Super-genius President Xi plays four-dimensional chess. I am stupid and play one-dimensional checkers. I follow Tao. What else can I do? Because of my mental limitations, certain moves by China appear incongruent to me. I understand this is the “Year of the Rabbit” and a time to lay low. However, even in that context, is kowtowing to neocons ever advisable?
US neocons are waging a cold war of aggression against China that could turn warm, or even hot. To avoid conflict, China performs acrobatic contortions. When dealing with the destroyers of Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Ukraine, is appeasement the best policy? Or is it time for a new tact?
In 2018, the “Year of the Dog,” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau kidnapped Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou at the behest of his neocon masters. Breaking all rules of acceptable business practice, the kidnapping was a strong-arm move to squeeze Huawei.
Using false charges stemming from Huawei’s business dealings with Iran, Canada placed Meng Wanzhou under humiliating house arrest. As if the US has the right to dictate who a Chinese company can do business with.
What was the Chinese government’s response to the brazen kidnapping of Meng Wanzhou? They arrested a couple of low-level Canadians. I’m stupid. To me, that’s like getting punched by the schoolyard bully and retaliating by slapping the kid in the wheelchair. Were the two Canadian bottom-barrel flunkies supposed to represent Meng Wanzhou’s equivalent value bargaining chips?
While I am no fan of big corporations, I believe Meng Wanzhou differs from the typical corporate executive. Her father started the company, and like a dutiful daughter, she helps him run it. She became corporate through birth. Through the lens of the Jungian archetype model, Meng Wanzhou is a Chinese princess.
If anyone can assist in transforming the planet-degrading corporate paradigm into a system of advanced technological production harmonious with Earth’s fragile ecosystems, it’s Meng Wanzhou. Business realities aside, it is the nature of the princess to protect the orphan and widow, as well as the frog and turtle.
The insult to Meng Wanzhou has never been properly addressed. My face burns with shame.
The venal witch Nancy Pelosi invaded the sovereign Chinese territory of Taiwan, despite warnings from China’s government. Before the mentally diseased bat flew in, China threatened the most severe response if Pelosi carried out this disrespectful neocon provocation. How did China respond to the insult? During the proceedings, some Chinese government officials proclaimed the joys of online shopping and consumerism. They called for more “foreign investment” (BlackRock?) into China’s economy. No mention of socialism with Chinese characteristics during the Opium War daughter’s visit.
In the past, China let in foreign corporations with the provision that China gained access to the technology and infrastructure. A brilliant move. Is bringing the Rothschild-Rockefeller bank cartel into China’s economy an analogous play? Does China intend to seize the assets of the City of London parasites, like the US did with Iran’s or the UK did with Venezuela’s gold? If so, a bold plan- but very risky. Like swallowing a tapeworm in hopes of controlling it.

In the 1990s China needed a simple low-cost/mass-production automatic rifle for its large army. To meet the demand, the PLA issued the beautiful bullpup QBZ-95. While lacking the “bells and whistles” of its US and NATO counterparts, the QBZ-95 performed magnificently. In general, we Chinese and Jews are doing something similar, betting on both sides.

Will the Chinese have the moral fortitude and wisdom to reject the host of temptations, strings attached, that the bankster overlords can present them with? How patriotic is the Chinese merchant class? How attached to the current political operating system?
As for the CPC… it does seem like it could be a genuine, self-interested power-block on the world stage, and not in the pockets of the “usual” international financiers*. And as such, doing what power brokers do. It is not perfect, certainly, but it seems to be rather competent, at least. Judging by the videos and images I have seen from modern China, much more competent than the EU/USA leadership. Ethnical homogeniety probably has an influence, too.
Perhaps the banksters work with the option of having America and China smash each other, and then rule over the ruins? I hope it doesn’t come to that.

*I recently watched “The Revolutionary”, about Jewish Sidney Rittenberg, who was a big thing in Mao’s China, and a true believer in Communism back then. It is based on interviews with him – I must say, he didn’t fail to elicit my sympathy; an elderly man, wiser through mistakes, regrets, and suffering, his story is a very curious one. In any case, one really gets the sense that the CPC is first and foremost Chinese, rather than Communist. Worth the watch!
So am I, considering all the examples history records of just such renaissances. There are however rarely if ever smooth transitions. Long ago, Aristotle noted in his study of the rise and fall of Greek city-states, “Politics,” that when democracy fails, people clamor for a strongman to make them feel safe again. Eventually tiring of his autocracy, they overthrow his rule, then set up a robust new democracy correcting the old one’s faults. (And later, the cycle repeats).Given our unique heritage and history I am expecting a neofascist Christian-based tyranny to be our next phase. And it seems as necessary as it is inescapable, a hopefully brief episode of purging and strengthening that must take place before we can be restored to rational self-government. We will have foreign allies, I suspect, as we work our way back, suitably chastened, to our proper place in the family of nations.
Richard Solomon has quickly become my favorite writer at TUR. I eagerly read all of his essays. Hadn’t heard of him before so googled his name. A few from the past by that name popped up, but nothing current. So, I surmise, he could be writing under a pseudonym. If Solomon reads TUR comments and I’m wrong, maybe he’ll correct me.
That said, I agree with comment #1 that China may be playing both sides. Xi’s finger could be to the wind, like the scary weather balloon tough guy Biden just shot down. Xi may not want to get too close to Putin for fear that the Russians might start losing. What to do if all of his chips were on Russia?
With all of the Euro serfs siding with the US out of fear of reprisal from the Hegemon, and coerced into sending whatever military stockpiles and fiat money they have left to little Zelensky, they could still become a formidable foe after the fighter jets are sent in and Euro boots are on the ground. In contrast Russia, with a declining white population, is basically going it alone.
If Xi was a true friend of Putin, maybe he could quickly end the war if he sent a few divisions to Ukraine’s eastern border. It could be enough to send the Euro forces scurrying back to their homelands. What would hideous Victoria Nuland do then? Maybe the Chinese military wouldn’t even have to fight. Just their presence in large numbers could be enough.
I guess that’s just a fantasy. Perhaps Charles de Gaulle was right: No nations have friends, only interests.
We all know what an orchestra is: an orchestra is a group of musicians who voluntarily submit to the will and skill of the conductor in order to perform a piece of music more perfectly. Of course, first-rate musicians can get along without a conductor, and the conductor is not always at his best either, but that is not the point.

As long as the Chinese executive body is firmly in control, bypassing the Western model of corporate rule by government proxy, I would speculate that China is far more immune than the West at fending off the Chinese culture from Jewish infiltration. But then, never underestimate the Jew’s tenacity and professionalism at colonizing the minds of any nation or culture no matter how wise or coherent it is.

Both the US and China are very self sustaining. 18% of China’s GDP are exports. Of that 18% only 17% of the exports go to the US, 20% to Europe and a whopping 46% to the rest of Asia. Even if China stop exporting, not much harm is done.

It didn’t need to raise interests rates in order to prevent an exodus of dollars. The exodus of dollars was the foundation of American hegemony.
Capitalists in surplus countries – countries like Japan, Germany, and later of course China – saw the American trade deficit as a great savior.
It was a huge vacuum cleaner, the American trade deficit, that was sucking into America the net exports of Germany, Japan, and China.
And what did the Japanese, German, and later Chinese capitalists do with all these dollars that they earned? They sent them back to the United States – they couldn’t do anything else with them – to buy property in the United States, American government bonds, and a few companies that the American government allowed them to buy – not Boeing, not Microsoft, none of the crucial ones.
Meanwhile, the deficit countries in the Global South, in Asia, in Latin America, they constantly agonized over a shortage of dollars, which they had to borrow from Wall Street to import medicines, energy, and the raw materials necessary to produce their own exports for earning the dollars with which to repay Wall Street.
Inevitably, every now and then, as you all know, the Global South deficit nations ran out of dollars and could not repay Wall Street. That is when the West sent in the bailiffs, the International Monetary Fund, that lent the dollars on condition that the debtor government handed over the country’s land, water, ports, airports, electricity, telephone networks, even its schools and hospitals to the local [oligarchs] and to the international oligarchs, who grabbed this treasure, took rents – and what did they do with the rents? Sent them to American rentier capitalism, to invest them.
Washington, comrades, had found the magic formula that no other empire had discovered before, of how to make wealthy foreigners, and wealthy governments, and poor governments, and the poor of the world finance the American government and the net imports of the American economy.
A Chinese official once described to me globalization as something that was founded on a “dark deal” – that’s how the Chinese official put it to me: a dark deal.

A KMT delegation is on mainland China right now talking peace and getting more benefits for Taiwanese on the mainland. It was just announced all Taiwanese can get healthcare if they work on the mainland now.
