (like the rioters) but when others decide they want to play as well its no longer fun. I am fully on board with your assumptions about the dilemma we now face, with governments and media at all levels believing that normal American priorities are terrorist behaviors. However, this is the time for great care. I was in Spain with our government at the end of the Franco era and, in addition to what I learned from the Spanish who lived through the 1936-1939 war, I’ve made a study of that history. The two years leading up to Franco’s uprising were very similar to where we are now in the US.

Keeping good evidence and being careful about defending oneself were essential then and they are essential now. We may very well be entering some kind of domestic armed struggle. Normal people can’t be defeating themselves by flying off the handle with AR-15’s and shotguns in questionable situations. If there is a conflict, the good guys have to go from a position of complete righteousness.

It is the women on the jury that are his problem. They will cave in and find him guilty of serious felonies. Most women are not stable enough to be on juries.

This is true of women serving in any public capacity. Allowing the sex that refuses accountability and that exercises no moral agency to be put in positions of power –especially life-and-death power, as is the case in a murder trial jury– is civilizational suicide. No small part of the Western world’s decline in general, and America’s decline in particular over the last half century has been due to feminism’s victories that have led to the empowerment of women. The feminized, cowardly, emotion-driven, brainless soy-boy behavior that has characterized the last two or three generations of men is the direct result of the War Against Masculinity, the drugging, punishment and ostracizing of boys exhibiting masculine behavior, the co-opting of the education system by women, and the selling out of western males to GloboHomo Feminism by the One Percenter men as a means of controlling the other 99 percent. It’s been slowly ongoing for decades, but we’re only now seeing the poisonous seeds becoming poisonous ripe fruit.

Incidentally, didn’t Kyle grow up in a broken home – one probably destroyed by his mother pulling the divorce trigger on his father? If so, he’s overcome horrendous odds against him and become a man at an incredibly young age. Both remarkable and sad at the same time.

There have already been hundreds, perhaps thousands of sickening incidents of black on white murder. Colin Flaherty documented this for many years.

I saw a clip on the Proud Boys Bitchute channel of a mob of blacks stomping a white man to death. I think it was in Dallas during the BLM riots.

The negroes hooted and howled as they beat and stomped the lone white man. There must have been eight or ten buckwheats ganging up on the poor white man. The man’s head was smashed in and twisted around…..blood galore…..the chimp noises made me nauseous.

Even after the white man was obviously no longer alive, they continued to pound and kick his lifeless body.

This is burned into my memory.

And this was not an isolated incident. There are over 450,000 black on white attacks every year.
25,000 or more black on white rapes.

I don’t know what it is you’ve been smoking, but you need to give that a rest. There appears to be more evidence???? Arbery was a running thug. There are two other videos of him running from law enforcement after being confronted. Arbery was running like always after casing a property multiple times for days. This time Arbery charged a gun.

Race had nothing to do with this episode. Citizen’s arrests were legal there. Arbery was shot as he tried to take a weapon away from a citizen arresting him. There is nothing racial there at all.

It does not matter what one of the men had on their social media.. You can not like a race or a person or chocolate ice cream. That doesn’t have a thing to do with a burglar running. The guy could have been Asian, it would have been no different: you’ve been seen casing that site, we’re arresting you for further questioning.

The only difference is the Asian would be smart enough to just be arrested (i.e., not resist or run). Arbery was not. That’s his fault, no one else’s.

“Short barreled rifles” are federally regulated by the 1934 National Firearms Act in which “prior permission” from the federal government along with payment of a \$200 “transfer tax” before “making” or possessing such a weapon is permitted.
The process takes about 9 months at present.
As long as the firearm overall length is 26 inches and the barrel length is 16 inches, it is not a NFA restricted weapon.

  131. @MLK

It depends on how you look at it. As far as I know, you can’t initiate a confrontation and then claim self defense. If the accused did make it clear that they only wanted to talk to Arbery then that is in their favor. On the other hand, if he felt that his life was in danger from two armed men approaching him, then his reaction of trying to take away the shotgun could be seen as self defense. That one isn’t as clear as the Rittenhouse case. Those guys might be doing some time whereas Kyle won’t be unless the jury pussies out. And apparently there is a lot of pussy on that jury.

True, very good point, defense funds and pro bono. But counter-examples exist, who were ruined. I think the big worry is that prior to speaking-out, protesting, etc., you would need to have confidence that a defense fund would emerge for you if needed. That would be too risky for many. Also, even if a defense fund emerges, there would still be the ordeal of going through the process.

But I was a coward and I have no right to speak. As I posted elsewhere, I was a student at a very “elite” New England University exactly when and where this all started, late 60s. This is actually common practice, and not just in the USA. Here in Australia they have proceeds of crime laws which allow them to take everything you own, freeze bank accounts etc. Even before you go to court, thus reducing many people to penury before they even get a lawyer. Even winning the case usually means more court cases to get your property and money returned. They will intervene in one’s private financial affairs to see one lose legal counsel. For example we had legal aid, while our house sold, and the day it sold, months before we get any money, they informed the commission and thus was legal aid cut off. They found out because we mentioned it in court that day, in context with the fact we were presently relying on legal aid until the sale cleared. An astonishing degree of malevolence and outright abuse that was. Justice doesn’t feature in the thinking of the cops and prosecution, anywhere. They will lock up anyone and everyone they can, by any means possible. Which is why I am so concerned about our political systems now going rogue. There’s NO protection for people after that. Except what they make for themselves./

Never heard that but even if that is true this is not a conventional case.

Liberals want him to get life. Women are more likely to be liberal, especially in urban Wisconsin. So yes I am concerned that the majority of the jury is female. Even if you disagree with my analysis it is still basic statistics.

I am married and I have children. That doesn’t mean that women are men with boobs.

My wife is very rational and would serve well on this type of jury. I would trust her over any randomly selected man but that doesn’t mean that male and female differences don’t exist.

The female nature is unfortunately exploited by liberalism. White women are conditioned into believing that they need to empathize with protected groups. Their empathy is used against them through emotional arguments.

Maybe you don’t like generalizing. That is fine. I would support an rationalism/emotionalism test (which would rule out plenty of men) for any jury but the establishment would never allow it because the results would be too skewed towards men.

They’re the usual thing we hear here though from those who don’t know so I’m skeptical.

There is a risk. The worst people in society are your daily companions and this includes some real bastards. So he will need to be smart and tough. Now from what I’ve seen so far and read about the young man, I think he will manage, if Allah forbid he does end up doing time. If this happens I do not think it will end there. The Rittenhouse trial is about the defendant. The Aubrey trial is about the victim. Not many people seem to notice the difference. The only similarity between the two is about the moment a weapon was fired; that’s all that matters, not the events leading up to it because it is immaterial. Both situations, the shooters did unadvisable things, but not inherently criminal. When they pulled the trigger, Kyle was facing an armed subject and several others intent on causing him bodily harm. The McMichaels plus one were holding a single unarmed man down, and he resisted, causing the shooting. Big difference, and it seriously matters. Can they beat that case? Maybe, although I wouldn’t put a dime on it.

It seems with the exception of the Judge, everyone defendant and prosecution were Jewish. And the shot “victims” of Rittenhouse were Jews. I just heard the Judge with eminent satisfaction refer after the verdict of the trial, to “our founding fathers”. To me, he is the true hero of this trial. He must have been in agony, Rittenhouse would be found guilty as that would have violated every principle of the Founding Fathers, but not Jewish vengeance.

I don’t know about y’all but this is the best news I’ve heard in a long time. Why does the stupid woman put on a mask after she is collapsing after a fit? Or is she setting up a viral video? No one else appears to be wearing them. In crisis times, people instinctively take their face diapers off. She put hers on. Was it for good video shots? Also why is she upset at all? It was just whites killing whites.

  174. So how many Neo-Nazi anti-American pigs were murdered by protesters?

    What’s that? None you say?

Well that can’t be – huh? If, as you stated, this one had to murder to defend himself from a murdering mob!

Anyone who believes this BS is as brain-dead as the ignorant neo-nazi author.

Videos prove that the instigators and the real thugs burning businesses down during protests, to incite violence and blame others, were white supremacists CAUGHT ON TAPE. But you already knew that. They are Your fellow anti-American scum.

Police HAVE released the identity of the infamous Minnesota umbrella man. We know where he and his entire pig-skinned low life supremacists reside.

This is the final straw and Nazis WILL be going down in this country now! Including this one and the dishonorable anti-American NAZI pig “judge” Kyle.

You ignoramuses are going to see just WHO the REAL “snowflakes” are.

I’ll give you a hint. It’s NOT the ancestors of the WW2 soldiers, who WIPED YOUR ASSES OUT the FIRST TIME, saving the planet from the walking diseased human waste among us!

Hmm, could it be your blubbering hero and his supporters? Oh yeah!

Nazis will soon be wiped out by REAL AMERICANS once again!!

    Mark my words.

The only way to save your ass will be to move to Russia. Quickly! 😜

Once again, based on video at the scene, and one of the defendant’s own racially charged statements, there appears to be more evidence that Arbery’s targeting and subsequent killing was racially motivated.

In the video, Arbery, who was running on the L side of the street opposite the pickup truck, reversed his direction and crossed the street onto the R side towards the defendants in the pickup truck. He circled their truck by running behind it and then in front of it, and then ran right up to the man who stepped out from the driver’s side with the shotgun. Arbery aggressively grabbed the shotgun by the barrel and pulled it up towards himself which then resulted in the trigger being pulled by the driver defendant. Arbery instigated the fight over the shotgun.

“A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.”

Uhhh their conduct was against the law in the state of Georgia. nice try. Sure a private person but they had no authority on that property and even less once that young man was off the property —-

“(c) A person commits the offense of burglary in the second degree when, without authority and with the intent to commit a felony or theft therein, he or she enters or remains within an occupied, unoccupied, or vacant building, structure, railroad car, watercraft, or aircraft. A person who commits the offense of burglary in the second degree shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years.”

Laughing you this issue has been fine tooth combed — the conduct in question did not meet any standards b y which a private citizen may conduct an arrest.

There’s a reason why I said they had no legal authority.

    Here ya go

    https://www.zimmermanatlantalaw.com/georgia-and-citizens-arrest/index.html
    https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2010/title-17/chapter-4/article-4/17-4-60/

there was evidence that the young man in question was engaged in any of the above —- one has to actually see these crimes , not operate under said suspicion. Mo felony was taking place. you are encouraged to review the record on the articles written at the time of the incident.

According to the accused, the young man stopped and walked around someone’s construction project – that’s there word.

All available images show that apparently people for whatever reason stopped at looked at projects in the area including the one on question.

furthermore, there are no images that indicate that this specific young man was on the property

Though clearly as routine he had jogged the area more than once —

They had absolutely no business doing what they did the way they did it. and that young man after being chased down decided to fight back — that is a clear case of self defense.

Plenty of Austrians (at least among the older ones) refer to themselves as German, not Austrian, as that is, culturally, what they are. It just says Austrian on the passport.

    @Priss Factor

I’m going to ask a provocative question. If the Jews run America, why do they want Islamic immigration and the creation of an Islamic bloc in America inevitably larger than the Jewish bloc itself when the Islamic culture is so virulently anti-Semitic.

This a serious question, and for all of my capabilities as social and political theorist anbd my own Jewish ancestry, I don’t quite know the answer. I know there is a small stream of thought with the Jewish world in Israel and in the West that the Jews should be allied with Islam rather than Christianity, but that is as I understand it a cultural concept. It doesn’t explain the embrace of massive Islamic immigration into America and the West generally.

The idea that these two forces have been in bed politically behind the scenes all along seems like a pretty simple-minded idea and one not consistent with the fact that there was a series of three Arab-Israeli wars over 25 years, but it could be true.

Any suggestions or does anyone have any specific knowledge?

One should distinguish between the masculine and feminine forms of Jewish activism. The former will see Netanyahu holding good relations with Orban and Putin, while the latter is willing to flood Minnesota with Somalian immigrants. These 2 psychological manifestations do not define a single coherent strategy of any sort but are always in an uneasy relationship with each other. In line with general world trends, the feminine form of Jewish activism has become more prominent in the last 2 decades.

  191. @beavertales

For the vast majority of white people there is nothing in their experience to prepare them to comprehend the things black people will do. They cannot picture themselves charging a man with a shotgun, pulling on it, and taking the blast as a result. Who would do that? No one would do that, so it didn’t happen. Who would charge a cop after fighting with him for his gun and not expect to be shot? No one. And on it goes.

  192. @A little boy in the crowd

I had the same problem – confusion.

That part you quoted was not written by the writer of this article, it was from another article THIS article quoted.

Formatting was not clear to show that that part was a quote from someone else.

  193. Those of you attempting to make hay over whether the police had the issue in hand. It would do well to remember that the riots/protests took place over several days. On the night in question, the police had determined to take a more assertive/ aggressive posture and on the night regarding the young man’s shooting, they made occurred on 24 august when the police made their position clear, the church burning occurred the day before and was one reason why the police opted to make a more definitive presence and on that — is where my comments are registered.

so on the night in question — is where my comments reflect the stated posture of the police 25 august

the church photograph indicating buildings next to the church burning are not to the night in question.

And about that night here’s a reference

“Kenosha Police Chief Dan Miskinis speaks at an August 26 news conference. Two people were fatally shot during protests the night before, and Miskinis said the shooting may not have happened if demonstrators and the accused gunman had obeyed the city’s newly imposed 8 p.m. curfew.”

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/24/us/gallery/kenosha-wisconsin-protests/index.html

Note: I do not support violent protests

  194. Arbery wasn’t “jogging.” He was out looking for criminal opportunities and got caught. There is serious more than enough evidence to call into question the convictions for murder. The video of the incident shows Arbery lunging for the shot gun being held by one of the other men. What he did was tantamount to suicide.

The Arbery trial is just one more example, in a long line of examples, that we do not have a justice system. We have a corrupt legal system for which justice may occur by happenstance, but that is the only way it happens these days. The courts are beyond corrupt.

  195. Erzberger says:
    @MarkinLA

“ Kyle wasn’t the only one carrying a rifle. Why was he singled out?”

I am pretty sure the person addressed by Rosenbaum (video) with the words “shoot me, nigger”, was a black open carry guy. Rosenbaum was apparently into suicide by cop/vigilante mood, and restrained at that time by others because he was obviously crazy and looking for trouble .

He later ran after KR who was alone and cornered by Rosenbaum, who had earlier issued the threat to kill Kyle and another armed veteran “if I find you alone”. And that’s what happened. Plus the shots fired into the air by Kiminski nearby – a confluence of various factors “singled” him out. Bad luck
