The maintenance of Americans’ constitutional rights should not depend on the good graces and sketchy ethics of a handful of well-connected corporations… who have stonewalled Congress, lied to Congress, and have questionable judgment when it comes to security…”

-Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore)

Barely two weeks ago allegations that the 2020 US Presidential election had been rigged on behalf of DNC presidential spawn Joe Biden were met with almost universal scepticism. This past week may have changed that.

In the article of Monday, Nov 9 the author examined the problems with the mail-in ballot totals in the five key swing states and the legal and legislative challenges to them including re-counts and the SCOTUS intervention of the PA Supreme Court.

The subject of alleged DNC election fraud has now shifted to an examination of the machines that count each ballot and render the results. The voter is supposed to believe that Joe Biden defeated Trump and at the same time lost seats in the US House and state legislatures. This is possible but highly improbable.

Today, Nov 17, in preparation for a multi-state legal challenge to results created by these voting machines, lead Trump attorney and former Assistant US Attorney Sidney Powell, said:

“They need to investigate the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the software program called Scorecard. That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote.”

Here, begins that examination. As shown, there is reason for concern.

Numbers don’t lie. Mounting evidence to date suggests that voting machines do, particularly the ones sold by Dominion Voting Systems Inc. As the third part of this chronology begins it has now become obvious that Trump’s campaign operatives expected election fraud. They have since very quickly brought legal challenges to bear in AZ, GA, MI, PA, WI, and NV. However, most of this news first circled around only the mail-in ballots.

From Trump’s perspective, as of this writing, 87,804 (WI-20,540; GA-14,045; PA- 53,219) are needed to flip the election. MI is the toughest and shows Biden up by a reported 146,123 votes.

Interestingly, regarding the numbers in each state- and AZ- the Dominion voting machine’s results are in dispute in all. Whereas, the proceedings regarding the mail-in ballots may provide a switch of perhaps thousands of votes, issues with the Dominion machines, if proven, could be in the 100’s of Thousands. Or More.

This past week, evidence is surfacing.

Before 2020: Warning Signs

Days before the 2020 election important news was buried. On September 30 a report in the Philadelphia Inquirer detailed that “a laptop and several memory sticks” used to program Dominion voting machines in Philadelphia had mysteriously vanished.

But concerns about Dominion had begun far earlier.

The U.S. Constitution leaves election management up to state and local officials, so voting systems and protocols vary across thousands of jurisdictions. Partly for this reason, a 2019 investigation was launched by senators Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), and other Democratic lawmakers into the three largest suppliers of US digital voting machines, Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. Together they hold over 92% of all US distribution of voting machines.

In review, the Senate committee wrote to all three firms saying in part,

“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment… including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”

The Committee revealed that the Dominion machines were vulnerable to internal and internet hacking. Because all these machines interface their ballot totals via wireless digital modem external interference is all too possible. Further concerns were provided by NBC news in very early 2020.

In the State of Texas, well before the 2020 election Dominion Voting Systems and their proprietary “Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5” was rejected three times. From the summary:

“The reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements…Specifically, [if] the system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation.”

A 2019 report by the Brennan Center for Justice highlighted a lack of vendor oversight, raising this Congressional concern about voting machines in general, according to The Associated Press

Previously, Federal regulation attempts on voting machines in 2018 were fruitless since this was opposed by some state election officials and the White House on the grounds that it would impose on states’ rights.

A prudent measure that had some bipartisan support (S. 2593 in the 115th Congress) ended up going nowhere. Introduced by Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) this bill would have required voting machines to produce a printout to let election officials confirm electronic votes. Lankford and Wyden had said that they intended to reintroduce paper-trail bills. They did not.

The Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative published a report that explored their attempts to look into Dominion and other voting companies:

“Part of the challenge…is that it is difficult to compile even basic facts about it. The industry earns an estimated \$300 million in revenue annually…is dominated by three firms…[and is] limiting the amount of information available in the public domain about their operations and financial performance.”

Nonetheless, Republicans and Democrats agreed in a 2018 omnibus bill (Public Law 115-141) to divide among the states \$380 million for voting system upgrades. Georgia’s legislature also approved a plan to spend as much as \$150 million on equipment that cybersecurity researchers say is still hackable. Most of that equipment was supplied by Dominion.

According to Business Insider, Georgia “became the only state in the country last year to overhaul its entire election system, paying Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems \$106 million for new voting machines, printers and scanners.”

The NY Times reported that some Democrats in the Georgia Legislature opposed purchasing the Dominion system and there is “some evidence that heavy lobbying and sales tactics have played a role in their adoption in Georgia and elsewhere.”

In hotly contested Georgia, during 2019’s test run a now-deleted Atlanta Journal Constitution article detailed “a glitch” that surfaced when six counties tested the Dominion system. The problem occurred in at least four of the six counties where the new voting system was being tested before being used statewide during the March 24 presidential primary. The problems weren’t rectified by primary date, which was moved to June due to the coronavirus pandemic. According to the New York Times:

“Georgia’s statewide primary elections on Tuesday were overwhelmed by a full-scale meltdown of new voting systems… Scores of new state-ordered voting machines were reported to be missing or malfunctioning, and hours-long lines materialized at polling places across Georgia. Some people gave up and left before casting a ballot… Predominantly black areas experienced some of the worst problems.

Who is Dominion?

Dominion Voting Systems is a company from Toronto, Canada, that has headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and is one of the three major firms providing voting machines in U.S. elections. The others are Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic with ES&C in the top spot and Dominion at number two.

A 2014 form filed with the State of California says Dominion was founded in 2003 in Canada and in 2009 moved to the U.S. Its principal officers were listed as John Poulos, CEO; Ian MacVicar, CFO; and James Hoover, vice president of product line management. Dominion Voting Systems, claims to work with 1300 voting jurisdictions including nine of the 20 largest counties in the nation.

Dominion produced the software used in MI , GA and all the remaining states in question.

Like many corporations, Dominion purchased influence in congress. Bloomberg reported in April of last year that Dominion hired lobbying firm, Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck. House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff, Nadeam Elshami, is one of the lobbyists for that firm.

At the state level, Dominion employs eight registered lobbyists in GA alone. They include Lewis Abit Massey, a former Democratic Georgia Secretary of State, and Jared Thomas, former chief of staff for Republican Governor Brian Kemp.

ES&S also has its own lobbying effort recently adding Peck Madigan Jones to the lobbying firm Vectre Corp. ES&S paid Vectre \$80,000 during the last three months of 2018 alone. According to the Washington Post, Dominion also reported donating in between \$25,001-\$50,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Why the Clinton Foundation?

The news site, Truthout, reported that Dominion “was recently acquired by New York-based hedge fund Staple Street Capital.” An executive board member of Staple Street Capital, William Earl Kennard, is a former ambassador to the EU who was appointed to that position by Barack Obama. In 2018, Dominion publicly announced it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital.

Interestingly, on November 6, Deadline reported that Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent company to AT&T, which owns CNN.

Long ago, Dominion earned \$44 million in 2012. It listed its addresses for manufacturing and development as Toronto; Belgrade, Serbia; Denver; Plano, Texas; and Baldwin Park, California. A 2020 filing lists their registered agent as Cogency Global in Florida. Its directors were listed as Hootan Yaghoobzadeh of Staple Street Capital, Stephen Owens, also of Staple Street, and Benjamin Humphreys. Yaghoobzadeh and Owens both have past ties to the Carlyle Group investment firm. In 2015, Carlyle was the world’s largest private equity firm.

Beyond the reports of problems with the mail-in ballots, in the aftermath of the election two weeks ago, the independent reports of voting machine irregularities have in combination developed serious concerns about Dominion and their software that they feature as “Democracy Suite 5.5.” All of these problems favored Biden, never Trump.

First, on Tuesday, in the wee hours of the morning Dominion machines erroneously gave Democratic candidate Joe Biden a 3,000 plus vote advantage in Antrim County, MI. After a manual recount of the votes, officials posted updated results showing President Trump won the county with 9,783 votes making up 56.46% of ballots cast. Joe Biden earned 7,289 votes or 42.07%. CNN “went blue” for Biden before the error was discovered.

With the machine results being utterly mathematically disconnected to the hand-count tally Antrim County officials have blamed the county’s election software saying totals counted did not match tabulator tapes.

In Oakland County, Michigan, according to the Royal Oak Tribune another glitch in a completely different ballot counting system, Hart Intercivic, switched over 1,200 Republican votes to Democrat. The switch initially caused County Commissioner Adam Kochenderfer to lose. Once the glitch was found, and the votes were properly attributed, Kochenderfer went from losing by 100 votes to winning by over 1,100. Hart uses its proprietary system called Verity. Eleven Michigan counties use Hart’s systems

Back in GA, voters were unable to cast machine ballots for a couple of hours in Morgan and Spalding counties after the electronic devices crashed, state officials said. In response to the delays, Superior Court Judge W. Fletcher Sams extended voting until 11 p.m.

The companies “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Elections. Ridley said that a representative from Dominion called her after poll workers began having problems with the equipment Tuesday morning and said the problem was due to an upload to the machines by one of their technicians overnight. Said Ridley,

“That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election.”

There is a reason for Ridley’s observation. By GA law the machines are supposed to be certified for accurate use by the state before the election day. How was this possible with Dominion uploading data unknown during that night?

This matter may be far from over in GA. Trump has already filed for an injunction, per state statute, which cites, “These vote tabulator failures are a mechanical malfunction that, under MCL 168.831-168.839, requires a “special election” in the precincts affected.” The keyword here is precincts. Plural.

In Oakland County Michigan, Dominion machine errors resulted in a Democrat being wrongly declared the winner of a commissioner’s race by 104 votes – only to have their seat flip back to the rightful Republican candidate after the error was caught.

More importantly, Wisconsin reports came in that showed that the vote totals for Rock County appeared to be switched between President Trump and Joe Biden. 9,516 votes were eliminated from President Trump and moved to Joe Biden. If this one report is proved true, then the 19,032-vote shift would nearly wipe-out, of its own, Biden’s reported 20,540 vote lead in Wisconsin and his electoral votes.

Pennsylvania and its twenty electoral votes are also hotly in contention. Dominion machines are being used in Armstrong, Carbon, Clarion, Crawford, Dauphin, Delaware, Erie, Fayette, Fulton, Luzerne, Montgomery, Pike, Warren, York counties.

State Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill, R-York, says she started getting calls shortly after the polls opened Tuesday morning that the machines were jamming and causing delays.

Phillips also highlighted another problem. “If that ballot is rejected, for example, if they over-voted for county commissioner, and that ballot is rejected, then that person has no way of knowing that their vote has been invalidated. That’s not acceptable,” she said.

Due to Dominion machine delays, PA election officials admitted that if ballots could not be immediately scanned by the machines, those ballots were instead stored so they could be counted later in “emergency holding boxes will be scanned at the polling places.”

Those “stored” ballots were not always scanned. The Pennsylvania GOP had to bring a lawsuit to ensure that all York County ballots were counted. These had been placed in suitcases quickly purchased by Dominion and none were scanned.

AZ is also reporting problems. Boasts Dominion’s website: “Arizona: “Serving 2.2 million Maricopa County voters with Democracy Suite 5.5…”

Yep. Maricopa County. The contested county where this week, Arizona GOP Chair Rae Chorenky was been forced to resign after failing to sign the required Certificate of Accuracy for the Dominion voting machines.

Concerns Mount.

The key difficulty in examining potential election fraud by Dominion and possibly their counterparts is in going beyond isolated incidents and establishing a systemic fraud. One safety mechanism Dominion and other providers tout is that while voters might make their choices on a touchscreen machine, a paper ballot with a bar code is printed out where the voter can confirm their choices before inputting the paper ballot into a machine. Here’s the problem, according to a US News story:

“[The machines] register votes in bar codes that the human eye cannot decipher. That’s a problem, researchers say: Voters could end up with printouts that accurately spell out the names of the candidates they picked, but, because of a hack, the bar codes do not reflect those choices. Because the bar codes are what’s tabulated, voters would never know that their ballots benefited another candidate.”

These bar codes are vitally important to the subject of election fraud. They are also of great interest to Ray Lutz of California based Citizen’s Oversight.

For those unfamiliar with Lutz and Citizen’s, his organization has garnered great respect across the state for, among other examples, championing the successful closure of the San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station (SONGS) and next the exposure of demonstrative election fraud in the 2016 California primary that tipped the scales for Hillary Clinton rather than Bernie Sanders. Lutz is no stranger to using the courts effectively for the public good.

To this end, Lutz just a month before the election announced the launch of Citizen’s new ballot checking software called AuditEngine. In reply to an inquiry for data, Lutz said,

“We are still gathering information at this time. We may have a lawsuit in NC to get poll tapes data. Also, we will be seriously looking at PA.”

In a press release this week Lutz forewarned:

“Ballot images can thwart changes to paper ballots, magically losing or finding new ballots in the recount. Citizens’ Oversight… today sent a request to keep the images… By preserving the ballot images, we can make sure the paper ballots recounted in Georgia match ballot images that were made on election night, and are not modified by any unscrupulous campaign operatives.”

As Citizen’s takes a closer look at GA and possibly PA while others examine the swing states, the likely hood of this showing a massive shift towards Trump in every state is a difficult proposition. However, in the era of the citizen investigator, the work of one anonymous source is picking up traction, so much so that many alternative media sources are quoting it, as is the Trump campaign.

The methodology of this investigation is thorough but needs corroboration by experts. However, the person releasing this analysis obtained the same data as was captured by the New York Times on election night from Edison Research. It is the same data that was used for election coverage by ABC News, CBS News, CNN and NBC News. The report provides a careful and plausible methodology and a state-by-state list of votes switched from Trump to Biden and of votes simply erased by Dominion machines. His results show discrepancies- some very large- in every state and particularly in GA and PA where, if proven, those states would flip for Trump.

Following the Dots Down the Rabbit Hole?

For the reader who cares to look beyond “Plausible Deniability” and connect the dots of possibility, days before the election of Nov 3 Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (Ret.) cast his own suspicions that were in keeping with the charges levelled today by Sidney Powell.

McInerney stated he was warned in 2018 by Admiral James Aloysius “Ace” Lyons Jr., just before his death, that a plot to fix the 2020 election was in the works. Lyons served as Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet from 1985 to 1987. He also wrote a column about Seth Rich being the one who leaked the 2016 DNC email tranche that blew HRC out of the water and which The Washington Times deleted.

McInerney, although previously discredited for his backing of the 2002 Iraq “weapons of mass destruction” claims, thus described the two US/ CIA covert operations called “Hammer” and “Scorecard.” Both were designed for the CIA in the aftermath of 9/11.

The author has verified the existence of both programs.

The Hammer” is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities carried out through protected networks (like voting machines) without detection. “Scorecard” is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during data transfer.

Adding credence to the allegations of both men is a previous report by Alan Jones and Mary Fanning of the American Report that was published on March 17, 2017. The claims in that report mirror those of Lyons and McInerney and refer to the information provided by the man who designed both Hammer and Scorecard, Dennis Montgomery, who has turned whistleblower.

Montgomery states that Hammer and Scorecard were designed by him under the supervision of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper and then CIA director John Brennan. In a subsequent article, The American Report connects the dots from Brennan and Clapper to Christopher Krebs, currently the head of the DHS’s Cyber Security and Infrastructure Agency (CISA). It should be noticed that it is Krebs who has in recent days been the DHS point man for denying any and all allegations of election fraud as an MSM spokesperson on the matter.

[Breaking News: Moments ago, Trump fired Christopher Krebs effective immediately]

John Brennan, James Clapper and Krebs are all DNC disciples and have been vociferous in their public disdain for Trump over the past four years. With this and the week’s aforementioned national news in mind, next came the news yesterday, that Sidney Powell considered the reports about Hammer and Scorecard credible, saying on Fox News, that,

“… it explains a lot of what we’re seeing… All of those districts need to be checked for the software glitch that would change the vote for Michigan dramatically. The same thing is happening in other states. We’ve had hundreds of thousands of ballots appear for solely Mr Biden which is statistically impossible as a matter of mathematics. It can all be documented it is being put in files that we will file in federal court.”

As if this all were not enough to create bi-partisan concern for the 2020 election, just moments ago it was revealed that a memory card was found during the audit in Fayette county GA with 2,755 votes, most of them for Trump. The news comes one day after 2,600 uncounted ballots were found on another memory card in Floyd County, GA – which were also mostly cast for President Trump.

The new margin total statewide in GA is now a 12,929 lead for Biden.

Observers might notice that there does not appear to be any sense of panic by the Trump campaign, nor their lawyers and that all have so far moved methodically via the courts and in announcing the steady stream of reported violations.

Certainly, Trump has lost in some court proceedings so far, but the big cases, such as the SCOTUS intervention with the rulings of the lower PA Supreme Court are still in play as are the states final vote certification, the results of which preclude further legal action.

[Breaking News: Officials in Wayne County, Michigan – home to the city of Detroit, have refused to certify the results of the Nov. 3 election.]

As suggested in the first article in this series, “Trump’s (64Day) Election End Game” Trump continues to play the long game at least until the Jan 6 meeting of the Electoral College in Wash. DC. Since the time of that article, the subject of the Electoral College has been examined across the nation’s news media and transformed from skepticism to probability.

What should become most important, if these many allegations come together as substantial truth, is that the issue of 2020 Election fraud must become a bi-partisan issue and quickly.

As was suggested in the previous article, “Of Color Revolutions, Foreign… and Domestic,” the advent of America’s own color revolution may be at hand and become the most significant threat to America since the civil war. To view this only as an indictment of one party allows those loyal to that party to ignore consideration of facts. This will only split the country further.

To prevent a US color revolution, the one the Dems are already calling, “Purple,” there must be a bi-partisan investigation by both sides of the aisle that transcends party loyalty to that of the priority of saving the country. Not Joe Biden. Not Donald Trump. Criminal charges and indictments must be brought against one and all proved to be involved in the attempt to circumvent the American election process.

That indictment: Treason.

  1. This article would be much more effective if the author got his facts right. Philadelphia does not use Dominion voting machines, they use the ES&S ExpressVote XL systems manufactured by Election Systems & Software. If you link to an article at least take the time to read it! Also, some counties in Michigan use Dominion but most of them do not I believe.

  2. there must be a bi-partisan investigation by both sides of the aisle that transcends party loyalty to that of the priority of saving the country.

The author needs to take a trip across the pond and hang-out over here for a couple weeks. If he pays close attention, he will realize that one political party has no interest in “saving the country”.

In fact, they are actively trying to destroy it. True….. (they must hate their kids).

Basically, if you think this election was staged to be rigged and you worked hard to warn everyone beforehand but because you had no evidence so you couldn’t get any traction, and then the election plays out in a way you’re unhappy about, but you have no evidence that anything was wrong, well, the best you can do is find some evidence and get to work improving the next election. Tho when have Republicans ever wanted free and fair elections? They openly admit they would never control America again if the public at large has a say. They do try hard to suppress the vote and generally this pays. But it didn’t pay round. But as to why they continue to beat the nation towards death like a horse? Only real Americans would know…

They are essentially the same machine with the same functionality and defects.

  10. Basic ballot stuffing was probably what occurred in Philadelphia and Wayne County (Detroit). The timing of the halt in counting in key states indicated concerted fraud actions. Never in the history of the country have 15% margins or even 8% margins like in Michigan been overturned when most of the votes had already been counted and the margins were standing. Also, Wisconsin looked like a late surge of questionable votes reaching a questionable result. Michigan’s vote is also suspect because of the size of the total vote. 2016 was already a major increase on prior votes to get to record a turnout of 4.7 million. Are we to believe that Trump gained 400,000 votes and still lost without some sort of corrupt action? Precincts in Wayne County also indicate massive record turnouts way beyond the number of registered votes, particularly in precincts located in “the hood.” Similar precincts in non swing states such as New York or Ohio (sometimes a swing state but this time probably considered beyond hope showed normal turnouts. Some of these other firms mentioned in the pr0-regime critique have also been questioned.

There are three major voting machine companies and all of them have ties to the left.

  17. There also seems to be a Dominion link to George Soros as well as the Clinton Foundation

In 2009, Dominion entered into a partnering agreement with Smartmatic, a vote tabulation software add-on, whose chairman, Lord (Baron) Mark Malloch Brown, is former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds

One of the Dominion executives ‘Eric’, apparently Eric Coomer, was witnessed participating with Antifa, and promising Antifa agitators he was ‘fixing’ the election against Trump via the Dominion technology

Someone asked, “What are we gonna do if F*cking Trump wins?”… Eric (the Dominion guy) responded, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!”

    That assessment sounds correct.

I don’t see how mystery software can “hack voting machines”: You need

    a) A network connection (are these machines on the Internet? Really?)
    b) An interface (there is a server program listening for you to connect)
    c) Vulnerabilities on the interface (e.g. the ability to submit database update queries through a webinterface because someone forgot to sanitize these AND the database is misconfigured to accept updates from low-trust processes like the webserver).

Vulnerabilities are always very specific to infrstructure, OS and software version and attack software needs to be finely tuned for them. Even then, success may be arbitrary,

A c) type problem should get a company shitcanned for the next 5 years for gross negligence btw.

Anyone thinking clearly must conclude that the Democrats et. al. engaged in monumental election fraud so obvious that it isn’t so much as hiding in plain sight but simply ignored and unworthy of investigation by already discredited media.

In for a penny, in for a pound.

This isn’t a puzzle that can be solved for an electorate committed to free and fair elections. It’s a factional struggle with a binary outcome in the short-term only.

In markets we call the unknowable long-term risks ‘Fat-tail’. As was evident with the actions of the parties in the decades before the Civil War after it kicked off, when the stakes are high enough circumspection disappears in the immediate.

What’s most difficult to suss out after an iteration, let alone forecast, is what I call The Resolve. A word to the wise, it’s only functionally connected to The Truth, and tenuously so.

That’s the context in which to analyze the current state of play.

This movie dialogue reference I cited in a previous thread remains operative:

If your father dies, you’ll make the deal, Sonny.

    — “The Godfather”

It applies to all relvant parties, not just Trump. Keep in mind, the election everyone over the age of eight recognized as the most important of our lifetimes hasn’t settled any of its three principal questions — the presidency, who controls the Senate, and who will be Speaker of the House.

It’s been clear to me at least that the steal was structured to pressure establishment Republicans to demur in return for keeping control of the Senate.

The election for Speaker is January 3rd. Pelosi lost 15 votes in her caucus last time. With the split now likely to be 222 Ds to 213 Rs, with 218 for a majority, Speaker Pelosi is on tenterhooks.

The Georgia runoff election is January 5th.

The date for counting electoral vote certificates transmitted to Congress is January 6th.

You note that I skipped over all of the turns of the screw before then. There’s too many permutations to game it out to any meaningful degree. It’s a sign of strength that Trump hasn’t show his election fraud cards. Doing so in full form would simply allow the Fake News, including Fox, to “debunk” them.

This battle will not be won in the court of public opinion. Both sides know that. The mainstream media, including social media and even prestige outfits like the NYT and WP, are wholly discredited.

Strengths have a nasty habit of morphing into weaknesses. The Democrats manufactured a decisive Electoral College win through multi-state fraud. The was designed to make Sleepy Joe’s win “inevitable” by the morning after the election. Heck, the Fake News, Fox included, is still sticking to it.

Yet that makes it a house of cards if merely one state unofficially declared in his column falls.

Nothing about the US constitution was intended to bring about an election which resulted in the election of persons chosen by those who are the governed. modern technology has allowed many to discover the election process was manipulated by the constitution itself, when the constitution was written. Leaving all voting to the individual states even the electoral college meant there would never be a national election.. There might be state elections on the same day, but no national election ever: Member of the house, members of the senator and member of the electoral college are done at the state level.

And in the original constitution the deplorables were not allowed to vote for anyone but the member of the house from their particular voting district ( that meant each vote had 1 vote and could caste it only for a candidate from that voters home district (voting districts are determined by the census)

If Biden is akin to Yeltsin after his election via monumental election fraud — and he is, the Democrat leadership in the House is like the Soviet Politburo in the 1980s.

If Trump has enough to force them to bargain (see Election of 1876), and he certainly is acting like he does, the question is what Ds get for acquiescing to him taking the oath again. Those who have written expertly on this subject don’t see something akin to ending Reconstruction, or think it impossible to pull off a “back-room deal” in this age of the internets.

If either/both political parties wanted this fact to change, it would have been addressed long ago.
    A few examples:

  46. TRM says:

Thomas McInerney retired United States Air Force Lieutenant General, who served in top military positions under the Secretary of Defense and the Vice President of the United States has done some interesting interviews.

Jim Brennan, CIA, used Hammer & Scorecard in the USA elections in 2012 (for Obama), 2016 (for Hillary against Sanders), tried to use it in 2016 for Hillary against Trump but something went wrong. He may have also been “selling” the service to foreign governments to rig their elections. That would explain his desperate rants demanding that Pence take over and invoke the 25th.

In 2016 somebody got to the Hammer & Scorecard other than Brennan’s group. Whoever gets to it last wins. In 2020 they secured the H&S system so Trump had only one chance. Expose it.

  47. theMann says:

America has always been a nation swimming in vote fraud. Tammany Hall is 150 years old. Republicans stole the 1876 presidential election, Democrats the 1960. Local elections are even more putrid – Ron Paul had a funny story about winning, then “losing” an election.

George Bush won two stolen elections through exactly the current method – votes in swing districts are changed, 2-3% of them, to the opponent . The Security State apparatus did this In Ohio both elections, and were extremely rewarded by Bush and his henchmen. And it doesnt even look funny when the votes are counted, just winning the swing votes in the swing districts.

The vote fraud isn’t by any political party, it is run by the Intel organizations- they pick who plays ball with them, and Clinton/Bush/Obama played ball. In 2016 they foolishly believed, as so many others, that Hillary would win just showing up, and, oops, they got somebody who isn’t playing ball with them.

So, they worked their electronic magic, and Trump went out and won so decisively it wasn’t enough, hence the “stop the election, stuff the mail in votes” ad hoc cheating suddenly made necessary. The problem is, this exposed the fraud, and even though they may have just enough wherewithal to program the Media, blackmail the judges, and coerce the Republican State Legislators, they are exposed.

A healthy majority of the Anerican people will never accept Biden as President, will never accept the current vote fraud regime, and will never again believe the Media.

These scum didn’t just cheat in an election, they have destroyed all trust in our elections, and there will be hell to pay.

You misunderstand how scorecard works. It intercepts the data on the way to server and changes it. The NSA has access to all internet traffic and most likely a back door that allows them to defeat encryption. Recently, some hackers discovered a back door in RSA keys which are used to encrypt internet traffic. It was patched but I’m sure there was either another way in or a new one created. Since all data is transmitted to a known server they would intercept all traffic to the server and modify it. TCP/IP is a protocol that has nothing to do the originating operating system. By the way, although not necessary for scorecard to work, many voting machines are connected to the internet. In a recent independent audit the machines examined, which run Windows 10, were unpatched and open to many know vulnerabilities. Windows 10 a virus in it’s own right, connects to Microsoft hundreds of times a day and transmits god knows what information. They also had unauthorized software installed indicating that local users had administrative rights to the system. Another little known fact is that modern Intel processors have their own cell modem. So even without an internet connection it is still possible to hack into a computer. Since the connection is low level, intrusion prevention software is unaware of the unauthorized entry.

So I posted this thread in DaLimbraw Library – – it shows that it goes back decades to the 60’s. In fact, DaBastahds who understood computer systems were salivating to start computerized voting fraud almost immediately and improved their techniques constantly to this day.
Shit, any dummy with basic coding skills could probably do it! North has documented examples.
One whistleblower, for example, asserts that Pat Buchanan was gypped in the 96 AZ primary in favor of Dole – computerized ‘glitches’?
We’ve all heard ‘Garbage in-garbage out’ – if you think about it, considering the intelligence of the average voting dumbquat, it would be impossible NOT to have computerized fraud – undetected!
Most of us trust those screens we stare at – forgetting totally that we’re being programmed to trust them – while being manipulated.
Did you ever notice the ‘coincidence’ of computer dependent fraud in three institutions?
One of the authors cited Wall Street, banks and voting as examples of guaranteed fraud, because it’s so easy – naive stupidity on our part knows no bounds. That includes me!
It all took place under our watch!

How can you conduct a successful audit or recount when the secret ballots were separated from the envelops they came in when they were opened? Great post. Thanks.

I believe the Chinese Communist Party elite AND the U.S. elite (Democrats and most Republicans) are one, tied at the hip.

They courted China, China opened up, manufacturing jobs were shipped to China. The U.S. multinationals were allowed to set up shop, but only after giving a member of the Chinese elite a one-half share of the business.

With this newfound partnership wealth, the Chinese elite moved to the West, pushing up property prices. Everybody has gotten filthy rich off this arrangement, and they are fighting hard to make sure it doesn’t end.

I think China started to get cold feet and balked at allowing U.S. banks into China. Covid helped show China how quickly they could be crushed. No exports = no jobs for the millions of Chinese peasants = potential peasant rebellion and riots. But voila, suddenly (I believe it was April of this year), the Wall Street banks moved into Shanghai.

Corporations rule now, and they own the politicians. Monopolies are everywhere you look, and they have a stranglehold on the U.S.

Of course the elections were rigged. I think they were rigged in the 2016 election too, but they just screwed-up the rigging, didn’t quite pull it off, under-estimated Trump’s numbers. That’s why the elite were so shocked when Hillary lost.

They took no chances this time. They just stopped the counting in order to look at the numbers and then rig it in Basement Biden’s favor. Covid-inspired mail-in ballots helped in the rigging.

The Federal Reserve? Don’t even get me started. Just another lever that gets pulled when the elite need it.

There are “irregularities” including fraud, in every election. The Democrats claim there is voter suppression, which may be true. There has been, undoubtedly, ballot box stuffing for over 100 years. Do I think Gore got screwed in 2000? Yes. Why is it OK to accept his right to challenge the results, but not Trump’s? Gore is every bit as much of a turd as Trump if not more so. The issue is the same regardless of who is behind it. It is wrong and has to stop.
It will not stop until electronics are removed. Who says that you have to know who has won the vote count before you go to bed? That is bullshit. More voting stations ensuring a voter is entitled to vote with paper ballots and the results counted where cast with observers signing off on the count will put a big screw into rigging. Elections ought not be instant gratification. Democracy is supposed to require work.

When looking at Biden’s proposed Cabinet appointments, will any Dem who believes the election was fraudulent, not also realize that Biden is quickly filling up the swamp with corporate creatures which is exactly what Biden has been his entire career, if one looks at his voting record?

  73. My gut feeling is that this election was stolen by old fashioned, street level, ballot stuffing in 5 or 6 “inner city” (black) locations, including Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit, and two less black but equally corrupt locations in Maricopa County (Phoenix) and Las Vegas.

I could be wrong, and I hope I am, but I think the Dominion corruption angle is going to end up unprovable and will just be further grist for the “debunking” articles in the MSM (liberal) media, along with the hoax about water marks on ballots.

    “Occam’s Razor” explanation:

At around the same time in all of these locations, with some adjustment for time zones, the voting ground to a halt. In Atlanta, they even came up with a now confirmed as false story about a pipe bursting. They sent the Republican poll watchers home, delivered the necessary 90,000 to 150,000 ballots needed to change the result, punched the totals into the machine, and that was it. Some Republicans actually caught them in the act, but they were physically threatened and ignored by the partisan media. Detroit was the most egregious, where they even saw boxes being delivered in the wee hours and they put up paper screens to hide what they were doing. None of these witnesses can really “prove” anything, of course.

I think Biden would have naturally closed the huge gap in PA just by virtue of the fact that the precincts around Philly genuinely were counted last (plus the mail in ballots, legitimate and fraudulent). This is why you see those weird, unprecedented spikes in Biden totals in the early morning hours: The boxes containing fraudulent and/or harvested ballots were dumped into the pot.

What enabled all of the above to really work was the “mail in” ballots.

And they’re going to get away with all of this because it was predominantly blacks who were doing this and the fact that the media is the de facto Ministry of Information for the Democratic Party. In a country where blacks are permitted to loot, and in some areas get a misdemeanor citation if the stuff they steal is worth less than \$1,000, and in other cases get away with murder when the victim is white, the media will simply not report this stuff. “If a tree falls in the forest and it’s not on CNN or in the New York Times, did that tree really fall?”

True, but SCOTUS rulings over the years require voter qualifications and the like to be uniform throughout a state. E.g., were a city to lower its voting age, it can only apply to municipal elections. Perhaps this rule should be extended to equipment, processes, counting procedures, and the like. Actually, Bush v Gore was decided on inconsistent counting procedures.

Days before the 2020 election important news was buried. On September 30 a report in the Philadelphia Inquirer detailed that “a laptop and several memory sticks” used to program Dominion voting machines in Philadelphia had mysteriously vanished…

Because all these machines interface their ballot totals via wireless digital modem external interference is all too possible.

If they interface, in real time or after the fact, why would anyone need a memory stick?

I know a man who is married to a village clerk in Wisconsin, and asked him about their system. He says it is not connected to anything. It’s free-standing. And, don’t forget about the Electoral College on Dec 14…

Isn’t Dec 8 the critical date, and Dec 14 merely a formality?

Federal law (3 U.S. Code § 5) frees a state from further challenge if it settles legal disputes and certifies its results at least six days before the Electoral College meeting, which occurs this year on Dec. 14.

“Whatever final decision that state reached by (Dec. 8) — that’s conclusive and final and binding and nobody has any right to second guess it,” explained Adav Noti of Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that focuses on voting rights, campaign finance, anti-gerrymandering work and government ethics.

Of course, electors could jump ship at the last moment, and that would count* in many states. However, they rarely do, and no one has defected all the way to the other side since William Plumer in 1820. (Novelist and Humphrey elector James Michener wrote that he would have if necessary in 1968, as he much preferred Nixon to the House and Wallace.)

Inasmuch as the US— and every state— has a religious feast day like St Patrick’s and St George’s, it would be Dec 8. Perfect date for a “Hail Mary”!

    ** **

Wow… What a doozy…. Could be the trap that folks have been commenting on, why Brennan seems to be coming unglued, maybe why Esper was fired and replaced, why some Democrats seem to be been freaking out even more lately…

I have pasted 3 sections from the article:

“This story begins with the little-known executive order signed into existence on September 12, 2018, by President Donald J. Trump. That order, available at, is entitled, “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed, President Trump declares a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what’s coming next.”

“Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) says the US military just raided the server farm of Scytl in Spain

Lest you think this is all speculation and rumor, we now get to the part where the rubber meets the road. According to a video interview with Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) which aired earlier today, the US military has just conducted a raid on the server farm of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain. The Gateway Pundit, which has been at the forefront of much of the bombshell reporting of the election rigging conspiracy that took place on November 3rd, reached out to its sources to confirm the military operations in Europe, as related to gathering evidence of election theft. Here’s what TGP just reported: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server. The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way. By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation. Here’s the interview with Rep. Gohmert, now on, just in case YouTube tries to memory hole this video:”

    Last, but not least:

“RECOUNTS no longer matter; the certification of votes is now irrelevant

The action plan to achieve all this is under way as you read this. Team Trump already has the full transaction logs of Dominion Voting Systems election alterations, and with raids taking place in Europe, more evidence of foreign interference is being secured. Importantly, this enormous cache of vote fraud evidence will be more than sufficient for President Trump to present this evidence to the American people, then declare an illegal insurrection attempt against the United States of America while deploying US Marshals or military police to arrest the treasonous actors in the United States who attempted to carry out this elaborate criminal fraud. No wonder John Brennan appears to be crapping himself every time he appears on live television. Once Trump’s plan is fully activated, people like Brennan will need a lifetime supply of Depends. Once all the evidence is compiled and presented, President Trump merely needs to declare the entire election to be null and void as an artifact of a failed foreign coup attempt against the United States, aided by treasonous operators inside the Democrat party and certain dark corners of the intelligence community (CIA, FBI, etc.). As an immutable legal principle, any party that engages in a social contract (such as an election) and then cheats to try to unfairly “win” that contract, is disqualified by default. You cannot win an election by stealing it. There is overwhelming legal precedent for this in court decisions from both SCOTUS and Federal district courts. The recounts are irrelevant. The “certification” of the fraudulent votes is just theater. None of that matters once the overwhelming fraudulent nature of the entire operation is documented and revealed to all.”

Another abundance of incompetent language, sloppy analytics, logic-bumbling, and law-ignorance rendered by Brett Redmayne-Titley.

[Is “Brett Redmayne-Titley” a pseudonym of a non-Anglo-Saxon whose mother tongue is not English? Or is he just a person sorely needing a language-tutor well-schooled in old-fashioned sentence-parsing, traditional English grammar, logical syntax, and diction-propriety.]

Mr. Titley converts to mishmash much evidence and insight rendered by actual investigative journalists, competent attorneys’, and expert data-analysts — e.g., one anonymous “data scientist’s” prima facie credible argument respecting of the probability of election fraud,

As in his first two articles concerning the 2020 election, in this third article, Mr. Titley utters false or questionable “facts” [e.g., misidentifies or fails to account accurately the voting apparatus or vote-tabulation software that particular counties or precincts used], and displays a deep, wide ignorance of pertinent law.

Mr. Titley’s theme appears to misdirect attention to Dominion Voting Systems “voting machines” themselves. Dominion Voting Systems “machines” are not designed to be fraud-effecting devices. They were not devised to erase votes or create false votes or ballots — though some experts argue that Dominion “machines” bear program-glitches that can cause tally-errors.

If (as seems to appear) massive fraud occurred with use of Dominion Voting Systems,” either (a) individuals must have manually-manipulated or remotely-hacked the Dominion “machines” or (b) vote-count-altering software — e.g., “Smartmatic” — must have been loaded into, and operated upon, particular Dominion “machine” systems.

According to Sidney Powell — a previous Assistant United States Attorney and U.S. federal district Appellate Section Chief and now a private practitioner — the problem is software named Smartmatic:

[S]oftware, dubbed Smartmatic, was designed for the sole purpose of shifting voting results.

“It was a feature of the system that was designed with a back door, so that people could watch in real time and calculate with an algorithm how many votes they needed to change to make the results they wanted to create.”
    See also

Mr. Titley says Sidney Powell is Trump’s lead attorney. She is not such, but a simply a Trump-legal-team member. Mr. Titley says Sidney Powell asserted:

“They need to investigate the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the software program called Scorecard. That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote.”

But Mr. Titley does not link or cite any document or video in which Sidney Powell uttered such statement. And in several videos Sidney Powell has pressed the argument that Smartmatic software’s use is the culprit. See, e.g.,
    (b) [starting at 221

Sidney Powell has said also: (a) Evidence indicates that Smartmatic software was used not only in Dominion Systems “machines”, but also in electronic voting/vote-tabulating “machines” other than Dominion; and (b) Smartmatic software’s election-fraud-effect requires human operation seeking to alter vote-outcomes.

Mr. Titley closes his article with this:

Criminal charges and indictments must be brought against one and all proved to be involved in the attempt to circumvent the American election process.

    That indictment: Treason.

Surely, much flagrant criminal conduct explains the egregious state of the 2020 election. But “Treason” does notcannot:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

U.S. Constitution Article III, section 3, clause 1

Per Article III, section 3, clause 1, one cannot commit “Treason” against the United States unless either
    (a) one wages war against the United States — as by fighting for a foreign state attacking or attempting to attack the United States or by joining an armed insurrection (against the U.S. government)
    (b) one adheres to — adopts a supportive association with — a foreign power engaged in open hostility against the United States AND renders ACTIVE aid or comfort to the troops or other belligerency-agents (e.g., spies, saboteurs) of that foreign power.

The Article III, section 3, clause 1 term “enemies,”applies only to troops or other belligerency-agents of a foreign power manifesting a state of open hostility against the United States; the term’s denotation does not include U.S. domestic rebels engaged in insurrection against the U.S. government.

But if an insurrection’s armed forces form a “body politic” (as did the Confederacy of the U.S. civil war), then such armed force’s members are “enemies” per Article III, section 3, clause 1, since such belligerent body politic is effectively a “foreign” power. And if one adheres to such belligerent body politic and renders aid or comfort to its troops or other belligerency-agents, one commits “Treason.” But such belligerent body politic is not an “enemy” unless its belligerency manifests as war (armed violent belligerence).

Article III, section 3, clause 1 applies only to disloyal acts committed during time of war or armed insurrection and in pursuit or support of such war or armed insurrection— NOT to disloyal speech or anti-government conduct occurring in peacetime (rather than in war or armed insurrection).

    Compare, e.g.,
    (a) pp.323-333 of

Despite Democrats and their individual and corporate supporters appear to have tainted, criminally, this year’s voting or other election processes, the Democrats and their supporters have NOT levied war or armed insurrection against the United States or given aid or comfort to the troops or other belligerency-agents of a foreign power. Hence, their likely crimes cannot be “Treason.”

Hint: The President was chosen by the US Congress (Twelfth Amendment, one state, one vote) exactly _one_ day_ before President Grant’s term expired.

    December does not matter.

December mattered very much in 1876. Three states sent Congress two slates of electors each. In addition, Oregon had a “faithless” elector. Colorado, which had entered the Union that summer, did not even hold an election. The legislature just gave their three electors to Hayes. (As they should have.) Hayes needed every one of them to prevail.

Hayes was called “His Fraudulency”, a name that fits Joe Biden even better. It’s hard to see how Tilden’s side was any cleaner, though.

I think the disputed states should “compromise” and give electors to Jo Jorgensen. That would deprive each side of a majority, sending the decision to the House. (And Senate, for Pence and Harris.)

Another solution is to give the Vice Presidential electors to Pence. If no presidential decision is made by Inauguration Day, he gets the nod one way or another.

One must struggle painfully to navigate Mr. Titley’s tortuously poor grammar, syntax, diction, and style — language that would seem the speech of a person whose native language is not Indo-European, but, perhaps, Tungusic, Semitic, Altaic, or Finno-Ugric.

  129. Interesting that electronic voting machines, lacking verifiable paper print outs, awarded Biden (and other Democratic candidates) fewer votes than the polls predicted, while mail-in paper ballots, tabulated by hand, favored him as expected. Discrepancies between poll predictions and election results have been a regular occurrence since these machines came into general use in the early 2000’s.

The larger number of Dem votes for president than for other offices seems easily understood as a reaction to the President’s job performance.

The structural problems of the electoral college are thoroughly plumbed out and it’s clear it is bad for representative democracy. It’s also a deep aspect of US history.

Justin Trudeau lost his country’s “popular vote” in 2019, and I don’t see anyone on either side of the border saying his reelection was illegitimate. Under the surface, our two systems are actually quite similar– one doesn’t vote directly for the top man, but for a representative who in turn votes for him.

It happened in the UK in 1951 and 1974, in Denmark in 1971 and 1990, and in Canada in 1979. Parliament serves as the electoral college. As does our Electoral College serve as a parliament, albeit for a single vote.

Voting conduct belongs to the states. They don’t have to do it any particular way, but if norms aren’t respected that leads to problems. The common sense attitude is that if the E college gets too disconnected from the vote, that’s bad.

Yes, but it’s the fault of the losing party, not the rules of play. Cleveland and Tilden lost because they crammed too many “wasted” votes into their secure states. You get punished for that, and rightly so. Harrison and Hayes did better in closer, more competitive, and thus more representative states. As did Bush and Trump.

The EC and “PV” were both quite clear in 2016, but disagreed. Still, it was all over and settled by 3am, “Hamilton electors” aside. They were just momentary entertainment.

A true white leader must not pander or scapegoat. Both make him look weak.

If Trump wanted to reach out to blacks, he should have done it on the basis of some truth. Blacks have historical grievances, and US must be mindful of black problems. For that reason, immigration must be reduced to produce more jobs for blacks. And there must be honest discussion of black pathology to address crime and family breakdown. But he pandered to them. To rappers and even George Floyd.

Pandering to Jews and blacks made him look weak.

Scapegoating also makes a person weak even though it’s often done to look tough. But scapegoating China or Iran(or some other country) for America’s woes is to avoid confronting the bigger problem of Jewish Power. So, whenever Trump went off the rails about some foreign enemy, he didn’t look tough but merely weak as he seemed afraid to address his real enemies within the nation.
Same with Alex Jones. Jews had him platformed but he howls about the Chicoms. He does it look tough, but he actually looks weak. Afraid to name the Jew.

    Commenting on my language

Another abundance of incompetent language, sloppy analytics, logic-bumbling, and law-ignorance rendered by Brett Redmayne-Titley.

    You wrote:

Firstly, there is no verb, so there is no sentence.

    (1) “Firstly” is a dangling adverb in your sentence. Near-always, “firstly” is illiterate diction, similar to “thusly” — though, unlike “thusly,” the term “firstly” is actually a proper English word, albeit very often used incorrectly, as you used it.

    (2) In your sentence, the phrase “there is” is an expletive, and risibly nonsensical: Where is the “there” that “is”? The “there” is not in your sentence or in my subject language — or anywhere else. All expletives are nonsensical, despite Shakespeare used them:

There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

Shakespeare, Hamlet Act 1, scene 5, 166-167. [I shall disregard the passive voice and dangling preposition problems of the above-quoted Hamlet language. I shall treat only that language’s expletive — “There are.”

Either the “There” is no-place (and “are” lacks subject and, so, is not a verb of any clause), or the “There” is “heaven and earth” and, so, “There” is redundant (functionless) and the sentence is slop. In either case, the language does not form a sentence, but is nonsense: “More things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.” Or, if we stoop to render undue kindness: “In heaven and earth, Horatio, are more things than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

The original Hamlet language fails logic and grammar not only because “There” exists no-place, but also because “There” is not a substantive (noun, pronoun, gerund, noun clause…….) but an adverb — and, so, cannot be a sentence-subject. For that reason, too, “are” bears no subject, and the “sentence” is a non-sentence ( “More things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy”).

Compare: “Heaven and Earth bear myriads more than your philosophy dreams, Horatio” — or, consistent with Elizabethan milieu and blank verse regime, “God’s heav’n and Earth bear myriads more than your philosphy dreams, Horatio.” [And “philosphy” is an English word, AND (“Philosphy” may have begun as a poetic contraction of philosophy — thus, “philos’phy.”)]

    (3) My subject language DOES include a verb, the passive voice “rendered” (an ellipsis of “that was rendered”).

    (4) My subject language does not pretend to be a sentence. It is an exclamation, like “O God, another lost fortune.”

If I wished to put my subject language as a sentence, I might have said, e.g.,

Alas, we suffer another abundance of incompetent language, sloppy analytics, logic-bumbling, and law-ignorance rendered by Brett Redmayne-Titley.

    (5) Attempting to criticize elements of my same subject language, you wrote:

Then we have the neologisms, unknown to any dictionary: “logic-bumbling” and “law-ignorance”. To give you benefit of charity, I take by the latter you mean legal ignorance.

No: “legal ignorance” means “ignorance that is legal” or “ignorance that the law recognizes as implying some problematic level (perhaps a psycho-socially problematic degree) of lack of knowledge.” “Law-ignorance” means “ignorance of law.”

The term “logic-bumbling” means “the bumbling of logic.” I trust that you will not argue that the term “logic” does not appear in proper dictionaries. “Bumbling” is a term recognized/defined in (and by) proper dictionaries. “Bumbling” is the present participle of the verb “bumble.”

My compound (hyphen-joined) terms (“logic-bumbling,” “law-ignorance”) are not neologisms, but common proper English terms conjoined to state, concisely, ideas otherwise expressible with longer phrases or clauses. The linguistic method is not novel, but old and well-established — and kindred of math, set-theory, or symbolic logic terms, like “AB,” which can mean “intersection of A&B.”

Compare, e.g., “sex-starved,” which states concisely the idea “starved of sexual experience,” or “repair-error,” which states concisely the idea “error committed in (or by) repair,” or sports-enthusiast,” which states concisely the idea “one who feels enthusiasm for sports,” or “socio-political” which states concisely the idea “combined social and political” — even “set-theory,” which states concisely the idea “theory of sets.”

    (6) Your language “unknown to any dictionary” is ungrammatical and absurd. Dictionaries do not know anything. And “unknown to” is ungrammatical. The correct usage is “unknown by.” If an entity can know something, then if that entity knows a thing, that thing is a matter known by that entity.

    (7) Your language “I take by the latter” is dangling nonsense, even word-salad. What do you “take by” the term “law-ignorance”? How can anyone take ANYTHING by the phrase “law-ignorance”? One cannot “take” anything even from such phrase, or even from an instance of ignorance of law.

    (8) You did not observe the one actual language-error (a typing error) of my comment. The error is an errant apostrophe tacked to the end of the term “attorneys” of the language “Mr. Titley converts to mishmash much evidence and insight rendered by actual investigative journalists, competent attorneys’, and expert data-analysts….” [Emphasis added for clarity.]

The sole matter is Mr. Titley’s language. And you offer zero defense of it.

Your “treason” propositions show your woeful ignorance of the pertinent federal constitutional law.

The Dominion machine’s foreign creation and use and alleged illegitimate results are matters utterly irrelevant to whether such machine’s 2020 U.S. election use constitutes “treason.”

Neither such machine nor its creation or use constitutes “levying war against [the United States], or…adhering to their [the United States’] enemies [and] giving them [such enemies] aid and comfort.” Read (if you CAN read) my comment of November 18, 2020 at 11:25 pm GMT (comment # 123).

  151. Ron T says:

It is futile to sit a person suffering from delusional paranoia in front of a psychiatrist. He will inevitably believe that the psychiatrist is in on it, part of the conspiracy against him.

For the same reason it is pointless to tell elections conspiracy theorists that neither elections officials, nor cyber security experts, nor homeland security, nor state Secretary of States saw any evidence of widespread fraud and firmly deny it.

It is also pointless to point out to elections conspiracy theorists that these alleged “frauds” conveniently are only in states that Trump lost, and there are no reported wide scale frauds in states like Florida, Texas or Ohio and that the statistical probability that Democrats knew in advance exactly in which states to carry out their massive fraud operation is low if not non-existent.

In addition, it is pointless to point out to elections fraud conspiracy theorists that there simply isn’t any hard evidence of wide spread elections fraud and that if there was, the Trump legal team would certainly bring them to courts. Having no hard evidence, these lawsuits get thrown out of court as spurious and frivolous lawsuits.

It would be easy to call out a kid in the playground who cries foul each time he loses a game of hopscotch but it would be pointless to point out to Trump supporters that Trump announced his elections strategy in advance (in fact he announced this strategy before the 2016 elections too): if I win it’s legit, if I lose it’s rigged elections. That by itself should put all fraud allegations into context and laughed out of consideration, but tell that to elections fraud conspiracy theorists and you will hit a dead end.

It is equally pointless to point out to elections fraud conspiracy theorists that the Presidential job approval poll, a continuous poll conducted for decades, has shown that Trump never managed to pass the 50% mark, meaning he failed to win over voters during his 4 years of incumbency. Tell the conspiracy theorists that just about all presidential elections polls pointed to a Biden victory and they will tell you that the pollsters were also in on it, part of the “deep state”.

It is also pointless to point out that Trump’s “achievement” in these elections is managing to more than double his popular vote loss from 2016 to 6 million (!), a number which would make it extremely hard to win the electoral college. For conspiracy theorists, there is simply no correlation between the popular vote and the electoral college.

Ask an elections conspiracy theorist how, if the Democrats are such expert elections riggers, they didn’t manage to take the Senate and keep their lead in the House, after all, they were on the same ballots. You will get plenty of confused responses, but none that there simply was no widespread elections fraud. Because once someone is inducted into the Trump Cult and accept that only the Cult leader’s words are the Truth and everything else is “fake media” and “deep state”, that Truth does not require facts or reason to support it, because it is the Truth by definition of the person who spelled it. The Cult Leader is invincible in their mind, therefore a loss is simply impossible.

Therefore, I will not try to convince Trump supporters and elections fraud conspiracy theorists that Trump simply lost fair and square and his fraud allegations were simply an execution of his pre-meditated strategy for an elections loss (which he started carrying out at 2:00 AM on November 4, long before he could have had any evidence of fraud, which he still doesn’t have). I tell them: you’re right, Trump won and the victory was stolen from him. Joe Biden will be sworn as the 46th President of the United States on January 20th as a result of a conspiracy.

In the latter case if he plays his cards right I bet he can create a party that is a coalition of his current base and disaffected Dems and even independents. Who knows what the dreadful state of the USA will be by 2024, or long before that.

Not saying I would support him/his party or whatever, but as far as I can see there is NO good reason for Trump to concede before he absolutely has to. The idea of Trump’s bowing to “decency” exhortations a la Kerry or Gore is stupid. The “decency” exhortations are purely and transparently self-serving—the garnish on the Biden dish of going ahead and acting like he is already the acting president of the country. Which I reckon comes from his handlers’ game book.

As for Venezuela, you, like many others, fail to understand the basis of the Bolivarian Revolution – ending the bankers’ grasp on the world economy by trading commodity for commodity. Venezuela was trading its oil to Brazil and Argentina for food. The Fed, IMF, World Bank, and BIS could only stand there with their dicks in their hands, because they were cut out of the action. As the reserve currency, all trade in currency is conducted in USD, even if the US isn`t involved. That is why the US went after Brazil and Argentina. Bolivia was going down the same path. That can`t be allowed to happen, if you are a bankster. Iraq and Iran began selling oil in other currencies than the USD. That is their great sin, nothing else.

They would also bring all past Federal elections involving Dominion (and functionally identical) machines into question. The claims might, if aggressively followed up, significantly thin Democratic leadership. If the Democrats cannot quash this, it could be the end of the Democrats.

I have no particular objection to this, but the Democrats might (Who knows, ANTIFA might cheer.). If the Democrats were frightened before, they’re much more frightened now. I think that “they” did indeed bother with the steal in 2016, as you put it. The program named ‘The Hammer’ has been in use at least since the 2012 election, but it was hijacked and neutralized by their opponents in 2016, thus the totally shocked reaction by news media talking heads.

This year, the thieves managed to get it right, and they are going to have to deal with the problem of widespread incredulity that is the consequence of attempting such a huge gaslighting project to explain how their demented candidate, who ran no campaign to speak of and had no actual popular support, somehow received the largest number of votes in history.

That same problem would have confronted them if Clinton had been the “winner” in 2016. Their scheme depends completely upon having all of the major news media marching in lockstep and ignoring any pushback from any source, including their own ranks. That problem isn’t going away as they assumed it would, if they even considered it at all.

  194. the trillion-dollar question that no one, dem or repub, wants to talk about is the question any half-bright 4th grader would ask after looking at our election system for 5 minutes: why so complicated??

it’s the counting of ballots, folks. it ain’t orbital mechanics or differential calc. any hundred-year-old counting machine/tabulator will do the trick just fine. set up a system thusly: all ballots are numbered via bar code. on election day, each precinct gets (written down, mind you) X number of ballots all numbered from YY1234 to ZZ6789. a completed ballot is run through the tabulator, its votes all posted on a big bright board for all to see, and the tabulator cancels the ballot as it’s counted. 1 second after the polls close, the system locks down and auto-cancels all remaining ballots. lends well to auditing, don’t it.

similar setup for absentee ballots; to hell with mail-in ballots.

no software. no thumb drive inputs. no double-counting. no drop and drag capability. no hideously unsecure internet connections. no 150,000 votes added to biden’s total from machines whose vote-counting capability in the time allowed was 25,000 max.

and the tabulators cost one-twentieth of the vote computers.

but NOBODY talks like this – not Tucker (spit) or Maria; not Brave Sir Mitt or Dan Dan the Navy SEAL Pirate man; not even those brave fightin’ republicans who’ve said not one damn word about the election fraud; or hid like little bitches last saturday rather than go to the march in DC. I agree, and that should make us wonder why ‘they’ decided not to go for pre-emptive neutralization this time around.

The only plausible explanation is ‘they’ wanted to catch the bad guys red-handed, with visual evidence, and then show the world. Extremely compelling evidence is needed to wake the mass up from decades of media programming. I am uncertain even that would be enough because in a world of deep fake videos, even live video evidence of bad actors manipulating vote counts in real-time can be explained away by partisan faithfuls. Sorry, but I respectfully disagree. Here is my response to a journo friend who saw things as you did about the Thurs. presser…IMHO.

    Thanks, Jeff…

Yeah, I saw it live. Rudy, although apparently accurate, keeps piling up the individual reports which are basically circumstantial and missing the bigger issue of these being violations of legislative statute by either governors( Calif), Sec. of State (GA) of Sup. Ct (PA). The presser was fluff for the masses IMHO.

As to the tough seasoned Assist. US attorney, Sidney Powell, I thought she was about to break into tears at any moment. I agree in general with her accusations of Dominion, but her assertions of Dominion being involved directly in Venezuela and with Chinese involvement was, again, pure pablum for the rabid Repubs. in need of a daily feeding. I’m surprised she didn’t include a little Iran bashing, too.

Yes, Powell has much to work with and seeing Dominion back-out of the PA hearings today, without explanation, only increases this suspicion. Powell could not handle Tucker Carlson due to her lack of knowledge of the truth of Dominion and her reliance on the sensational. I wanted to hear how she was going to weave all this together for presentation to the court(s). That is the important point, and unless I missed something, she failed.

Certainly both Powell and Giuliani have lots to work with, but I view this presser as no more than political inflation.

    Responses certainly welcome.

The system is set up for failure in proving election fraud. Firstly, the security agencies will not lift a finger unless there is “substantial evidence of voter fraud.” This was as true in the past as it is now.

There is no way that a candidate can discover all the election fraud in the short time they have to do it, especially when there are obstacles in the fraud areas controlled by the other side.

The courts are reluctant to do anything unless you have substantial evidence that rises to the level of proof that would change an election. Cannot be based upon probabilities.

The overall concern of the government is for it not to appear illegitimate. This is a public policy reason for turning a blind’s eye, by the government, by the media, by anyone who has the power to influence.

Voter Fraud and Election Fraud has been around a long time. Read Vote Scam, a book taken out of the Library of Congress. The presentation included effective and appropriate reprimands for the rude, stupid and disingenuous contributions of some of the ‘reporters’ present.

Note that those of the American people who still habitually rely on the ‘traditional’ propaganda organs for much of their news would have been exposed to little or no good information, and serious disinformation, about what went on during the voting process and vote count on Nov 3rd and during the following days. So the press conference was an opportunity to make some inroads against censorship and lies, and present some of the essentials of the situation to a wider audience.

The content that you described as “fluff’ included many important points: One is that the pattern and location of fraud in several states was very similar: Big cities controlled by Democrats where the vote was suddenly stopped with Trump far ahead, and in the dead of night, voila, a deluge of implausible or impossible Biden votes.

Giuliani sensibly stated that this similar pattern in various states implies a general plan: That is to say planners and a conspiracy.

The refusal to allow many Republican poll watchers to properly observe the voting tabulation process was underlined. Anyone wanting a fair process would be appalled at such a situation. It was noted that the lack of genuine validation for mail in voting means that future validation – double checking those votes – is rendered impossible. Giuliani noted that circa 2/3 of a million ballots in Pennsylvania could not be validated.

Other problems noted included many thousands of people in Pittsburgh who were told that they had already voted, when they knew that they had not done so; Dates on large numbers of voting envelopes were illegally changed. And there was much more of substance.

As far as Sidney Powell being in your mind “about to break into tears at any moment”, well that strikes me as gratuitous and somehow verging on derisive ‘fluff’ on your part, perhaps the kind of thing one might casually toss off in a letter to a friend, but still… I think any person who grasps the historic significance of the geopolitical machinations that we are witnesses to and participants in – both of late and going forwards – might very well find strong emotions and heartfelt engagement to be appropriate.

You also offer your opinion that “Powell [was not] able to handle Tucker”, and then breezily explain to us why she wasn’t “able to handle Tucker”. I thought she ‘handled’ Tucker in a manner appropriate to the circumstance, but unlike you, I don’t assume to know why she replied specifically as she did.

I don’t know what to make of the Venezuela connection—we have hope that it all comes out in the wash in a court of law. However, FWIW, a commenter at The Saker blog writes this:

“In normal times I would agree with your comment on Chavez/Maduro. However, I know quite a bit about Smartmatic as I was as close as it gets to both the company in its early days and Alfredo Anzola Jr. until he was murdered. Even Alfredo didn’t know the real ownership structure of Smartmatic and he was the founder and brains behind the company. A topic he would actually systematically evade. The Mugica brothers are fronts and always have been, they are not the ones pulling the strings. However, they brought something to the table in the early days which wasn’t money and which wasn’t the Chavez link, as it was not needed at all. I remember that day, about 16 years ago, in their house near the Country Club of Caracas when, before doing lines of coke on their desks in their home office, they had to put away two bank-style money counting machines with piles of bank notes stashed in bags. The two are well-known coke heads and their initial dealings were likely about money laundering. These guys are wankers. Just before Alfredo Jr. passed, his whole family knew that his days were counted, my own eyes saw this, it came as no surprise. His father spoke about it and he already knew his son’s fate was sealed. They all knew Chavez’s clan would be involved, before it even happened. But the family also knew that there was some sort of involvement from the US both in his murder and in the company. A family member was as high up as it gets in the Chavez government, an army guy, uncle if I remember correctly. He confirmed that it wasn’t simply a Chavez hit but that Americans were involved. Take a look and see for yourself the oddities behind his murder, like the story of the pilot in the plane and other things, including the timing as they were taking a lot of heat from the US government to sell the American company. They eventually sold an empty shell and kept the IP and the software at the time which got people in D.C. pissed off. The story is more complicated than what you see at first glance. And then you have Lord Malloch Brown ending up as chairman, Soros’ buddy. The history of the company is littered with voter fraud. The first revenue officially coming in, was from Chavez’s clan and this is a fact. Complicated story to say the least but I know that the Chavez/Maduro link is not the whole deal. Also, to conclude, family members always said that there were powerful US interests who wanted Chavez in power in the first place. Been digging into this for many years and my conclusion so far is that there is something below the surface that screams powerful US involvement in its shareholder structure, which is beyond opaque. Nobody knows who is hiding behind the myriad of off-shore companies which ultimately own Smartmatic. Good luck figuring this one out.”

Appalled at the bullying, ridiculing, insulting reception by much of the shark troupe.

As a corrective I suggest that you check Sidney Powell’s Wikipedia entry (if not already altered to “fit” the current drive to delegitimize her in the most insulting terms). There is no point in looking at Rudy Giuliani’s Wiki page—well, actually it might be worthwhile, as the extent to which it has been massaged to reflect the Big Tech-MSM hegemony is shocking in itself.

BTW regarding Powell “almost crying” I had seen her giving an interview wiwth the Fox lady, and this is basically her tone of voice and delivery. Shockingly bad manner to call out people’s physical traits. The same goes in spade for Giuliani, and I would like to see a similar focus on a black attorney’s big ears, sweating, thick lips and other physical features. This is all simply crude. The journos were both dense and rude and they deserved to be slapped down and told to shut up by Rudi.

It is that they have _too_ _much_ evidence of voter fraud.

What do you do with evidence that US intelligence agencies have been using voter fraud to fix elections around the world, and now it is blowback time?

What do you do with evidence of massive corruption in dozens of statehouses around the country (kickbacks paid to install voting machines–probably an auction among voting machine companies–biggest bribe wins)?

What do you do with evidence of conflict of interest/identity of interest between mass media/Silicon Valley owners and the intelligence agencies and/or voting machine companies?

What do you do when the Justice Department/FBI has been hopelessly compromised by the perps you are trying to catch?

The corruption is so wide and deep–where do you start?

    Response to Anastasia, comment

Summary: You can’t temporize this time. Too much legitimacy has been lost, and the urban areas (Blue States) can’t govern. The current decision has to be for Trump, the alternative being complete loss of Federal and some State legitimacy.

    Detailed argument.

The overall concern of the government is for it not to appear illegitimate. This is a public policy reason for turning a blind’s eye, by the government, by the media, by anyone who has the power to influence.

Indeed. 2020 Federal election fraud was bold enough to risk the appearance (nay, the conviction) of illegitimate government if it is not recognized. The cumulative evidence of illegitimate and exploitative bureaucracy and urban political organizations once Trump became POTUS cumulatively reduced Federal, and some State, government legitimacy prior to the Nov. 4th 2020 Federal election. It also cumulatively reduced the ability of conventional mass media to determine public beliefs. The events of Nov 3-4, 2020, reduced government legitimacy to a critical level.

Current attempts to defend the election of Nov 4th, 2020 are further reducing legitimacy. The media (and you) are using the narrative “Yes, the election was stolen, and there is nothing anybody can do about it”. More recently, another theme has been added: “Yes, the election was stolen, and if you or your representatives appeal to the Judicial branch of government the complainers will be criminally prosecuted”. This further reduces governmental legitimacy.

What are the expected effects of legitimacy loss?

There are ample recent precedents in US practice:

    * State nullification of Federal laws. Examples: “Sanctuary cities”, State level nullification of narcotics laws.

    * And urban nullification of Federal laws. Examples: urban refusal both to defend Federal property and to prosecute people who damage it.

    * And county nullification of Federal laws. Examples: refusal of Sheriffs to enforce firearms laws, refusal of sheriffs to enforce COVIS-19 mask laws.

An attempt to rule without legitimacy would very quickly encounter financial limit. States dominated by their urban areas lack the funds to so much as pay their police forces and basic utility maintenance, as do the urban areas. The Federal government is in danger now of hyperinflation. The money (more accurately, the resources) to police States refusing to obey Federal law simply do not exist.

To prevent a US color revolution, the one the Dems are already calling, “Purple”, there must be a bi-partisan investigation by both sides of the aisle that transcends party loyalty to that of the priority of saving the country.
    B. Redmayne-Titley

It is becoming increasingly clear that (a) B. Redmayne-Titley is correct and (b) that any investigation would occur only after a Trump victory, in which case the investigation would not be bi-partisan.
In terms of your original quote concerning maintenance of legitimacy:
    * The urban areas will never accept election of Trump, as Trump and his supporters have no intention of trying to remedy urban fiscal shortfalls by Federal borrowings.
    * It would appear that governmental legitimacy has already been lost on both the urban and hinterland coalitions in the US.
    * The urban coalition cannot support itself even in the absence of conflict with the hinterland coalition, and is thus incapable of ruling the USA.
    * Legitimacy of some sort of government might be restored if Trump’s election concerns are acted upon, and if the US urban areas declined into political irrelevance, but not otherwise.

  225. A123 says:

The “Federal Path”is designed to work like this:

    -1- District / Trial Court

    -2- Circuit / Appeals Court
          -a- Request for injunction
          -b- Three Judge Panel
-c- All Judges “en banc” (this usually does not occur)

    -3- Supreme Court
-a- Request for injunction / One SC Justice
          -b- Full SCOTUS adjudication

In a typical case — The Circuit Court #2a would block the flawed District Court dismissal at #1. The Circuit would order the District judge to follow normal procedure (holding hearings, accepting briefs, etc.). This pre-trial back and forth can take months or even years.

In this special case — A Constitutionally defined clock is rapidly ticking towards the selection of Presidential Electors. The 3rd Circuit Court is likely to proceed to #2b and hear the case. This presents all sorts of problems, because witnesses should have testified and been cross examined at the District trial.

At #3a — Justice Alito oversees the 3rd Circuit. He would receive and action requests for SCOTUS intervention. Given his track record, he will almost certainly force Pennsylvania Election officials to follow Pennsylvania Law for Signature Verification, Ballot Postmark Date, etc.

The situation is still very much in Trump’s favor.

If States/Localities cannot comply with SCOTUS mandates due to lack of time or irrevocable error (e.g. Ballots permanently separated from unverified signatures). This effectively kills the fraudulent counts coming from corrupt Election Officials who refuse to, or are incapable of, meeting U.S. Constitutional requirements.

The State Legislatures will be empowered to select Presidential Electors based on the actual vote. And, State Legislatures in the critical swing states are Republican controlled. This includes 77 Electors fraudulently announced for Biden — Arizona (11), Georgia (16), Michigan(16), New Hampshire (4), Pennsylvania(20), and Wisconsin (10).

Either this will generate a clean win for Trump with 309 Electoral Delegates… Or, there will be more lawsuits leading up to the meeting of the Electoral College.

Controversy and timing massively work in Trump’s favor if this point is reached.

If the Electoral College fails, due to multiple Elector slates trying to deliver opposing mandates, the election will go to the U.S. House. Each State Delegation gets one vote controlled by the majority of that Delegation. The current balance of control by # of State Delegations is:

       GOP — 26
       Tied —    3
       DNC — 21

As long as Trump holds the line, the Blue Swastika Coup is almost certain to fail. That is why the Fake Stream Media is so desperate. They are hysterically begging, groveling, bullying, and wailing for a Trump concession. They Cannot Cope with the U.S. Constitution, which is going to work against their Biden.

    PEACE 😇

I believe you’re right, JV. One of the giant issues in exposing all of this is that it will be obvious that many, many elections in the past have been thrown. Retired General Thomas McInerney recently stated in a Steve Bannon interview that Obama got ahold of the NSA-created Hammer and Scorecard programs and used them in the 2012 election. (Search McInerney’s name for articles/videos)

I think both Governors in the last 2 states I’ve lived in were fraudulently-elected. Russell Ramsland knows all about how this stuff works as this very good video shows. If you want to see just a short bit and the real-time action — scroll to the 30:40 mark and watch the reporting screens (and utter partisan improbability) for the KY Gov race of 2019.

Lastly, I live in NC in the middle 2010s and came across an obscure website that reported on the bribery, indictment and conviction of the HEAD of the NC Election Commission for taking over 100K in bribes from a sales guy of a voting machine company. I believe that was around 2000. So, this stuff has been happening for awhile and I could find no major media sources w/reporting about that NC conviction. Seems the internet had been scrubbed.

Like all things nefarious, I wouldn’t doubt that Mossad played a small hand in this whole debacle. I believe its primarily a Chinese operation, but being Israelis are a very big player in the tech/computer industry there was most likely a sweet role for them to play in this melodrama.Let’s look at 3 countries, China, Russia and Israel (and the diaspora Jewish community to a lesser extent). China wants to control us (and does), Israel wants to control us (and does), Russia doesn’t want to control us but will do whatever in its power to offset the BS we have put upon them since the fall of the USSR. China is now extremely open in attempt to bring down the USA, Israel is playing the quiet game now, figuring Trump will stick with his “blind spot” regarding Israel/Zionist hardcore activists in diaspora – but is smart enough to be wary of Trump’s open nationalism (don’t forget, there is always a Hitler lurking under the bed or mattress in both Zionist and Leftist eyes), and Russia with play footsies with both to combat the acts of stupidity by the American government for almost 40 years. I know the Russians are wary of the Chinese for their own existential survival, the Chinese are not that fond of Israel or Jews for that matter but will not go against them directly (what for?) and the Russians/Israeli relationship seems good (at least on the outside) but who knows -and what is the real influence of Chabad in Russia other than reaching out to the Jews in Russia? What can the Americans do. Simply be much more cynical in regard to geopolitics and throw away those boomer glasses regarding Russia, toss that Scofield Bible in the bin regarding Zionism, and bitch slap that greedy ass demon who lives inside you regarding gaining \$\$ through the Chinese (directed at corporations and politicians rather than everyday Americans).
