With Britain’s economy grinding on the rocks of recession, the metrics of the Conservative Party’s forty-year “special relationship” with America prove that this relationship has been an infection borne by yet another engineered American virus. Today’s terminal decline mirrors America’s economic, political, social and moral decay.

The ravages of a wartime winter have returned to Britain. With the Bank of England similarly stricken by this special relationship, it has disastrously emulated the US Federal Reserve step by step. Dying economies are the precursor to the degradation of society. As Britain prepares to endure another desperate holiday season it is time to recall that when Margaret Thatcher became PM in 1979, before she imported Reaganomics to Britain in 1980, sterling’s value was £2.33 to the US dollar. Three years later, £1.57. Now, £1.16.

“Special relationship”, you say?

The metamorphosis, crisis by crisis, of American financial chicanery continually stoked the global economic pyramid scheme of deficit spending. This was greeted wholesale by the Exchequer and without opposition from elected officials at White Hall. However, during those four decades, Britain’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) averaged less than a 1% increase per year with negative GDP in twenty-one of forty-two years.

In 1981 UK manufacturing as a percentage of national GDP was nearly 20% and jobs in this sector made up 21.8%. Today just 7.6%. Trade union membership is down from 13 million in 1980 to just over 6 million members. The average home price (adjusted for inflation) increased from £103,237 to £271,100 while home rentals increased 8.86% per year from a median monthly rent of £357 in 1980 to more than £1400 today. In 1980 53,000 families were listed as homeless then more than doubling to 126,000 by 1989 and over 219,000 as reported in 2020.

Britain’s terminal symptoms have metastasized from America’s malignancies such as its ongoing increases from 1980 to 2019 in crime and murder rates, poverty (7% vs. 22%), personal debt (42.5% of GDP vs. £1.7 trillion/105% GDP) and student loan debt (£460Billion total/ £45,800 per student), personal and business bankruptcies, and Suicide. Obesity and diabetes costs follow the American waistline, too, and add $10.7 billion in direct NHS costs and another $33.4 in related government subsidies yearly.

Prioritizing the ever-burgeoning war annuity was, however, routine each year and increased from £24.5 billion during Thatcher’s first term to £43.3 Billion this annum.

These massive sums have been an increasing, unnecessary, and unsustainable burden on a treasury already suffering from decades of conservative tax cuts.

The American economic affliction began under Ronald Reagan and quickly changed from a promise of “fiscal responsibility” featuring financial deregulation to tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy and the snipping of the Great Society’s social safety net. What this Reaganomics also cut was the tax base. Called, “Trickle-down economics,” this injection failed to course through the arteries of society for very long, failing somewhere along the way of the wealthy purchasing super yachts, private jets and increased political influence.

Conservatives hypocritically next embraced deficit spending as prescribed by the American economic mythologist John Maynard Keynes. Thus began the yearly increases in national budget deficits and the selling of government bonds (debt) to pay for it, all the while squeezing social programs.

With interest rates approaching zero and bank depositors receiving a similar return despite record bank profits – and rarely punished with convictions for criminal behavior- the mantra of “too big to fail” by the Bank of England and the US Federal Reserve rationalized injecting manufactured money repeatedly into the economy in a trick called Quantitative Easing (QE). QE is the creation of money by printing it (digitally) after the US/UK over-budgets billions more than its tax annual base. The Treasury issues more debt (bonds) to sell to cover the deficit. Next, the BofE or Fed prints currency out of thin air to buy that debt. Sovereign UK debt is currently in excess of £2.69 Trillion. It was less than £200 Billion in 1980.

Interestingly, today there are one hundred and seventy-one British billionaires. In 1980, there was zero. That’s inflation.

Mark Carney, a Canadian, who was governor of the BofE deliberately lowered interest rates to historic lows thus making new home mortgages and equity refinancing so cheap as to transfuse 100’s of billions more in cash out of thin air as house prices soared. This was again merely a delay before the crash.

During this economic descent, too few politicians opposed this Keynesian snake oil while an increasingly complicit media dutifully back-paged it. Tony Blair and the vaporous Gordon Brown, after a decade of demonizing and privatizing the remaining vestiges of British social infrastructure in per usual Tory fashion, proved to be American lackeys rather than representatives of UK popular interests. Such treachery was highlighted in the recent article, “When Your Bank Fails, Don’t Walk…Run!”

With Blair began Britain’s slide into American-style “monocracy.” Neither US Democrat nor Republican any longer provides sincere opposition. Although Britain has yet to suffer an American-style rigged national election, the UK has been similarly stripped of opposition leadership. The shameful and inaccurate demonization of Jeremy Corbyn by British media was designed to sever forever the spinal cord of the Labour Party. It worked. As went Corbyn, so went British socialism’s last dedicated champion. Instead, Labour offered up a Blairite member of the anti-labour Tri-lateral Commission, Sir Keir Starmer: A man whose prefix nicely explains his lack of effective leadership.

Monocracy is hidden by the media which instead of balanced reporting promotes one-sided censorship using journalistic tyranny to manipulate intellectual freedom. Like America, rather than budgeting for improving national interests, Britain finds it more cost-effective to tighten social liberties. Parliament’s quietly pending Online Safety Bill makes only the lies of the media safe but does exemplify the compliant corruption of politicians and the media. With 87% of all US media owned by six corporations that have the same agenda as the three companies controlling all of UK print media, this censorship has been uniform, self-serving, and effective.

The surreptitious privatization of Britain’s National Health Service(NHS), once the example to the developing socialist world, would make Aneurin Bevan roll in his grave. Thankfully halted in 2019, here the American trick of using Privately Financed Instruments (PFI) to provide private loans that use each hospital as collateral, but under draconian terms, forced dilapidated hospitals deliberately into the arms of US hedge funds. This still costs the NHS £2 Billion per year in ongoing pay-offs.

Before 1998 higher education was free. Since then UK students have racked up £460 Billion in student loan debt with a per-student average of £45,800. Acting on American changes in 2012 the UK made student debt one of the very few non-dischargeable debts in bankruptcy. This forever saddled each student with a huge debt service, and usually without a job within their discipline. Universities are now also heavily indebted based on the promise of these anticipated student fees. Recently diluting the A-level tests assured an increase and continuance of this vital college revenue. And a drop in standards.

The parallels to America continue from obesity caused by an adulterated US-style food supply, immigrants arriving by the thousands unchecked into cities already rotting from neglect and them also drawing on already depleted social services and,or the absurd mental aberration the young call “woke” that demands the human mind now believe that hard facts are merely discretionary or that a uterus is of no consequence whatsoever in biologically defining a woman.

The biggest and most threatening similarity, however, is apathy. Like America, Britain can blame itself for watching passively while divorcing itself from political reality and leaving that job to a corrupt media and political system.

A dying nation begins its decline by debasing its economy. When the process is irreversible the nation, instead of turning to the people’s needs, begins to turn on the people themselves.

It is time for voters to inoculate their countries at the ballot box. To elect representatives of true, not alleged, character who prioritize populism, not the profits of war. Those who reject American hegemony and its many bastardizations of Trickle-down economics. Politicians who will stop feeding the American virus on the blood and treasure of their own country, and who prioritize food before guns, society before tyranny, family before party, and education before ignorance!

If Britain is to survive it must now devote its full attention to its singular, most-important national emergency…

Britain!

  1. I agree with and cheer loudly for the author and his article, but Keynes was superlatively English and not at all American. So much we can be blamed for but not him.

  2. Hitch says:

About the only thing that Britain can still make is war.

This thread, if true, is quite damning. Apparently Boris Johnson helped plan this entire MI5/SAS operation that would have ended with the IAEA inspectors murdered and Russia being blamed.

Their plan was to take the International Atomic Energy agency Inspectors as hostages (!!) and mine the Zaporozhya nuclear power plant (!!!).

Get this — they would PRETEND to be Russian commandos, so they could blame it on the Russians.

They intended to use these hostages and the fear of a nuclear disaster to force Russia to evacuate from all of Ukraine.

This plan would imply, of course, that they intended to kill the IAEA inspectors, so as to prevent them from later telling people that it had been a ruse.

The Russians appear to have foiled this whole operation, destroying 47 commandos — but capturing at least two, and an additional two who are in critical condition.

If they survive, the Russians will have four witnesses who can testify to this insanity.

Whoever thought that this was a rational, reasonable plan is beyond desperate. This is insanity on a major scale. It’s global nuclear blackmail. And the current information points to MI6 and Boris Johnson.

According to the current RUMOR, it was the British MI6 that planned this insane operation from their suburban offices in Kiev, at the behest and encouragement of Boris.

Boris wanted one final victory in Ukraine before he departs 10 Downing.

IF this is more or less the story, then the Brits have lost their minds.

Already Ukrainian propaganda is denying that this attack on the Zaporozhya NPP even happened, and that it’s all a Russian fake.

BTW, the Kherson Offensive is a complete disaster — thousands (plural) of troops will have lost their lives. For NOTHING!!

We are coming to the end of this nightmare. But I believe it will get much worse — with more insane schemes — before it’s all truly and finally over.

Thanks for your comment and for providing a very interesting addendum to the metrics I presented in the article. Yes. Britain is in continual decline and the EU and ECB are certainly a part of the problem as the ECB , like the US Fed paddles upstream furiously trying to save a dying economic and social system that has been doomed to failure for decades.

Keynes is misrepresented. The money the government was to inject into the economy in “bad times” was to be from money set aside during “good times”. This is little different than Social Credit’ Clifford Douglas explanation that government’s paying interest on debt to privately owned banks is the law of diminishing returns. The action of returning money to the economy spurs economy. Where that money comes from is a different matter. Whether Germany’s Labour Certificates or the Province of Alberta’s Prosperity Certificates, both cleared massive debts during the Great Depression.

Britain’s problem is much closer to home. The Davos-Paris-Berlin axis of horror.

“Berlin” as in the government of the Federal Republic of Germany is literally occupied by the US and to a lesser extent the UK. The “old Reich” – the Wiemar Republic – according to the German Constitutional Court, still exists but is without form.
As Paul Craig Roberts has noted, the US doesn’t have friends, only vassal states.

  8. This is such a moronic article, replete with numerous mistakes, it’s difficult to know where to start.

    Stuff like this:
American economic mythologist John Maynard Keynes

Even a schoolkid shouldn’t make this mistake.

However, during those four decades, Britain’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) averaged less than a 1% increase per year with negative GDP in twenty-one of forty-two years.

Most other industrialised states have done little better, eg Japan.

As ever, leftists like Redmayne-Titley never mention the massive immigration, largely 3rd World, that largely underlies this. Since 1991, the population of the UK has grown nearly 20%, the vast bulk in Southern and Central England. England is now over 15% non-White. Nearly all the impetus for this came after Blair became Premier in 1997.

Britain’s terminal symptoms have metastasized from America’s malignancies such as its ongoing increases from 1980 to 2019 in crime and murder rates

Import enough 3rd Worlders, and you get 3rd World crime rates, as evidenced in London. But, again, no mention of 3rd World immigration by Titley.

Before 1998 higher education was free.

At least, you’re not blaming that on Mrs Thatcher.

In 1980, the percentage of the 18-25 age cohort going to college was less than 5%. In 1991, it was 13%. Now it is about 50%. The percentage of First Class Honours degress has gone up from 7% in 1997 to 26% in 2017. It is now about 30%.
Stupid f***wits are going to University, getting heavily in debt and at the end of it getting a job they could have done when they were 16 or 18, if they get a job at all. The only ones responsible for this are the stupid f***wits themselves.

This still costs the NHS £2 Billion per year in ongoing pay-offs.

    https://www.nationalhealthexecutive.com/articles/nhs-budget-2021

The current budget for the NHS is now £176.5 bn. It has to be paid out of taxation or loans predicated on future taxation. £ 2 bn is alittle over 1% of total budget – not remotely privatisation.
The NHS has never been a model of any kind. It is the world’s largest employer other than the Chinese Army and it has been described as a Stalinist monolith. When Scandinavian countries developed state healthcare, they did not follow the NHS model at all.

The parallels to America continue from obesity caused by an adulterated US-style food supply

Every industrialised country with the exception of Japan is experiencing an “obesity epidemic” and most 3rd World countries as well. All the top 19 counties by BMI are 3rd World, including basket cases like Egypt – which imports most of its food. America is 20th and the UK 40th.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_body_mass_index

immigrants arriving by the thousands unchecked into cities already rotting

Titley finally gets round to mentioning immigrants, without mentioning the serious economic and social harm they cause, or the preponderance of non-white immigration, particularly in England.

“Homelessness” in Government context is “defined” as:

    Not having a mortgage
Not having a Rental Agreement registered with a Local Authority.
    Live in a Pub/Private Hotel/Caravan Park/Guest House/Boarding House?

Why would Ukraine need soldiers in all the supermarkets and cinemas? In Israel they’re needed to suppress the indigenous population, the Palestinians. This implies that in Ukraine it would be to suppress the Ukrainians.

This would explain why Zelensky is sending Ukrainian men of all ages to die by the thousands on the Russian front, reported here by The Duran. Botched Kherson counteroffensive. Zaporozhye NPP Hollywood raid. Part 1

If you are old enough, you might remember the highly restrictive policy that the Thatcher Government took re immigrant sham marriages, indeed on 3rd World immigration generally. The net effect was that, apart for one year, non-White immigration into the UK was less than 20,000 a year during this period. Too many, you will say, but, compared to other Western Governments, truly remarkable.

It was little mentioned then or now, but this policy was important in getting the Conservatives re-elected. Things loosened under John Major. Then Blair effectively got rid of these restrictions in his desire to elect a new people. The results are all around us.

The “keystone cop nature of the operation” shows how desperate the Kabal has become. Bombarding a nuclear powerplant in order to coerce the Russians to accept an IAEA inspection, then planning to invade the plant, kidnap the inspectors, hold them hostage, then murder them and blame it all on Russia is so depraved that one would think only Irgun or Haganah could come up with such a reckless and blood thirsty plan.

There is some speculation that this desperate attack was part of a plan to cover up illegal Ukrainian Uranium enrichment from before the SMO. This enrichment operation would not only explain and justify Russia’s entire SMO, its exposure likely would have forced Nato and the EU to back off from providing their blank financial and military check to Zelensky and Ukraine.

With this depravity and desperation in mind, it becomes easy to understand that these very same people were not only responsible for Bucha and mass war crimes at Mariupol, but also the far more critical MH17 shoot down in 2014 that kicked off the Russian sanctions war.

MH17 was a Malaysain airways flight between Amsterdam and Kuala Lumpur that was packed with Australians. That MI6 and/or Mossad and/or CIA deliberately shot down this flight and murdered 283 passengers and crew in order to frame Russia becomes ever more believable in light of the desperation exhibited at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. It was the douens of dead Dutch and Australian passengers that were the center piece of the propaganda psyop. IIRC there was a constant stream sobbing families with tear jerking stories about lost loved ones paraded over the airwaves.

Another incredibly reckless and brutal recent event that likely could be attributed to the same groups was the nuclear detonation of the grain silos in Beruit.

This is all the fruit of the ZOG British/American relationship, which goes back well over a century. For decades after WWII, Operation Gladio was a long string of desperate and sadistic terrorist events. The CIA operation MKUltra was closely linked to the Tavistock institute in the UK, and together they have managed to put the entire planet under a spell of judaic mind control.

As a middle man, a corporate tax is a sneaky way for the gov’t to tax the citizenry one more time without the citizenry catching on, and is why gov’t always voices strong support for taxing corporations so they pay their fair share. Every cent of tax a corporation forwards to gov’t is money they took from the average person when they made a sale. The swindle of corporate taxation is something corporations really don’t care that much about since it’s just a pass through for them. The corporations that actually don’t forward anything to the gov’t are cheating their customers, not the gov’t.

If the average person wasn’t a mental midget with a serious envy condition, this would be obvious. What people should be demanding is an end to corporate taxation so every cent of the theft known as taxes must come from the citizenry directly without the obfuscation afforded by corporate taxation.

All central banks operate from the same rule book since it’s a giant swindle that shifts money from the citizenry to the gov’t with corporations as the engine of transfer. Debt is what all currencies represent. The largest debt accumulators aside from gov’t itself are corporations. The currency spigots are turned on so corporations can splurge on debt thus manufacturing currency inflation that eventualy leads to price inflation, the phenomenon we are experiencing now.
Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon.
    Milton Friedman

The central banks and their agents, the commercial banks, make a fortune from lending. Price inflation is the other side of the equation. All currency creation eventually seeks a balance and that is price inflation. So, once again, gov’t has cheated the average citizen for their and their corporate partners benefit since in the final analysis, only real live people get to pay for the excesses the system is designed to produce.

Inflation and a deteriorating economy are a feature, not a bug, from the gov’t perspective.

    Vote harder!

I realize that seeing an invisible force is a paradoxical way of putting it. But it’s actually not. It’s more a case of seeing that the emperor has no clothes and is being controlled by a man behind the curtain who we can now see because the curtain is in tatters. That’s all.

Of course, Hasbara troll, it is the destitute workforce imported from Eastern Europe and the rest of the world which is making up the 0.0001% super-rich to whom the UK’s wealth has been transferred since 2008.

And it is them too, who are driving the UK into wasting its non-existent resources into the insane Ukraine war. Or them who prevented the incapable UK government from making any significant investment in energy and infrastructure, the basis of development, for the past 20 years. Or them preparing to recklessly throw the world into a global nuclear confrontation in order to make up for their abject incompetence.

Of course, Hasbara, it is the immigrants who are responsible for all these long term-impact, major policy disasters.

Translated from RT and Novosti, the Tory party announcing their out-of-crisis programme:

Tobias Ellwood, a lawmaker for Britain’s ruling Conservative Party, said it was not unlikely that in the next ten years the world would see the use of tactical nuclear weapons.

The British MP explained in a statement to “Radio Times”, that this is due to the growing tension on the international stage.

“We live in a very difficult decade. Our world will change. I think, no matter how terrifying what I’m going to say, we’ll see the use of tactical nuclear weapons in the next ten years.

The British parliamentarian added that his country needed a “new Winston Churchill”, which would help it survive a “very difficult” contract.

Earlier, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who is taking part in the race for the country’s prime minister’s seat, said she would be ready, if necessary, to press the button to launch a nuclear weapon.

Merkel has no kids, therefore doesn’t care about the future. She was probably trying to atone for WWII, like #IchbinAntifa lunatics on the left.

Britain’s Rwanda plan is designed to calm restless voters.

On the other hand, Priti Patel wants to ramp up legal immigration, that would benefit her kin.

Companies also save millions in staff training costs, by recruiting diploma mill imports.

Furthermore, party donors in real estate development need immigration, to prop up the housing market.

Cameron and May used the same trick with the so-called hostile environment. The results are self-evident.

Kebab has been pushing for a blanket amnestry since 2008.

Farage is controlled opposition. He helps to curtail truly nationalist political parties.

Compounding matters, is a critical mass of bleeding hearts. They stopped Jamaican “Christian” rapists and other violent criminals, you at one time praised over Muslims elsewhere, from being deported.

Very valid point and just refer to this paragraph from Trendsreasearch.com

“This week Times Radio reporter John Pienaar said to Elizabeth Truss, former Foreign Secretary of the UK and most likely its next Prime Minister, that if she became Prime Minister she will be quickly shown the procedure for launching nuclear weapons. He said, “It would mean global annihilation. I won’t ask you if you will push the button, you will say yes. If forced with that task I would feel physically sick. How does that thought make you feel?”

Truss replied, “I think it is important duty of a Prime Minister and I am ready to do that.” And soliciting a round of applause from the political torie crowd, she repeated, “I am ready to do that!”

In other words she is saying I am an authoritarian in charge and I will destroy the Earth if I believe I should do it. “

This is how low Perfidious Albion has descended: giving a loaded gun to a three year old and telling her that she is in charge.

I personally suspect that the UK actually owes the US for an extra half-century or so of relevance due to English growing in dominance as THE world language, plus lingering Anglophilia in the States. The EU has as much agency as a dog kept on a leash. The hand holding the leash is American.

Surely you jest. Not-The-President Biden needs assistance just to avoid putting his pants on backwards. At this point America controls very little.
    ___

Germany holds the EU on a leash. The ECB was placed in Frankfurt so that it could serve as a weapon for German policy.

    — Germany is the master of financial aggression against its neighbors
    — — Germany crushed Cyprus for daring to defy the Reich

    — Germany is the master of austerity economics
    — — Germany cast down Greece into despair because Greeks placed the elderly and children before the might of the Reich’s industry.

    — Germany is the master of unlimited migration
    — — Germany now targets Christian Poland and Christian Hungary because they refuse Open [Muslim] Borders

There is a fragile thread preventing the Dark Heart of Europe raging forth. Sovereign Christian nations have veto powers within the EU. Guess what Scholz wants to get rid of? (1)

Back in 2015 when the migrant crisis first began, there were just a few countries that stood against migrant quotas, with the Visegrád Four, made up of Hungary, Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia, the most vocally opposed. These countries were effective against a push for migrant quotas because of their ability to veto any such proposal, but that veto power is on the cusp of being lost.

Scholz is proposing that the EU abolishes the veto in key areas before expanding it, with the focus on foreign policy and taxation, saying he seeks a “gradual transition to majority voting.” If such a scenario were to come into effect, Hungary would be forced to give up Russian oil and gas if the majority of EU member states called for an end to it, a move that would likely bankrupt its economy. On the issue of migration, migrant quotas would most likely be implemented across the EU. It would effectively mark the end to sovereignty in Europe, allowing the liberal-left to steam-roll every conservative party agenda for potentially decades to come.

Polish commentators also mockingly pointed out that Germany could “lead the way” by already giving up its veto power.

“There is nothing to prevent the German government from unilaterally declaring that it is giving up its veto right in order to show others the way. Perhaps some other countries will follow suit and decide to take a similar step,” said Sławomir Dębski, the director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM).

Scholz (and his Brown Shirt servitor Macron) are calling for a new concept, the European Political Community [EPC], that will be used to ensnare & crush non-EU countries.

    ___

Do you think the energy crisis is an accident?

It was created by the German Green party with the express intent to expand authoritarian control over the lives of EU citizens.
    ___

Do you think the impending food crisis is an accident? Something so easily avoided by simple fertilizer….

Germany is intentionally creating the Global FOOD Crisis!

Why? So an additional 20MM+ MENA origin Muslims can flood the EU. The goal is a Great Islamic Replacement, permanently eradicating Christianity in Europe.
    ___

The idea that the U.S. controls Germany is absurd, verging on comedy. The TRUTH is that Germany, through the European WEF, controls the American Left.

What Germany fears most is MAGA. It would give strength to Christian Populists in Europe and America. Those who believe in God, banding together to oppose the disease of Merkel’s “Welcome Rape-ugees” replacement and Scholz energy & food based dreams of conquest.

    PEACE 😇

Ahhh yes, the Lusitania. Churchill’s “Finest Hour”.

Allowing the Lusitania to travel directly into the area where the First Lord knew a German submarine was sinking ships; Not diverting the Lusitania to the safer North Channel route; Not providing the customary escorts despite the fact that several destroyers were available; Ignoring Cunard chairman Booth’s desperate requests for escorts or information regarding German submarine activity; Not instructing the Lusitania to increase is speed; Recalling the ship sent to rescue the people on the sinking Lusitania.

After the sinking, Churchill brazenly lied about important facts and led the scapegoating of Lusitania’s captain Turner.

Of course Britain lied about the tons of high explosives that the Lustiania was transporting for almost a century, only recently finally admitted her foul deed that stains the honor of Englishmen even today. Reparations anybody?

As far as Liz Truss and Nuclear Weapons go, this is definitely the trajectory of current events. We can be certain that England will try to either incite Russia into using tactical nukes first, for example by blowing up the Kerch straight bridge, or England will stage a false flag and then blame it on Russia.

This all fits with my comment #42 above, where UK intelligence says that once Ukraine defeats Russia, Belorussia will be next. The only possible way this could happen is through the use of Nuclear weapons.

Just for clarity: those investigators were not sent to make the radioactive fallout disappear; it is not possible. They went to verify that no accidental radioactivity from using a new type of “clean”, pure fusion nuclear weapon could be detected.

A new type of undetectable, scalable, pure nuclear fusion weapons has been developed in the USA since 2006, under tight control and supervision of Israel. These undetectable weapons came about following a 2003 accidental discovery made at the Los Alamos laboratories while experimenting on plasmas.

It is probably these type of undetectable nuclear fusion weapons that was used against Lebanon, most likely by Israel, as political pressure to take control of Lebanon’s offshore gas reserves.

Yes, there would have been no need for all of those “Polish plumbers” had the leftist imperative for Gramsci’s March Through the Institutions not been aggressively pursued as here in the US.

When the “proletariat” proved to be a disappointment in pushing The Revolution, Gramsci came up with the notion that it must be instigated by communist insurgency from the top of the cultural/political institutions, and the totalitarians set about corrupting every healthy institution that challenged their goal of autarchical control.

When even these measures were too slow in Europe, they set about replacing those slowcoach proletarians with alien invaders from the non-Western world who, oddly enough, were a thoroughly corrosive force.

Add to this the rise of “credentialism”, wherein anybody who aspires to rise in the socialist-hobbled society must be comprehensively ideologically aligned by attending communist-raddled university whether they have the intelligence or diligence to merit any commanding station in society. Those who have promise as autocrats are foisted on still viable institutions (but not viable for much longer…). Those whose “education” has consisted entirely of looney left indoctrinations need places to go, and this justifies the creation out of the whole cloth of new entities fully in service to the aims of The Revolution populated by these drones, now conveniently indebted, and being enslaved by these debts, whose financially-compelled fealty to the new Nomenklatura is now complete. Perverse incentives have thus been emplaced everywhere throughout the society, and any and all alternative options increasingly gutted, and then mocked and abominated to boot.

Many comment and opine on relatively minute or incremental matters in the current malaise and the general disciplines of society, politics, economics and the various working parts of a particular culture or related ones. But these are submitted as footnotes, memos, and passing remarks, in effect.

Most people are not equipped by their education, mentoring, asssociatons-you should always interact and commiserate with people smarter and more wise and experienced-to draw conclusions, comparisons and make resolutions on high probability, correlation, relation, analogy, etc. This is the great failing of the Western European, his Aristotelian categorical and discrete, rather digital thinking. This has carried over to Western philosophy, which like its Greek origins, places severe limits on where the Western mind and consciousness can go and the tools to expand its scope.

The point here is that it is time to prepare to leave The West. IOW, give it up, save yourself and your family. It is gone, like a mammal that has been squeezed to death, with a whisper of breath, loss of brain function, and broken ribs, its days are numbered before it slips into chaos and disintegration.

The model or precursor to this are the parallels of the Roman Empire. Just as relevant, and perhaps more so, is the fall of Byzantium. The only hope for the Indo-European is the sequestration and establishment of separate republics, with a blank sheet of new foundations, values, and metaphysical principles. I don’t know about others’ motivation to find precursors and causes for observations and actions. But I have always been motivated by an innate archetype curiosity of tracing the Cause-Effect chain to the earliest source. The best MO is to stay aware from pre-packaged theories or deductive, sweeping generalizations that should have no investment of the individual, except truth and exposition.

Most Whites, sadly and veritably, are stopped and shorted by finite categories pre-packaged solutions and explanations. Christianity is the most effective collection of opinions, narratives, and teachings that-because of doctrine-aid in the compartmentilizaton of the entire human Consciousness (in the Jungian sense).

The theory and extended opinions that support widespread delusion, actual hypnosis, and descent into mass psychosis is Mass Formation, an integrated description that draws on not only empirical bases, but also wisdom and cross-cultural considerations of applicability. “I will put Ukraine first no matter what my German voters think”

Of course this is just an echo of the mandatory clot-shots synchronously implemented across the entire planet. Baerbock is just echoing Boris Johnson, Liz Truss, Sanna Marin, Emmanuel Macron, Marion Draghi, and even Joe Biden. It doesn’t matter what the peons want or think. The elites are unanimous: they have no choice, therefore the rest of us don’t either.

Below the “more” are some headlines presaging into what is about to hit England, then Europe, then the US. None of the politicians or the elites dare deviate from the WEF/BIS diktats. It doesn’t matter how many die of blood clots or heart attacks, it doesn’t matter how many starve, it doesn’t matter how many freeze. These are your orders, now just follow them like Annalena Baerbock.

You cannot eat your cake and sell it thereafter. Most so-called “anti-zionist” Jews, that used to be a majority before Israel succeeded in inflating their egos, actually deplored, and still deplore the fact the only promised earth they stood for was the whole planet with the rest humanity heeding them unconditionally like Indian mental slaves heed their gurus, giving them all their economic plus value. Their objection to Zionism was that concentrating on that rather small part of the world only (even according to the wildest Biblical promise of a land all along the Fertile Crescent from the Mediterranean to the Gulf, from Nile to Euphrates, from Alexandria to Kuwait) could make them risk losing their grip on the rest of the world. The “Protocols” never mention Israel as an essential step to world Jewish conquest : the country the future Messiah they describe seems to uses as a stepping stone for global power rather rather looks like Republican France, which at the time this story was written seemed the most advanced in cultural decadence and universalistic beliefs as well as in financial dependence upon their networks. Beware of those Jewish communities who say they object to the state of Israel as it is : it is the whole world they want.

  83. The English/JEW Ruling Class of England is most vulnerable on monetary policy and debt. The Bank of England has used mass immigration to keep wages low and housing costs high. Young English people should be told this.

Mass immigration suppresses the wage inflation that would ordinarily occur during bouts of monetary extremism, that is why the Bank of England and the English/JEW Ruling Class supports mass immigration.

The English/JEW Ruling Class of England also pushes mass legal immigration and mass illegal immigration because the English ruling class wants to culturally obliterate the True English Core of England. The English/JEW Ruling Class has been using mass immigration as a demographic weapon to attack, demoralize and destroy the White English Christian ancestral core of England.

Mass immigration increases demand for housing, thereby increasing housing costs. Low interest rates cause the price of housing to be bid up.

Lastly, the young should be told that all government debt in England is ODIOUS DEBT, and they should repudiate it. Every last bit of it. Private debt should be made more easily dischargeable.

Keynes is widely noted for the notion that government spending brings prosperity. That is why he is so adored in left leaning circles. The author certainly is ignorant of other facts like the federal government has run a deficit during almost every presidency since WWII. The Clinton balanced budget was an accounting trick because the debt continued to rise even thought the deficit supposedly declined. He also thinks the the “safety net” has been compromised for austerity. I almost choked when I read that one. Where does he think the nearly $6 trillion is going minus the 10% for the big guy? He needs to take a refresher course on exponential progression to see that the explosion of debt began long before Reagan. It was baked in when the Federal Reserve was created just for that purpose.

  85. Notsofast says:

before income tax was illegally and unconstitutionally imposed on american citizens, the federal budget was funded exclusively through tariffs and excise taxes. free trade merely means switching the tax burden to the working class and hourly wage earners who cannot shelter their income. this also allowed the manufacturing base of this country to be off shored, along with all the higher paying blue collar jobs, as their products are allowed back into the country duty free.

While we are on the subject of depraved and hideous war crimes committed by the UK, and the recent revelations as to how deep into the of pits of depravity of hell that the UK have proved they are willing to dwell, I would like to bring up the biggest, real holocaust of WWII: the fire bombing of Dresden.

    From wiki:

On 13 February 1945, bad weather over Europe prevented any USAAF operations, and it was left to RAF Bomber Command to carry out the first raid. It had been decided that the raid would be a double strike, in which a second wave of bombers would attack three hours after the first, just as the rescue teams were trying to put out the fires.[48] As was standard practice, other raids were carried out that night to confuse German air defences. Three hundred and sixty heavy bombers (Lancasters and Halifaxes) bombed a synthetic oil plant in Böhlen, 60 mi (97 km) from Dresden, while 71 de Havilland Mosquito medium bombers attacked Magdeburg with small numbers of Mosquitos carrying out nuisance raids on Bonn, Misburg near Hanover and Nuremberg.[49]

When Polish crews of the designated squadrons were preparing for the mission, the terms of the Yalta agreement were made known to them. There was a huge uproar, since the Yalta agreement handed parts of Poland over to the Soviet Union. There was talk of mutiny among the Polish pilots, and their British officers removed their side arms. The Polish Government ordered the pilots to follow their orders and fly their missions over Dresden, which they did.[50]

The first of the British aircraft took off at around 17:20 hours CET for the 700-mile (1,100 km) journey.[b] This was a group of Lancasters from Bomber Command’s 83 Squadron, No. 5 Group, acting as the Pathfinders, or flare force, whose job it was to find Dresden and drop magnesium parachute flares, known to the Germans as “Christmas trees”, to mark and light up Dresden for the aircraft that would mark the target itself. The next set of aircraft to leave England were twin-engined Mosquito marker planes, which would identify target areas and drop 1,000-pound (450 kg) target indicators (TIs)[51] that marked the target for the bombers to aim at.[52] The attack was to centre on the Ostragehege sports stadium, next to the city’s medieval Altstadt (old town), with its congested and highly combustible timbered buildings.[53]

The main bomber force, called Plate Rack, took off shortly after the Pathfinders. This group of 254 Lancasters carried 500 tons of high explosives and 375 tons of incendiaries (“fire bombs”). There were 200,000 incendiaries in all, with the high-explosive bombs ranging in weight from 500 to 4,000 lb (230 to 1,810 kg) —the two-ton “cookies”,[53] also known as “blockbusters”, because they could destroy an entire large building or street. The high explosives were intended to rupture water mains and blow off roofs, doors, and windows to expose the interiors of the buildings and create an air flow to feed the fires caused by the incendiaries that followed.

LOL. Even the idiot Poles had started to figure out what Rubes they had become on behalf of the UK. The saddest joke here is that the Poles are once again plain precisely the same Rube Role in Ukraine today.

How typical of the UK to try to deflect blame on the US, claiming that they wouldn’t fly.

But the real point here is why? Germany had already lost the war and was desperately pleading for any kind of reasonable terms. The Red Rapist Army had already raped its way across East Prussia and Pomerania. Why would perfidious Albion commit a holocaust on one of Europe’s most beautiful cities when Patton was chomping at the bits to liberate all of Eastern Germany before the Red Rapist Army arrived?

In light of these latest Zaphorize revelations the answer becomes clear, the UK was already building up their Holofraud dossier. They needed thousands of starving labor camp “victims”, preferably surrounded by emaciated corpses.

In short, England committed their own holocaust not in order to defeat Germany, but in order to frame Germany for all the holocausts that England had incited starting with Poland in 1939. Of course the UK knew that not only would pinning a fake holocaust on Germany be good for England, they knew that it would be good for the Jews. Of course England was already part of ZOG for over 100 years by then.

So what we have here is an unbroken chain of English war crimes and crimes against humanity leading back from Zaphorize to Dresden to Lusitania to Boer War to the Boxer rebellion and even much further.

  92. England is one of the most densely populated nations in Europe. Contrary to the opinions of The Economist magazine and others, regulations and the like are not the main drivers of high housing costs in England. Mass immigration, monetary extremism from the Bank of England and foreigners laundering loot are the causes of high housing costs in England.

The Economist magazine also falsely claims that green belts and “regulations” are the real reason behind high housing costs. The Economist magazine is just laying the blame for high housing costs where they don’t belong. Cameron had 300, 000 immigration intake figures on his watch. That is a number similar to Blair’s. May and Johnson have kept the mass immigration floodgates wide open.

The Economist magazine wants to see a million or more foreigners flooding into England. The Economist wants to destroy the green belts that keep England somewhat green. The Economist would like to see the countryside in England paved over in order to house the foreigners that are flooding into England.

An immigration moratorium and mass deportations of foreigners would lower housing costs in England. The Bank of England raising interest rates much higher would lower housing costs in England. Taxing the hell out of foreigners laundering loot through English real estate would lower housing costs in England.

What garbage – the Clintons are all about the wise-assed Wall Street stock-brokers, lawyers, and “Black rights” hustlers.
The elites of the Democratic Party consider the uneducated service workers as the untouchables – the deplorables. They will never raise the federal minimum wage – Never – Never – Never – even if they have to call in the Senate Parliamentarian to strangle the kid in his sleep. Not that the Republican Party will do so either. The average burger-flipper at McDonalds is never going to set foot in the country club Republican Party.
What the working class needs to do is support socialism (sorry for you old folks having to confront what you consider profane language), but the New Deal WAS socialism – and it helped the working class from starving under Herbert Hoover. That was ripped from the textual version of a 2002 Bernanke speech titled, “Deflation: Making Sure ‘It’ Doesn’t Happen Here”.  The very first paragraph of the speech bemoans the problems of inflation, and states a goal of price stability.  The second paragraph proceeds, “With inflation rates now quite low in the United States, however, some have expressed concern that we may soon face a new problem—the danger of deflation, or falling prices.”  The remainder of the speech primarily discusses deflation, and reassures people that (duh!) central banks in a fiat monetary system can fight deflation.  Your mangled quote is from a section titled, “Curing Deflation”.

    https://www.federalreserve.gov/boardDocs/speeches/2002/20021121/default.htm

The conclusion that deflation is always reversible under a fiat money system follows from basic economic reasoning.  A little parable may prove useful:  Today an ounce of gold sells for \$300, more or less.  Now suppose that a modern alchemist solves his subject’s oldest problem by finding a way to produce unlimited amounts of new gold at essentially no cost.  Moreover, his invention is widely publicized and scientifically verified, and he announces his intention to begin massive production of gold within days.  What would happen to the price of gold?  Presumably, the potentially unlimited supply of cheap gold would cause the market price of gold to plummet.  Indeed, if the market for gold is to any degree efficient, the price of gold would collapse immediately after the announcement of the invention, before the alchemist had produced and marketed a single ounce of yellow metal.

What has this got to do with monetary policy?  Like gold, U.S. dollars have value only to the extent that they are strictly limited in supply.  But the U.S. government has a technology, called a printing press (or, today, its electronic equivalent), that allows it to produce as many U.S. dollars as it wishes at essentially no cost.  By increasing the number of U.S. dollars in circulation, or even by credibly threatening to do so, the U.S. government can also reduce the value of a dollar in terms of goods and services, which is equivalent to raising the prices in dollars of those goods and services.  We conclude that, under a paper-money system, a determined government can always generate higher spending and hence positive inflation.

Of course, the U.S. government is not going to print money and distribute it willy-nilly (although as we will see later, there are practical policies that approximate this behavior).⁸

    ——————————

    8. Keynes, however, once semi-seriously proposed, as an anti-deflationary measure, that the government fill bottles with currency and bury them in mine shafts to be dug up by the public.

Indeed, that nutty Englishman Keynes had all sorts of crazy fantasies.

Obiter, I note that although I am an advocate for Bitcoin, I am one of the few Bitcoiners who does not fetishize deflation.  Anyone who has ever run a small business or a family farm knows that falling prices strangle producers just as rising prices bleed out savers.  Moreover, deflation adds hidden interest to usury just as inflation is a hidden tax—and just as inflation encourages indebtedness, by making debt cheaper.  And I know that historically, excessive monetary scarcity in late eighteenth-century France was a key factor in the widespread hardship used to foment the French Revolution.

Deflation (and also, volatility) can be intelligently managed; and I far prefer it to money that corrupt governments perpetually devalue with unbounded inflation.  But deflation is not in itself a monetary ideal!  Price stability is an admirable goal.  If central banks actually produced price stability, or even sincerely and consistently tried to do so, then I would be all for them.  It is not what currently-existing central banks actually do—to the contrary!—wherefore I oppose them.

Given the economic history of the U.S. dollar since the creation of the Federal Reserve, and especially since the Nixon Shock, worries about deflation seem bizarrely misplaced.  If someone were to argue persuasively against Mr. Bernanke on that basis, I certainly would not be eager to present a counter-argument.  But that is not what you did, RoatanBill; and your out-of-context misrepresentation of Mr. Bernanke’s words tends to discredit by association any intelligent people who are against the U.S. Federal Reserve.  As one of those people, I think that it is important to correct this—even though I cannot correct every bit of nonsense on the Internet, or even on this thread. ®

What a long rant, most of it off in the weeds.

The Bernanke quote is absolutely accurate in and of itself and is why I used it. It doesn’t matter what else Bernanke said, that one line has no wiggle room. If you think it does, then please offer your explanation.

You are also sloppy in using terms, so permit me to provide another quote that is absolutely accurate and note who said it.
Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon.
    Milton Friedman

There is inflation, which should be called currency inflation, that the central banks and commercial banks create via the normal course of business by lending into existence more out of thin air currency via fractional reserve banking and the gov’t paper creation process. Then there is price inflation that is the direct consequence of too much phony money, in this case US currency, chasing a slower growing supply of goods and service. These are separate and distinct issues that should never be conflated.

Deflation is almost universally used without a qualifier and the common meaning is price deflation. This is unfortunate. Both the naked “inflation” and “deflation” should never be used at any time. It is only with the appropriate qualifiers that a specific meaning can be communicated. Currency deflation is the opposite of currency inflation. Price deflation is the opposite of price inflation.

The only way to reduce currency inflation is to introduce currency deflation which the Fed has titled Quantitative Tightening (QT) where they remove currency from the market and tighten up the currency supply. The Fed’s term for out of the ordinary currency inflation is Quantitative Easing (QE). Both terms are meant to obfuscate what’s going on so the normies don’t catch on.

Higher interest rates can help ameliorate the effects of price inflation by limiting the velocity of money via reduced lending, but that does absolutely nothing for the amount of currency in existence and therefore does absolutely nothing to reduce price inflation in the long run. All it accomplishes is to reduce the rate of currency inflation while what’s needed is negative currency inflation; currency deflation. That businesses may go bust when fewer customers show up due to higher prices may force inventory liquidations and a lowering of suppliers of goods and services that can tamp down prices temporarily as a short term effect.

All in all, the Fed is stuck between a rock and a hard place. They dare not QT too much to spook the financial mafia. They dare not boost interest rates too much to cause a deeper recession which would increase unemployment. Their actions are little more than buying time and will ultimately fail now that a huge part of the world is in the process of reducing their Dollar appetite and those no longer needed Dollars will find their way back to the US to fuel much higher price inflation and there’s nothing the Fed can do about it. The latest price cap on oil idiocy will send all energy prices much higher as producers tell the US and Europe to pound sand.

More specifically military keynesianism is the problem of the UK and the US.

”An economic policy based on the position that government should raise military spending to boost economic growth. It is a fiscal stimulus policy as advocated by John Maynard Keynes. But where Keynes advocated increasing public spending on socially useful items (infrastructure in particular), additional public spending is allocated to the arms industry, the area of defense being that over which the executive exercises greater discretionary power.”

  122. Before 1998 higher education was free paid for by the taxpayer, the majority of whom were not beneficiaries of the grift.

    That’s much better.

    Think harder.

Nothing’s “free” unless it consumes zero resources (including the time devoted to the decision to consume the thing).

Making people pay for their higher education is not a bad idea – the benefits of higher education are almost all captured in higher incomes (relative to what they would otherwise be: it’s not “magic”. Someone who is a plodder at university will get slightly higher returns than they would get as just a plodder without a degree… but élite minds who excel at university get significantly higher returns than (potential-)élite kids who only finish high school).

This is somewhat stifled in the current situation because the expectations-formation process was deliberately distorted before kiddies were made to pay their way. I know – I was there and watched it unfold, at a global Top50 university, no less (first as an élite student – i.e., full-ride merit scholarship – then as a “junior minion” in both teaching and research).

In the late-1980s to the early -1990s every half-wit was encouraged to go to university – so much so that former trade schools were converting to ‘University’ status hand-over fist (with no commensurate rise in instructor qualifications).

Then the ‘pay your way’ was introduced – but élite students routinely got scholarships that paid their university fees – my scholarships paid my fees from 2nd year through to Honours and Masters and 4 years of PhD candidature.

This is as it should be: there is some small public-good benefit to subsidising élite minds to continue study, rather than exiting after 4 years and going to work in an industry full of cunts (e.g., FIRE).

At the very least, such a subsidy means that university tutors and TAs are exceptionally good at the subject matter they’re trying to get a room full of half-retards to understand.

Anyhow… point is that in Australia, university went from a ‘Top 5% of high school matriculants’ to “Anyone who can fog a mirror”, and THEN AND ONLY THEN did it become “And kiddies have to pay their way”.

So the 70% (ish) of students who didn’t have the cognitive wherewithal to be there, found that their marks relfected their lack of talent… and so they stayed on thinking that they would be OK if they arbitraged across to (say) high-school teaching – the “Dip Ed” (previously a one-semester Grad Dip… now a Masters [FFS]).

Then (they thought – correctly as it turns out) they would at least be able to get a job in the public education bureaucracy (displacing the previous generation of kiddie fiddlers). $80k a year after qualification – it’s barely above full-time average, but given the working conditions it’s better than all available alternatives for someone who actually belongs in the bottom half of the cognitive distribution.

Too bad that it means that current inmates of public high schools are being overseen by the bottom 2 quintiles of the pool of university talent. The concomitant is that the entire school-teaching ‘universe’ is Karen-heavy nowadays: the median schoolteacher is a middle-aged woman – which means she’s obese and is likely on psych medication for anxiety, depression or both.

    TikTok verifies this, in spades.

    The People of Aotearoa.

NB: I told y’all that the name change was coming.

This has nothing to do with the WEF or its horse-faced stooge.

    It has to do with
    ① the eventual repudiation of any Crown authority over Te Ika A Maui and Te Waipounamu (jointly Aotearoa me Te Waipounamu);
② the now-recognised fact that the Maori leadership did not cede sovereign authority (ragatiratanga) when they signed Te Tiriti o Waitangi; and therefore
③ that the Crown presence in Aotearoa me Te Waipounamu (“New Zealand”) was (and is) predicated on a deliberately false premise that has no basis in the law of the time (neither UK nor Maori customary law).

It’s taken Maori some time to get traction, but the job will be almost half-completed by 2026.

Thereafter, pakeha face a decision: stay on and be loyal to whanau , [tangata]whenua, kiwitanga and the mighty Black Passport/uruwhenua[1]… or find a way back to where your people came from – and don’t think you can leave and still support the All Blacks.

  138. The American economic affliction began under Ronald Reagan and quickly changed from a promise of “fiscal responsibility” featuring financial deregulation to tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy and the snipping of the Great Society’s social safety net. What this Reaganomics also cut was the tax base.

Not so! Cutting tax rates is not the same as cutting tax revenues. The latter didn’t happen – indeed, quite the opposite.

The cuts in tax rates during Ronald Reagan’s and George W. Bush’s administrations are often blamed for the deficits that occurred during their time in office. For this to have been the case, tax revenues would have had to fall – and they did not.

Total Federal tax revenues in FY 1980, the last full fiscal year of Jimmy Carter’s administration, were $517.112 billion. In FY 1981 they rose to $599.272 billion; in FY 1982 to $617.766 billion; in FY 1983 they fell to $600.562 billion; in FY 1984, rebounded to $666.438 billion; in FY 1985, rose to $734.037 billion; in FY 1986, to $769.155 billion; in FY 1987, to $854.288 billion; in FY 1988, to $909.238 billion.

Thus, during the entire administration of Ronald Reagan, Federal tax revenues each year exceeded those collected during the last, or any previous year of Jimmy Carter’s, and rose every year except for FY 1983. The highest revenues were those collected in FY 1987 and ’88, during which the maximum personal income tax rate was reduced from 50% to 28%.

In FY 2003, the year during which the 2003 so-called Bush tax cuts were passed (which reduced the Federal tax rates on qualified dividends and capital gains to 15%), total Federal tax revenues were $1,782.314 billion. In FY 2004 they rose to $1,880.114 billion; in FY 2005, to $2,153.611 billion; in FY 2006, to $2,406.869 billion; in FY 2007, to $2,567.985 billion; in FY 2008 they fell to $2,523.991 billion, signaling the start of the recession. Note, however, that they were still higher than they were before tax rates were cut.

All of the above information is readily available on the informative website of the Tax Foundation.

Deficits were the result of continued over-spending – as they always are.
